Food is priced on the lower side for the more finedining-esque presentation and taste. Most of the dish is very tasty and interesting. We were seated outdoor with a nice riverview towards mbs. I suggest the alfresco area. I hope that there're different choices in the menu when I revisit in the future. The cocktail drinks are surprising good too. The classics are made to perfection. Not too sweet, and very aromatic. Do try old fashioned and negroni. Even the non-classics are great too. I would visit again solely for cocktails alone.

We were on a lookout to spend time with the family for dinner and to do a small birthday session for our second child hence we approached our Lifestyle Concierge, Ten Lifestyle Group. La Belle Époque was recommended. And it was indeed a great choice! Food was excellent, service was great. We went with the recommendations and every dish were great! Ingredients were very fresh. The Seabeam and Chips were particular good and we ordered two servings as the kids loved it too. The Watermelon Tartar was refreshing and opens your appetite. We have to mention that the portions are not big but that’s the point: you don’t over eat and get to really enjoy each dish accordingly. Our birthday girl was given a complimentary dessert which was surprisingly very good too! It had a very generous portion of strawberries which just so happened to be her favorite fruit. Best of all, the price is very decent given the high quality food, great ambience, service and limited seating capacity. We sat by the river view which made the entire experience all the more wonderful! Well done and worth a next visit!

I like it that they created farm to table creations, using their own herbs. I had their Sg Restaurant Week Dinner Menu, enjoyed how they have specially curated the menu. Their appetiser, watermelon Tartar was refreshing, Tortellini tomato broth was very creamy, there was a variety of mains and lovely desserts too. We had a wonderful night, sitting close to the river and enjoying the beautiful creations they've created. Their chefs and staffs were very friendly too. Thank you!

Opening in February 2022, La Belle Epoque Restaurant, whose name means 'the golden age', is a chic gastrobar specialising in modern contemporary European plates, prepared using fresh ingredients sourced locally in an effort to be sustainable. Benefitting from its waterfront views along the Singapore River by Boat Quay, La Belle Epoque Restaurant is a relaxing place to chill with desserts and drinks. . Ambience at La Belle Epoque Restaurant offers waterfront dining with views of the Singapore River, beautiful especially in the evenings. Lively and bustling, with seats air-cooled by powerful fans, the comfortable furnishings lends well to long lingering meals and people watching. Lighting is minimal, lending an intimate feel, with thoughfully placed spotlights casting sufficient glow that allows you to clearly appreciate the dishes and presentation. . Service at La Belle Epoque Restaurant is great, with staff enthusiastically engaging diners, ensuring you feel comfortable. They introduce dishes with a brief description as they serve, and helpfully offer to clear finished plates throughout the meal. I note decent product knowledge, and quick efficiency at cleaning up when diners leave. Order fulfillment seems relatively quick, but waiting time for drinks feels longer than usual with a lone bartender. . Food at La Belle Epoque Restaurant is Modern European cuisine, with a dash of Asian flavours thrown in. Chef Firdauz Nasir leads the kitchen, with a philosophy of fresh locally sourced ingredients seasoned with natural herbs. Dishes tend to be heavy on flavour, complex, pushing the boundaries experimentally. Portions are large, designed for communal group dining. Prices are comparable to other gastrobars, budget about SGD $70 per person.

⭐️ Fine dining and lovely ambience with a great view! The starter tomatsoppa (cauliflower croutons, Roma tomato stew, focaccia tuile, basil) is flavourful and tasty. For the mains, the battered sea bream is meaty and yummy. The truffle potato chips is also very crispy and delicious. The Canard (smoked duck breast) is savoury and tender. And finally the Cordero Asado (barbecued lamb shoulder) is strong in flavour and not too tough to chew. The Bulletproof Coffee is quite a unique drink. Arabica beans with coconut oil and condensed milk. Quite a good combination! The pretzel dessert is fantastic as well. It’s coffee infused and goes perfectly well with the sweet sauce to end off the wonderful meal.

A very interesting restaurant. They have done an awesome job at bringing concepts of fine dining into a casual yet romantic setting at very affordable prices. Great service, food and views

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Maybe it was the chef’s day off. The skins dish chicken skin was probably little old as it had turned rancid. Lamb shoulder was a .a<1 cm thin chop that the Australian in the group said she would have sent back if this weren’t Singapore(more bone and fat than meat). The duck, acceptable but the yam mash was basically ohr nee without any flavour and served as a savoury. Chips were overdone and oily. Burrata was ok. Drinks were alright. Will not be going back. Food insta friendly but mostly not edible.

Had dinner here last week. Local fare and i must say that it was good. Ambience was good by the river. It was pretty quiet as it was a weekday. A bit disappointed as they do not have their cocktails. Was told that they are in the midst of overhauling their menu thus the reason why cocktails are off the menu now 🤐. Would have given a 5 star except that it is on a more pricey side. Nevertheless, a nice place for a good evening meal if you have some extra to spend 😊

The lunch set was mediocre. Only the soup and fish taste ok. Mushroom soup: savoury and smooth with a strong taste of truffle. Beef Ragu pasta: sucks☹️pasta has no bite and the beef Ragu tasted like plain stir fried minced beef. Fish and chips: fish was crispy but the fries were soggy and stale Ice cream sandwich: Peach sorbet was crazy sweet We also ordered the mocktails that’s $10 each and tasted like cheap syrup drink. But the plus point is that you get great service and the atmosphere is quite good👍🏻

The food is tasty and decent and reasonably priced for fine dining. Some of the dishes I had included watermelon tartare, which was refreshing, poulet (aka chicken) which goes well with purple cabbage and purple pommes potato and sea bream ceviche which was really an amazing blend of flavours. I would 10/10 recommend it. The lemon tart is very delicious and unique too as it comes with an element of surprise - see my 5th pic. I also find the service very good. The staff are friendly and attentive to my needs and always seek ways to improve. They were also helpful when I was making a reservation and assigned me a great seat just by the river. ☺️ Thanks for having me.

Seldom will I bother to write a review unless it's really bad, but the food is horrible! Watery and soggy pasta with minced beef which was bland, and they tried to pass it off as beef ragu?! Mushroom soup was bad as well, Campbell would have been better. Chicken wings were lacking colour and flavour too. Even the fish and chips was bad, the fries were soggy and salty.

My experience with La Belle EPOQUE was unpleasant as there is empty seat by the river but the staff Infd that it was reserved. Through out our dinning the seat was left empty. Shouldn't the service be. This can be better handle. The staff can Infd that the reserved guest will be coming (around what time) so that we could have a chance to seat by the river to have a great ambience of dinning and it was my partner bday but that never happen. Such disappointed of the service. Not only that the restaurant is running out of plastic bag for take away. For the foods wise they also run out of potato salad but they allowed us to choose any vegetables which is acceptable. Overall experience was not good and will never head back again. Thank you.

I recently dined at La Belle and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The menu offered a great variety of options and the food was well-prepared especially the iberico tomahawk. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend La Belle for anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Dec 2018. I had a great experience at this little drinking eatery. My intention was to bring my foreign guest a taste of local drinking culture here where we did not want to have anymore Chilli Crabs and Chicken rice. The Sampan offered a great balance of that for dinner and drinks. The bites were Asian and not heavy Chinese savoury of big meats and seafood. We had duck buns, chicken sticker dumplings and a whole spring chicken. Although they were not at renowned best, they left a great impression especially the dumplings. We had loads of beer and white wine paired with spiced nuts and prawn crackers. The staff were nice and attentive. The outdoor patio by the bank was a bit small but there were enough seats for us. The breeze, the river view, gorgeous patrons and passer-bys, what more to ask for after a hard day at work.

$$$:S$50-S$100. Very cozy and unique foods. We could enjoyed good asian foods and good pairing of wines. Chef Paul's idea and passions against foods are very interesting. All these dishes are enjoyable to see, taste, smell. Very affordable price. This shop is just opened one week ago. I hope that they can maintain this quality of foods and services.

Chanced upon this restaurant/bar during an afternoon stroll around the CBD. I was not dressed formally and expected to get rejected but thankfully they were very welcoming of me. Had an hour to pass so I blind ordered one of their signature cocktail. Needless to say, it was so good I blind ordered a second and then went on to order two happy hour wines (Happy Hour prices were too attractive to resist) Drinks were awesome and service delivery by the attentive staff made the entire short experience all the better. Will definitely be back to try out their delicious looking food which I managed to sneak a peak when being served to other tables.

Amazing! The Vietnamese Spring Rolls are the single best spring rolls I've had in my life! Absolutely incresible food, would go out of my way to go back next time I'm in Singapore. A little pricey but very very worth it.

Me and my girlfriend went down there to have some drinks and dinner. We had a good time as the ambience is clean and open, drinks are at nicely priced for the location. Had the Pan Puri which was amazing, i normally don't eat cheese but this fiiling with the cottage cheese and curried lenthil was amazing. The mushroom san choi boa was good as well. my girlfriend had the mango beef salad which she liked but she wished it was more spicy. the sezchuan pepper spare rib chicken is very very very juicy as you bite into it, the combonation with the hot sauce dips works well. My main course 300gm angus Grass-fed sirloin steak with sambal green beans & pho herbs, surprisingly the sambal works really well with the steak but however i am a steak lover/eater/cooker.. lol, it had a little bit too much beef jus showered on the steak. when you have a good tender piece of meat, all you need is salt and pepper with the jus on the side and the sides. the beef was super tender which i loved so much apart from the bath of the beef jus. will definitely return again to explore the rest of the menu which looks very exciting and ambitious. Thank you to The Sampan Team and especially Herman & Christopher

Love the foods here — both the taste of fusion Asian foods and the creative decoration of the dishes! We took the outdoor seating just right next to the river, with amazing night view of Boat Quay. Definitely, I’m coming back here again ;)

Amazing food, excellent service! Offered to do me a vegetarian Mei Goreng which was so delicious. My family also loved their meals, filled with flavour. The service was very attentive and friendly - perfect for our last night in Singapore!

Nice decor, great location on boat Quay. This is a pan asian cusine as my frd called it, pretty much Asian fusion. Offers happy hour on drinks which is great and the employees are super nice. The food is alright, a bit on the spicy side for sure. As it is located at center of town with great view, the price is up there as well, around 40-60 per pack. Overall I would rate this place with the following: Location: 9/10 Ambient: 8/10 Taste: 7/10 Service: 9/10 Price: 6/10

Came here for lunch with my colleagues. I ordered the 3 course meal for about 18++. The food was quite fancy and innovative so I thought the price was really not bad. However, the portion was quite small.
