Not a frequent fine diner here, and I think the wait staff could tell we weren't either. So it was very comforting when they were relaxed and chirpy, and proactively made recommendations, which made the overall dining experience a pleasant and accessible one. Had the 4 course lunch, which was perfectly timed. Each dish was carefully thought through in terms of order and flavour. Would definitely do a wine pairing next time.

This restaurant definitely lived up to its two Michelin stars. I am willing to make a detour to savour its beautifully prepared dishes and curated wines. The 4 course weekend set lunch was aesthetically pleasing and the taste wouldn’t throw you over the edge. Although only one dessert was listed in the menu, be prepared to be pampered with more after that. Even though I wasn’t a frequent wine drinker, the sommelier was able to recommend a very fine pairing based on my crude description. The tea that i separately order to go with my desserts was also skilfully brewed. It’s these little detail of perfection that made this place unique. The service staffs were pleasant and professional. However, the person who greeted me at the entrance wasn’t enunciating properly. I almost tripped over a small step but she might have warned me about it. I also felt that the ingredients of the dishes can be explained more slowly. The entrance to the restaurant wasn’t obvious as it served two restaurants.

Easily one of my favorite Michelin rated spots I’ve tried. This is French cuisine with a lot of influence from others too. My experience was better because of view on top of the meal. We rsvp’ed for lunch for $138 SGD menu each. Their sparkling drink for when you first enter is deliciousness vs opting in for champagne for lunch. I also appreciate the whole experience for cleaning when you’re seated too. I appreciated the story behind the dishes about his purpose of the circles in all his presentations and taste. My favorite of our menu were the first three appetizers, Hokkaido scallop, beef, bread with eggplant dip, and the final dessert of the tiny lemon cakes. I can’t recommend this spot enough! Amazing job Chef Emmanuel and thank you for taking the time to check in on us during the meal too :) little things like that is appreciated for a good meal.

Review of Saint Pierre, Singapore In the heart of Singapore, nestled amidst its iconic skyline, lies a gastronomic gem – Saint Pierre. With its prestigious 2-star Michelin accolade, one might assume it to be just another addition to the city’s illustrious lineup of fine-dining establishments. However, from the very first glance, Saint Pierre establishes itself as a league apart. Perched with a panoramic view of the mesmerizing Marina Bay Sands, every seat in the house offers a visual treat, complementing the culinary journey that awaits. The ambient atmosphere, accentuated by the attentive and impeccable service, sets the stage for a memorable evening. Chef’s prowess is undeniably top-notch. Each dish is not just a meal, but a tale, narrating the passion, expertise, and dedication poured into its creation. The long journey of the well-planned menu is an exploration of flavors, textures, and techniques, making every course an anticipation and every bite a revelation. In my years of dining out, both for business and pleasure, few places have left an impression as lasting as Saint Pierre. It’s not just about the food, the view, or the service individually, but the harmonious symphony of all these elements combined. Truly, Saint Pierre is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. And dare I say, one of the best I’ve ever had.

Vegan Opulence menu was a joy and delight to our senses. The welcoming atmosphere, the attentive service, the aroma as the food arrived; the visual artistry; the play in textures and taste; the attention to every detail. This experience left us feeling so grateful and appreciative for the produce used, the farmers who lovingly grew them, chef Emmanuel Stroobant and his team for their skills and creativity and the the service staff for making us feel so welcomed and at home. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the flavours and textures of the dishes here. Every dish was stunning - both on the eyes and the palette. Sourdough bread was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is very attentive while not being overly imposing and created a very comfortable and warm atmosphere for a birthday celebration. The view in the restaurant is great too and it is truly worthy of their Michelin stars! Highly recommend this restaurant and left feeling extremely satisfied and full.

Every course was well thought out, ingredients fresh, tasty. Every dessert and petit 4 was also delicious. The restaurant also allows for children to dine in, very family friendly.. Provided that they don't run around and disrupt other diners!

Excellent service, great food and great 3hr dining experience. Nice ambience with MBS view. Each dish is prepared nicely even the portion is small but it is very filling. Restaurant Sam is very nice and always checks on us, does another of sharing and she has good knowledge of the source of the food. Highly recommended.

Nothing less than an amazing experience. I must say that i truly felt my moneys worth here. You can taste the high quality of ingredients and see the amount of intricacy and work put into each dish. Every dish is crafted with an intention to bring the flavors together, not only for the sake of making things “fancy” (as with some other fine dinings). I really enjoyed the entire course here. Portion sizes were more than adequate. They really gave you generous portions of actual quality ingredients (ie caviar, wagyu, fish etc) which was something very commendable. What truly stood out for me though, was the dessert course. Desserts were AMAZING, and i’m still thinking about it. Service was top notch, every table had a lot of attention. The vibes were really nice, with a view overlooking the Singapore skyline. They were also really accommodating to my family’s MANY special dietary requests which is appreciated. Really recommend this place if you’re thinking of spending on a special occasion. It’s really worth the spend and I’d say very memorable too!

Definitely deserving of their 2 Michelin stars ! Flawless service from the moment you stepped in the restaurant. They will start with some snacks complimentary from the chef before you decide on the type of menu that you would like to go for. You can also choose from a push cart - and decide if you would like to start with some champagne. There’s quite a variety! I loved the amuse bouche - it’s something with cauliflower purée topped with caviar and uni! You will also get a load of fresh sour dough bread with 2 types of butter. Started the first course after - the Hokkaido scallops! Loved the freshness of the scallops, but didn’t quite fancy the artichoke that came along with it. 2nd course was the hairy crab/marron (with extra top up of $18), I personally prefer the marron over the hairy crab. Thereafter comes the main course - we ordered the ohmi wagyu over seabass. No regrets at all. It was the star of the day! Was super impressed with the texture and the taste of this ohmi wagyu. Thereafter was dessert. Had one each again. Both were equally good! Finally the 2nd dessert came - chocolates! Oh, wine pricing can be on the high side, nothing less than $56 per glass.

There is always expectation before you try new restaurants. And having a “surprise” beyond the imagination can really help to enhance the experience. I found a very interesting dish if can name it in Chinese “荷塘月色” or in Japanese “みどりのおもてなし“ which is truly joyful and very layer’s tasty. Feel like there is a small road has been walked through by many people again and again.. the chef can still use his dish finding a way to let you feel this is completely a new road.. Thanks for the experience.

Had my birthday lunch here. The restaurant is facing the Marina Bay Sands. Each course was beautiful presented and flavourful. Great selection of cheese. Impeccable service.

Fresh ingredient, complex texture and splendid tastes from individual dish. The complementary tomato is a highlight for my friend because the chef managed to "convince" her to eat tomato for the first time of her life. (my friend always threw away any signs of tomato from any dishes including omelets) Her comment was "this is the only way of cooking that can convince her to eat tomato in her life". The view from the restaurant is right on point for visitors in Singapore. The only improvement is the air-com temperature. My friend and I were freezing after 1hour sitting on the chair.

Beautiful dining room setting with a view that is hard to beat. All tables face the marina bay which is lovely in the evening as it lights up. Staff was personable and their service immaculate with respect to the precision timing and presentation of courses being served. Every item was delicious and beautiful, we went in June and my personal favorite was white asparagus arranged with tiny flowers. We left incredibly full - and that was with splitting a wine pairing, which I appreciate them allowing. The wait staff gave interesting details about the meals, wine, and serving ware. When I asked about a painting on the wall they wrote the name of the artist on a note for me, a thoughtful touch. The negative was being near an air vent that had constant air conditioning. This unfortunately ruined the experience for my father and put a damper on it for me, even though I brought a cardigan. We’re American (used to having AC at rather high settings in stores), but we had requested several times to turn it down or off and ended up leaving before the last dessert course. At a restaurant of this caliber, perfect in so many ways with so few tables, I would have hoped for a more responsive accommodation. Price is of course expensive but I thought it appropriate for the courses served and the experience, apart from the moderate physical discomfort.

This is a small restaurant with beautiful views. The food is fantastic with the crab dish and blue lobster dish on its own are worth the trip (best lobster we have ever had). Some mild negative points are that the wine pairing was average and second desserts were nothing special. Though they do give some financiers to take home which are amazing. Overall though - 5 stars as the food is exceptional and service is is warm.

Came here for a birthday celebration. Food was divine, I especially loved the spoonful of caviar they served. Beautiful plating and thoughtful delivery for all the dishes. As the restaurant is also owned by the people who run Shoukouwa, I guess they share produce - the Japanese strawberry dessert is like next level - if they sold it individually I’d probably buy it every week.

My favorite restaurant in Singapore. Every dish was perfect and aesthetically pleasing. Food not only looked good, but tasted amazing too! First time trying sweetbread and I think it might be one of my favorite dishes there. The cheese selection was pretty extensive too. Service was impeccable, and the view was stunning as well.

Would definitely give 5 stars for the service and the view, 3 stars are more for the taste. I mean all the ingredients are quality for sure but there’s really no highlight through the entire set menu - Adventure. it’s hard for me to appreciate the weird taste combination between Japanese and french ingredients.

This chef's work is truly art. They were able to accommodate to our dietary needs and had a cute surprise for the occasion. The choice of ingredients and the mix of flavours in each dish is an experience. The tongue and the nose were in for a party. The choice of dishes were had a good flow to them. I have never experienced the mix of flavours and cusine anywhere else. This is based on 90% of my reviews being restaurants around the world. Last but not least, staff were excellent and prompt.

Last nights dinner @saintpierresg was fantastic. It was one pretty dish after another but they didn’t just look beautiful, they tasted incredible. We did the adventure menu and loved every dish that was served. We are not fans of sweetbreads so this was left uneaten but everything that accompanies that dish was delicious. The view from the restaurant is stunning and the seating is arranged to fully capture it. My only think of I was to find anything that could be improved is that the restaurant decor is a little dated. The service was exceptional. We had an incredible evening.

We're from Sydney and booked Saint Pierre for a belated birthday dinner. Lovely food, chef is amazing. Comes with a high price tag but it's defintely worth a try. We had a nice stroll back to our hotel along Merlion Park.

7 of us dine at St Pierre last night and it was really a wonderful experience. Personally is the first time I really feel like I am eating with my heart. Every dish is unique in its presentation and flavor structure. Upon seeing the wines we brought, Chef Emmanuel approached us to offer his suggestions to tweak some dishes for the best food pairing experience. We really appreciate that he did it and the results were fantastic. We were also very lucky to be served by Chef teammates. They executed the best service I ever had with so much harmony and joy- to name a few-Joanna, Gabriel and 4 others lovely personalities, all of them surroundings our table with much attentiveness and were meticulous in their fine work. Saint Pierre, simply awesome. Must come back !!

At the hasting of a friend, I managed to get a table before they closed for CNY. The food was exceptional, fitting for its claim on 2 Michelin stars. Every single course was delicious. & my standout favourite was the sweetbread - clean, savory, creamy decadence. The omi wagyu was also on point and paired with some delicious carrots - I mean we can anticipate what an A4 omi will taste like but the carrots were on another level. On top of the menu, we were also served with warm house sourdough bread, 3 rounds of amuse bouche and had a serving of cheese platter.

One of the few 2 Michelin star restaurants in Singapore. Have a nice vegan / vegetarian menu. They offer a 4 course, 6 course and 8 course meal. Loved the course with the sweetest tomato in the world, and also the fig dessert. Service is great. They have a nice collection of wines to pair with every course. Completely indoor seating and the restaurant has a beautiful view of MBS and the Singapore Flyer. One of the most expensive places we have been to, save it for a very special occasion!

  • 5/5 James W. 2 years ago on Google
Great food and wine without a doubt. The attention to details and fusion of seafood with Japanese and European ingredients marries the best umami taste.

  • 5/5 Meimein p. 2 years ago on Google
Ooof, this place blew me away! I haven’t been back at St Pierre for almost a decade (so many restaurants, so little time) and I must say, every detail was a delight. The view of MBS is probably the first highlight as you wait impatiently for the treats to be presented. Every course is delicious, beautifully presented and surprising - I love it when a meal becomes a discovery! The caviar and lobster dish was my absolute favourite. They have an impressive selection of cheeses, all carefully curated, and I’d have happily eaten a second helping of the fig dessert even though I was bursting by then! The service was friendly and attentive, and The Chef in Black himself made an appearance :) Overall, one to add to my favourites!

Nice view and ambience some would say. The food is so so with some nice gems in between. Expensive so don't expect value for the money. They have some good wines, but again the prices are in the sky.

Forgot to post, went on a weekday lunch date end during my short vacation last month. Pictures say all, awesome food, good wines recommendation, excellent service. Will go back again and hopefully, we will be assigned to the window seats next time.

Had lunch here the other day and it was such an unforgettable experience. Staff were detailed, coordinated and well verse with what they were serving us. We couldn't ordered the chilled hibiscus Oolong tea served in a wine glass. It was my first time drinking carbonated tea. It was really refreshing. I thought it was a gimmick at first but it turned out to pair quite well with the courses. What stood out for me: 1. Sliced Chutoro 2. Matsutake came with a sauce that was out of this world. There's a slight topup, but worth it! 3. Beef ! Slight top up as well. But worth it! Served with a vegetable that is similar to asparagus in texture. What was a miss for me: 1. Warm uni Be prepared to shell out 300/head with drinks. I think its pretty worth it for the 2 star experience.
