First, I want to talk about the operational nightmare that is Giardino. After a series of nodding and not writing anything down, the waitress then proceeds to forget my mom’s order. Her salmon appeared half an hour after everybody else’s food. Rice was unseasoned and, in texture, was hard enough to snap a baby’s jaw. Pizza was alright. But the only thing that should be grilled at Giardino should be its manager.

Pizza was fine, nothing special. The only good thing was the fact it was wood fired. The service from our server was lack luster, felt as though our choice of a pizza wasn't good enough for him to waste his time on. Our money is better spent elsewhere to be honest. Don't allow the large crowds that frequent this spot to attract you in. The food is very average and better can be found elsewhere!

Great experience. Used Eatigo and had an earlier dinner than usual and the experience was fantastic. First, Eatigo was 50% off all food except drinks and desert. Water was free. So in terms of economics it made great sense. Second, food was delicious and also relatively kids friendly. The staff and infrastructure was also good / kids friendly (baby chairs, big low tables, bright al fresco dining area with fans). Last, servers exhibited extremely good service and attentiveness and refilled our water most of the time without asking and changed our plates 3 times. A huge surprise considering the prevalent ratings. I would give it 5 stars owing to our own pleasant experience.

Went for happy hour 1 for 1 and some pizzas. Nothing impressive about this place. Like outdoor seating though. It doesn’t get too noisy.

Pizza no taste. Broccoli good but too much oil. Waiters OK but very busy. Super expensive for the quality and portions.

Came on a Sunday night for a quick drink and bite. The happy hour seemed like a good deal but would note that you have to get two of the *exact* same drink -- no pairing two types of beer or two types of martinis. Also the "parmesan truffle fries" lacked any sign of truffle. For $16 would at least have expected to taste it. Service was ok, but nothing great. Would recommend one of the other restaurants at Chijmes.

Interesting Italian restaurant in an excellent location. Chijimes is a beautiful building in the heart of Singapore. Unfortunately, however, the food was extremely disappointing. The meat used on the pizzas is exceptionally cheap and unappetizing. Despite being woodfired, they tasted no better than had they been defrosted. The drinks tasted watered down mostly, although the lychee martini was very nice. And all this for a very premium price, about $30SGD a pizza. Could not recommend.

One of the best wood fried Pizzas. Even though we ordered the simplest of the pizza Margherita we loved it. Mushroom Gnocchi was rich in flavours, so well cooked with the right amount of herbs and butter. Bruschetta. Grilled bread with tomatoes, right amount of olive oil and seasoning. Generous with the basil. Loved it! Really good music and great ambience. Location is perfect. Situated at Chijmes the feel of the place is perfect for a date or any special occasion. Very welcoming, kind and professional staff and great service. Even though the choice for vegetarian food is really slim it was made up in the flavours of the dishes.

please dont order the carbonara because it is absolutely disgusting. the wine tastes like water too. the sausage was also really bland and bad. Dine at ur own risk, so utterly disappointed that a classy looking bar at such a beautiful location has let us down so much. Such a waste of a trip and money!
