The Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss I had was burnt so black it tasted bitter. The mushrooms were overly salty. Mind you, this is not a cheap burger. I've posted two pictures of my burgers, one with the blackened beef patty at the bottom and the other is the replacement burger, mushrooms still salty! I can only deduce that the mushrooms were prepared in a big batch. The restaurant itself was also dirty with smudges on the posters hanging on walls and tables were not cleared by the previous consumer. I'm very disappointed with the food quality control of BK in general as I have experienced lower quality food served at other outlets but the burnt patty at CQ Central tops it all.

Fast food? More like slow food. Service was extremely slow. I waited for 20 minutes for my food.. There was no apology once I was given my takeaway. Albeit they were short staffed, server was more interested in helping the Grab food staff. Server was also not wearing gloves and his mask. Yuck 🤮 Poor hygiene amidst this still Covid-imposing world. If you’re hungry, Do not visit this establishment. You will end up starving! And possibly, infected.

Absolutely horrible crew service. I see my order prepared and it cons the the counter. Crew checks and calls pit a number. I inform them that this is my order and she insists it is not. It is a number she called a while back. I asked again as she continues to call out the same number. She then decides to check and finds out its my order and just simply says yours and walks away. No apology or any form. I guess this gives me another reason to avoid fast food like Burger King and to eat at home. Foe the cost, triple the amount of food. Thus happened at 11.05 am today at CLARK Quay Burger King.

Look out for Burger King fast food chain. 1st time trying out the plant based whopper ! Gosh it really tastes like beef ! Huge 2 thick beef patties. Very yummy and amazing! However the bread burger disintegrates easily and the in between ingredients all spill out . Hence using hands was pretty messy when eating ! Overall is a good experience in having the plant based whopper . Perhaps , burger kings can relook into providing a more firm bread or cut up the burger into 2 portions. A healthier and more sustainable alternative. C‘mom try out when you head over or pass bye any Burger King outlet

The burger was tasty, however I waited quite some time even though there weren't that many people. Also the tables could have been a little cleaner. Overall though, you will get the usual expected burger king food.

Fast. That about does it for the service. Spick and span. The amenities upkeeps pretty decent. It's out of the way but mostly does alright.

Fast food, reliable taste and affordable. Conveniently located beside Clarke quay MRT. 9pieces of tender fresh chicken nuggets at $2.95 - much better than Macs.

Always like the taste of burger king beer burgers. Really tasty, unlike other fast food restaurants. This one was at Clarke quay.

They managed to mess up even with the simplest order. Ordered tempura chicken nuggets with curry sauce, and somehow, they didn't give me the sauce. The chocolate Sunday with mint candies in the picture tasted so bad. The soft serve is too sweet but not milky. The candies are stale as if they were old. They gave very little chocolate syrup (compared to McDonald's), which made it even worse. It's definitely my last visit of BK, especially for this outlet.

The location of the place is very convenient, and they serve food quickly. Recently, I had the opportunity to taste their truffle mushroom chicken burger which was only available for a limited time. The burger was delicious, with a crispy chicken patty and cheese covered generously with truffle sauce.

I work around the area and frequent central mall a lot. I have also visited Burger King multiple times. The brand is good, the food is good but unfortunately the service standards are lacking. This outlet is constantly under staffed, and this leads to other service issues; like kiosk printer receipt paper are not replenished, cleanliness, staff failure to follow SOP. Just today, I waited for 20 minutes for my meal. I hope the management looks into this, otherwise, it will be better to exit and let another tenant take over.

Deserve a 0 rating! Dirty tables, extremely poor service, and surprisingly rude people, especially, Thava who claims to be the manager. Such ineptitude is disgraceful for a manager. She handed us the tray, instead of the take out bag as we had ordered. Moreover, 25% of our order was missing. When asked her about the poor service, she remarked rudely that she was busy. No apology, zero finesse. Shame on you Burger King! Folks don't go here unless you're itching for a bad experience!

Came on 03/02/24 @ 1310 but found that the service standard is bad & lousy. Need to request few times for things like fork & curry sauce as I ordered Chicken Nuggets with cheese fries but they never give any of the above that I mentioned.

The service was extremely slow. They took 15 minutes to serve me a cheese sticks and onion rings. That is terrible. Incredibly slow service for a fast food restaurant. I've had faster service in restaurants and cafes.

Ordered truffle mushroom chicken burger( HV been looking forward to eat that) and received tender grill chicken instd. Disappointing. Price not same also lol. Please double check and be very sure of the diff burgers before packing them in. Will not come again

They should really send all staff for manners class. No smile and no patience in the tone of voice . Better still no acknowledgement . And portion is really small. Got thier lychee berries sjora drinky it not even fill to the brim . Even tho they added ice in. and it cost $4.4. And the cheese fries. Fries is more then cheese . Very less chesse

Earlier today I put my packbag and order my food, one middle age old man sitting and using free WiFi without order food.. Before that he starring me for no reason and then I asking him why you starring after he started making too much noise and tone high .. He is trouble makers sitting and using free WiFi.. That old man is like loser.. Please if he or she not ordering their food and using free WiFi.. Staff Better tell them not ordering their food and can't use free WiFi ..

Small n cozy. Not too crowded.. but mayb coz its not hectic yet. Convenient, juz moments frm the bus stop and steps away frm the mrt platform

Burger King food was pretty consistent with other Burger King branches. Food was fresh and quite quickly prepared. Wiping clean of tables and dine-in area could be improved.

Order thru Grab food for a Spicy Chicken Bundle. End up missing a spicy chicken burger. Call the branch but no one answer.

Had a nice burger, cooked well. Ordering process was really straight forward. The floor wasn't as clean as everywhere else is Singapore but otherwise everything was as if expect from a burger king anywhere else in the world.

Staff & the lady manager were friendly enough to guide me what's burger is nice and whats promotions running .thanks bk!

Terrible service. Front staff n back staff. Young ppl. Totally irresponsible. No seriousness in work. Playful. 8am breakfast was slow. Retrain ur staff.

service is so bad, I went to ask for the barbecue sauce because there was no sauce included in the barbecue nugget then the indian guy is like 'what ?' in an annoyed tone, ask me to open the nugget box like he don't trust me that there is no sauce then he sigh and look at his colleague and say ' give him bbq sauce ' ... food was slow and yet terrible service

Try their bundle offer of 4 burgers.. real value for me

Dear BK, here's a business idea for you. Your breakfast menu is great; the croissant sandwich is light, refreshing, affordable and unique. No one else has this. Everybody loves hashbrowns but your tater tots are even better because it is more crispy and goes well with chilli sauce. And your sjora drinks line make for a good breakfast accompaniment the same way orange juice does. The problem is that few people buy food between 9 to 11 so no one knows. Here's a business idea. Sell all day breakfast. Let the people know.

The burger has improved and the fried chicken is surprisingly nice today (10-Apr-2019)

Suppose to close at 11pm, I reach BK at 1045pm and is a.friday night , when I came to.the shop I was shocked to see all chairs kept on top of the table as if is closed now . The lightings at the rear of the shop was off!!!!

Located just outside front area facing main road. Ordered a Quad Stacks, in which as the name suggested, a quad of beef patty. Did a takeaway, it was messy tasty good. For some reason it taste like the original juicy patty of decades ago, a big welcome indeed. It appeared small as all fast food burgers had shrunk over the years. The other thing; look like an ex border guard police lady in charge of ordering, she’s strict and never smiling 🙁.
