Food was delivered warm and veryyyy neatly packed. Gloves, tissues and utensils were sufficient. Ordered 2 bags - crabs and lobsters. Very fresh and juicy! Sauce is not spicy. Corn is the bombzzz its grilled and sweet! Great for special occasions and gatherings.

The mee goreng and fried rice are highly recommended. Mee goreng had strong wok hei and fragrant of fried chives infused into the spicy, sweet noodle folded with egg omelette. The fried rice also has strong wok hei and nicely fried with crab meat and shredded omelette, enjoy every bite of fried rice with the umami ingredients chopped to rice size.

Definitely an amazing experience. First time trying crab and it was incredible. The bread was so tasty that I couldn’t stop eating it. If I ever go back to Singapore this is definitely a place I will return. I think everyone should have the experience of trying crab and Jumbo is the place to go. You can go to any location because all of them serve amazing food.

My first ever Alaskan king crab in my life and i must say its soooooo good! My gf and I came here for the normal mud crabs but were encouraged to get the alaskan one due to a 50% discount. After doing our math, its like $100 for a 1kg mud crab VS $140 for a 1.1kg Alaskan one (btw...this is only half the crab). And its one of the best decision i paid for. We got the black pepper crab. Meat was tender, sweet and gigantic chunk of crab meat! Its so good that i have it 2 weeks later at Jumbo Dempsey. If the discount is still on, please get it while stocks last. (As i am writing this on 14th Sep, we were told their crabs were sold out and had to make do with Red House Alaskan crab promotion instead. 3 of us went there and all felt it was pretty bad). You wont regret trying it at Jumbo!

Ordered the crab in a pack with creamy butter sauce.. omg the sauce is sooooooo good!! U gotta try it to believe it. We couldn’t have enough!! Ordered some add on to the pack as well as some sides. The Garlic fried rice and fish skin is good too! Highly recommended! I don’t think this is expensive though. Also came with table cover, 2 aprons, gloves but we just use hands. Thumbs up for delivery within stipulated time as well! 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely delightful experience with my family for the Chinese New Year celebration. A belated celebration but served with the best yu sheng I’ve had for a long time. Certainly happy to be treated to a quiet and wonderful time at the riverwalk outlet. Many thanks to the polite and attentive staff who were attending to us the whole night, and we are grateful for the opportunity to some quiet family time and indulging in some of the best food available. The chilli crab (although not cheap at 9.80 per gram) in particular was worth a shout out for the sweet flesh and delightful chilli sauce. Will certainly come back for another visit.

Jumbo never fails to impress. First time here at this outlet and we’re back for their 50% off Alaskan king crab. Had it the first time at jumbo over at Ion outlet where we got the 2.8kg crab and it was good. presentation there was better. This time was 2.6kg and we had the salted egg & chili sauce. Somehow they don’t recommend chili sauce for Alaskan crab but must try! Ordered 15 mantous to soak up the sauce. Service good as usual.

Ordered 2 packs of crab bags and some sides. Self-collection arranged at 5-5.30pm and the food was ready at 5pm. Love both their chili crab and black pepper sauce, however people who has low tolerance for spicy should avoid black pepper. All the seafood were fresh and good. Crab in the cake has lots of lemongrass, and personally I don’t like it. Will definitely order the crab bags again :)

Ordered the seafood bag which was a decent portion for two. Sauce was quite good. However we felt that the prawns and lobsters tasted like frozen seafood, not fresh as claimed. A stark contrast to other popular seafood bags we had.

I love the cereal prawn, chilli crab, oyster sauce kailan and dessert yam paste, amidst all the other food we ordered. Food quality and freshness is great. However, the environment is cluttered and noisy (despite us being in the VIP room where we had one table and the other table was occupied). The service crew never wore a smile, in fact none of them. I only saw them talking to each other and not being attentive to customers calling out to them. Our plates were dirty and full but yet not being changed. Service standards are considered rather low.

This is a popular restaurant for seafood, especially chili crab. It's very good but can be a bit pricey. The soup was really good, especially the seafood pumpkin one. Chili crab is a must try, but it's a bit sweet for my taste. I also like the razor clams as well.

In one word this place is BUSY. Wait staff were very nice and helpful. Dishes arrived in a timely manner. Live prawns and oatmeal prawns were excellent as was the chilli crab. Salted egg yolk crab was not up to par. Scallops also excellent as were the vegetables. Wasn't a big fan of the dragon fruit salad but that may just be me. Did it live up to the hype? I guess I wasn't disappointed but it was far from spectacular as promised. Definitely recommend going at least once. Bookings recommended.

I really enjoyed the dining experience in here! The chili crab was amazing and staff were very kind and gentle! A bit pricey but worth it. Great food with the river view, what more I can ask for?☺️

Great food, great service, helpful staff. First time going there, and the staff was very gracious in suggesting dishes, given our dietary restrictions (halal only). Ordered the chilli crab & black pepper crab, scallops in yam, and stir fry cod. Everything was super, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Ordered take away through oodle app. Delivery is quite prompt, a max of 15mins late (prolly due to traffic). Ordered the chili sauce (on many occasions) and the black pepper flavours. Both are equally good, but would prefer the chili sauce over the black pepper. Food came warm.

Ordered this for Xmas eve dinner and it was rather disappointing. Food was delivered within timeframe (7-8pm, arrived at 8pm), but was already cold as it was not placed in thermal bags but paper bags. Fries and fried stuff were all soggy. 4 mantous were missing from order; thothey offered a refund after contacting them. Portions were very small, it was for 6 - 8 pax and we had 6 pax, but the seafood was barely enough. Garlic butter sauce was watery too, not worth the price overall.

Ordered for dinner on Christmas Day. Delivery was prompt, but food still arrived lukewarm. The baby lobster was not fresh and very overcooked. The prawns were good. The sauce was the worst part of the dish. We ordered butter, chili crab, and black pepper. Do not expect Jumbo quality. Maybe Jumbo instant sauce made by a bad cook. All were extremely watery. The black pepper sauce had some very hard bits of pepper too. Portions are generous.

Great experience. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time, and the food was prepared nicely with paper to lay on the table, bibs, gloves, and even a Spotify playlist! Also appreciate the cable tie that could be easily opened so we didn’t have to fumble with opening the bag. Ordered the butter sauce and it was delicious. Everything was as fresh as we expect from Jumbo. Good value too. Would order again.

Very nice food, but a little on the expensive side. A local favorite but also favored by tourists. Staffs can understand english, but not too fluent. The chili crab is exceptionally good. Better call to make reservation before coming here cause the line is pretty long even in weekdays.

Very good wait staff attentive and quick with our needs, food quality fresh. Am never into with big names restaurants but Jumbo does keep a standard. I enjoyed all the dishes especially the herbal big fresh prawn soup, coffee pork ribs, fried chicken, the chili crab matou was good but their best top dishes was the black pepper crab and the best ending was the mango sago dessert i was so full but finished all the dessert it was that good. Disappointments was the fly in our vip room it was ruining the meal ambience and felt a bit concern on hygiene and the mee goreng was a dish I skipped. Not worth. Besides that good place to have company or group dinners and easy access to mrt too.
