I had the best after sales experience with playhao few weeks back! I bought the Nailmatic set online, however the set I received was not what I was expecting, I emailed and called the store, and Angie just couldn't handle it more better. She was very patient with me, and understood the frustration I had among receiving the wrong colours while my girl has been so excited to try them on. She called a several times, to check with the warehouses etc and making sure I was updated. Although I couldn't get the colours I originally bought, Angie made an offer for us to choose the available colours in stores and was generous enough to give the extra colours for free. And the customer service didn't stopped there. When I received the additional colours they were nicely packed with gift wraps. Thank you Angie once again, because of you, your store deserves a 5 stars :)

Small shop but full of great toys and stories behind them. The shop has curated all the toys with the purpose to be a great learning for babies. Like for example the plastic toys they sell here also come from brands that use safe materials and coating for babies. They also have a lot of open ended toys. If you are looking for wooden, please come here for different collections. The staffs are really nice. They are paricent and can advise good toys for different age group. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here! Communicating with the team on their website chat feature was easy and my item (Turing Tumble) was ready for self-collection the very next day. They were so warm and friendly to explain the game. Awesome!

High quality toys and friendly staff who are eager to help. However, the prices are steep. I came in with a budget of $100 but was shocked when I couldn't even get a 24 piece block set with that budget. Ouch. Definitely not the kind of shop you want to go if you are someone looking for good value.

Durable and high quality toys for both boys and girls. The prices of the toys are quite expensive though. They have a lot of toys to choose from. But it is better not to bring your child here if you are on a tight budget.
