Terrible experience. Mussel in pasta was closed which means not cooked. We rejected and feedback to the team. The chef insisted that it was cooked and forced open it, subsequently served back to us. Is this the way to solve the problem? How much is a mussel? We feedback to the server that we do not agree They came back with lots of reasons. We told them we are not eating a mussel which is closed. 3rd time and a long wait, which is after our meal. They replaced with 3 mussels. Is it so difficult to replace a mussel that is uncooked ? Our pasta dish has been fully consumed by the time the corrective action was taken. For the price we are paying, this is totally disappointing. The standard and quality of food has dropped significantly. Portion is small too. Expensive. Totally not worth the money. Bar food standard. It will be last visit.

**MUST VISIT for all the friends fans out there ** Visited on a Sunday morning for brunch. The way they recreated central perk and some corners of the iconic TV show is fantastic. The menu is also fun with references to the characters and the show. We tried a Phoebe and a Joey latte - both huge and nice (8$ each) and a big Joey breakfast ($23). I had low expectations for the food but it was actually good: tasty and well cooked (just the mushrooms were a tad chewy). Service was fine - though the staff looked quite sad/bored. Overall, it is good food in a unique atmosphere. Although a bit overpriced, I can’t wait to be back!

Just got here for some drinks. When we got here they seem not to use the name Central Perk anymore but still maintains the setup of F.R.I.E.N.D.S., the drinks are great, worth the price. Easy to order as well since you can scan the menu in their QR code at the table. They also accept master card. The setup of the sitcom is great. Amazing experience to touch this props which make me feel I was on the actual set.

The coffee and food is okay. You can definitely get better coffee elsewhere but if you’re here, it’s probably for the Friends nostalgia and it does deliver on that. There’s a room with lots of friends memorabilia such as Rachel’s wedding dress, foosball table and Joey’s dog statue. Of course the Friends couch is the highlight as you can take turns sitting on it and taking pics. Worth a visit. Not as crowded and cramped as a lot of other coffee shops so it’s a nice meeting place if you wanted to grab coffee and catch up with friends.

The ambiance is nice and the staff are friendly. Food is good and good serving size for the price. ☺️ The coffee and tea servings are big, same sizes as the mugs used in the series which is a nice touch. ♥️

Haven’t watched Friends before. But looks pretty sync for a thematic cafe. Just wish the prices of the food would be more affordable. The coffees were also thematic which I thought was pretty cool.

It's worth a try for fans of FRIENDS. Decent food but i love the ambience more. The decorations and memorabilia make you feel like you're on the F.R.I.E.N.D.S tv show set especially when you sat on the replica couch with your friends. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an amazing afternoon with my friend in this cafe. Highly recommended.

A must-visit for lovers of “Friends”, to soak in the vibes and atmosphere. Makes you feel like you’re shooting a scene of the iconic show! Food was pretty good, nice and sweet - sweet potato fries with a nice dip. Oysters were nice, plump and fresh. Highlight was the tiger prawn pasta, with the aroma of the prawns permeating every strand of pasta along with the garlic punch. Will definitely drop by if I’m around the area! :)

Decent food, despite it being slightly pricey. There is a selection of coffees named after the Friends character, which is rather unique. However. the taste was a bit strange for my liking, and therefore hard to appreciate. Probably the worst part of the experience here was the service, which definitely make me not want to come back here again.

Great place for the fans of Friends. The place has many of the series' artifacts and even decors. Friends' addicts can seat in the orange couch to watch an episode. Food is however super pricey and not worth a meal. Maybe good place for a drink.

We've been trying to visit the cafe for awhile now, but it was always full. Best time to come is just before lunch. We loved the coziness of the place. The menu dish names integrated the show. Servings were big especially the lasagna and the turkey sandwich. We also loved the coffee.

Great place for the experience if you a Friends fan. Not as crowded as I expected. The menu is super limited and very expensive, which is understandable as the place is huge and clearly not many people know about it and it costs a lot to maintain the place. They can do a lot more with it like engage people with trivia, play friends on a TV, have more coffee options.

Good food, and the cafe theme is definitely nostalgic and the staffs are friendly and attentive, especially Justin. Since I am a huge fan of Friends, dining here is definitely a great experience for me.

SO MUCH FUN! A must for all Friends fans, it's such a great experience. Character themed drinks, friends playing on a big screen and a set scene including a replica couch! Also a fun bunch of Friends memorabilia in their little museum! Could it be any more fun!

Went to Central Mall Coffee House on 27th November 2022 We can’t have food as they don’t have Halal options, but whole staff was very friendly, professional and warm welcoming. They let us take pictures there in a very friendly environment. Love the ambiance of the place. Great to see nice displays live of one of my all time favourite season F.R.I.E.N.D.S Highly Recommended.

really nice cafe with great decor and vibes (++ they’re playing friends on the projector!) drinks and the sides were great, loved the tater tots and mac and cheese. the seafood pasta was v disappointing tho, prawns and scallops were rubbery. when you enter the cafe, they have a sign that says wait 45 mins for food (and it’s true!) so please only go there if you’re patient enough. overall a nice place, such a shame that they’re closing ):

I’m so glad I visited this cafe before it’s gone next month. Friends has always been one of my favourite comfort shows and it was a really nice experience. Watching Friends episodes on the big screen while having our dessert and snacks was nice. We tried their toffee nut Frappuccino inspired by the wonderfully weird Phoebe Buffay, which was amazing. Their fudge-y chocolate cake and garlicky fries were delicious too. The service was great, staff were very nice and friendly too. The memorabilia they have here were wonderfully nostalgic, felt like we were in the show itself. From the iconic orange Central Perk couch to every character’s rooms and not forgetting the unforgettable portrait of Gladys. Great experience overall 😊

Let’s start with the bad. There were only 4 other tables when we came in. The wait for food was long but we had to wait for our 2 frappes, which came about 15 mins apart, for another 30+ mins after we finished our food. We came on New year so not sure whether that had anything to do with the long wait hence. The waiter/waitress who brought the drinks did not once apologized for the wait. Now with the good, the food was sooo yummy. We ordered so-much garlic pasta and egg benedict. They are both very tasty. The egg benedict was the best i have had. You took one bite and the egg and bread just melted together in your mouth. Craving was satisfied!

Food and beverage - very average. +1 for Decor - Friends theme and improvised Halloween - very good. -1 for cracked wooden pizza platter.

A cozy and a fun place to chill with your F.R.I.E.N.D.S where you find the show’s theme stuffs there. The interior decorations and the placement of things can be renovated and improved for giving the fans to feel more like they are tele transported to the theme. What i like about there is their coffee and the size of coffee mugs and the fact that the show is streaming.

I visited this place because I love 'Friends'. It made me feel a bit sad... the condition there is not good as I thought, however, it's still a good place to collect ideas for my new project

Very excited to visit this cafe when we heard about it! The ambience was perfect, especially with the huge projector screen playing FRIENDS in the background. Everyone at the cafe seemed to be enjoying the vibes. The cafe is not licensed anymore, which does affect the experience a bit. Coffee was okay-okay but can’t complain much given how memorable the entire experience was.

Came here on a friday noon for lunch with my friends. Despite other reviews, our food and drinks came quite quickly. The server also notified us when our food arrived at the table (we left our table to look at the friends display) The food was not bad, drinks could have been better. But overall, this place has amazing ambience and it would be nice for friends fans to come visit at least once before this place closes down.

Had an absolute amazing time with my friend here. I was fangirling since im a huge FRIENDS fan! The couch, the door, the memorabilias!! Loved the ambiance, the vibes, the food was tasty and delicious. We tried the lobster pasta and fries! But special Kudos to Tina, for the great tasting cup of latte and friendly cozy service. it's like being served by Rachel in NY. fun times! What's more the staff may help you take fantastic shots around the cafe. It's an experience!

I expected more from this place. It wasn't open at 11 as it states on Google maps. The place is slightly run down and the food is overpriced. I also bought 6 postcards and had to pay 10% surcharge for that too, which I find funny. I think it would be great if they had at least a separate room to sit in the Monica kitchen I.e. here you have central perk vibes and all other stuff is just stuffed into one room. Nevertheless I would go there if you are a friends fan

Spacious restaurant, good food, great drinks, even non-Friends fans would find this place a great gathering spot. For fans, the sitcom is on repeat on a big screen for laughs while you savour the yummy dishes, mostly named after the characters or memorable lines (the "Unagi" dish!). On top of that, a mock up of part of Monica's kitchen, and lots of Friends memorabilia for die-hard fans to point to and gawk at for plenty of "oh! This is from that episode where..." moments 😍 will be back again!!

Not gonna lie, food is very pricey. The calamari I had was about $15. Coffee was about $8 but for the size of the cup, I would say it is worth it. The ambiance is really nice, and cozy. Would like it if food was a tad less cheaper. Service was good. Shout out to my server caitlin for her excellent service and for attending to all my queries.

Came here with friends for the second time, the first was a few years back. The decorations and atmosphere are really great, they've managed to capture most of the key features from the TV show. The food is also pretty good, our favorites were the garlic fries, mac and cheese, and vegetable lasagna. Once you're done eating you should definitely take some pictures with the props and backdrops, it's a fun photo shoot session to have with friends or family. Would definitely come back again.

Worth the visit if you really are a Friends' fan...the food is quite pricey but the serving portion is big while the taste is just average...this was my second visit...the 1st experience 2 years back was made more awesome buy a nice crew...However, this second one was made unforgettable (in a negative way...) by a very unfriendly crew...I brought my family to share my love for Friends so I we just focused on the ambiance and food...hoping the management will make sure that their crews will extend courtesy to any patrons regardless of the race, nationality...

It's really a worthy experience for Friends fans! Love all the exhibits and the cafe furniture. The food is surprisingly good too albeit pricey given the franchise fee to cover.

Very nice place for fans of FRIENDS. Love the coffee cups. but menu is rather limited. Price is steep for this kind of rather ulu location rather far from Clarke Quay and Boat Quay, which are where the main is in the area. Price of Friends-themed T-shirt at $49.90 is obviously steep too. Friendly staff though, who would gladly help you take pictures.
