Manpower shortage and super slow. Waited very long for just two items. Inefficient and not fast when preparing orders.

Super slow service. The staff was listening to music and dancing at the front desk, preparing customers' food at a very slow pace, during the morning commute. I had one order in front of me, but I still waited 10 minutes to bring my food. And I spent most of the time watching the waiter dance and listen to music. And I've seen him secretly squeeze and knead other customers' takeout food.

Thanks to staff Mr.Vijay. He was very helpful and considerate in helping us decide our choices and explaining the menu (we were tourists) The service was quick. This KFC experience gave us a positive start to our day.

Ordered for take out with the app, then I received notif that the order has been taken and completed before I even arrive there yet. Told them that someone took my order, but the staff refused to prioritize my order. In total I waited 45 minutes for my food. What a waste of time..

Services staff named Sally is very rude and extremely no manners at all. Asked her about the food as we waited very long, she said " if your number is not up go back and wait" and talk badly about other customer infront of us! Extremely bad service, would give a 0 star of able to

The chicken tasted like deep fried cysts but it's KFC and I can't complain it's just a personal opinion. Location is very convenient though.

Food is cold and I met with an unfriendly and unpleasant staff named Ted. I merely asked for a few more serviettes after seeing just a few pieces in my takeaway but was finger pointed by him saying he doesn't have anymore for me. I pointed out that there's plenty I can see just at the counter and that was rude of him I was only making a reasonable request, but he got angry and instead challenged me if I want to speak to his manager then? Lolz... KFC pls take heed of the mounting bad reviews you have and sort out the issues, and get these and other non service oriented staffs replaced, will definitely avoid this lousy outlet.

If you have manpower issues, considering hiring more. It's not good practise for noone to be at the counter, get told to use the machines when everyone couldn't make payment with it, and be given an angry face and no acknowledgement of the issue. This specific staff also just walked away from a situation, not caring that the customers are unhappy while giving off an angry face. Is this how your company handle issues? There needs to be some quality control between branches, seriously.

Wow was there for a bite. KFC Uncle performming kung-fu with a knife, free of charge. He was unstoppable, other staff around were either doing their work or too immersed with his performance. Anyway kudos to the hiring team.

standard Fried chicken as other outlets, service wasn’t great thought. As i accidentally ordered takeaway but wanted to eat in store, staff nagged at me cuz i wasting their plastic boxes. Not like i purposely want to waste plastic boxes. Made me feel bad while eating there 😰

Rather sad experience here tables weren’t really cleared and the food was somewhat cold other then the chicken unfortunately

The 2pc chicken is not nice. There is no more spices like in the past. I had tired another kfc branch and it is same (no spices). Their food standard had dropped since 2023. 2022 food was better than now.
