Soup was tasty enough on its own. Limited items on the menu. Wasn’t aware of the minimum spending until we finished our order with the waitress and she said “that’s all?” Then we were made noticed of the minimum spending for hotpot, which is uncommon. For the amount we spent on this hotpot meal, we are better off eating at other more well known hotpot places with more choices. The place was empty during dinner hours. Hence you get attentive staffs.

Overpriced. Ordered the fish maw soup and that calls for minimum spend of $250 and above. If I came with 3 others, the minimum spend would have made more sense.. just 2 of us, nah… our final bill came to over $350. Soup was pretty smooth however flavour was kinda muted and lacking on the umami scale. Meat and other ingredients were fresh. We’re there pretty early so practically we “booked the entire restaurant” if u know what I mean 😆. Service was good. They showed us the various private rooms available when we asked into on bigger table for business dinners

We visited on a Saturday night. That day all the restaurants in suntec we wanted to go got very long queue. Luckily here had available tables for walk-in. Feedbacks of dining experience doesn’t look very pleasant from most of reviews so I didn’t expect too much. But actually I didn’t have anything to complain about the service for our visit. We chose yam and pork rib soup base. Not that impressive as I expected but still quite nice. They provide 3 price level ($120, $150, $200) of meat platters which include beef pork and lamb. The one we had was $120. Beef ranking was A4. Overall, from service, environment to food quality, I enjoyed pretty much. But it’s a bit pricy even compared with other high end hotpot restaurants like imperial treasure steamboat.

Their soup is so tasty that you can drink them right from the start! A superb dining experience as their seafood are all so fresh and I love their signature meatball so much you can eat right from the plate or dip them into the soup and let it soak up all the soup so the meatball become so juicy and soak up all the flavour of the soup you're having. Will come back for sure!

Black Knight Hot Pot @blackknightsingapore ushers in a majestic Year of the Dragon with New Soup Bases (Tom Yum Soup & Tomato Soup), Abalone Prosperity Yu Sheng, and iconic 9 Style Box For the dual pot soup bases, I opted for the [NEW] Tom Yum Soup paired with their classic Taro Spare Ribs Pot. Ideal for cooking up a specially curated [NEW] 9-Style Box ($52) featuring auspicious ingredients. Each grid holds the finest offerings from Black Knight Hotpot, from bold and meaty Beef Tripe, Beef Tendon, and Pork Intestines to springy and sweet Fish Curd, Fish Dumplings, and Fried Dough Stick. The box is complemented with satisfying bites of Rice Cake, Taiwan Milkfish Balls, and Premium Squid Balls. We also indulged in the Meat platter (starting from $100) featuring US Prime Short Rib, Australian Sirloin Beef, Japanese Pork Collar, and Okinawa Black Pork Belly. Other hotpot ingredients included Egg Noodles or Knife Shaved Noodles ($8), Vegetable Platter ($16), and Mushroom Platter ($14) featuring White Shimeji, Brown Shimeji, Shiitake, Enoki, and King Oyster Mushroom varieties. Location: Black Knight Hotpot @ Millenia Walk: 9 Raffles Blvd, #02-02/05 Nihon Street, Singapore 039596

The soup is superb. Not the standard off the mill but really brewed for hours. Thick and flavorful, more so after the hotpot session. The meat slices are high quality and fresh. The vegetables are also fresh. One pays premium but you also get premium quality.

Amazing service! From the time we entered, the team was very hospitable 👍🏻👍🏻 One service staff that stood out was Neo 🤗🤗. She was very attentive to our needs. She personally cooked the fish 🐟 for us and served us individually. She saw us all chatting away and knew that we would for sure have our food over cooked. She took the initiative and stepped in. Impressive! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 To add on to her personal touch, she made small batches of different sauces for us to try😋😋 Kudos 👏🏻👏🏻 to Neo and the service team. Not forgetting the kitchen side, great job on the food presentation. The soup bases were thick and creamy 🥳🥳 With this combination, Black Knight Hot Pot has a great team 🎉🎉 We had a great experience in the restaurant. Kudos to all!! 👋🏻👋🏻

Is my First Time here at Black Knight Hotpot at Millenia Walk. 👍 Their premium soup base is special, nice & very nice. The only thing is that all soup base has min spending. As only 2 of us, and we chosen their premium Fish Maw Chicken soup pot & min spending need to be at least $280.. If 4 pax come over, $280 is just right. The services rendered by the staff are very nice… they are really very warm & friendly people ESPECIALLY Aunty Neo!! She is so polite, friendly & helpful! My friend and i are really impressed by her services rendered to us. Thumb up for her attitude and service 👍 LIKE! Our overall experience at Black Knight is really wonderful! 👍🤗 I will come again! I will also recommend my friends over too! 👍❤️ And once again, Thank You Aunty Neo for your wonderful and amazing services provided! 👍❤️

Only 4 tables r full during lunch time on saturday , so the big place is sparse which is good for gathering:) Anyway the first batch of soup taste great , subsequent refill not so much The rice is hard but the knife shaved noodle super smooth n nice.. Dimsum taste great as well Ingredient fresh Service moderate With ladies discount worth it The 28 dollar inclusive gst service charge for two main dish super value and nice too Edit: tried second time and the sweet and sour pork was sooo stale not fresh :( wont come back. And the promo 1111 coconut comes with t and c that is only made known to us quite late. Never tell us at the upfront

What was enjoyable: - nice ambience - the home sauce - the Mingo ice cream (salted caramel brownie and double choco flavour) What was not so enjoyable: - the tea cups used is hard to grasp especially when the tea is hot. Very easy to slip - taro spare ribs pot $38 (spare ribs very very tough) - wanted to order the fish maw soup but need min order of $280 (not recommended for small grp unless u have a big budget) - knife shaved noodles ($8) were ok, pork belly and neck slices ($26) as well. - there were some very tough bits in the home made pork dumplings ($10). Rating one star because of the price premium in comparison to the quality of food.

One of the best hotpot in Singapore. Service staff was attentive and the soup base was tasty but not overly salty

It is our second time here. We love it after the first try and brought our family here. Ms Neo helped us at our table. Her service was superb. You must order the drunken soup and their bamboo clam. The bamboo clam is huge and very fresh. It's one of the best we ever had

Had a delightful hotpot dinner with my bros at Black Knight. The ingredients were fresh and made for a delicious hotpot, while the rich broths added to the great flavor. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive. Overall food and service was great but on the pricey side. We left with a satisfied palate and a genuine smile. Thanks!

[Media Tasting] Hotpot (Taro Spare Rib Pot & Spicy Pot Frozen Beancurd, Beef Tendon, Beef Tripe), Fried Frog Leg with pepper & Salt, Spicy Fried Rice. Tired of your usual Hai Di Lao or Beauty in a pot offerings. Then you gotta try black knight hot pot. The presentation of the pot and its meat plating are sure to impress your guests. As with any credible hot pot shops, the food serve is always fresh but if you are bored with cooking your own food, they also serve some mean dishes. We had the fried frog leg which was really tender beneath pepper and salt exterior and the spicy fried rice was loaded with black tobiko. Fancy but the fried rice was really spicy. The special thing about their mala soup here is that it is actually drinkable except with delayed ma (numbness) but not the overly oily type. Finally their signature special sauce is like an upgraded version of Coca's signature sauce, you can just have it on its own.

The hotpot soup was yummy, and the ingredients are super fresh and tasty. Their Taiwan Beef noodles is super tangy and bouncy and they used ribeye. It is also super spicy but delicious We also ordered the steam clams which was super fresh, with lots of garlic and steamed to perfection Only complain is perhaps the price point is on the higher end and there’s a minimum spend for hotpot. Will perhaps suit 3-4 people if they split the cost

Good ambience, service and food. Comfortable seating with a big table. :) Clean 小料台。 Had the peppercorn chicken pork belly soup dinner set for 2 pax. Good and fresh hotpot ingredients. A tad on the expensive side though.

Worth a try for hotpot lovers, especially the fish maw premium soup. The ice cream provided was surprisingly good too! Staff Neo elevated our experience by being super lovely, ever so helpful and even proactively concocted her “special sauce” for us to toss our knife cut noodles in! Overall, enjoyable but on the pricier side.

Totally surprised by their soup base and the freshness of their ingredients. Some of their dipping sauce are freshly made by their chef and it was super delicious. Went with my colleagues and booked their private room, definitely gonna go back to this hotpot again!

We love hot pot, so here we are, fairly quiet on a Thursday evening, ambience reminds me of a posh lounge, we ordered what we use to, some beef, pork, mushroom platter, prawn paste, prawns, black truffle fried rice etc, bill was about $332 which is way above our usual HDL, nevertheless food quality was above average and service was normal, personally for me HDL service is definitely better. Will I return? Probably not. For special occasions, this place will do.

When I first came here for hotpot a few months back, the soup stock was very good. I had nourishing soup and the fish maw soup previously. Even if service was lacking, I was willing to pay for the soup. The braised pig ear was very good too. This is the second time I am here and I brought my friends here. I ordered the fish maw soup. Despite the price for minimum spending, I would tell my friends that this soup is really good. However, I was wrong. The ingredients were fresh but the soup tasted totally different from the first time. It tasted bland and average. For the price that I would have been willing to pay for the soup initially, I would not recommend this anymore. The high minimum spending and average soup stock are the main reasons. For the better soup base and higher minimum spending, the money would have been better spent at other premium hotpots like Hai Di Lao and Beauty in the pot. Unless the soup stock retains the original standard previously, otherwise, this restaurant would find it very hard to compete since there is a high price tag for minimum spending.

Good service. Nice dining environment. (Dark modern interior) Premium quality ingredients. Meat served chilled on ice to maintain freshness. Even the basic corn tasted sweet!👌Personally was easy to hit the minimum charge for the soups offered. Ordered 3 portions of meat and some sides/vege and total bill came up to $260 for 2 pax. Truly enjoyed the experience here. Come as a group if you wish to save more per pax.

Our third time here and definitely not the last! Soup base is good, and seafood is very fresh. Beef is especially good too. The service and food standard is consistent during all our visits. Would like to commend on one of their staff, Neo. She is very friendly, proactive and will check on us every now and then to make sure that the soup level is sufficient enough to cook and changing of our plates whenever necessary. (Our order included fish, corn and prawns.) Highly recommend Black Knight if you are looking for a hotpot place.
