Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and managed to give her a surprise with the hidden entrance. Staff was very friendly and was very willing to work with me to provide the surprise. The ambience inside is totally different from the outside hence giving a very different feel altogether which is great. They give fortune cookies which may give you some nice discounts. Food is nice but I won’t say amazing. The highlight that we ordered was the crocodile’s paw. Sounds exotic and looks a little intimidating but it was nice and the presentation was good. My family liked it and if we are back, we will order it again. Overall a nice experience and I would recommend this place if you haven’t been there yet.

I personally love all the food that were ordered. The beef hor fun, the soft shell crab noodle and the fiery chicken are especially good! If not for the flies flying around our table, it’s definitely a 5 star. Hope the management looks after the hygiene better and no more flies in my next visit.

Surprise as u walk in the secret tunnel. Food is special n tasty (4 star due to their pricing on the steep side) so go for the experience on any anniversary or occasions. Staff are friendly too & if u prefer a quiet meal book for the one inside instead of Hall of Dragon. (Ambience diff)

Interesting concept! Restaurant was hidden behind a fridge. Portions were huge and great for sharing. Prices are definitely on the steeper side. The iconic noodles, fried shrimp and Irish duck were my favorite out of all the ones we tried. The truffle beef hor fun was well received as well. Overall a pleasant experience, would patronize again!

Though this place is fairly expensive, it's honestly worth a visit even if it's just once! Went as a group of five and ordered a whole bunch of dishes and drinks, which came quite promptly~ my favorite of the night was the firecracker chicken, the wagyu beef truffle hor fun and the cheese burger rolls - which I still have fond dreams off. A great place for a celebration and good food!

I was here last weekend to catch up with some old friends. It's a pretty cool speakeasy place and the food tasted pretty great (go for the crispy noodles), the cocktails were really good as well (had the mojito and old fashioned). The only thing that ruined the experience slightly was during the bill payment, when we were overcharged by a few items (it was sorted out, but recommend to check just in case).

I have patronized the restaurant since their PS days. They never fail to impress and the hidden restaurant concept is always such a cool feature. The food always taste good with pleasant surprises. Regular update of menu to reflect new dishes. Love their plating which is always full of surprises. Signature is Truffle Beef Hor Fun which is my MUST order. Price is steep. Not your regular go to place.

This speakeasy restaurant has a really cute walkway and after going through the passage, was blown away by the decor and vibe of the restaurant. Aside from the rally cool entrance, the food was delicious and perhaps somewhat reasonable. Without alcohol, our bill came to $108 Soup came in a small bowl, not that value for money. $18 Mixed vegetables quite good 5/5 Wagyu beef hor fun good 5/5 Fried chicken with dry Chili 3/5 the Mala powder just too powdery Soup not value but was nice. Can’t remember which one Aesthetic and music is fun! Will return to try other dishes

Unique place to have a meal. Restaurant is hidden behind a chiller for beer. Staff are friendly and attentive. We had cheeseburger rolls, roast duck, prawns and the noodles. Tasty and well made. Sauces were different and made with ingredients we are used to seeing on other types of food. Example it the white rabbit candy that fits with the prawns. Dessert was the red bean pancake and Mango sago. Drinks were apple juice, yuzu cooler and Mango cooler. Enjoyed the meal. Minor niggles are the paper straw breaks down easily making it difficult to drink with. Come with more people so you can try more dishes. The portions are quite big so 3 of us could only order 4 dishes and we struggled to finish. Will definitely be back. Oh... forgot to mention, they have crocodile meat on the menu. I didn't dare to order though...

This place is a gem! I love all the food we ordered and devoured within 1 hr! The slice of cake doesn’t come free for the birthday girl though. So sad:( 😂

Came here for my father's birthday celebration and he loved this place. FYI my father is a fussy Eater but he gave thumbs up for the foods here, especially the Irish roasted duck and dragon claw. The dragon claw has a rich Chinese herbs aroma and the Irish duck skin is so crispy yet the meat still maintain its juiciness. The ambience is nice and the waiter and waitress are friendly and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience here and would definitely visit here again.

Prices were high for the portion size. Many items were fried so it does get quite heavy after a while. Highly recommend the wagyu truffle hor fun and irish duck. Cheeseburger rolls was interesting and worth a try. Dessert was very sweet and nothing to shout about. The dry bak kut teh was very salty and a letdown, it was nearly untouched by everyone. Cocktails were also disappointing for the price as it tasted like sugared water than an alcoholic drink. Ambience was good and the hidden doorway was a nice touch.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday, and the creative fusion food here was as good as I remembered. We loved the signature truffle beef hor fun & the deconstructed mapo tofu. The environment was quirky and pretty- very instagrammable!

Came here after a friend recommended this place but we left pretty disappointed. One dish was amazing (milk cracker chicken) but the other signature dish of the truffle wagyu was not very good. We expected it to be savory but it was lacking and also, the truffle was too overpowering. We were going to order one more dish (we were 2 people), but that dish was such a fail and also the cocktails we ordered were bad, we decided to give up. Service was also lacking but they did give us a carrot cake for our anniversary so that was nice and the cake was good. I would come back for that chicken dish and maybe to try other things in hopes of better results.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time but I felt that the food was a letdown for the price. Truffle beef hor fun- despite being highly raved about, I found it too heavy and there was VERY little beef for $36. Fiery chicken - most of the chicken was tough and dry. I've had much better laziji in sichuan restaurants. Cheeseburger roll - tasted like a cheeseburger. Wasn't bad on its own, but when eaten with hor fun and sichuan chicken? Didn't go well together and I felt like it was fusion gone wrong. This place is more like a upscale bar or pub. The food is ok on its own or maybe with drinks, should consider downsizing to bar bite size. This place is not so suitable for families or zi char style eating. The service was good though.

A secret bar hidden beside a chinese restaurant. I was absolutely captivated by the facade of the bar. The food is really good and the cocktails are decent too, though they are on the sweeter side. The food can be a little pricey but nothing too surprising if you frequent cocktail bars. I would prefer their cocktails to be stronger and toned down on the sweetness. Worth a try!

What an amazing experience and service! The food is really interesting yet delicious too! The wagyu truffle beef hor fun is fantastic! Kudos to their mala la zi chicken also! Not forgetting the soft shell crab with Hokkaido scallop crispy noodle too!

It gave us some surprises when entering into the main dining hall. Service and food were not compromised given the aesthetic interior, generally thumbs up for all the dishes we ordered. Particularly liked the crispy stir fried kailan, though it looked so much deviated from the photo and mainly only the stems, they were crunchy and taste was special. The curry stingray was a bit salty and it would be better if the stingray was served without deep frying. Other than that, the curry was thick and aromatic. Slight disappointment with the kou shui egg, the batter was thin and deep fried to crispy but the egg was bland and the spiciness was too mild and hence we can taste the blandness of the egg. Irish roasted duck was good, the skin was thin but unfortunately we still preferred the usual Peking duck. Overall the dining experience was good and memorable, service staff was attentive and friendly!

Great restaurant with a lot of personality! Been here twice and the food both times have been really really delicious. The food presentation is very unique and shows a lot of personality in the design. Particularly, get the fire chicken. It’s their take on 辣子鸡. While it’s not super spicy, the chicken itself is crispy and flavourful. It is also very thoughtful of the chef to add a bowl of sweet caramelised dough fritters (油条) to help ease the spiciness. But ignoring that, the dough fritters themselves are pretty tasty. I would also recommend the wagyu truffle beef hor fun. The portion is good for 2 people to share. In total, you probably can split it to 5/6 bowls. So for 2 pax, it’s approximately 3 servings each. There’s a mild blast of truffle when you first put it in your mouth. Otherwise, it’s beef Hor fun that’s pretty well done. Another recommendation is the red bean pancakes with ice cream topping. It’s really really good. The pancake is fried with red bean paste inside. Topping it off with 大白兔 ice cream makes the slice taste really amazing when you put it all in your mouth. Drinks wise, most of them come in pretty gimmicky looking cups. So presentation is a plus. But didn’t find the taste especially wow. Probably just overshadowed by the good food. The staff here also deserve a special mention. They are honest and really knows their stuff. This comes out when you ask for their opinions and recommendations. They would ask how big your appetite is and tell you whether they think you’ve ordered too much and to swap what dish for whatever else.

There’s crocodile meat on the menu unfortunately my friends didn’t want to try… but have to say other dishes we ordered are delicious! The duck is surprisingly juicy. And the mapo tofu is a must try too. The design of the interior makes people remember the place. Would bring other friends here for sure.

Brought family there to celebrate mum's birthday. The flying noodles was a big portion that needs to be shared by at least four pax. Lots of scallops n other ingredients that's why the high price tag. Very instagramable. Food is good but not amazing in taste. Still some misses here and there. Love the environment and the short walk into the dining area. Beautiful decor. Friendly and polite staff who made good recommendation. Thanks for the bday dessert which came as a surprise. Thanks! Will be back in future.

5 stars goes to the staff who served us so well. He took well care of the young kid in our group. Very careful and detail in ensuring the little one has enough to eat. Very chirpy and happy going staff. The gig, the food, the surprises are never ending. Everyting very carefully done up and prepared. Totally thumbs up and will bring friends here again.

Went here as a group of 4, and all of the food was very tasty. Firecracker chicken was by far the highlight of the meal, and I couldn't stop eating it! I'm not the biggest fan of truffle and this was overly present in the noodles, but was still very nice. The duck was okay but had too many bones (possibly normal in SG, but in Tokyo and London where I am more familiar with ordering duck, the bones are usually removed when served like this). No pancakes either which was a shame. Staff attitude was absoltely terrible, but if you can ignore that the food is great and I would come back!

Went on a sunday lunch with family. The atmosphere is cool and interesting. Ordered 5 dishes and 2 desserts. Food and drinks was kinda average. Wagyu truffle beef hor fun was the best dish. Service was professional, thanks to the waitress who was very accomodating and patient towards my father's persistent request to change a bowl. Thumbs up to the chefs who had to prepare the whole dish again. Complimentary bday cake was given as well to end the meal. Overall a very welcoming restaurant and will be back to try the other dishes.

The whole experience is just five stars worthy! It has an interesting way of entering the restaurant and the food is simply amazing! We brought our parents here to try as they have the signature crocodile soup and the fried lobsters and they didn't disappoint at all! The best is actually the Truffle Hor Fun which was a pleasant surprise for us as it has this crispy cracker in the hor fun and blends in very well with the truffle sauce! Really recommend this dish to every first-timer! Service was really great too and it's thanks to the attentiveness of the staff which is the cherry on top of our pleasant experience in Dragon Chamber! 🥰

My family had a fantastic and memorable dinner at The Dragon Chamber! Complimentary ice-cream red bean pancake for the birthday boys! Food presentation was fiery and captivating for the elderly and kids, tasted good too! Though the lights were dim, the wall decoration and pillars were beautifully drawn which surprisingly made the photos very outstanding! Overall, excellent food + services! You just have to come and experience it!

IG-famous with their secret entrance to the dining hall. Ordered mainly from their Signature list and it didn't disappoint. The Irish Duck was flavourful, skin was crispy while retaining the juices and meat tender. The Soft Shell Crab Crispy Noodles was an interesting twist to the zichar sang mee, glammed up by the Crab and huge Scallops. Milk Cracker Lemon Chicken was good too, the Kale was nothing wow but a good balance to all the fried stuff. The Garlic Pork Belly slices tasted more like fried chicken skin, too thin to taste the meat. The Mango Sago Pomelo was added in order to have the $20 cake-age waived. Wouldn't be worth ordering otherwise. Service was excellent despite them being short handed. And the staff are clearly well trained to help customers take photos and hold their pace for photos and videos.

Having read quite a lot about The Dragon Chamber on blogs and cocktail lists, finally got a chance to try it out. Have to say the experience was just ok. We ordered the following - 1) Umai dream - Liked this cocktail, which is an umeshu based drink with egg white. This is on the sweeter side and is smooth. 2) Bakkwa old fashioned - A twist to the usual old fashioned and is served with a slice of Bakkwa. A bit on the stronger side and the Bakkwa compliments the drink well. 3) Roast Koi shui - Nice roasted chicken but the quantity for $16 was too less. The attitude of the staff wasn’t good. He seemed shocked upon seeing that we’d ordered only 3 items. Service was okay.

Food is standard, nothing more than traditional Chinese taste. Service need to be improved. We booked about 2 months in advance and really looking forward to order the signature dragon claw. However when we order at the restaurant the waitress told us that it is out of stock as we need to pre-order but we have never been informed or written anywhere in the menu, neither in the confirmation email about pre-order items. Truffle beef ho-fun : too much ho-fun and not that tasty, too much soy sauce, lack taste of the beef and truffle Firecracker chicken fritters : Nice idea, average implementation as chicken is too tough. But the You Tiao fritters are quite nice, would be better if able to taste the maple syrup as written in the menu. Best thing we have today is the chicken soup with mushroom and conpoy. The best dish we have in this trip. After finishing, feeling glad they didn't let us order the dragon claw😆 Other than that average restaurant with elegance decoration, a bit overpriced. *Note - Reduce to 1 star due to staff lacking of taking good photo😔

I gave five stars to the unique ambience and the thoughtful presentation of the food. It is definitely worthy of a try and perhaps a second try. Wasabi prawn was excellent. Wagyu hofen was an attempt to melt ingredients together but so far it was a mess and didn’t really work out. Laziji was a bit dry and the cut was too small to reveal the tenderness of the chicken. But I appreciate the efforts of reimagining and recreating Chinese food in an old Hong Kong gang setting. Will visit again to try the dragon claw.

This is a Chinese restaurant with a modern twist. From the "hidden" entryway to the unique takes on Chinese cuisine, The Dragon Chamber was a refreshing experience. The beef hor fun was accompanied by a truffle gravy, which we could smell even before we tasted it. The hor fun contained crispy bits that we found out were simply fried hor fun! Clever idea and added an interesting texture. The gravy went well with the dish, and wok hey was clearly evident. This was undoubtedly the star of our meal.

A Hidden Gem of Exquisite Noodles and Fiery Sichuan Spicy Chicken at The Dragon Chamber I recently had the pleasure of discovering The Dragon Chamber, a hidden restaurant and bar that is in a vibrant corner of the city. This unique establishment, with its intriguing speakeasy concept, promises an extraordinary dining experience. I was particularly drawn to their renowned noodle dishes and the allure of their Sichuan spicy chicken, and I can confidently say that my visit exceeded all expectations. Upon entering The Dragon Chamber, I was transported to a captivating world cool dragon ball inspired. The dimly lit space, adorned with vintage decor and clandestine charm, added an air of mystery and excitement to the dining experience. The attentive and knowledgeable staff members guided me through the menu, which showcased a tantalizing selection of Asian-inspired delights. Let's dive into the highlights of my meal – the noodles and the Sichuan spicy chicken. The Dragon Chamber's noodle dishes are a true masterpiece. I opted for the Signature Dan Dan Noodles, and I was immediately blown away by the complex layers of flavors. The springy noodles were perfectly coated in a rich and aromatic sesame-infused sauce, while the minced pork added a delightful meaty element. The subtle heat from the Sichuan peppercorns provided a tantalizing kick that elevated the dish to new heights. It was a harmonious combination of textures and flavors that left a lasting impression. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Sichuan spicy chicken. As a fan of bold and spicy flavors, I was eagerly anticipating this dish, and it did not disappoint. The succulent chicken pieces were stir-fried to perfection, coated in a fiery blend of Sichuan spices that awakened my taste buds. The numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns intertwined with the intense heat, creating a flavor profile that was both addictive and unforgettable. The dish was a testament to the chef's mastery of Sichuan cuisine and a must-try for spice lovers. Beyond the noodle dishes and Sichuan spicy chicken, The Dragon Chamber offers a diverse menu that includes other delectable options such as dim sum, barbecued meats, and innovative cocktails. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and a meticulous attention to detail. In addition to the culinary delights, The Dragon Chamber's ambiance and impeccable service added to the overall experience. The speakeasy concept, with its air of secrecy, made me feel like I was part of an exclusive culinary adventure. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and well-versed in the menu, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was exceptional. The only thing is that the restaurant music and ambient is very loud, making it quite challenging if you're having dinner with groups of friend. In conclusion, The Dragon Chamber is a hidden gem that truly captivates with its exquisite noodle dishes and fiery Sichuan spicy chicken. The combination of unique flavors, the enchanting ambiance, and the impeccable service make it a standout dining destination. Whether you're a noodle enthusiast, a fan of Sichuan cuisine, or simply seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure, The Dragon Chamber is the perfect place to indulge your senses and savor the extraordinary flavors it has to offer.

Food was amazing! Really enjoyed the Wagyu truffle beef hor fun and the cheeseburger rolls! Cool decor, interesting hidden door experience. Definitely a restaurant that serves cocktails. We tried the Flaming Dragons claw, Di** soup, Firecracker chicken and Beef Ho Fun. The Beef Ho Fun was amazing I would eat a whole bowl to myself. The others we good with large portions, very filling and definitely something to try once. Cocktail options were a little to sweet for my liking.

Very interesting and unusual experience at dragon chamber . First of the concept of a hidden dining room behind refrigerator door was very good. Food also interesting and IGable. We had the crocodile paw and the beef truffle hor fun both were quite good . My fav was the cheeseburger roll

Last came here before covid, the inner seating area has changed, it used to offer more privacy. It is more open concept now with 6 tables, one of which is a table for 10pax. Quite rowdy & loud the day I went. Food is still good. Note to self if i come again: choose XO fried rice over yangzhou fried rice! Flaming beef on pineapple is still good. Roast Irish Duck is good too; it melts in the mouth. Staff were mostly friendly.

Amazing ambience however it can get a bit noisy and conversations can get lost. Despite that. The whole point is the food. The Truffle Beef Hor Fun 👍🏾 Everything was good. Hamburger rolls really does taste like a hamburger 🍔 but it isn’t that fantastic. It’s a bit pricey but you pay for what get (ambience+surprise+food) 4pax 5 dishes Average $60/pax With drinks

It was somewhat overrated imo, food was just alright with enough pomp and flair to justify the higher price point, the staff were nice and friendly, and their service was good. I would say that the truffle beef hor fun was good but I wouldn't specifically go back to have it again. Overall, there was nothing much to note.

Another gem along Boat Quay that has good fusion of Chinese and local fare, tweaked with interesting combinations of elements. Wonder how would that taste...? Keeps popping in mind. Staff are attentive and professional, pace of food service is efficient too. The contrast between 黑白两道 is well depicted and shown in layout of space. Will be back to try other dishes. Cheeseburger rolls and stir fried kale are favs so far.

A fascinating entrance, which led to quite a cosy dining space inside. Food was surprisingly decent, I’d highly recommend the truffle wagyu horfun! Truffle sauce was very generous, and taste was dope. It was better than I expected. Shrimp was fresh, coconut crab conpoy was alright, too thick in its viscosity. Mala chicken has a good spice kick. Cocktails were rather fascinating, very easy to drink esp for ladies. Overall, I had a rather enjoyable time dining.
