I was at IMM Adidas on 28 October 2022, about 4pm. There was this staff that was super rude to me. At first, he approached my boyfriend and I, asking if we needed help. After that, he made a comment to my boyfriend saying that i'm very big sized. Honestly I am so disappointed at the service here and would never return. Bad place with bad memory. If HR sees this, please do something about it and settle things accordingly. I wouldn't want another person to be hurt just by a comment from your staff.

An outlet with big discount for all the past season sportwear and sport shoes. So far bought a couple pairs of discounted sport shoes like 4D 1.0 Run, Ultraboost 22 and NMD in this store.

Many many products at affordable prices. But this place can be overwhelming. When I went, they blocked off the aisles and brought everything out into bins marked by price. For shoes it was great because you can see all the products in one place. But for shirts, you had to pull them from a bin to find your size and what you like. And there is not much room around those bins to do so.

Kudos to your sales assistant Ezanne. She is really passionate about her job. Despite how busy she was, she managed to check and found what we were looking for. My My first visit to the IMM store as we live in the East. A very friendly and helpful team. Will be back before National Day to enjoy the specials and bringing more friends from the Eastside. Excellent Service!! Well done!

Just shopped at the store and wanted to say had exceptional friendly service with Joelene! She was very patient, supportive and kind to my son in purchasing his shoes. In fact all the staff were friendlh with their service. Thank you for a positive and easy shopping experience here!

Was looking for a new pair of shoes in the store and a friendly staff name Angie approached me offering to help. Angie was very knowledgeable on the promotions and updated me on the store's promotion clearly which made me very satisfied! Thankful to be served by a staff who is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Before I even had to say anything, Angie took the initiative to get me new pieces for every of the items that I was interested in! Glad to be able to know the store's promotion so I left the store with more than just a pair of shoe and saved money thanks to IMM Adidas's staff Angie!

Recommend this store as is well organised and everything is on storewide sale! I would like to complement one of the staff - Angie, as she is very nice and being helpful for helping me to find my shoe size. and of course since is storewide sale so must buy more. 🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻

Wanted to drop a personal compliment to Ashley for being the best possible Sales staff anyone could ask for. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out (and other customers too) and made the shopping experience extremely pleasant. From being extremely knowledgeable about the products and stocks to undertanding the customers’ needs, Ashley really has all it takes to excel and be an inspiring manager in the future. I went to adidas yesterday and the staffs there are very very nice especially Raisah! She greeted us and offered the shopping bag and she was really patient with my requests despite the crowd!! Also, she is a very polite person and always smiling whenever I ask questions!! I really love the sales that was happening yesterday!! I would said the services was really good !! I would comeback to this outlet in the future!!

I am surprised to see so many good reviews, with my experience, this is the worst shop in Singapore, staff are very unfriendly. I bought some items with standard price, with no discount and no promotion. As soon as I paid, they stamped on my receipt No change and No Refund. I figured later that I took the wrong size and the shirt is mis-colored, the day after I went there to return. They refused to refund.

Had a great shopping experience here on 11/9/23 and was served by Ms Jolynn Lim but was too bz to write this review till now. Jolynn is super friendly and very patient. She became like my personal assistant for the night as she gave me various comments and guidance throughout the numerous trials of all the shoes I was keen on. She gave me lots of personal tips and advice and really appreciate her sincerity in aiding me to get the right shoes rather than aim to make me spend more at ADIDAS. She is passionate about her job and knows her stuff like a pro. Adidas should have more gems like her. Bought 3 shoes 👟 & wearing one of them right now. Happy with my purchase & A big TQ once again to Jolynn should u happen to read this !

I came to this outlet on 6 September and was attended by Ashley Lim . She assisted me in obtaining my golf apparels.she attended to my request for 1 hour. She is very patience and her product knowledge is excellent . She isalways smiling.

Needed to buy shoes, and always rly liked adidas! So went down to their great sale (which i only knew about when checking out LOL) LUCKILY the most handsome and amazing Francis told me about how to maximise the sale, and i got off with extra two pairs of socks AND the shoes at a whopping 20 dollars cheaper than if i had bought the shoes itself! I love being a cheapo thanks again Francis GEGE

Was at the IMM outlet on 29 April 23 and had a disappointing experience. The 2 cashiers were too slow. Had to wait about 15 mins even though there were only 4 persons ahead of me. They did not buy many items either. Not coming back!

Came to the Adidas outlet @ IMM looking to buy a new pair of shoes. The staff who assisted me, Chee Woon, was really friendly, patient and helpful. When the shoe size I was looking for wasn't available in the outlet, he went the extra mile to go to the warehouse to search for the preferred size and brought it back. I am happy with my purchase and would like to give special thanks to Chee Woon for his outstanding service.

Worse customer service . Difficulty looking for staffs to assist on running shoes. End up all staffs crowd around cashier chit chat. Ask for size, staff no even check for us and tell us “ all size is there already “ this mean what ? So can I go to the shoes there and just open up box by box then throw there ? I may do that , but i choose not to . Please wake up for this kind of service in IMM branch .

Worth a visit for three stripes fans. Range is more limited than the neighboring Nike outlet, but still interesting including Originals apparel and Ultraboost running shoes.

there’s 50% disc if we buy 5 or more items, so the shoes were good deals. but the Q was long. only two cashier to serve more than 15 cust with at least 5 items each
