Tried
to
find
the
company's
feedback
email,
but
not
able
to.
Funny
that
in
this
technological
age,
such
service
oriented
establishment
does
not
have
feedback
email.
So
have
to
post
here.
The
event
happened
to
my
three
daughters
and
their
friends,
celebrating
the
upcoming
wedding
of
my
eldest
daughter.
This
is
what
my
daughter
provided
to
me,
and
the
photos
too.

*all
these
were
by
the
same
waiter,
filipino
guy
in
his
30s,
-
when
we
first
arrived,
they
acknowledged
our
reservation
and
brought
us
to
our
table
in
front
of
the
band,
but
we
requested
to
sit
outside
because
it
was
very
noisy
inside,
and
he
kept
insisting
that
outside
seating
is
only
for
maximum
4-5
pax,
until
we
requested
to
move
the
tables
ourselves,
then
he
said
okay.
afterwards
throughout
the
night
there
were
groups
of
8-10
sitting
outside
as
well
-
we
ordered
the
green
beer
tower,
and
realised
that
the
beer
was
quite
flat,
so
we
requested
for
a
change
if
possible.
the
excuses
we
were
given:
1.
"There
is
froth
at
the
top
of
the
beer
tower,
so
the
beer
cannot
possibly
be
flat"
2.
The
waiter
declined
to
try
pouring
the
beer
from
the
tower
to
see
if
it
was
flat
or
not
when
we
offered
3.
"It's
at
the
bottom
of
the
barrel,
so
the
beer
is
like
that"
4.
"It
will
be
the
same
even
if
we
change
a
tower
for
you"
5.
"We
have
gotten
feedback
from
a
few
customers
tonight,
seems
like
our
beer
is
all
a
little
flat
tonight"
We
did
not
want
to
pursue
the
matter
then
as
we
were
celebrating
a
Hen's
night,
and
did
not
want
to
spoil
the
fun.
Look
at
the
beer
in
the
tower,
and
in
the
glasses.
Does
it
looks
appealing?
Service
and
quality
definitely
needs
tremendous
improvements.
