I
hadn’t
heard
of
V-ZUG
until
late
last
year,
when
my
interior
designer
told
my
partner
and
me
to
check
the
brand
out.
We
were
planning
to
get
our
kitchen
appliances
from
industry
darlings,
Miele
or
Gaggenau,
but
that
quickly
changed
once
we
walked
into
the
beautiful
V-ZUG
store.
Not
only
we
were
impressed
by
the
brand’s
sustainable
practices
and
innovative
tech
—
its
FullFlex
induction
hobs
have
to
be
seen
to
be
believed
—
but
also
its
unparalleled
customer
service.
I
am
extremely
particular
about
good
service,
especially
when
it
comes
to
luxury
brands,
but
V-ZUG
has
surpassed
all
my
expectations
—
something
I
never
thought
would
be
possible.
Irene
has
been
our
point
of
contact
since
day
one
and
I’ve
never
met
someone
as
dedicated,
hardworking,
proactive,
polite,
and
patient
as
her.
She
has
helped
us
prepare
multiple
quotations
(we
couldn’t
decide
what
models
to
get
at
first),
worked
closely
with
our
interior
designer
to
ensure
we
got
the
kitchen
of
our
dreams,
and
even
answered
all
of
my
silly
questions
(about
what
detergent
to
use,
how
to
take
care
of
the
appliances,
etc).
Chef
Juliana
deserves
a
shout
out
too.
She
was
absolutely
incredible
—
giving
us
honest
recommendations
on
which
appliances
she
liked
and
would
want
to
get
for
herself.
During
the
taste
experience,
she
whipped
up
a
delicious
meal
for
my
partner
and
I
while
explaining
how
she
was
preparing
everything
thoughtfully.
I’m
definitely
going
to
be
a
lifelong
fan.
