Booked earlier prior to visit, there was $100 deposit for booking here. It was full on my visit lunch weekend. Booking would be preferable. Ordered lunch tasting set, overall the foods were great 👍👍 Burrata was great, I love the scallop which came with it. Even though only like half portion it seems but the taste was great. Lobster bisque was a good choice as well, soup dish and it tasted great. Steak was a little bit hard to chew and too much pepper on the first bite. It was ok afterward. The waiter didn't mention there was a discount with credit card or any promo until I paid and I saw there was 15% disc with Citibank on the bill. Service was so so.

Giving one star purely because of the view the restaurant has to offer. Perhaps I have had too high expectations for this steakhouse. Chef could definitely hold off on the lemon. Every dish has a lemon after taste. Bone marrow was not nicely charred, taste lacks dimension. Octopus leg was decent but there is still a lemon after taste which stood out like a sore thumb. Steak was not evenly seared and there is quite a bit of sinuets. Service was alright. Would be nice if staff is present at the entrance to welcome guest. Overall pretty disappointing experience. For the price, there are better steakhouse to visit.

Impeccable service, attentive staff, and a nice cozy place to get your steak fix or lobster dish. Located high up within Bugis area, if you do get a window seat, you can have a nice view of downtown Singapore. Crab leg was sweet, very nicely done, and beef tendorloin was done to the way I expected. One thing to note: its best to book way in advance if you want a confirm seating, and an excellent choice to celebrate a special event. Meals do come with a heavier price tag - expected for this class of restaurant. Will come again!

This has got to be one of the most disappointing meals I've had this year. At the same price point, just about every other steak house in Singapore is a better choice. 1. They levy a $10++ per head charge if you were to bring a birthday cake. 2. They charge for $3++ per head for tap water 3. They charge $8++ for extra bread. 4. Then, comes the tasteless mains. The steak comes plain with absolutely no sides or sauce or seasoning. 5. You can taste that good quality steak is used, but there is no skill involved in its preparation. It's tasteless. No different from going to the butchery and buying a slab of meat to grill yourself WITHOUT any seasoning. The only redeeming feature of the steak is that it's definitely not frozen. 6. The sides tasted good: whipped potato, greens, fries, mac and cheese. However, these account for less than 20% of the bill, which is filled with tasteless stuff like water and steak. 7. Some "foodies" raved about the crabcake. I can assure you that those pretentious liars never really had delicious crabcakes before. Expensive does not mean it is good. Fresh yes, delicious no. 8. The bread was very good, I must say, with their butter. 9. I heard that the toothfish was good (big and chunky) and tender, but I had the steak, and it was poor for the price charged. But at least it's not frozen steak.

Celebrated our anniversary here, great experience. The staff was warm and helpful. I had the tenderloin steak, which was fine, and partner had the rib eye (amazingly tender). The lobster bisque was full of flavour and had some grilled lobster chunks inside. The mac and cheese was really good and something I'd definitely order again. It's pricey though - two mains, one app and one side (no drinks or dessert) cost us $200 after service charge and gst. Good for celebrations, if willing to splurge a bit.

It was our first visit to this restaurant after hearing good feedback from our friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. I requested for a window side seating with the staff few days back and they were kind enough to allocate us a window table which takes the dining experience a whole lot better and worth the trouble. We had the 5 course meal which in my opinion is a great value as they use all premium ingredients such as Lobster, Hokkaido scallops, A5 steak. All of our courses were immaculately prepared dish by dish, showed finesse and patience n preparation which showed in the flavours and texture of each of the courses. Lobster bisque was freshly whipped to finish before the plating, was a stunner. Steak was A5 and literally melt in our mouth, was a wonderful finish to a fine meal. Service was again impeccable, all the service staff was well trained, polite and was genuinely there to ensure we had a great evening. Overall a wonderful steakhouse in a great location and great value for the money meal.

There is a better steak house in Singapore at the same price range. Hence definitely not a 5 stars. The truffle fries were good - nice texture though the truffle was not too strong (will be great if they were more generous with the truffles). I like the salad, both the dressing and the mix of crispy kale and sunflower seeds. The main star - the steak- i didn't find it special. With such a price, I expected it to be more tender. But I can give them credit for the chimichurri sauce, tasted delicious.

Celebrated my birthday here today. Tried two-course set menu. We ordered appetizers- salads garden and charred Spanish octopus; Main - Wagyu Flank and Tenderloin with sides - creamed spinach nutmegs and sautéed wild mushroom sherry vinegar. The food here was so tasty. I love the bread too. It was hot when served. Crunchy outside but soft inside. Super yummy when dipped with vinegar with olive oil. Not forgetting the atmosphere and scenic view from here as well. Highly recommended! 😊

The best meal I had in Singapore was here. We stayed in Singapore for a few days at the Hyatt and ate here for dinner one evening. We ordered a few dishes to try and we liked everything! The view was nice and the wait staff were very tentative and friendly. We originally had a single table but they offered to move us to a bigger table with sofa seating (I think because we ordered quite a bit and it wouldn’t fit on the smaller table 😂). I would recommend coming here if you’re a fan of steak. We opted for the crab cake and scallops for starters, Japanese wagyu and the garlic butter lobster as the mains, truffle fries with truffle mayo dip and creamed spinach as sides. You’ll get complementary bread and butter whilst you wait for your food (also tasty). Dessert we asked the waiter what he recommended to try and he advised the rubber ducky (mango sorbet duck in a sago soya pudding bath with lemonade foam served in a bathtub. Did not disappoint! My favourite was the crab cake, best I’ve had so far my entire Asia trip.

Must make reservation! Had one of the best birthday celebration here couple months ago. Service was great and atmosphere was beautiful. We had the Chef Tasting Menu and was blown away. Lobster bisque was rich and flavourful. Foie Gras was done perfectly. Tenderloin cooked just right. Came with a complimentary birthday brownie too! A great place for a quiet celebration with good food and great views.

The place is awesome! The ambience is so nice and so is the food. The staff was so polite and friendly. They were so flexible with our orders. Mushroom soup with truffle oil was so delicious. The portions were huge and worthy of every dollar we spent. We had to book one month in advance to get a reservation and by the time we reached the place, we were said that it's fully booked for 2020. So, if you're planning to dine in there, better plan ahead!

It was a birthday treat from my family and planned by my daughter. The ambience 665 degrees was so great that it was on the 38th floor overseeing the city life. The food and customer service was awesome. Recommended to go for special occasion since its a halal steakhouse......mind blowing experience n food 👍

We went here for my b-day dinner while we were staying in Andaz. The steak was tender and juicy. Also the side dishes we ordered were tasty. All the staff were friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Dena who was so attentive and showed us warm-greeting. She took our photo and printed it with a written message in Korean. Thank u so much for an amazing dining experience!

Fantastic meat and great service in a tiny restaurant. I love the open kitchen so you can watch them preparing your food. No chance to hide anything and there is nothing to hide for sure. The food was really great.

Came here looking forward for the view but didn’t managed to get the windows sitting, which is a pity. The service is prompt and friendly, most importantly they prepared a cake for my wife, who’s celebrating her birthday. That’s a pandan sponge cake coated with chocolate. While the steak is not as warm as the other steakhouse we went, the steak here is well marbled and comes with their unique smoky taste. The place is not especially spacious but I saw a room that can accommodate around 10 person, which is good for family or friend’s gathering. Parking is slightly confusing as the carpark entrance is near to the end of the road, before exiting to the main road. If you managed to park at B1, the lift takes you directly to the 38th level. If you are early, you can visit Level 39 for the Observatory Deck.

Had my birthday dinner celebration here, so surprised by the cake and photos arranged by the staff and my partner. Anis and Rozalino were very attentive and sweet, they constantly checked up on us and made sure everything was comfortable and to our liking. They helped us take fabulous photos and and served my surprise cake. The meats were delicious and succulent, even the sides were superb. Highly recommend the truffle French fries and mac and cheese. Overall the service and staff were what made our experience 10 times better.

Had such a great experience for my birthday dinner here. Impeccable service, everyone who served us was friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The food we ordered was beyond my expectation, the steak was tender and the doneness was well executed. Although the mashed potato fall in short as compared to the rest of the dishes, it was overall a palatable dinner. In addition, the complementary cake was delicious! Love the polaroid as a souvenir idea, it was a very nice touch. Kudos to the chef and the staff for making my night enjoyable and memorable.

Deeply disappointed that it is no longer a halal establishment. It has become a normal steakhouse situated in a nice hotel. When I first dined in here it was a great experience, right now the standard have dropped so drastically. Food was good persay but overpriced. They do not do any special or complimentary celebrations as compared to other establishment. Recommended for a normal dinner as there is nothing special about this place.

Went for the set lunch and overall the food was great- the steak black Angus was properly cooked and it was tender and flavourful. Also enjoyed the Hokkaido scallop crudo very much. Ambience wise- you get a great view from the top of andaz. The staff was also very professional. Good place for a business lunch rather than a date. A little too clinical for my liking.

Great course meal with awesome selection of wine. Perfect view and theres even a private room for dining of up to 8 guest. However, the total restaurant size is really small as it only has about 30 over seats. Recommended to reserve in advance. Great corporate dining choice too!

Steak was very tender and flavourful I love the steak sauce and the fries were awesome. I like how the cheesecake was served like a popsicle and it was creative and delicious. Service was awesome. Very nice waiters and chefs that constantly check on us. I would definitely just order steak when I come. However , the salmon was over cooked dang so close.

Ordered the 3 course set lunch @ $58. Went there for the tenderloin, but was disappointed that it wasn’t available on the day of dining. Had to order the next alternative - flat iron steak. Steak itself was well season, but severely undercooked. Ordered a medium rare but was served blue steak - cold in the middle. For once of the other set, we top up $48 for the ribeye. Received a very thin sliced of ribeye that’s overcooked - granted it’s really hard to cook mid rare on a thin slice. Worth the top up? Defo a no, no for me. Overall the winner and saving grace was the sides (fries) and the dessert - we had chocolate ganache tart and apple crumble.

For a place at the 38th level of Andaz that charges $108-158 for its 4-5 course meals, service was subpar. We waited over 5 minutes just for still water, which costed 3 dollars. The courses also weren't timed correctly, with 5-10min waits in between each course. But the most annoying was the service staff forgetting my partner's preference for warm water two times. As a steakhouse, I expected great steak, but the wagyu from the 5 course menu was simply subpar. But I do concede that the triple cooked potatoes tasted wonderful. The rest of the courses was ok, but the Langoustine Bisque stood out to us. I also had the bellini cocktail, which was quite nice. Otherwise, 665 has an extensive wine selection, that we did not get to try This was definitely not worth the money, compared to other fine dining establishments.

Wonderful and attentive service from Louis and the team! Thank you for a lovely evening, and a delicious birthday cake for two people in our party 🫶🏻 The dining room had a great ambience (dark, romantic vibes and a spectacular night view), and the food was very good- especially the desserts. Highly recommend the beef tartare, roast potatoes, chocolate ganache tart and apple crumble with ice cream. Steaks were on the rare side (like some french steak places, the medium rare was more of a rare). Heard there has been a change in the menu recently and can’t wait to be back to try other items!

Giving this place only 3 stars due to the poor service at the reception and from their floor manager. My husband booked this place for our wedding anniversary and specifically requested for a window seat. A couple who arrived just steps before us requested at the counter and was given the window seat while we had to sit next to the kitchen which was very hot. The girl at the counter had no qualms on repeating that it's not her business as the restaurant made no promises to give us a good seat. Floor manager gave us a black face throughout. Whether was it my food being undercooked or telling us to shift to another table.. he was highly reluctant and unhappy. The whole wedding anniversary experience was ruined and the only saving grace was the taste of the food and the good service from the waitress Angel. She was very attentive throughout the night and all smiles when serving us our food. Her service was obviously well trained and that was the only way we had "some fine dining" experience for the night. After spending $349, we definitely expected a positive experience from everyone.

Had our 1 year anniversary here and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Shout to Evinder, Dana and Claire. We indulged in the tasting menu and overall the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our mains were a little over seasoned so that was a bummer. But with how diverse the overall menu was, we'll be back again to try more from them.

I’m torn however since it closer to 4.5 stars and just not quite perfect. Enjoyed the dinner set menu however there was some improvement necessary. Colin and the staff were amazing. The lobster bisque was good but could have used a little more flavor. The pepper sauce for the steak was too peppery and was too overwhelming for a rare tender steak. The view is killer and overall a nice experience.

Nov 2022: fabulous set lunch menu. The food was very delicious. Steak was prepared to perfection and the service was impeccable. The steak flank was a generous size even as a set menu. Will definitely go back again to taste other dishes from the set menu.

Located in Andaz hotel, this steakhouse is perched on level 38. The ambience was great, and quality of food was also excellent. The steak was done to my liking at medium doneness and was delicious. Do ask for a table near the window for a breathtaking view of the east coast /marina coastline.

This is my second time dining there and I realised that they have added more items to their set lunch menu. Personally I ate at quite a few fine dining places before and some places really just offer good atmosphere but the food is really just ok. But 665 is a place that offers both good atmosphere and also great food. We came here with friends and we managed to order different set lunches to share so we can taste the different food. The Iberico pork is very nice and so is their Wagyu Flank. Salmon is not the fully cooked type so it won’t be dry like some. Was very surprised to see beef tartare and we ordered that without consideration as it’s one of my favourite food. And that didn’t disappoint for sure. Of course being on the 38th floor, it offers some pretty nice view and that definitely scores more points. For dessert, the caramel pudding was a little too sweet for me but it could be just me. One thing I don’t think it made sense was they charged us for ice water which is $3 per person but warm water has no charges. So that’s something to note. Overall it’s a very nice restaurant offering great atmosphere, great food and good views. Will definitely be back again for sure.

An amazing dinner at 665 Degrees Fahrenheit. The view and the decor complements the quality of the steaks served . The sides like the onion rings and the Ceaser salad was amazing. The steak and the sauce complemented one another so well too. Not forgetting the Hojicha Tiramisu which is heavenly.

Great food and excellent service, especially from this young guy with spectacles. I got a steak (250g, $70) off the signature menu, shared asparagus side which was great. Hojicha tiramisu was nice but could have more hojicha.

Was there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, my hubby just input when he was doing the booking.. however.. they really read n surprised us with their sweet thoughts of taking poloraid pic.. n a small cake with their wishes. Thank you for everything. Lastly ,Recommended their lamb chop, very tender.

We had the pleasure of dining at 665 °F Andaz Singapore, savoring Chef Max Stiegl's "An Ode to Austria" menu. The Grilled paprika Marjoram Sourdough set the stage, leading to the vibrant Ratatouille and the unique Oafish. The Ritschert warmed both heart and soul. The Liptauer Pumpkin , chicken in the bubble and Viennese bread soufflé brought delightful closure to an extraordinary evening. The dishes were exquisite, with standout flavors like the velvety and succulent chicken. The service staff were exceptional, blending warmth and professionalism, enhancing the overall experience. It's a must-visit for those seeking a memorable dining adventure. 665 °F Andaz Singapore is a culinary gem not to be missed.

Beef was ok only for the price tag. Much better alternatives elsewhere. Cut as can be seen was sinewy, which is a shame for such a good piece of meat. The other was very dry. Mac and cheese was not good. Spiced corn was nice. Service was decent and wine list very extensive, though quite a bit more expensive compared to other similar restaurants.

An amazing establishment. One of the few restaurants that provides Halal top quality steaks at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend the Dry aged bone-in striploin, 700g Grain-fed, Black Onyx, Rangers Valley, Australia that serves 2 and a side of Mac n Cheese and please request some white truffle oil to go with it, trust me it's very worth it. Very friendly and professional service waiters and I really like how quiet the open kitchen is, the chefs and cook are very well coordinated. The view of the Singapore skyline is very beautiful and it goes well with the ambience of the restaurant. Would highly recommend people to try this establishment out because it is absolutely worth it.

Nicely done atmosphere with an open kitchen. Open layout of seating provides relaxed dining and two semi private rooms for a more formal feel. Meat is top notched and reasonably priced. Decent amount of wine selection via an iPad that allows you to search/filter wine base on different traits and price range. Would keep it on my list of steakhouse for special occasions or business entertainment.

It’s a small place, that’s what they had 2 seatings, 6 to 8 pm, 8 pm onwards. That’s my only gripe. Steak was good but so was the seafood and scallops. Oysters was a bit small to my liking. Dessert was excellent too in rounding off the full meal.

Restaurant with a great view, if you come before sunset. After that, all you see outside is quite underwhelming. However, the service was good and the staff were relatively attentive and were eager to please. Had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. Even though they had to turnover the tables for the next seating, they still provided dessert for my partner's birthday, despite leaving it unceremoniously on the table discreetly. The steak though, was a little too tough and overcooked for me, and I had some trouble cutting it, although it tasted good. Hopefully it was because of the cut of meat I got. Just realised that the meat they serve is halal, which is a great option for our Muslim friends. They also do serve alcohol, so take that into account when you decide whether to visit this place.

  • 4/5 Leica G. 4 years ago on Google
Loved their tomahawk steak. Great view and good service. Their other grill is pretty good as well. Also, the meat is also halal. ? 18/3/20: A year later, we ordered the wagyu flank and short ribs and have to say we were disappointed with the food - standards have dropped. Steak was regular flank, not wagyu. If it was, probably entry level (A1) and rather tasteless. Service remains good. But seating isn’t comfortable as we were next to the counter, directly in front of the open kitchen’s oven - which was warm. This is the first time I’m seated in the open area since there’s only 2 of us, whereas my past visits have been in the private room. For the price of the bill, there are better options for good steak.

the view from the restaurant is simply amazing. Food is good and refreshing but service from the wait crew is pretty bad. We came for lunch. Dining here seems like we are causing an absolute inconvenience to the wait crew. When we asked for tap water, we were given subtle unpleasant stares. As there were about 14 of us, some inevitably came slightly late. When we informed and asked for bread for those who joined the lunch slightly late, we were again given uncomfortable stares. It really felt as though they were forced into serving our table and we were dining for free (which of course we paid a full price for the food). Looking at other reviews, I don’t think the wait crew was upset with us in particular. Perhaps the wait crew was really forced into working at the restaurant which is afterall part of the hotel property. If that’s the case, the property mgt could do better in staff deployment, deploying staff where they perform at best.

I chose 665 as a venue for my proposal because it offers spectacular city view and quality, halal steaks. The experience surpassed my expectations. The food was simply excellent - we had salmon and sirloin which were great but we were won by the truffle fries. This is an amazing place for special moments - our appreciation to the team who gifted us a memento sliced cake, ginger ale x 2, a cute picture card and chocolates. Thanks to Peter as well, who served us and entertained our picture requests. Will def return again!

I really enjoyed their dry aged bone in striploin. The taste was the most concentrated of all the steaks that i have tried. Normally i would have avoided halal establishments due to the misconception that something was sacrificed but this place really rates highly. And the view's great too!

Great food! Price on the high side but it is considered a high end restaurant.

Nice steak house located on top of the Andaz hotel (38th floor), offering good views of the city. The restaurant is quite small - about 10 tables plus 2 small private rooms, so reservations are recommended specially during the weekend. They have a good wine selection, and good food also. The service is also good, and prices are reasonable. They have an open kitchen.

Located on the 38th floor, the view from the restaurant is fantastic. Interesting menu. I had Toothfish for the first time and it was very good. There is a choice of a customised menu if you call ahead and prearranged it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is nicely setup with 2 private rooms. Parking is generally easy. Highly recommended!!!

We decided we want to celebrate our 4 years together at this restaurant and that was one of our best decisions! The stuff were so great, the service was really fast we didn’t need to wait too much for our food to arrive. The vibe was so nice, and the food was so good and delicious. We took rib eye and the Phoenix waggyu and we enjoyed from every bite of it. Definitely recommended, but you should know that it’s not cheap, but worth it.

Good food and good meat for sure but quantity of food, service and location are not enough compared to the price paid.

Great for business lunch. Cosy ambience with attentive staff. I like my steak which was charred and crispy on the outside, and juicy medium rare on the inside. I would come back again for the steak. The dessert was good but not memorable.

We tried out their three course lunch menu set that’s reasonably priced at below SGD50 per head before tax. Most of the items on the menu though comeS with additional cost. Tried the impossible meat burger which was fantastic although it cost an additional SGD20! The food is good. No complaints!...though service could have been better, more attentive. The bread is fantastic though additional breads cost SGD3 a piece. View is excellent, given that the restaurant is located on level 38. Recommended!

Very nice and cozy restaurant with 12 tables plus one big (10) people table and one round 6 people table. Good view and open kitchen concept. Had the tomhawk steak as the main and it was huge but also expensive ($245). However, it was a bit too fatty and not as tender as I expected at medium rare. Truffle fries and asparagus as side which was really good. Overall I would rate this place with the following: Location: 9/10 Ambient: 10/10 Taste: 7/10 Service: 10/10 Price: 8/10

Last night, I’ve truly enjoyed the dinner with my family. Their service was absolutely amazing. Friendly, comfortable, kind. Especially I want to shout out Ms. Dana. She was fantastic with warm welcome, sweet converstaion, and perfect service. Of course, We had awesome steaks which were perfectly done. The food was much better than previous experience, which was 3 months ago. Thanks for the beautiful dessert as well! I will definitely recommend this place as the best steak house in the town for anyone. Great job service team and chef side. :) thanks for this great experience.

Pros: Good food. Nice ambience. Good view from level 38. Friendly and attentive staff. Cons: Tables are too close to each other that you could hear the conversation of the next table and vice versa.

Nice ambiance, felt like you are invited to a home live kitchen. I Expected a better quality steaks (Wagyu). The ribeye was fine. But, all items were too salty that would ruin your appetite. Great to have a decent Halal Steakhouse in SG.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we have received during my husband's birthday celebration at your restaurant and beyond to fulfill my request for a nice view seat, creating a perfect ambiance for the occasion. The friendly and attentive staff namely, Ravi took the time to introduce us to the menu, recommending delicious dishes that suited our preferences. His attentiveness extended to ensure that our glasses were promptly filled with wine, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Under the recommendation of Ravi, we ordered 665 cut of the day. Before the steak was cut for serving, Ravi offered to us whether do we want to take a picture of it. We did not see such thing coming however, we really appreciate such service as an experience such as this, we feel is one of a kind. For that, we really give our hats to him for the extra effort and time for us to get involved in the serving process, one way of the other. The surprise birthday cake has truly made my husband to have a delightful touch and memorable to him dearly. Thank you for making my husband's birthday celebration truly special. ❤️
