Potato head is a nice place to hangout and cozy too. We have been here a few times and the burger patty is good. Slightly pricier for the size of the burgers. Quinoa tuna was nice and the pork belly Don was a bit pricey. Service is good and love the ambience.

From the variety of choices of Impossible burger, to the fries to the cocktails to the coleslaw... all super tasty and well done. Pricey. But good all around. Chinatown has also really come in to its own for selections and variety of food. Definitely worth a visit if you like burgers.

Food and drinks were so good. The place was a little cold on the 3rd floor but service was so warm. We enjoyed the food immensely. The music can be abit loud but a fun place to enjoy with friends!

We stopped by one evening and there were only seats on the rooftop. That was great as the view is quite god - but I would preferred regular chairs and not high chairs and tables. The staff was a bit unorganized but we got to order - but the waiter did not make any notes. When the burgers was sent to the rooftop, one of the burgers were sent back but we did not get any proper explanation. I had to ask to get my burger served before it got cold and I was more or less done eating by the time my wife got the burger. This also turned out to be wrong as it had cheese on it even if we ordered specifically without cheese. My burger was quite juicy, grilled to medium but was a bit on the salty side. This could have been a great experience if the staff had communicated a bit better - and had gotten our order right. When we paid, we did not get any questions if we were happy with the experience. We did get a 10% discount because of a delay of serving the fries - which was not really the case.

First time to Potato Head, we were seated at level 2, and it was rather cozy with the eclectic decorations… Ordered Baby Huey (classic beef burger) and the Naughty fries (which was really good!!). Miso Dirty fries had nacho cheese and some floss on it, not the most delicious combination though. Burgers were made by Three Buns, I believed they’re located at level one. Had burgers from them before, and they were 💯

This place is incredible, I was blown away by the service and the food. Not only the food was incredible but the ambiance and eclectic decor was on point. Do yourself a favor and get the burger, the naughty fries and a drink. You won’t be disappointed.

Can do better. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. We had been planning a special celebration for the birthday people and farewell party with a minimum spending requirement of $50 per person. Initially, we were informed that the $30 corkage fee for the cake could be waived. However, when we requested the cake, the service staff informed us that we would be charged. To make matters worse, this change in policy was allegedly supported by the manager, only for us to later be told that the manager had override this decision. This inconsistency and miscommunication completely ruined our birthday surprise and mood for the evening.. The issues didn't stop there. The service provided by some of the staff members was subpar. Their attitude and responsiveness left much to be desired, making us feel undervalued as customers. To add insult to injury, we were informed that seating for our group of 15 was only available on the rooftop, despite the fact that Level 2 was clearly empty. This lack of flexibility and accommodation was perplexing, to say the least. Honestly, the food was ok, it was too salty for some and too spicy for the other. Only the burgers were alright. In the end, we spent over $1,000 for our party of 15, and the overall service we received did not come close to justifying such a hefty bill. We were left deeply disappointed, and it's safe to say that we will not be returning to this establishment... It's a shame that what should have been a memorable celebration turned into a series of frustrations and disappointments.

Terrible food that took forever to arrive (1hr just for the starters, which arrived after the mains..). For a 30 dollar burger, i expect something better than a soggy burger along with cold fries. While the cocktail was good, and the only reason this review gets 2 stars and not 1, avoid the burgers here. You are much better off getting bang for your buck at other popular eateries.

Beware, 2 hrs into our dinner then we were informed that there’s a minimum spending for party of 5 when it was stated nowhere in the booking website neither were we inform at the point of seating down. I guess business is so bad that night that they need to use such tactic to get their guest to spend more. It’s not as if the place is filled. There’s still quite a number of empty tables around. I need to challenge the server as this was not stated anywhere in the booking site neither were we inform at the point of seating. Since the resturant was not full, for some reason - server refused to give us additional menu as ‘we have limited menus’ - therefore the 5 of us need to share 3 menus. If there’s limited menu around, I recommend you create a QR code to let the guest access the menu online instead. For a resturant that charge a 10% service charge, this is very embarrassing and lack of logic. If not just print more menu. I don’t think I’ll come back here in a group since they have limited menu.

Great chill place to hang out and a very buzzing vibe. Truffle fries is a must order and the burgers are pretty good. Prices are definitely on a high side and you might not feel so contented to pay the burger price just on its own with no sides at all. Definitely a place to come for special occasions only. Unless you have alot of money to burn :)

The ambience of this place is super nice. Had dinner at Level 2. Appetizers were delicious but a bit salty. Burger was nice but a bit on the dry side. Too less sauce and not that juicy. Definitely will go back to try Level 3.

Multiple concepts under 1 roof. From cosy main dining to classy 90s cocktail room to vibrant rooftop bar. ‘Time machines’ cocktails sounds pretty cool. Bottomless Happy hour $45 and ladies night $35 are both attractively priced. Food wise, surprising enough, miso dirty fries was my personal FAV !

Great ambience and staff are friendly. We ordered 3 course meal, came with one main, side, dessert and drink. Baby huey burger, medium beef patty tender and juicy, the bun is so buttery. Its really delicious. While for the dessert , we choose mango jerry, coconut and mango fusion. Its too sweet, texture its creamy. It will be great if its a pudding.

We had dinner at the rooftop. Food was great & so was the ambiance. Music was just right for the vibe, not so noisy so we can talk without shouting to each other. Great spot that provides so many unique atmospheres in one place. From the dining hall to the speak easy bar and rooftop bar there's a space for everyone. Waiters were so lovely and attentive and made a friend's birthday extra special with novelty cocktails and shots! Good food too!

Quality of the food was great. The quantity however, is another story. Extremely small portion. The burgers are about the same size as a fillet-o-fish at Mcdonalds which is not what you are expecting when you're paying a premium price for it. Presentation was not good as the burgers were served like they were fast food. Wrapped in the typical paper burger wraps. No sides at all. Nothing. Just a single burger dished out to you. Even Mcdonalds has a set meal. We also ordered the sausage and it was a huge shock to us. Was expecting a giant sausage (like a bratwurst) but was served instead a sausage about the size of those supermarket sausages. It was like Johnsonville Smoked Sausages (only $9 for 6 in a pack in supermarkets btw) and it tasted exactly or about the same. Served with a tiny side of salad. Price definitely does NOT justify the tiny quantity. Taste is good (for burgers only). Be prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of money here to order at LEAST 2 starters and 2 mains to get remotely full. Or be prepared to go for supper/dessert after this (which was what we did because none of us were full). Good place to chill and hangout though.

Nice place and unique decorations inside. Drinks are fine, quite expensive. Staff attitude is bad :( They treat the tourists very different from the local people. We came first and asked about one of the spot but they denied. Then the other couple came later without reservation asked to sit that spot, the staff said ok.

Brought my friends there to celebrate one of their birthdays. Food was alright but the cocktails are amazing! We came early at 5:30pm so we were able to get rooftop seats. Would recommend the Sangria cocktail from their happy hour menu (5-7pm). The view was amazing & the staircase up to the rooftop is so aesthetic we all took many group pictures there. The best part of this restaurant is their service. Every staff was attentive & friendly. They even gave us free shots to celebrate my friend's birthday! Will definitely come back again :]

Mixed experience! Positives first: - It's cool. Cool building, good music, great vibe on the rooftop - Food was tasty However: - Service was really poor. It was very hard to get anyone's attention to place an order on the rooftop. When the food arrived, I asked for ketchup. No ketchup came - fries were getting cold. Tried to catch someone's eye for quite a while - ended up getting up and walking to the bar. Asked for water - received a half glass, no ice. Had to get up again to ask for more water. - Food was tasty, but portions quite small! Side of fries was very small - Same experience again trying to order dessert - staff seemed to be actively avoiding eye contact - I'm trying to get the bill for last 10 mins now without success too 😄 - Smiles in short supply! Maybe I just caught them on a bad night (although it was not busy - there are 10 free tables).

It was too late for me to cancel and find another place. Food was ok but music was far too loud, we could hardly hear each other. People standing and drinking at the bar, just behind us. Not very pleasant. Would I recommend the place? NO, would I go there again? NO

Thanks Potato Head for a delicious meal on Friday night. This was a birthday treat for my husband and it went down very well! We ordered a regular meat burger, impossible burger and fries and a delicious kale and apple side salad. All were excellent! And delivery experience exceptional. Our only little tiny issue was that we did have to reheat the food when it arrived (this is really just FYI as this was no trouble really) ~ its a longer journey from the restaurant to east coast I guess.... We would definitely recommend you to others. Many thanks for staying open during the Covid 19 period, and big congratulations to all your team!

One of my favorite chill bars in Singapore. They have my favorite cocktails and I love the rooftop. The service is great. One of the times my burger came cold and they immediately changed it for me, and it tasted great. If you're going there on a weekend, make sure you make a reservation.

Awesome place overall - during the day to grab a bite or in the evenings to go for drinks. They have few floors - each has a different vibe about it. The rooftop is my favourite - they have ladies’ night on Wed with free flow of Prosecco. Great views despite a low floor. Cool music. Great chilled out vibes and helpful staff. This is becoming one of the most visit pubs in Singapore. Originated from Bali, this houses a speakeasy cocktail bar, a burger joint, and a tropical rooftop bar, all offering great food and drinks. The deco and ambient are top notch - a great place for night out and friend gatherings.

Potato head is a decent restaurant with a good roof-top bar located in the heart of the city. The roof-top bar ambience is definitely great and happening. Cocktails and drinks are pricey, maybe due to their location. Burgers are definitely good. The staff are very friendly and the service is super fast. Wish to spend more time on my next visit.

Did not have a chance to enter the premises, as we failed to make a reservation. Felt one of the service staff tending to the reservations / walk-ins should have been a whole lot friendlier. It was my first time asking her a question after queuing out for 20 mins, but she presumed my friend (who had arrived way before me) had already asked her the same question. Why?? Had asked for ballpark waiting time, and she was clearly irritated by the question - I guess it’s hard for her to advise. Ok, that’s fair. Then I proceeded to ask her in which queue sequence we were for the walk-in waiting list. (In my heart: Are we 5th? are we 6th? Or are we the Next? Or it could have been we are the 20th group? *seriously was trying to keep my qns short since she was on such an annoyed mode*) Either way, judging by their reluctance to respond - it seems there was no way we will gonna get the seats. Maybe the no. is so huge they couldnt advise. Then I had appreciate if they told us the truth. Right? Btw - we walked in at 6.50ish, and i overhead the rude lady mentioned the next available booking is 9.30pm. Well, what are the chances of like x groups of 5 pax cancelling? (Used “x” since it’s unknown) & before 9.30pm? My other guess why they were reluctant to advise is perhaps because they wanted customers to wait outside in event many of their reservations were cancelled (but how likely man for x groups to cancel to reach us???) However, in light of covid, it had be better for us as customers to leave the place, and not cause a line of queue / compact crowd to form outside in conflict with social distancing measures. So that’s what we did. After queuing for 40 mins. Nonetheless, I appreciate the other lady for her attempt at explaining, albeit still the reluctance to advise the waiting sequence - hence giving it a 2 stars. *Solely rating their service.* disliked rating badly, but hahah wouldn’t recommend coming to this place via walk-in if you don’t wanna encounter the “no reservations, don’t ask qns” mode of that service staff.

Slipped into potato head to chill for the night and they definitely delivered on the ambiance! The second floor of the building felt extremely cozy while still maintaining safety regulations and social distancing measures. The interior gives off a warm glow that felt extremely welcoming. Just sharing my experience dining in somewhere in late January. I went with a guy friend and I arrived earlier. A group of girl staff at the reception area were staring at me with animosity. I felt really strange with their stare and waited my friend at another end. When we were ordering, one of the waitress were really nice but the other that came to refill water see me as invisible and attend only to my guy friend. This is just weird.

The impossible burger tasted like the real thing! Cant tell the difference apart. The food (both the burger and korean fried rice) were indulgent, super friendly service from the lady at the counter. Expensive burgers, I would say. Approx 25 bucks for a burger without fries , and drink. But taste is justifiable for the price paid. Had the pop the berry drink and flaming rice. The drink was really mild to be $10 but it matches the strong flavours of the flaming rice which had a very nice fragrant and taste. The beef patty that came with the rice was 10/10

I've been to Potato Head multiple times and the service provided was nothing short of amazing, the burgers and cocktails are highly recommended, the atmosphere at the rooftop garden was relaxing (bonus if you're fans of old school hip hop), and the service staff were hospitable - Juvel in particular never failed to make me feel welcome and her service was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

Went here to have some vegan burgers. The burgers were good and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. The burgers are quite small so two burgers would be enough for a meal. The veganized nuggets were a bit too crispy. The service was great. The staff helped to veganize some of the dishes that were originally vegan.

Potato Head, the literal cornerstone of Chinatown, located on the corner of Keong Saik Road and Teck Lim Road, is the Singapore branch of the famous Bali beach club. Although they share a name, that’s pretty much where the similarities end. Potato Head Singapore (PHS) stretches over three stories. 90s hip-hop is blasting over the speakers at the burger bar Three Buns downstairs. Elegance and decadence reigns at Studio 1939 – a colonial-style cocktail bar on the 2nd floor. Last but not least, PHS also has a rooftop tiki bar with a great view over Chinatown towards the People’s Park Complex.

Also enjoyed a burger, but the waiter oddly decided to not bring me my fries as my friend had ordered truffle fries! He said he thought we were sharing even though I ordered mine and he definitely repeated what I ordered! Strange for him to make that decision rather than ask! Anyway, good food, good drinks and great setting. Thanks!! Oh and top tip.. be ready for the many many stairs to get to the roof 🤣

This has it all, roof top bar and excellent food. I had a burger and it’s right up there as being tasty, very well cooked and happily could’ve eaten it again!! So glad they closed around 1130pm. Walked in few bars and they closed at 1030pm and last order was about 930pm- 10pm. We were full after dinner so just ordered 2 desserts and alcohol drinks. Both desserts were great. Due to covid rules, we have to finish drinks by 1030pm. Overall it’s a nice experience. Would drop by next time for their food.

Had dinner at level 2 using secret supper package offered by Klook The service was super fast. But the portion was a bit too much for 2 Definitely recommend the dirty miso fries and plant based chicken nuggets (it tastes better than chicken ! And my husband actually thought it was chicken) We had watermelon man as the main, pickle was a bit too sour for my taste. Overall the ambiance is nice: dim lights/ funky decorations …

Good burgers but no wow factors to justify the high price tag. I ordered the 3 fun boys and red velvet cocktail. Both was really tasty! Total bill came out about $350 / 4 people with 1 burger and 2 drinks each. Service was friendly but strict with seating time cuz this place was popular. If you want to and drink whole night, I suggest other places or reserve another restaurant nearby to have drinks after eating here.

Despite containing so many ingredients and condiments, this burger was able to hold its structural integrity right till the end. This definitely felt like a dirty burger but tasted fancy at the same time The Smokin' B.Boy had such complex flavours yet each is fleshed out distinctively with each bite.

A beautiful & cozy place to dine. Service is great plus friendly. Down side I think is the menu.. mainly just burgers & cocktails. So if you are looking a place to sit down and have a long chat with your besties this place will be perfect. Couple will be love it too.

Incredible building with multiple levels and a low-slung (not skyscraper) rooftop bar. The decor is mural heavy and packed with objet d'art but really works in this context. Drinks aren't cheap, but the bar staff know their stuff and the choice of even as something as simple as gin was deep.

Super love the vibes here, especially on the roof top. Perfect place to hang out, it’s breezy on a cool night and you can chill to the beat of 90s R&B while you sample a wide variety of cocktails. There is also a smoking area so you don’t have negotiate 4 flights of stairs each time you have an urge. The burger is definitely the star… the meat patty is juicy sandwiched in between soft brioche buns, and they pride themselves with a huge variety of burgers to satisfy any taste even vegetarians/vegan with their impressive “impossible” menu. Also if you can’t handle a whole burger, you can always go for the sliders! We ordered so many sides, what I recommend you order is the truffle toast & fries. The rest were just mediocre and you should definitely skip the Pokemon - fresh yellowfin salad.. it was so lacking in taste & seasoning. Their brownie is heaven for chocolate lovers and good for sharing. Overall a 4 stars because they impose a $100 nett min spend p/head for reservations made.

I love this place… good to chill around and have drinks with your friends , they have a few storeys. We were placed on level 2 on a sofa seating .. towards the end we went up to the 3rd floor to take a look at the private room which I really liked it as well, they had a bar ( Studio 1939 bar) in there, very cosy and intimate setting . Lastly the roof top! For people who doesn’t really like air conditioned places… Be sure to come early or make reservations at Potato Head as it’s a hot spot for a great night out!

Love the interior and vibe in the restaurant each floor has its character. The burgers, mocktails are strongly recommended!! I hope the fries sauce came on the side, but overall the dining experience was great.

The ambience here is pretty nice. Sat at the rooftop bar and it was rather crowded and noisy. But that is kind of expected. Their burgers were very average. But their fries were so good - I think this is the naughty fries. They are addictive! Service here is good too. Their waiters / waitresses are attentive. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

Unique & casual ambience. Had drinks & dinner at level 2 on Saturday night. Food was good, can taste that it made of quality ingredients, not your typical burger joint. Therefore it's also not cheap. Well, you get what you paid, can't complain.

Was here for an evening cocktail session. And so far all the drinks we ordered was really good!! Love the place and vibes. Just bear in mind if you’re taking outdoor seating it means rooftop (4/5 flights of stairs). Staff was attentive as well. Love it

Ate here in the afternoon! Service was superb, the atmosphere was great. Love the window seat as I could eat and people watch at the same time! The food was great! Love the truffle cheese fries although it got jelat towards the end! Worth it though! The burger was better than normal! Worth trying :)

Potato Head has the most beautiful beach front as compared to other hotels and resorts around Seminyak. Staff are attentive, a great place to chill for the whole day. Spectacular sunset.

I decided to throw a party for my husband’s birthday! Absolutely the best decision to do so at Studio 1939 Bar!! I can’t thank Juvel Leoncio and her team especially Tanya , our table in charge , for the lovely experience. Food and drinks , including the exclusive well setup corner for our party left our friends utterly delighted! You have a super woman rockstar team there! The naughty fries and portobello toasts were a hit. We loved the dugg out sliders and the coleslaw too … thank you for the excellent experience!!

We went there as walk-ins. The place is just few blocks from Outram mrt. The crew were friendly even when we changed seats few times, they were very accommodating. We settle in the Studio. The vibe is very cool. We stayed until 11:30 and the party was just started. The food is great. Service is incredibly fast. Price is reasonable! 😊 definitely will come back to try the roof deck! 😊

Went there mainly for drinks at the rooftop. Atmosphere was great, love the spicy beef satay. I had Zombie and the classic G&T, but I cannot comment much about the drinks as i am not an expert there except i like how the drinks were displayed, e.g. special cups/glass per drink.

Liked the atmosphere! We sat on a table of 4 at the roof. The cocktails and the finger foods were great. Especially the cheeseburger was delicious! If you want to have dinner and chill with the music, this is the spot!

Nice place with some remarkably good burgers - try the divine Truff Ryder - and rather bland fries. We also had some shakes, which were yum, and an underwhelming starter. Acoustics not great, too loud in there as you hear other guests clearly, but the interior is charming.

Truffle fries was nice, my main (bellyful) was so-so. Was in the dining hall (level 2). Service was good, frequent refill of water. Chairs were abit low, I had to sit up straight to reach the table in a comfortable position. Music was too loud for conversation. Food overpriced

Burgers here are fabulous. A little expensive but worth the penny. Wide selection of drinks and cocktails! Service is great, but a little slow hence the 4 star. Gets a little noisy, but overall a great place to hangout with friends in the evening.

We had drinks and dinner at the rooftop bar. The service attitude was terrible initially as they somehow seemed annoyed to be working and were not welcoming at all. We overheard the same remarks about the bad service from the table of 2 Caucasian ladies next to us. Food was good overall however. We enjoyed the chicken n beef satays, nachos, broccoli, burgers and portobello. I'd probably skip the "Three Little Pigs" which was $15 for 3 small pieces of pork belly. Cocktails during happy hour were cheap so we had quite a few drinks. Nice rooftop and cute lights.

Had the Miso Dirty fries and Burning Man Burger! the fries were awesome! its really more like potato wedges mixed in with some really yummy sausages and a great umami suace! the Burger was great! cooked to medium. it arrived quick. like less than 10 mins. And the bun and meat were hot! its... a little bit spicier than i thought it would be. more spicy than nasi lemak sambal. but... not super spicy. they took away my favourite cocktail "zombie... (something)", so one less stat for that. meh! otherwise, drinks were strong. and they had some guest mixologist, but i did not partake in his stuff. sorry, no photos. was living in the moment. but I like Potato Head. its been a fun time every time

Tried the restaurant after workout. I usually don’t get beef, but the beef burger (burning man) tasted pretty good. The patty is juicy the sauce is mixed with the beef add on the flavour. If you don’t want to try typical truffle fries, you can opt to try out miso dirty fries. Try to pair the food with alcohol if you feel like taking a chill day. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relax and quiet on a Saturday. It’ll be a good choice to have lunch and catch up with your friend.
