Was our second team dinner there. The first time round even though service was bad but we decided to give them a second chance. This time it was appalling. We waited more than half an hour for our food only to realise the order was not placed. The server Mark who took out order claims it’s a “machine error”. He did not apologise. When he changed my plate, he dropped the knife and fork onto my pants (pic attached after clean up) and did not apologise once again. It was dangerous as it was a knife and fork! The only reason why I gave this a 1 star was because of the server Elliott who was very obliging and prompt but too bad he only served us at the end. Never come here unless you wish to spoil your day. Definitely better ways to spend $500 for a table of 5.

Brought my customer here, and the ambient was great. Especially around 2 plus . Left people and soft music and can discuss. The steak and ribs are delicious. I like pizza, which is thin and jucy. 😋😋😋

we absolutely enjoyed our experience when we had our dinner here a few days back! They have free flow wine/beer from 5pm to 7pm for $19.90. Definitely loved the St Felicen and Truffle Brie, don’t recommend the dessert crepes though. But definitely will come back!!!!!!

Jul 2023: last dined in was so long ago. Service level is still as good. Food are priced reasonably. 4yrs ago:My favourite place for cheap and good wine. They have a pretty big and good selection of wines from various country and the price is extremely affordable. Tapas priced below $10 and you can also find bottles below the price of $50. Food quality not bad too. Recommended to make reservation as they do get busy!!

Had a wonderful experience at Wine Connection! The outdoor seating offered a relaxed ambiance with dim lights, perfect for an evening unwind. Reasonable wine price. good selected 30~40 SGD range of wines. Crowded circumstances and good for casual dining in Orchard road.

Great food and attentive service by the staff. Enjoyed their truffle fries, meat platter (pork rib, lamb, steak) and ham. Not so much of the cheese and fried fish though. Will still revisit for the good vibes and extensive menu :)

Food was good, would be nice to know the portion size though since those who'd like variety would order more than what they can finish. Service was good, it was valentine's so we appreciate the privacy. Awesome atmosphere, although we're right smack in the middle of the wine selection front, it wasn't obtrusive when customers were choosing wine in the aisle.

Pork ribs served cold. Placed order - sprite and waited long, nobody do the drinks. Concept is open. Manager is chatting with another staff, other staff doing own things.

Wine connection establishments have great value/quality to $ ratio. They still have it. We had a great night out at the wine connection Robertson Walk bistro.... :-)

I made a booking thinking I was making it the Wine Connection Cheese Bar but it was at their Wine Cheese Bistro so be careful not to get confused I was a little disappointed I had made the mistake as they were fully booked with a waitlist to get in .. so we had to head on over to the bistro which I had eaten in a couple of times back in 2014-17 and wasn’t that fussed with it. However last night I was hungry (had been in Italy for 3 months and wanted something other than pasta or pizza ) Hubby chose the tuna seared salad and loved it and my chicken and vegg was delicious very tasty indeed so all up a good experience However it was expensive to eat it in Italy and was even dearer to eat here we ordered no alcohol to keep costs down and still got charged a GST on top plus another charge so $10.72 was added to the bill on top of menu prices so when you add the conversion as well it was pricey for two simple dishes at a bistro .. $78 Aussie dollars with no drinks other than sparkling water Very friendly service by everyone really polite great ambience fans close by to keep a breeze on you as quite warm seated outside

Don't go on "DJ night" Wine bar's attempt at making it a club. I might have visited on a night when they got a bad DJ, playing old songs and bad mixes. It was LOUD. Can't hold a conversation, had to eat and drink quickly while tolerating the noise, just to GTFO asap. Paella was very good tho

I used to go to Wine Connection more a few years ago, my last visit was Dec 2019. I went back now and everything is almost unchanged: - service is very fast - wine prices are still very good - food quality seems unchanged (good), but I only ordered 2 pizzas (4 cheese and pepperoni) All in all it’s a great place for a casual drink but I mostly bring here people who are visiting the city or are new to singapore. Total damage for 2 bottles of wine and 2 pizzas: 168$

They have a free flow for wines from 5-7pm for $15 it’s pretty good :) decent cheeses you can select to curate your own cheese board

Had ribeye (medium, wine sauce) with a cup of coffee - about $40. Steak is good! Ask for pepper. No dairy alternatives for coffee.

Well placed venue with decent food and drink, but the service on our last visit was shockingly poor. Waited 30 mins after arrival for basic service, even after trying to flag down 3 waiters who simply ignored us. Incredibly rude, we won't be back. Lots of better venues in the area.

Glad they were open til late that I was able to do a last-minute buy. Staff was approachable and helped me in choosing which bottle is suitable for gifting (as I don't know much about wines 🥴)

Really good set lunch. $14.9 for a great seafood pasta, well mixed garden salad and ice lemon tea. Taste great and generous portions. Seafood was fresh! Will be my go to for decent lunch.

Great place if you want a big hunk of melting cheese (and who doesn't!?) Had the famous Raclette here which is a big hunk of cheese under a heat lamp to melt. It is served with cold cuts, salad, potatoes, and bread. You can put cheese into any of them or put them under the melting cheese for the hot cheese to drip into them. Either way it tasted great. Staff and decor are great too. For such a large piece of cheese and the generous portion of cold cuts and other foods, it felt like very good value. Came away impressed and satisfied. Will come again.

They have a few different outlets scattered around Singapore but the one we visited is in robertson walk. They offer a wide selection of wine from red, white, sparkling all at a very reasonable price. The lowest bottle you can get it for $40. We paired our wine with a charcuterie board that came with 4 different cheese, and a few items to go with like fruits, nuts, basket of bread and cold cut.

This outlet is spacious and not crowded. As usual, great place to dine and drink with great selection of wines and food. Service was pretty good too.

The Tapas outlet has great atmosphere. We had 2 bottles of wine. BUT both the Ribeye steak & Kurobuta pork stew were overly salty. It's hard to eat with such a level of saltiness. Hope the chef taste his food next time.

As good as usual. It was a busy Friday and I got a chance to have a table in the evening. Everything was fast and enjoyable. I like the New truffle pizza as well. The staff was friendly and attentive too. I forgot the name of the Philippine lady who was taking care of us that night but she did her job well. Only one thing to mention, you need to slow down on the Lemon juice for your Greek salad . It's like my lemon juice as I'm having every morning. Good for your well-being but...abit too sour for the starter. Thank you and see you soon
