😠 One of the worst buffet I have ever had in Singapore. Priced at $86++ on a Sunday lunch. The variety of food is absolutely disappointing. The quality of food is coffee shop standard. I've never had eaten lesser than this for a buffet in my entire life. It's so awful that I really didn't want to pay... One of the worst buffet I have ever had in Singapore. Priced at $86++ on a Sunday lunch. The variety of food is absolutely disappointing. The quality of food is coffee shop standard. I've never had eaten lesser than this for a buffet in my entire life. It's so awful that I really didn't want to pay and just leave after the first few bites. This is absolutely appalling standard. I don't understand how they get a 4.5stars on google review. Absolutely won't be back. Their dessert is a 1dollar ice-cream truck dessert. I have no words for how disappointing this is. Update: Manager gave a free lobster after my complains. But it's not great either.

Went for the lunch buffet, Food has some hit and miss. Prawn on ice and log cake was quite good! On the other hand, Chicken rice is stale in taste and fish dishes too hard. Variety was quite good, love the spinach hummus and the fondue. Service was good, staff clear plates diligently and portrays good attitude.

Buffet lunch spread had a wide variety of dishes, and staff were really friendly and attentive. Price point was decent, after booking through the Eatigo discount. However, the quality of the food was average, and nothing to shout about - you get what you pay for. Seafood wasn’t fresh and meat was pretty tough. It was the epitome of quantity > quality. Not that it was bad, and for its price, I guess it was alright.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst buffets I have ever eaten. The service is good, waiters and waitresses were very prompt although the food took quite some time for the chef to prepare. The waiting time increased significantly during dinner time. Clearly, they were understaffed. The satay was delicious although the food quality in general was quite bad (1.5 stars for food). The the aircon at the restaurant was poor (2 stars for atmosphere). Price was reasonable since there was a discount. Would not visit again because of the food. Would have given 1 star if not for the price and the good service from the waiters.

We went there for my sister's birthday surprise dinner. The food serve different kinds of dishes from Indian to Japanese, there's also pasta and lotsa seafood and also desserts. It was well spent for my sister's husband who was a manager from Fullerton hotel. The sitting arrangements are good the view are great and the ambience are mesmerising. Should I come again in future? Yes I will. Oh yes, it's halal and car parking is free, you need to ask for complimentary ticket.

Nice buffet option with varieties to choose from. Halal restaurant. Canned/juice drinks is separate charges. Value for money. Usually quite packed especially weekends. Nice for family hangout as well

I’d give it zero star if I could, we ordered 6 portions of salmon sashimi and they gave us 6 slices. That’s basically how they treated all of our orders, and on top of that the food came cold, until we complain and were served barely warm food. The price was $57 for the Ramadan buffet, and it was not worth the price. The staff were rude, except for the bald server who was the only friendly employee and the waiting time for the food was insane. Because of Covid we were not able to serve ourself so we had to rely on the servers to bring us our plates. Never coming back again.

Top notch restaurant crews! You’ve got to go there to experience their service. Quality food served in small food portions (similar concept like Peppermint’s). There’s wafer biscuit ice cream too.

To start off with, I last dined here in Jan 2021 (and also had reviewed my then dinning experience that was not very good). We are giving it a 3.5 star rating, not four. After 3 years, we decided to revisit the restaurant and see if it has improved or not or have any difference as then. Well, the ambience and layout of the restaurant remained relatively the same, but it was cosy and bright. But in 2021, during the Covid19 period, it was the ala cart buffet style, meaning you order, food would be served to you at the table but now the normal buffet style has resumed. In terms of foodwise, the spread, variety and layout display were generally fine and extensive. You could find local, asian, international and western dishes here and by the way, this is a halal restaurant. As for the food quality, there were "hits and misses", some were nice, some were out. Like the chicken rice, it was nice, prawns and mini lobsters were fresh. Satay was nice too but the joker chef inserted all of them into the satay sauce but this made the taking out of the sticks difficult as all were jumpled and sticked on to one another and you will draw out a bunch of satay sticks instead of one or two sticks. Also the onions were not fresh. There were DIY stations like the kwee pietie and rojak. Surprisingly the main key ingreidents for rojak, the dough stick (you chay kwee) were missing and the sauce was overly sour. And the prawn noodles, so so as the soup was bland and laksa was missing (possibly they rotated the menu but I thought laksa was an easier dish to prepare). There were the beef rendang, chicken, nonya zha chay, curry, fresh salmon (but there were no sushi maki) and the whole salmon fish, steamed fish, prata, pickles, salad etc. Most were passable but not fanstatic. There were fresh cut fruits, pastries, jelly and old school "ice cream" with wrapped with bread or cone that were fine. Juices were included together with coffee and tea. (But the sour plum juice was way out) Service was generally fine and staff were efficient and friendly (the older servers) but the young staff were more less attentive and expressionless on the faces. In terms of value for money, considering the quantity and quality of food, it was so so only. We paid over $70+ per pax (that's after the 50% discount). Comparing to similar hotel restaurants within the same category/range, the price was a little high. On average, we paid around $60-$65+ for similar (or better) buffet with better/more food spread and quality, some even before additional membership/credit card discounts. So the verdict? It has indeed improved from our previous visit, especially service wise, but in terms of food and value for money, it can still be improved. And so will we return again? Probably yes, but not anytime sooner! (maybe 3 years later?)

I'm satisfied with the food. There is a variety of food. Service is quick to clear the plates. Staff is friendly. We even teach each other how to make ice-kacang using the ice machine. It became a teaching moment. Sat and ate for almost two hrs and the atmosphere is getting hotter. It could be the weather or we are just full. Overall, we enjoy our experience here. Do come!

Good for family gathering during cny when the focus is not so much on the food itself. Most dishes are fairly ok except fish maw soup is too salty, steamed sea bass is too dry and the turnip for the kueh pie tee is not flavourful. The nonya kuehs are quite good except the kueh lapis. One plus point is can earn Kris miles (9 miles for every $1 spend😃)

My daughter has also informed the team that it was my birthday and they have nicely prepared a surprise cake for me. Thank you Edmund, Kuhan and the team for such a joyful and happy night. Buffet dinner on Sunday came up to around $72 per pax (booking through eatigo). It has a decent spread. Sashimi wise, the salmon cut is average. Would prefer to have the belly and more variety. The dough stick at the rojak station was stale, and patrons simply chuck used lime into the same bowl containing unused ones. Consider setting aside a disposal bowl. I particularly enjoyed the fresh prawns and laksa. Surprisingly, the coffee from the maker was not too bad. Service was prompt. It is good that there was ample space to move around and there was no visible queues at each station.

The food, ambience & decor of the Atrium Restaurant were just great! The staff (in particular waitress Sakinah and Mgr Kuhan) were attentive, and very polite. After dinner, we waited at the taxi stand and 2 girls rushed into our cab before he could drive towards us. Immediately, out of nowhere your Concierge Ms Marsha, rushed to the taxi and told them they had to queue and not just hijack our taxi. They then alighted and we boarded the taxi with much gratitude to Marsha. She should be commended for her attentiveness and outstanding performance! We will always remember her good deed. Please do convey our gratitude to her. ***

Heard that Celebrity Chef Siti Mastura and Chef Chua Yew Hock teams up to bring out the absolute best of Malay cuisine. Prepare your taste buds for a symphony of flavors as Chef Siti unveils her secret recipes and presents her 5 stellar dishes - Cucur Udang (Wholemeal Prawn Fritters), Sambal Ikan/Udang Malbari (prawn or fish), Lamb Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah Kerisik, and Banana Nagasari with Gula Melaka Butterscotch. The most popular item of the night is definitely the Cucur Udang! These crispy delights were always gone within seconds as they tasted so fresh, crisp, warm and super addictive!

It's a beautiful weekend lunch buffet with wide variety and good vibe. The seafood on ice are fresh and the hot dishes are yummy. Really enjoy the chicken rice as well as the laksa. The satay is a bit too sweet for me though. Overall it's quite value for money!

We went for Valentine’s day dinner buffet and it was absolutely fantastic. This was our first buffet experience in Singapore. It was all worth the money. Starting from Variety of seafood, Mutton, Chicken, fish and duck meats are available here. The highlight of the buffet is undoubtedly the seafood(Lobsters, Clams, Mussels, prawns, shells). They also serve famous ice cream slice with wafer/rainbow bread. We were disappointed at the calamari. It tasted really bad. And secondly, all the foods here are not spicy. The flavors were extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations. Everything is boiled or half cooked.

Jega and Wei Xuan is very accomodating. Unfortunately for us, we were given ice cream mooncakes they offered to keep for us while we enjoy the food. We also celebrated our friend's Birthday here. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We appreciate it very much.

The waiter, Haiyu, and another Vietnamese waiter, Huy, served us with great services. They are very friendly and very prompt to clear our plates. Additional surprise to us was when the manager, Sakinah, served us 3 slices of birthday cake with a candle. Together, they sang a birthday song for us. We are very contented with the services here. The food is fantastic. Lots of choices and tasty too! Laksa, huge lobsters and prawns must not miss em. From e bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Halal buffet lunch at the Atrium Restaurant of Holiday Inn Atrium. There's 50% discount on EatiGo and this makes the price very attractive. Many variety of dishes to choose from and also dessert. Hot coffee and tea are also included in the buffet. But soft drinks and juices are chargeable. Service is prompt and staff are friendly too Setup of the restaurant is comfortable and airy. However it can feel warm as the air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool the whole place. Food quality is good.

  • 3/5 Swapneil S. 2 years ago on Google
The prata is the speciality here. That is what you should choose. Peranakan isn't bad too, but nyonya fish dishes should be avoided in my opinion (great gravy but sadly the fish tasted muddy) Seafood is passable, service a tad bit slow. Come here to avail the 1-1 buffet promotion

A new addition to the Christmas Takeaway Menu, the Cereal Roast Turkey draws inspiration from local zi char’s Cereal Prawn and Chicken where the cereal is pre-fried in a blend of chilli, butter and curry leaves. The fragrant crispy bites that we can’t get enough of are then sprinkled all over the turkey that’s slow-roasted to retain the turkey’s moisture and give each bite an aromatic burst of flavour. Eat it on its own or dip it in Salted Egg Sauce and have it with Egg Fried Rice and Fried Vegetables that’s packaged along with the Cereal Roast Turkey. Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s Chocolate Banana Log Cake returns for the second year. Baked using Chef Chua’s secret recipe, this log cake’s popularity skyrocketed when it was launched last year. Loved by all ages, this is one dessert that’s a classic favourite, perfect for hosting and gifting. The other highlight goes to Rasberry Sleigh Log cake, a new flavour that is laced with raspberry and frosted with vanilla. The acidity of the raspberries gives balance to the sweetness of the cake and every bite carries you away with a refreshing and fruity note. Christmas Buffet at Atrium Restaurant From 22 Nov 2021, diners will be treated to a yuletide feast at Atrium Restaurant. Apart from perennial favourites such as Oysters and Salmon Sashimi, expect Beef Stifatho (Greek Beef & Onion Stew), Lamb Kofta, Bread & Butter Pudding and Chocolate Banana Log Cake. New creation, Cereal Roast Turkey with Salted Egg Sauce, will also be available on selected dates at Atrium Restaurant. Reservations can be made here. Christmas Buffet From 22 Nov 2021 – 1 Jan 2022 Adult: from $72++* Child: from $20++ A 50% discount for adults applies through 1 Jan 2022! *Prices shown above are before discount.

Had a wonderful dinner, celebrating a nephew birthday. The spread was fantastic. Kept going rounds for seafoods and shashimi. Upon knowing the event, the chef was so nice to prepare us some special dishes. It was a kind gesture from Chef Nita that really spark the night. The staffs were awesome too. They were very efficient in replenishing the spread and cleaning the tables. They were fast to address your requests too. Am definately coming back for more. Thank you for making it memorable.

A short 5mins walk from Havelock Station. Take Exit 5 and it is located in a small mall. Came for their Ramadan Buffet Lunch Weekend 1 for 1 Adult Price (50% off). I was surprised that there were not a lot of customers dining as it was quite empty when we arrived at 12pm. There were only a few tables occupied throughout the entire seating for lunch. The variety is decent for a lunch buffet but you can expect more if you opt for dinner option I think. Was informed from one of the staff that the sashimi is only available during dinner time which was unfortunate for us as we wanted to have it. The seafood spread was not bad. There were mussels, clams, oysters, crabs but I prefer the prawns as they were fresh. Quite a decent varieties of meat at the western section such as Lamb, Beef Rendang, Lemon Fish, Roasted Chicken, Sweet & Sour Fish, Curry Chicken. There are your local delights of singapore food such as fried carrot cake, laksa, chicken rice, rojak and prata. You can request the chef to cook your prata on the spot as he cook in batches and left it out in open. There is a salad station too where you can customize your own salad dressing for your salad which is good. Some roasted potatoes, cauliflowers, broccoli and carrots. The carrot was not cooked properly as it was hard. Kinda disappointing. There is also another station where you customize your own kangkong station which doesn’t interest us or rather me at least. Lastly to end the main dishes, you have your ice cream, desserts, cakes, kuehs and fruits. Some variety of fruits such as watermelon, honeydew and pineapples. Cakes such as pandan cake, cheese cake, berry cake and custard puff. There is also chocolate fondue too to dip your fruits, marshmallow and other treats. Overall, for the price point of 50% off, it is a decent buffet with the amount of spread. However, it is still lackluster as there were some misses and could have more variety. I would not have paid for the actual cost which was $94. For $56 per person, definitely on a pricey 🏷️ so it is alright for a one time experience. Don’t really have a favourite dish I have in mind as everything is just mediocre standard. Misses were the food were lukewarm, except if you go for the soup, freshly cooked prata on request and the rice. The carrots were hard and the beef slices were tough. The green bean soup is not too sweet, hot and taste great. The fruits are fresh. -1 variety -1 taste (mediocre)

Average food fare compared the usual hotel buffet lunch spreads. But this is coming from a local here. For a foreigner, the meals are representative of local foodfare which might be exotic to some. Seafood was lackluster with the crab very dry. But atmosphere is ok. Bright full height glass facades and a open atrium area. Take note that the carpark is small and old but easily accessible by wheelchair or stroller.

I recently dined at the Holiday Inn @Atrium Restaurant for my company OEMServices Asia Pte Ltd Christmas celebrations and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and seated promptly by the friendly staff. The buffet offered a great variety of options, and the food was delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented beautifully. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was evident that the chef takes great care and pride in their culinary creations. The service was attentive and accommodating, with the staff making sure that my colleagues dining experience was enjoyable and seamless. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very pleasant, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at the Holiday Inn @Atrium Restaurant and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal. The restaurant serves a huge selection of cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh sashimi, lobsters and clams. The satay, curry and chicken rice are authentic and very tasty. All the staffs are very friendly, especially Frennie, the Restaurant Manager. She is very friendly and approachable. She took time to introduce all the signature dishes to me and I’ve truly enjoyed the exceptional experience.
