Booked two rooms for 8 nights, here's how I would rate it: Location 5/5 We've stayed all over Orchard road over the last 40 years, this time we wanted an apartment style accommodation instead of a hotel. Location was fantastic and very convenient, no complaints there. Right across the road from Orchard gateway mall with many shops, food courts (food republic upstairs), eateries, cafes, acces to the Somerset MRT, 24hr grocery store etc. Kiliney road also has eateries, services and a supermarket, my parents both got the flu on the trip and there was a medical center on Kiliney road just a 3 minute walk from the apartment, so that was very handy. And even though the apartment building is located only a block from Orchard road the area was nice and quiet. Rooms 3/5 We really wanted a two bedroom apartment but they were sold out for our stay, so we booked 2 rooms instead (1x exec studio suite & 1x studio suite). They were small, dark, the windows looked into the courtyard/inner building area. There was only 1 chair in the studio suite to sit on at the little table which was silly, there should be 2 chairs. Small queen bed for tall, larger framed couples (if my husband were with me on this trip this would've been an issue as we would want a king bed like we have at home), all in all a little disappointing, and a big step down from our last visit and stay at the MBS. They did have some snacks, whole fruit, bottled water & soft drinks in the rooms that were complimentary which was nice. Housekeeping 5/5 Was offered daily, though I only used the service every other day. They did a great job of keeping everything clean and stocked. Front desk 3/5 The staff were very helpful over email prior to our stay, as i had questions and requests and they responded quickly and in detail. When we arrived the lobby was very underwhelming and tiny when you first enter. The staff at the desk were hit or miss. Yes they were friendly enough, but sometimes it felt like we were bothering them with our questions and requests. And other times it was like pulling teeth. As someone who has worked in luxury hotels & resorts around the globe for 20+ years across several departments I was rather put off by that. Especially since we booked the rooms a few months in advance and requested for our rooms to be close as possible as I was traveling with my aging parents, instead we were allocated 6 floors apart on opposite ends of the building. I understand how room allocations work, and maybe it really was impossible to move us closer. We did ask about it upon check in and more than once throughout our stay, but it felt like they didn't even want to make the effort or try. Pool & Laundry 5/5 The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was lovely and the two times I went up there, there were only a few other people there which was nice and peaceful. It was very handy having complimentary laundry rooms for guests to use (detergent provided). Next time we might consider staying here again if we could get a two bedroom apartment. Note: I tried to post a video of the room for the review, but there was an error so I just snipped shots from the video, they're not very good.

Super clean place. Super friendly and helpful staffs, from front desk to housekeeping. They are always willing to help. Comfortable good-sized clean rooms comfortable beds. Kitchenette sufficiently equipped . Location is just perfect. Subway station just 3 mins walk away. Bus stop just right at the end of a fleet of steps; main orchard road shopping just a stone throw away; 3 big supermarkets in the vicinity... how convenient can it get ? Only 1 setback is the main entrance is not easy to find. With its address on penang road, I got off my taxi close to it and find myself in an office building. The helpful security called the apartment for me and the sweet young and slim lady came to my rescue with her baggage trolley as I have 2 pieces of luggage. She wheeled my bags up a sloppy walk to the main entrance. I was pleased...😊 And to add to the pleasant stay was a hornbill flew right into my path as I was walking back to the apartment after a tiring day..🤩

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are well cleaned and with good quality bed sheets, towels, and appliances, which are regularly cleaned up. There are a complimentary clothes washer and dryer, which is a great plus. The location is very good, close to malls with restaurants and markets, and walking distance from the Summerset metro station. I recommend it. 👌

Nice serviced apartments in the hearth of Singapore. Pretty expensive but worth it for short mid staying. Nice internal garden to work, roof top swimming pool has a nice view, just a bit too sunny of you have kids. Staff is very kind and helpful. Quite place right at the beginning of orchard road. Somerset red line mrt stop 10 mins walking

I would definitely recommend Lanson Place for my friends. Wonderful place in Singapore very close to all big centers, for both families with kids (like mine) and couples (like my parents). It has beautiful scenery and very good facilities, that fit for leisure but also for working away. Especially, the staff are very very helpful and friendly - that make us feel like we are in our home. I even received a surprised gift on the birthday. My son would still often talk about his "home" in Lanson even we've moved out for months. Many thanks to all the staff of Lanson Place Winsland for such a nice experience.

Amazing apartment, contemporary, clean, spacious and nicely maintained as new!. Rooftop pool is nice but we didn’t use it at all tho we used the seating areas twice at night 8 pm. There is a common Kitchen with all updated appliances which can come very handy. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very close to Orchard road (1 block away)and Orchard central mall. We stayed at this property for 11 days. Just keep in mind that there are no restaurants in the same building but there is one across that closes at 10.00 pm (last call for order is at 9.30 pm). I will definitely come again with my family.

Pros: 1. Rooms are super comfy 2. Cleaning service is thorough, thrice every week you feel like it's a new room 3. Service is indeed commendable 4. Staffs are super polite and helpful 5. Swimming pool 6. Jacuzzi 7. Well equipped gym 8. Location is excellent. Close to shopping district Orchard area, MRT stop is just in front of the place 9. Super fast Wifi (I have attached a speed test screenshot) 10. Community cookhouse for everyone's use. Cons: 1. Would be great if the number of washer and dryer was increased.

We stayed at the serviced apartment for a month and had a fantastic experience. The staff is very professional, friendly, and efficient in responding our needs. We especially appreciate Yin Yin, who is always resourceful and pleasant. The place is clean and well maintained. The locations the Landon Place is very hard to beat. Within a few mins walk, you can find all kind of food, coffee and shopping. We are very happy with this place and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for full 1 month over there. I loved the pleasant & neat interior design. Location wise, the area was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to Orchard. Despite some minor issues, I can say that they always did their best to solve each issue. I will keep recommending Lanson Place Winsland to my colleagues at my company as well as my friends and relatives. The staff is always helpful and so kind. The location is very convenient and the apartment provided everything we needed. It’s our favorite serviced apartment in Singapore!

Stayed there for a month. Room cleaning every 2 to 3 days. Comfortable bed and good location.

Great location, few minutes walk to Somerset MRT, 313, Orchard Central where you can find almost anything. Great room, very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Have washer and dryer which is very useful when you’re bringing kids. Overall great choice. Will come back again.

Great location, but most importantly the team is amazing! Unexpectedly one of the best stays because of the staff’s attention.

I enjoyed my 2 week stay at Lanson Place. Staff are friendly and greet guests every time they enter/exit the lobby area. Also, Gilbert gave a good introduction to the apartment when I first arrived. A brand new recently renovated gym on the second floor houses all sorts of equipment while a rooftop pool on the tenth has airy and unrestricted views of Somerset road. Overall, very comfortable and very convenient place to stay.

More like service apartments than hotel. No free car park. One bed room with queen size bed and a living room with tables.
