Carpark extreme poorly maintained, parking reserved pole broken with sharp edges, no warning or posters placed to show that it was faulty. Hazard and had to spend $300+ for tire replacement. AVOID PARKING AT THE CARPARK ‼️‼️‼️

They have a very awkward setup against Roxy Square and all the surrounding buildings. It's a super old establishment, so don't expect too much. Mostly offices and empty shops, not a place I'd shop around in full transparency. Carpark is also simply functional, but also extremely run down.

This is a dying mall. It's just waiting to en bloc .. mainly offices. The good thing is that the building is clean no dirty massage parlours here. Roxy square is beside which is dirty. This small has superb management

Hidden in this scary Thai looking "fortune teller" with an altar inside. Beware as she will try to scam you by telling you that you are followed by a ghost and asked for money to ward it off. Scary woman. She is hidden in a small room behind some metal cups shop. I believe her name is TIK or something.

Parking entrance/exit is a bit difficult because there is no erp gantry. I have to open my door to slot my cashcard into the reader because there is a bit of curve into/out of the carpark that prevents me from stopping near the reader.

Very friendly and loud uncle. You will know why I say that if you have been there. I liked the black sauce wantan mee. It was good.

Very old commercial and residential building in Katong built in the 1980s. Not much of a retail crowd nowadays probably due to the covid-19 pandemic.

The comic shop was fantastic, but other than that, not much shops. Most shops are closed even on weekends.

Mostly are FDW agencies and some small shops. People come here to employ FDWs.

Avoid the drinks (especially pre-made thai ice tea) at the food court. The Thai ice tea tasted strange and sour, so I went back to return it to the stall. The store assistant couldn't speak English, and she didn't seem to understand when I told her to taste the Thai tea herself, to test whether it has gone bad. Food hygiene seems to be poor for the drinks... I hope this helps someone to avoid a bad stomachache.

Not a retail mall but houses many enrichment centres for kids and adults. There are painting classes and ascot-style hat making class at B1. But it is not wheelchair accessible due to a flight of stairs to get to lift. Escalators all not working but surrounding areas and toilets are clean.

A good place to get a domestic helper. Many agencies to chose from. Otherwise I don’t fancy this place for food or shopping.

One of the few malls that have no anchor tenants. Small businesses that are thriving on their own.

  • 1/5 임슬지 4 years ago on Google
Very confusing structure and rundown overall. I walked around for almost half an hour just to find one shop.. security guard of the building doesn't know where is the place I was finding either.. and in fact pointed me toward the opposite wrong direction.. not helpful at all..
