Loved my drinks! Had the Crazy Chrys, Mermaid Sour and Applewood Negroni. The first two were especially yummy. Food was rly good as well and service was friendly. Would definitely return to try the other drinks on the menu.

Somewhat hidden, intimate and edgy cool vibe Secret Mermaid is truly one of SG urban feel bar experience. From the basic American spirits to the more specialized .. they’ve got it all! The space is cleverly designed, the focus of attention is of course..The Wall which holds a wide range of Gin and Whiskey ..but the true stars are Don &Kelly who run the show.. they work the bar so smoothly. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, friendly yet not over friendly. Epic French fries .. huge portion so get ready! It comes with yummy tartar sauce on the side. From the more Chique among us get the oysters they are amazingly fresh and perfectly chilled. Yes, at the end of the evening you will find yourself singing 60’s and 70’s American classics w other bar visitors. Things to note: -Public Bathrooms are located at outside of the Bar 1 min walk. - The music (first part of the night) could have been better. They played heavy metal / hard rock. I would have preferred to listed to some lounge / chill tunes. (But then it got better w the American classics ) - getting there .. look for “Paul” cafe go behind it , there’s an escalator,take it down (metro level) then turn left .. keep waking it’ll be on your right. Definitely recommend to make reservations in advance. Limited seats available.

Had a blast at The Secret Mermaid for my friend's birthday! Tiny spot, under 20 seats, but the bartenders Kass and J were the best. Personalized cocktails, great service, and awesome vibes. If you want a unique cocktail bar experience, don’t give this a miss!🍹🎉

Tasty mix! We came around opening time & it was happy hour 🥳 Their regular mix are based on tarot cards - very interesting descriptions. They also give complimentary potato nuggets! The location is underground and a short walking distance from the Merlion.

I had a fantastic time with Robert as my bartender! I really enjoyed his company and effort in livening the mood :) it was my first time at a bar as a 20 year old but this experience has encouraged me to go to bars more often! I hope that Robert will continue to bartender there and I will continue to visit as long as Robert is my bartender :)

Great little secret hidden bar. Robert the bartender was lovely, friendly and funny. Cocktails were delicious and they have an impressive wall of different whiskey/bourbon amongst other alcohol. Cosy but nice atmosphere, right near the MRT.

Come for the vibes, stay for the drinks! 👏🏻 Stellar bartender team, super cosy atmosphere. Take a chance and go for the bespoke cocktails! I requested for a fruity gin and they nailed it to a T. Easily the place to go for great drinks. I’ll definitely be back!

I believe this space is shared between two stores on split timing. I visited this place in the afternoon during lunch hours, and it is called Salmon Samurai. The bowl of mentaiko salmon bowl tastes exceptionally great, coupled with the dark coloured theme interior, makes it a nice place to unwind even during lunch hours

Cocktails were innovative but too funky for my taste. Service was friendly. The place is a little small so ventilation wasn't great. The whole place smells like karaage, went home smelling like fried food even though I didn't have any.

Great service by D'Cruz. Nice touch with the card per drink and the gold detailing of the straw. It would make me come back just to collect all cards. Great layout and interesting covert corner. The food was good, the cocktails could be better. However, we enjoyed the nightcap. Unfortunately, towards the end of the night, when the small groups started talking louder, the sound bounced back uncomfortably now and then. Overall, 4/5.

The bestest little bar in the world! The bar team always makes fantastic drinks, sometime tells terrible jokes and generally ensures you have great night out. It’s my go to spot and definitely an off the beaten track recommendation for anyone visiting Singapore. Current fave drink on the menu is the martiniesque In The Morning Sun… it’s exquisite!

Visited on 18th November and service was a m a z i n g. The two staff were really friendly and helpful with their recommendations and explanations of drinks. Brought my boyfriend there to celebrate his birthday and they even gave surprise drinks for him! Really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Tried their fries and oysters as well and we liked them! Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

The sure go-to place for a nice sip in the evening. The Secret Mermaid is a great place to hang out with friends - a great choice of drinks (American liquors that you find in few places around Singapore) and an attentive bar crew makes for a joyful time.

Finally made it to the Secret Mermaid after about 1yr of trying to go. Always another place came up on the list but one day we decided to just make it happen and it was so worth it. This is a tiny unassuming little bar in Marina link passageway…if you blink you might miss it. If you are really looking for an intimate bar where the bartenders know your name and make your drink as you want it, where there are only a few seats so you are amongst the select few privileged people to partake in having cocktail here…then you will take your time to find the little door and go in! We unfortunately arrived late so only had enough time for one drink but we really loved this place. The bartender the people the atmosphere…everything was perfect & it felt like our own private/secret spot. I want to give the staff props but hope the place doesn’t get to busy with people. It’s a great secret ;-)

One of the best bars I’ve been to in Singapore, very underrated and unpretentious. They have a bunch of cool bartenders. Must go when Kelly is around. Thank you so much for the introduction to Mescal and for making our evening fantastic!

Great ambience & cozy. Music was good and wasn't too noisy. Drinks are great too.

Friendly banter, nice friendly atmosphere. Robert really went out of the way to make everyone feel welcome. Had the Strength and Mermaid Sour, both of which was fantastic. Definitely recommend to whoever wants a relaxing night out. Good stuff.

We visited here based on reviews of delicious drinks and friendly service, and we were not disappointed! We were only visiting for a few birthday drinks, but Robert and the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendly and interactive attitudes and attentive service. The drinks were unique and tasty, with a range that should make anyone happy.

Seems the secret is last drinks are 1 hour before closing and the vibe from the staff member was we were intruding on his time. The venue is in a mall pathway and was really disappointed to get this service after reading the reviews from others. Currently enjoying a great cocktail at Picotin, which has great service and a view to boot!
