Had a wonderful lunch with my wife whilst looking around for food. Nicely tucked in a corner. The table service by Winnie is fantastic! She went through the menus and recommendations patiently with us and is attentive to the needs of customers! The food is fantastic as well! Especially the Wagyu as it literary melted in my mouth with the taste of torched beef! The Salmon Sashimi and Lobster Salad Temaki is well presented and taste excellent! Overall I had a fantastic lunch with wonderful service by Winnie and will definitely come around to eat again!

We had dinner and was served by June Ho. Her follow through was super. She also suggested a seasonal flying fish which seldom have in the restaurant. The food is alway top notched. This is the 3rd time we are here. Definitely will come back again. ❤️😘

Had dinner on weekday. Was already full house but managed to get a seat. Service staff uncle was extremely friendly kind and helpful. Very nice uncle! Highly recommend the izakaya! The wagyu kimchi and scallops are a must try!! So yummmy! Will be back for more! Their home made chicken balls with cream cheese was so good too. And $5 asahi draft beer! Shiok ah

The ambiance of restaurant overall is okay. The food really nice. But the cake a bit too soft. Recommended the avocados with prawns sushi, salmon also quite nice, it’s like melt on your mouth. The tea smell nice as well. Besides, the squid soft inside and smoky outside. Overall still will give 5 stars.

This is probably one of my first experience in an Izakaya. Decided to try as I happen to receive a $50 voucher from neo group. The only thing i like here is probably their wagyu! However, their wagyu cubes and wagyu foie gras were really pricey, $13.50 and $15 before gst and svc charge. I love beef so this is nice to me, tho my izakaya friend said they were average. Oysters shooter and garlic fried rice are rather disappointing. The oysters are not fresh to a point that when we swallow the oysters, my other friends from the table could smell a strong fishy smell. garlic fried rice is practically tasteless. Grill squid is not bad, soft tho a bit over cooked but still nice. The makis were decent but nothing to wow about. we had this litchi liquor which supposed to be popular but it just tasted like $88 yakult with 6% alcohol. Our bad for not checking. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and seems like have enough service staff to handle but we were not attended to on two instances to a point that we decided not to order more of the wagyu sticks. Overall, doubt me and my friends will be coming back again given the steep menu.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It was a joy being in the beautiful restaurant. Food wise to me was ok. Mother and child don could use a bit more flavour. Same as sushi don. We had then had this gyoza made of chicken skin and stuffed rice with truffle oil, that was outstanding. The problem is that my partner and I felt so bloated after the meal. I had bad indigestion, I drank mint teas as soon as I came home and anti acid pill to helped me burp and reduce the acid reflux. And more citrus fruits to ease my stomach to help me to burp more. Never will we go back.

The salmon head was super fresh and tender. It was the last dish that we ordered and we had to wait for quite a while but it was worth the wait! Will definitely recommend and order it again!☺ Went a second time and was served by a server Joseph. He was very helpful, passionate and made sure that we were taken care of throughout our meal Spectacular service and food🥰 Will definitely come back again :)

Good quality food, but portions were unusually small and prices high. We ordered 12 salmon belly aburi sushi, 4 wagyu aburi sushi, 2 salmon belly sushi, 1 megajiki (swordfish) sushi, 1 kajiki (swordfish) steak, 1 stir-fried bittergourd with egg, 1 curly fries, 1 steamed rice, 2 green tea, and 1 hot sake (250ml). The portions were noticably small; smaller than in most places. All these orders were barely enough food for 2 people. And note that most of our dishes were rice / carbohydrate-based dishes. I cannot imagine how much more food we would have to order if we went with more proteins to begin with. Thankfully, the food quality was high. Service was slow as the restaurant was understaffed. Cooked food came before sushi. Bittergourd was served for a long time before the rice arrived. The staff had a good attitude though. Our bill came up to $180+. Not a value for money restaurant, even with the decent food quality. Would I come again? Likely not.

Enjoyed our dinner there. Crab were fresh and sweet. The portion for the corn is too small though. Genmaicha was really good.

Sashimi not the freshest. Sword fish fail the passing mark. My friend commented if this was the first sword fish he tasted he would definitely not have sword fish again. Wagyu kushiyak is the nicest item here. Tender beef. Hokkaido Cheese cake took like 15 min to serve. Portion is small and taste is blend. Not worth my calories. Other items are ok. Nothing remarkable for me to revisit.

Had a lovely dinner at Issho with really yummy dishes and warm service! Enjoyed the oyster okonomiyaki, stingray fin, bittergourd egg and grilled skewers. Glad that there were many food choices and will be back to try the other dishes!

The service staff were excellent, professional and courteous all the way through, special shout-out to June. We ordered the grilled pork (self grilled) and the team helped to explain how to grill, how long to wait etc. Food overall was delicious too.

First time here and celebrated my birthday. Enjoyed the food especially the skewers that were really tasty! Good gesture from restaurant to give a complimentary vanilla crepe cake. Thanks!

Nice food and awesome service! The manager recommended us a seasonal item, and it was surprisingly good!! the sashimi is fresh. They even gifted us desserts when they knew that we are celebrating a special occasion.

The service at Great World City outlet was fabulous. The waitress Ms June Ho was very patient and provided excellent service. The dining atmosphere was great, not to mention the high quality food. I love the Chirashi bowl. We will visit again!

A lovely place for sashimi and their kushiyaki! I really love the deco and ambience of the place. Also Eugene gives an excellent service and great suggestions on new items to try (esp. the oysters, they were fantaaaastic!!). Have been recommending my friends to give this place a try! :)

We had a beautiful lunch today with a marvellous recommendation from the manager to try the Ajik. We had it served as Sashimi and the fish head & bone was deep fried. It was fantastically fresh and delicious. We also had Chirashi Don. It was covered with premium cuts. We had a very satisfied lunch. Thank you Eugene for the great recommendations and your team fantastic services.

First time here didn't have any expectations but the food quality for the price is pleasantly surprising to say the least. Izakaya, rolls all tasted excellent. Service level is also top notch was served by the manager, perhaps due to reduced crowd when we were here almost closing time but I think they made lunch an appetizing experience that you just have to come back for more.

Dinner with my partner and his mom. Was abit worried that she might not like it but luckily, she like most of the food we ordered for her especially the goose liver! And of coz we enjoy too. Thanks Witty for her hospitality. Not only for the service she provides but also the thoughtfulness she had for the customers. Thanks and we will come again! 🙏 ❤️

Food was OK. Not fantastic. But the service is lacking severely. I was brought to a table and was told to press the bell for service. When I pressed the bell a few times it was not working. Had to wave and get the waiters' attention. Was later told that all bells in the restaurant were working less the bell on the table tt I was at. To be clear the restaurant was less than 5% full at the point of me dining there. For the price that I'm paying and quality of food and service received, this is not acceptable.

Superb service and beautifully presented food. Staff very kindly offered us a different table when my elderly mum said she felt the aircon was a bit too strong at the first table. 10 out of 10!

Food on the whole was actually above average but the presentation was probably the worst I’ve seen at a restaurant. Just look at the fried rice. Most of their makis came out crooked and uneven too. And the California maki tasted really weird. Not sure how you can get the most basic sushi wrong 😅 Service was good tho. So was their tea.

We found this unassuming place in Great World while walking about. What was just a chance to have an early dinner became a great find for authentic Japanese fare. Found the items reasonably priced and ordered 3 mains and a few kushiyaki skewers to try. Wow! The char from those meat sticks instantly brought me back to Tokyo. Everything was good and highly recommended to come try. They have an extensive alcohol menu, but our family don't drink, so we cannot provide any feedback on it. Sorry not many photos because we were busy chowing down the food.

I came here for dinner, i tried their kushiyaki, maki, salmon belly miso soup and their 2pc white fish tempura (shown in picture, sorry i ate one already) the tempura was very soft and had no fishy taste, the matcha sea salt given paired really well with the fish. Service was fast and staff was polite and attentive.

One of the best izakaya I have tried in Singapore. Food is very fresh, serve very quickly and good customer service. Must try their lady finger which is surprising good, donburi is fresh and skewers are yummy and served hot. Nice ambience and have tatami options too.

I was looking for a place to celebrate Father's Day and decided to visit issho izakaya with my family. The place has fantastic service & nice ambience & overall we enjoyed the food alot. Would highly reccomend the BBQ skewers especially the Waygu ones as it reminds me the of the taste when I was enjoying our honeymoon with my wife when we were in Japan. I would like to give praise to June Ho who ensured our dinner service was smooth. Thank you for the good food, service & atmosphere and would definitely visit again.

We had the buta pork don and mentaiko pasta. The pasta was a bit too creamy and could have benefitted from something that cuts through the creaminess like pickles on the side perhaps. The don was spicy and delicious. We also had a cream croquette which was okay. Alcohol is reasonably priced. All in all a pretty decent izakaya for a chill dinner

Awesome dinner, enjoy our dinner very much! Especially we love the Ika Maru Yaki with the homemade shoyu and the chef done it extremely well as so juicy & tender! Oh ya… the Dragon Maki sushi special taste from the fried tiger prawn ~ wa power! Cha Soba noodle is good however i think can be better add ice below the noodle. Kushiyaki & Sashimi were yummy too! Staffs are all excellent service! 🤣👌🏻 give 5 stars!
