The Grand Batam Mall is one of the bigger and more sophisticated malls in Batam. If you're trying to book a grab taxi you will probably have to indicate to the driver the lobby where you will be waiting at. The mall has a fantastic Cineplex which should be a delightful treat for movie buffs on the topmost floor. There is a huge Top 100 supermarket in this mall. It's so big that it takes quite some time to get from one side of the supermarket to the other or even just to find a product. In addition the supermarket was heavily crowded at the time of my visit. Many branded retail stores are located in this mall. There are a few traditional clothing shops however they are a little pricey. The mall is spacious and seems to be popular there are a few spots that are currently vacant but will soon be occupied. The mall was fairly clean and had a fresh smell. The ACE hardware store is quite big and should be amongst the anchor tenants of the mall. The lower floor of the mall has a few property agents trying to sell properties.

Besides the location for top 100 market which have lots of items with affordable price, the new renovated mall also have lots of eatery tenants to try such as janji jiwa,sop buntut, kaiten ramen etc, it's much cooler compared to other malls, i will certainly come back for shopping or have a taste of food here

Visited the mall on 18 Apr 23 @ 1120 hrs. A modern mall with many retail shops, eatery & cafe. If you are a vegetarian lover, there are 2 stalls selling vegetarian food. One at basement selling local food at a very affordable price, did not try the food but look delicious. The other one is at level 4 selling vegetarian Vietnamese cuisine, food is nice and price is very affordable. Recommended.

One of the biggest mall in Batam. Every weekend, this mall will be crowded by people. As you can see in the pictures, i capture the scene on weekend (December 2019). It is still crowded on my recent visit, hard to to find parking place, you must park it in the rooftop. On this mall, you have the biggest department store which is "TOP 100". You can find anything on this mall, you can have Japan, Korean, Indonesian or maybe American cuisine. It's very neat and cozy here. Every floor have their own scene and views. Go explore yourself at Grand Batam Mall!

Grand Batam mall is new mall very expensive n I don’t see any difference from other currency like USD or SGD or AED Avoid shopping in this mall unless required for clothings Kids toys are good but expensive n same as other countries Super art is good with wide variety of local stuff must check n can buy There in the basement got lots of food n coffee shops affordable Although discounts available but still did not see worth of spending money in the mall . Just nice to hang around n go for shopping opposite to the mall which u get the solar small small items over there at reasonable price unless you think u want to get only in mall n not on road side shops

Great Mall with modern design, the toilet are great super clean. So far i think this is the most high class mall in batam. You may find a lot of the high class brand here.

One of the biggest mall at Batam. Plenty of shops, F&B restaurants here. Also here is TOP100 supermarket which is one of my must go places whenever I come Batam. TOP100 here has one of the biggest supermarket floor area and large variety of products to look for. From groceries, household, toiletries, electrical appliances and even apparels available. Overall a great mall to hang out with friends and/or family. The internet signal there sucks though but other than that, it's a nice place. Just a few days ago there was a cosplay event there and it was soo fun😊, I hope there will be more events like that in the future.

There is alot of things that are different in this mall, much more premium stores for clothing , shoes and accessories for both men and women. If you want to shop somewhat similar to vivocity @ hablurfront, then this mall is the choice to head down too. You can take grab from this mall at the drop off point unlike other mall like mega mall bcs, nagoya. They have many exits where you can book grab from.

One of the best rated mall in Batam compared to others, in Google. The place is big and spacious. It look high end with popular brands. The pricing can be steep in some stores. There are also various restaurants for all types of taste. From western food, Japanese and local dishes. The department stores are big too. All in all in my opinion, this is upscale and high end mall.

This is probably one of the latest malls to be added to Batam shopping skyline since post-covid reopening. It will definitely attract the average youngster visiting Batam. It's about 10~15 mins by car from Batam Ctr ferry terminal and has a Top 100 supermarket at basement level.

Most malls in batam dont really have variety of imported brands however you get pretty decent choices here. Plenty of parking space at top levels if you drive.

One of the better mall for high end product or retail goods. Problem is crossing the road if you coming from nearby hotel. No traffic light in sight. Good thing is the mall security guard is very nice. He help mall customers to cross the road by stopping the vehicles and walking with you. Very nice guy. Hope the mall recognise his efforts.

Spaces and a lot of restaurants for meals. Not too many variety of shopping categories. Only 1 foot reflexology shop and you need to go out of mail for body massage.

Clean and new mall. Comes with various bubble tea and snacks + restaurants on the highest floor. With international brand shops like Uniqlo, Puma, Adidas etc. Definitely one of the must-go malls if you're here in Batam just to have a look and walk. There's a sushi tei here as well!

Cinema is here but don't think they have English subtitles for their indonesian movies (which is a shame! it would be great if the movie makers provided it). Nearby A22 food court too.

The Grand itself has 4 upper levels excluding the Entrance Ground where tourists have a left luggage after you checkout of your hotel and still have time for some last minute shopping and aircon makan places! Really modern and fancy mall in Batam, they have a lot of renowned brands like Koi, H&M, Genki Sushi, Pizza Hut, etc. Price wise, H&M is the same as Singapore prices, but Koi was half the Singaporean prices! :p They also had a lot of things going on - there were stalls, games, booths and even a Comic-Con fest kinda thing, so a very happening place for sure.
