Standard has dropped a fair bit. Some food is a bit tasteless, or they try to be healthy. Booked through Eatigo, with 50% discount, but some items, such as Fish, etc, are not subjected to discount. Do ask before ordering if you wish to get 50% discount on items. Imagine a plate of asparagus will cost $42 without discount! They didn’t remind me that fish has no discount. 900g of steam fish @ $153! Tasteless and totally not worth it. Not recommended! ! Will not be back again!

It's a set dinner for 2, the duck and fish meat were tender and fresh. Just nice a portion for one serving. Service is good.

There is an ongoing discount for the Peking roasted duck by Jan 20 2022: 32 net for a whole duck only available for 4+ pax. Three options for a second dish from the rest of the duck: plain cut (additional 5 net) , fried rice (+15), fried noodle (+15) The duck was good - crispy skin, aromatic flesh but there was only one plate of sliced meat (I’d rather call it a plate of skin) for you the put in as rolls. That is not very Beijing style based on my 4 years’ living in Beijing. One duck should have at least two plates of thin meat (skin attached) for the rolls and a small plate of pure skin for your tasting the crispy. How to cook the rest does not matter much. Here, the whole rest of the flesh was for the fried rice. The fried rice was very good though, full of duck meat. In summary, the duck is worth trying and the fried rice is good, just not served in Beijing style.. If you want to have more meat for the rolls, choose plain cut. And the asparagus we ordered was almost raw.

The dim sum selection available at this place is quite limited, offering approximately 10 different types to choose from. It's likely one of the most expensive dim sum experiences I've encountered. On average, each dish containing 3 buns or 3 dumplings would set you back around $8.80 to $9.80. We opted for the steamed spare ribs priced at $8.80, but we were unable to finish it due to its unappetizing taste. The meat seemed to be of the wrong cut, affecting its flavor. The mixed meat platter, costing $68 for a small portion, included roast pork, BBQ pork, and roast duck. However, it's advisable to avoid this dish as the roast pork was tough, cold, and lacked crispy skin, while the BBQ pork had an odd flavor with unclear seasoning. The fried carrot cake was decent, though it lacked the signature char aroma. The fried seafood Mee Sua, priced at $36, had an average taste and failed to justify its cost. Two standout dishes were the poached spinach in chicken stock with trio eggs, as well as the salted egg prawn. Unfortunately, the dining environment was uncomfortable due to the excessive heat, and despite complaints, the management claimed they couldn't do anything about the air conditioning. This led to an unpleasant dining experience, with everyone sweating while eating. The service was attentive, but I had to remind them to slow down the pace of food service, given that my table was already crowded with stacked dim sum. The rush in serving was perplexing and hard to understand.

Har kau and BBQ pork buns were so so. Stir fried kai kan was a bit too salty for me. Fried rice was good. Tasted MSG in the food. The restaurant looked old and the chair fabric covers were full of stains. Very pricey for this quality.

Food is definitely overpriced. If not for the 30% Eatigo discount, we might have walked out of the restaurant. Food is ok, not fantastic. Service is not as bad as what the other reviewers shared, perhaps the restaurant has improved on their service after the negative feedback. Will not go back for sure, unless we apply 50% at specific timings on Eatigo.

The only good dish was probably the duck. Skin was crispy and paired well with the plum sauce. Other than that the rest of the dishes were either too salty or bland. The worst thing we experienced was the service. Staff was rude and were eyeing our plates to see if we were done eating. Different staff took turns to walk over and stand by our table gawking at us which made us feel very uncomfortable and made the entire dining experience horrible. They could have probably handled the situation in a better way by letting us know they may require the table (there wasn't anyone queueing outside by the way....) once we were done instead of standing around for no reason and staring at us to make us leave when we were done. Didn't pay this amount of money to get such service and food quality...

Went for Monday high-tea. Soft shell crabs & venison is good. Dim sum oso good. Sweet & sour pork with lychee & salted egg pumpkin were disappointing. Out of 9 dishes, 2 failed.

The Peking Duck is definitely worth the $28++ and the other 2 dishes were good as well (forgotten to take the photo of the duck meat). However, was pretty surprised by the price of the pot of pu-er tea for 4 ($15++ if I remember correctly).

Went for the 50% disc on Dim Sum lunch. The sum of sum quality was quite good and exquisite. The taste was good. They need to improve on the variety and serving size. Personally, I find it small as compared elsewhere as per dish b4 discount is S$8.80 or S$9.8. It was super expensive before the discount.

Came for the 50% dim sum promotion but felt cheated when their dim sum menu only had 7 items to choose from. Everything else we wanted to order does not have the discount! The XO carrot cake cost $18 but the portion was so small each of us can only eat 2 pieces. They charged $5 each person for tea. Cost us almost $100 but wasn't fulfilling at all. And this is after the 50% disc! How ridiculous! Will boycott this place! For the same price I can get better quality dim sum and be more fulfilled as well. The restaurant is so small the waiting staff kept bumping into your seat. Do not waste your money at this place nor be cheated by their promotion.

Was a little disappointed with what they charge at this outlet as it has the sAme menu and prices as the Peach Garden on Level 33 of OCBC Center. But mini Peach Garden is tucked at a corner of Chinatown Point, why would you charge hotel prices. The sweet & sour pork did not come in the pineapple flambé but still love their favourites eg the carrot cake, barhoo egg plant and wasabi salad prawns. The Peking Duck somehow too localised in taste.

50% off for dim sum when dine with senior. But selection are super limited, hence ordered extra noodles, wasabi prawns and fried eggplant. Every dish is delicious. On the expensive side for the normal lunch menu.

Love the XO carrot cake, broccoli 🥦 with crab meat n beanskin puff. The fried mee sua with prawns n scallops had very good wok hei.. The fried rice with small abalone n pork belly with bittergourd were mediocre. Could have deep fried the pork belly to rid it off its oil before stir frying with the bittergourd. The aircon doesn't seem to be working. Excellent service by the uncle at the left of the small room from the entrance. Got to dabao what we couldn't finish without a word said unlike some other restaurants in the hotel. Will come back again.

Still hustling as usual. However seems to be lack of staff that day. Duck isn’t as nice as before. Although several people told us so, we still went ahead. Got promo, why not? Lol Total damage: $152 (including tea n rice)

The food was good as always, I like their wasabi prawn and flossy brinjal; a good option for dinner with family and friends. However, the only thing that bother on the night was the aircon, the peak hour was very crowded, and I felt suffocated and not air circulation at all; but I would still love to come back there for their good food.

Guess I should have done my homework before going over. The wrap for Peking duck wasn’t the usual wrap you see in other restaurants - locally (imperial treasure) or overseas - so it’s a bit disappointing. The side dish (little abalone) was just underwhelming. The seafood dishes were bad - bamboo clams were too dry; steamed fish wasn’t fresh We were given a round table without the rolling plate, so it was a logistic nightmare Note: dim sum options not readily available at night.

Area is warm for morning Dim sum. The roast pork mixed platter is the best. Fried rice is good. Fried prawn roll is good. The others are average. Service from the ones taking order are average at best, don’t expect friendly and warm service. The servers are more friendly and service oriented. They prepared and serve the child utensils for the little one. Food is being served fast and warm. Dim sum menu is little, need to supplement with the main course.

Thumbs up to the staff there, the service here is top notch. Staff are friendly and patient. The food is great, but nothing extraordinary. A lot of deep fried foods, if that’s what you love this is a great place. My family enjoyed our time there mainly due to the good service of the place. A young waiter offered to take our family photo too and did a great job.

I always have pleasant dining experience at Peach Garden. My 1st try at the Chinatown outlet but unfortunately, overall experience is so-so only. The roasted duck was really not as expected, the rest of the dishes are decent but personally I felt for the portion size, they overly priced even for CNY.

  • 3/5 Nicholas N. 2 months ago on Google • 11 reviews New
Food is not bad but cant say the same for their services. Spent $750 yet they don't pour tea, don't clean table and even bill asked me to go counter pay myself. They serve the food in a hurry and a CNY course of dinner is done within 60 min. The restaurant is small and warm but perhaps is the mall and the earm weather. Heng food is not bad. But to be fair maybe CNY period but they were half empty so I don't know what's the rush.

The atmosphere and service is excellent. Well served by staff (Mdm Maggie Wong). Tea on table has never been empty. She been very polite asking if the food is within our standard or any issue require her to attend to. She got the extra mile serving us. She is an asset to peach garden with her good service.

Our first visit to this outlet. All the staff were very attentive, patient and served us very well. Food was delicious and great presentation. Very impressed.

Standards for set menu were definitely better than the buffet, I enjoyed the $58 for 2 pax minimum set a whole lot. Furthermore, the half-priced ($22) whole duck was the icing on the cake. I don’t usually enjoy eating duck, but the meat here was really tender.

The Service quality was superb. Very friendly Staff. Even though it was a busy afternoon with no booking done. Food Wise, We ordered the Dim Sum and the Stir Fried Beef Hor Fun. The Hor Fun is great, Personally would like to ask for less Beansprouts cos I don't like them but that's personal bias. (And it actually taste good, I just don't like it.) Dim Sum Wise, The Portions sizes were great, Taste wise, Food is acceptable and arrived in a orderly timing. I highly recomend the Chicken feet (for spicy lovers), the Prawn Dumplings. Those were the standout. We were seated at the corner area close to the wire sockets though. Unfortunately, hence, why the 3 star for atmosphere. But then again, we were a walk in customer so I understand why. Overall, Will return when I'm in the area.

Went for the Peking Duck promotion but ended up paying more than $40 per pax. Food was decent but price to the high side. Service was fantastic, waitress Maggie Wong was very friendly and helpful. She even offered free mango sago after our meal.

After 3pm everything on the menu is half price. Just don't eat the pickles they put on the table because it costs $5. They also charge you if you use the wet tissue on the table which is a bit ridiculous. Food is ok la. Wouldn't pay full price for the food I ordered.

The staff called few days before my reservation date to confirm my reservation. This outlet was nice and cosy. During our dine in, the service staff were nice and service was good. Dim sum option was limited though but all our food ordered were served hot and delicious.

Limited dim sum menu of single page. Poor auntie waitress unable to intro dishes or communicate. Only 1 version of tea.bfood taste ok with decent serving. 3/10 experience.

Warm and pleasant service but we won't be back. Very average dim sum at 5* hotel prices ($8.80 and $9.90 per basket) and a can of coke at $7.50. My lunch felt like a complete cash-grab. Food was OK but with so much choice around us, there's really no reason to get fleeced.

  • 4/5 Darren T. 9 months ago on Google
High Tea a la Carte Buffet - 50% off for 4 pax and above, which came up to about $157 in total for 4 of us. Pretty worth it I would think, considering the variety of dishes you can order and the Peach Garden quality you will expect. Standouts were the prawns (both steamed and fried variations), the peking duck, and the double boiled chicken soup. Highly recommended if you have families or friends who love Chinese fare!

  • 3/5 Ken K. 8 months ago on Google
The food quality and taste wise is relatively alright. But what I do not like is that you cannot choose the portion to be served. They served according to the no. of pax on the table. They should allow customers to select the portion to be served, as some people don't eat prawns, beef, fish, etc.. Hence, some of us have to force ourselves to finish the food, as it is not apt to waste food. In the end, we are unable to have 2nd orders on those dishes we preferred. So, the visit is rather disappointed and not worth the price paid, even at a 1-for-1 promo. Might not patronise the place again or recommend to friends, unless they change their policy and system.

  • 3/5 Yan 9 months ago on Google
The food is up to standard. Ordered Peking duck. Probably the waitress was new, she gave the info that there was no charge for cutting of the duck meat and additional charge if we were to fry it to a dish. Though we chose to only cut the duck, there’s still a charge.

Might be just the branch, didn't have a great experience with their service when dining in as a family. Was trying to understand their differences in their promotion but multiple staff wasn't helpful. Only the uncle who served us the food was great and helpful. Food was ok I guess but their hor fun deserved a shout out!

Food is superb! Was there in the morning there's only very few tim sum dishes. Sadly the 2 stars are for the skinny lady staff with specs. Very rude n it's as though she just woke up. Bad service with bad tone and answers rudely. I even asked her which is the other peach garden that has more variety of tim sum and her ridiculous reply is she don't know and cannot comment on it. I'm like - huh why cannot tell me something about your own company? Totally no heart to work. The other 2 guys n also the plate keeping man is superb.

The Peking duck is amazing, we chose the deep fried option for the meat and it turned out so good. The broccoli dish w crab meat was good, the beancurd wow-ed me. On average the dishes are of good standard. Service is fantastic as well.

I had a disappointing experience at Peach Garden in Chinatown Point. The service was subpar, with inattentive staff and a lack of consideration for customer requests. The dim sum options were notably limited, and main dishes were both small in portion and salty. It's also disappointing that the waitress at Peach Garden didn't offer to serve the ee mien into individual bowls, leaving my family to handle the portioning ourselves. This lack of attention to detail further contributes to the overall unsatisfactory experience. Overall, a disappointing visit with several issues that impacted the overall Christmas Eve dining experience.
