It is amazing how a volunteer NGO can grow to motivate entities & individuals to help & contribute to helping the less haves and save the environment at the same time. I was humbled by the 2 sessions at FFTH - sorting, stacking and packing the items with my enthusiast team members. Kudos to the staff & volunteers. Well done, and carry on the good work!

The nearest MRT would be the Yellow Circle Line Tai Seng. Alight here and take 10 mins to walk towards Little Road into Joo Seng Road. They are located at the 3rd level of 130 Joo Seng Road. This organization helps plenty of Singaporeans with food that's donated by many different sources. What they do is to consolidate and package them as care packs to be distributed to families. To give is always better than to receive. Give what you can afford, whether it's donating food or giving your time and effort to help them repackage their care packs. They do require tons of manpower so do drop by.

As part of our CSR activities, we decided to make our way down to FFTH. The place is very well run, our host was really pleasant and it’s air conditioned! We were shown a short video and then we were trained to form a little production line and after a little training, it was up to us to help gather and pack groceries into 100 individual bags! It was back breaking but it was for a good cause! Well worth it!

This charity is a scam. They continue to take your money even after you've attempted to cancel it. If you email they say you have to call, if you call they say you have to email. All the while they continue drawing from your bank account. I will continue to donate to local charities in the future, but never this one. Edit: In response to their comment it took 2 calls, the first involving a person who was extremely dismissive and demanding an email, which I had done months earlier. I also had to email that day as well. They did everything they could to drag their feet. Again, I will continue to support local charities, but this one is not one I would trust with my information.

volunteered for packing a few times with FFTH, too bad the location is out of the way, if not would have gone more frequently. there was once the session was an urgent last-min & longer hours one, lunch & drinks treat were given, thank you for the kind thought for your volunteers.

I am impressed by their services and I started doing volunteer service to them.

Came here as part of my company’s volunteer program. First time coming to this food distribution charity. It was pretty easy to locate as it was only a 10 minute easy walk from Tai Seng MRT station. When we first arrived, we were introduced to the company with a simple introductory corporate video introducing about the charity and who it provides for. Thereafter, the program leader for our time slot informed us what exactly to do. To put labels on all the designated food items which has been accounted for for the number of recipients, and after that to pack up the items. It was very systematic and well organized. The program leader was also there for the whole duration of the volunteer session to ensure the items were packed properly and placed them neatly at the pallet for further distribution. After all the food was packed up, the staff ensured it was packed up for further transportation for the distribution to the recipients at their location. The organization style was impeccable and the space for the food storage was very clean indeed. I would definitely look forward to my next volunteer visit to Food from the Heart.

This charity really does amazing work. Arrangements prior to our CSR event were easy. The event itself went very smoothly and we were glad to do our small bit to help

The Non Profit organizations are working and their intention of helping people is great. I worked here as a volunteer and my experience was good about their warehouse facility and supply chain management. I recommend everyone to donate and also work as a volunteer with Food from the Heart, Singapore.

I was a volunteer for Food From The Heart Singapore! Good social enterprise to give back to the society! As per most industrial buildings and sites, my only concern is that their warehouse is located somewhere which some may not find very accessible.

I participated for a day to prepare food for the elderly or needy in singapore, it is indeed a good charity movement. Besides providing food the centre also provides the disabled youths to learn as welll and i happen to be able to meet them during my trip. Volunteers are all very cheerful and eager to help.
