Loof is a rooftop bar with an incredible view. It can be tricky to find as there is no immediate street entrance. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is lively. They are known for their weekday happy hour which is $5++ wine and beer 5-6, $6++ 6-7, $7++ 7-8 and $8++ 8-9. I am yet to find a better deal on alcohol in Singapore. What left me disappointed was how sweet every cocktail was. I found all of the ones out group tried were sickly sweet and syrupy. I had many I liked the sound of but unfortunately cocktail after cocktail was too sweet.

Enjoyed our dinner and drinks at this roof-top bar. Amazing collection of drinks in this sky bar. But the shocker is that the food here is delicious too! Proof that you can enjoy your drinks with great food here. Met Edison the bar supervisor who deserves a mention. Edison is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your wonderful recommendations.

The place does have its own moments. A low height roof top bar in the middle of a concrete jungle does sound interesting n it actually was. The menu is quite basic for a bar and has a few vegetarian options. The place is quite costly but I really didn't see the value for all that money. The drinks were very basic and not that different. All in all the place is worth the visit but definitely not worth the money.

Rooftop Bar on third story of office building opposite the rear of the Raffles Hotel. Was here in a bust Friday evening in the second seating that starts at 20.00. Seating with choice of high an low tables. In Covid times seating is quite spacious. Menu has Singapore inspired drinks (names) and a small selection of food. Quality of food was above expectations for a bar. Staff very friendly and service quite fast. Prices average for this part of town. Parking is available under the Odeon towers office building.

The bar at the roof top is impressive. What impressed me is the wall decor at the bar with its blueish colour and the liquors lined up. The staffs are attentive and service is very good. They set up a round table standing bar for us while waiting for available table. We didn’t have to wait long before we were given a table. The happy hour is from 5 to 8 pm. Unlike the drink menu, the food menu is limited with mostly fried food comprises of fried fries/chips, skewers and burgers.

Loof has a particularly lovely ambience on evenings when it doesn't rain. Amazing rooftop place to chill. Usual drinks and they have some tasty and different starters. They have happy hour prices on drinks on Fridays. Not a lot of variety in food. Perfect place to hang out with friends after hectic week of wishing.

A fun and swanky rooftop with fruity drinks and yummy non-traditional bar snacks. I came here with a group of four gals, and ordered a couple of drinks and snacks to share. I enjoyed the umami fries, feng he ri li shots, frosé (super reasonably priced for happy hour) and would probably get them again. Loof bubble tea was ok, probably would not get again. And I disliked the chili crab waffle fries and glad you came up shots. The “shots” are more like shooters, basically a cocktail poured into six little glasses instead of a large glass, but still fun to take and certainly very delicious. Also, while it’s a fun rooftop, don’t expect a

The ambience was very nice. Dimly lit and perfectly spaced out. Perfect place to chill with your friends and catch up! The service was nice as well and so was the presentation of food! Happy hour is really worth it, though it's better to order your drinks and mixers separately ;)

Such a pity they refuse to provide tap water (instead insisting on expensive small bottled water) even when your table is enjoying plentyful food, beers and cocktails. Otherwise the place is great, with good happy hour and light bites.

I am completely blown away by the attentiveness I have received! I came alone with thinking I would get lost in the stack with their guests, but Gabriel treated me no less than. Gabriel, Jiawen and Hui Yee are so on top of things and the professionalism and how thorough with details they are is very hard to find, not to mention telling me about the history of the place!… So fantastic!

One of the earliest rooftop places in Singapore, and still going strong. It has great cocktails and good service. It is less over the top luxurious then other places, which gives it a nice homey feeling.

Came because of the great reviews and the cool IG worthy rooftop location. Overall experience as a place to chill is at best mediocre. Food and drinks were average though the 8pm HH is fantastic. Would have given at least a 4 star if not for the cold (not cool) attitude of the server taking orders and the irritating need to keep my credit card “to have a running tab”. In these days of online scams, not cool at all.

Cool bar with a good vibe. Highly recommend. * Most of the seating is on high stools with no backs so look super uncomfortable, luckily we were at a table. * Booking needed as super busy. * Cocktails were REALLY great. * Service friendly but slow to begin with. * Food platter surprisingly good and great to share. Chilli crab lattice fries were great. * no fans and all outdoors so very hot Only reason I didn’t give five stars is that last cocktail orders were at 21.20!!!! 1 hour and 10 minute before the 22.30 drinks curfew. Then last orders for all other drinks 21.40! Far too early and meant we had finished our drinks before 22.00. Such a shame and ruined the end of the night. I can understand early last drinks if the cocktails were slow to arrive, but they were very fast and much quicker (& tastier) than other bars. Will definitely come back for happy hour as loved the cocktails.

First time to Loof recommended by my friend. A very nice place to chill. thou entire place Is not very big but i love the ambience, sitting at a rooftop enjoying my drinks. Their food and drinks are nice. And i love the word 风和日丽.

Nice place to chill out for liquor, but the food is below average. The “die die must try” special noodle tasted bad & too salty. Disappointed that it is instant noodle with its instant noodle’s chicken powder mixed carbonara sauce topped with some Pharma hams. The pork chopper buns is average taste. Recommend to dine elsewhere before heading there for drinks.

Fantastic ambience and service. A male staff who served us is very friendly and helpful. Food is good but a little pricey. Ordered red and white wine, Ramly burger and crispy chicken satay that comes with nice sauce.

This place is on level 3 so the view isn't fabulous. It wasn't windy enough so I know I will smell of BBQ once I leave the place. Quite a long list of drinks but mostly cocktails and liqueur. Prices are on the higher side, so not recommended for those who are on a budget. Food variety is limited. Mostly fries and skewers. Ordered Whiskey on the rock, Eagle Rare 10 yrs, $15++, and an Italian beer in a bottle, Peroni, $14++. My first time trying both drinks. Peroni doesn't taste like beer, easy to drink, will get a kick if you empty the bottle within 5 min. Eagle Rare 10 yrs was ok, not impressive. Crispy chicken satay, 4 sticks for $16++, tastes good with the sour honey mustard tasty sauce (actually no idea what is the sauce since it' not states in the menu). 7/10 for taste and price. The Lemongrass Prawn Skewers, 3 skewers for $17++, is average although it is good that they are served without shell as minced prawn meat. Food is 6/10 for taste and price. They don't accept cash now. So bring along your cards. My damage for the evening is S$73 for 2 drinks and 2 food item. Not a place that I will pick in future for a night out for the price and experience. Probably over rated online but I guess I won't know unless I am there. Pretty pricey for the drinks and food choice is limited, although location is conveniently located near Cityhall mrt. Not a place that I would go to again as it isn't unique enough to justify for the price.

Went for the 4-6pm all-you-can-drink January promotion. The promotion was definitely worth it at $28+, and the ambience of the place was great. However, service was unbearably slow despite having only 2 occupied tables in the whole place, which put a real damper on our mood. Overall, quite an enjoyable experience, but could use better service.

Boba cocktail is a special drink to go with here. Singapore sling was originated from Raffles Hotel just opposite to this bar, so the Singapore sling they provided here is also very authentic.

Visited the Loof yesterday. Good ambience. Clean toilet. Didn’t try the food. Too much ice in our mojito. Disappointed with the customer service from 2 of the staff. When it was around 9:30pm, A Chinese female waitress went to our table 3 times in half an hour trying to clear our drinks when we were still having it. ??? And the last time she came and took it away, she didn’t even ask. Like hello? My glass wasn’t empty! At around 10pm, the bar was preparing for closing. However, there were still plenty of customers. Suddenly, a Malay male waiter passed by our table, tapped on my friend’s chair as he walked pass and told us in a rude manner that the bar was closing and we have to go in 15mins. It’s not even a proper way of informing and he did not even stop to tell us properly. The tone was also rude and impatient. Just abruptly tap on the chair chasing us to go. I’ve never encountered this in any other bars and I would be understanding if it was pass operating hours and we were the only ones left. (Btw we were prepared to leave before 10:30pm) However, There were still many other patrons. It was still 3/4 full. I’m shocked by the rude treatment we received. Was it because we were dressed like students? Am not sure why the poor treatment and aiming at our table when there were still many others around. Fyi, it was still 1/2 full when we left. 🙄 However, the waitress (seem to be a philipino) who took our orders was kind and polite. The Chinese girl who seem young and new was so rude. And can you imagine she touched our glass a few times? Reaching out while she asked if we were done and putting it back again when we said no. No smile, no apology either. Please at least ask properly before even touching the glasses. Obviously trying to chase customer away. What happened to social distancing? I’m disappointed with my first visit. I wouldn’t say I won’t give the place another chance as it is a lovely spot. But I hope I don’t receive rude treatment and the staff would be more professional next time. It’s challenging to work in F&B and stressful when it comes to closing hours. We completely understand. But please be polite and don’t chase people in rude manner. Just tell patiently will do. Communicate better. There should still be basic courtesy and equal treatment to all. Every job has its difficulties but treat the place and patrons like your own. Do the job u were hired to do. Love the bar as your own. Lol~

Quite a nice place to hang out and chill on a nice quiet afternoon but can be quite hot, which is a given, haha. Happy hour starts at 5pm, but at the opening time around 4ish, they also offer it, probably more flexible on weekdays. Cocktails quite typically you don’t feel the alcohol type in Singapore especially given it’s price at $12++ during happy hours , so best bet always go for beer if want to feel ‘happier’. Service were generally good and friendly!

Very good ambience and great alcohol ~ didn't get a chance to try the bites. One of the good espresso martini. Light and the coffee they use seems to have a light refreshing taste. Overall, a good place to hangout with friends, lover and family.

Came here with great expectations, but was sorely disappointed. We visited Loof on a Saturday afternoon around 445pm. We got the Rum Forrest Rum, and I enjoyed the drink alot. But while I had only taken a few sips, one of the service staff (his name was Faizal) kept coming over to constantly remind us to put on our masks since we were sharing the drink. Please take note, there was nobody around us at all - it is in the afternoon and all the tables around us are empty. The nearest table is at least 2 metres away. So we were already slightly upset, because we came here to have an afternoon drink and to relax. While my friend was taking out his mask to put on, less than 2 minutes after that staff reminded us, he came over to tell us to put on our masks again. I really don’t see the need to do that given that the bar was almost empty and we weren’t even talking loudly. And to remind us to put on our masks TWICE within less than a few minutes - that seriously ruined the whole experience for me. Understand that there is covid now but we were enjoying our drinks before your staff member ruined the whole experience - not even the nice drink can make up for this soiled experience. I immediately finished my drink, paid and left. You can rest assured that I will never return to Loof again, and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone else. I wouldn’t wish this bad experience upon anyone who only wanted to enjoy their afternoon, only to have it ruined.

I really like this chill vibe terrace, but guys...WATER! I’ve been here a few of times with friends, spending a considerable amount on drinks and food, but was still obliged to buy small bottles of expensive water. Please, please make an effort and provide tap water to your customers. Covid is not an excuse, every restaurant in SG does this. Thank you!

Did not take much food photos as I was mesmerized by the breeze on the roof that day. Sadly it will be permanently closed soon. Must order the snacks platter as you will definitely sit till u munch finish the mouth watering finger food.

Came here for a friend’s wedding event. Can’t comment much on the drinks since we were limited to what was in the package. The food tho.. truffle mushrooms were juicy & aromatic, chicken wings were marinated to the bone, crispy satay was extremely tender. Quality bar bites.

Unpretentious and cool place to hangout after work with colleagues or clients. Need to rsvp on Fridays and Saturdays to avoid disappointment. Happy hours drinks are crowd magnet, value for money especially during tis covid season. We ordered cheeseburger yakitori which is a tad too salty, not too hot when served.. Other than that its a cool place to hangout.

Have been visiting Loof for almost a decade now. Plenty of good reasons for that - great service, cheekily-named food and drinks (that are delicious too), and chill vibes. Props to Kish and Eddie behind the bar for always keeping me well hydrated! Wishing the team the very best for 2021 - kudos for keeping your spirits up during a challenging year!

I love Loof! Such a nice space to have drinks with friends. Service is quite quick and friendly. The cocktails are interesting and delicious, but the best part were the waffle fries. The rest of the menu is also good, but the fries. 💯 Also, if you’re early - I don’t know a place with better happy hour deals than Loof.

Ambiance: 4/5 on a cool evening. Full outdoors. Probably very hot and uncomfortable if it didn't rain earlier. Drinks: 3/5. Happy hour drinks weren't good but quite affordable. Service: 1/5. Very rude and curt staff. Staff wasn't interested to explain menu or questions to us. Didn't seem like a reservation helped with getting seats.
