We were urshered in by their friendly staff without being told we only had 5 minutes to make the last order for lunch. Although the staff is friendly, they rushed us to order and rushed us to make payment. So the overall experience was not pleasant. My order was a grilled salmon set which is expensive for the quality I have gotten. The quality of the dish is barely above food court’s standard, although I like the miso soup. Really not sure how they can have a 4.5 ratings on facebook. It appears that some of the good ratings were given by their staff. Happy to know the staff are engaged. However, they really need to work on their customer journey touchpoints in restaurant and food quality. If we were being told that they will be closing for lunch in 5 minutes, we would have not chosen to follow the staff in.

Homey Japanese restaurant with great teppanyaki. I highly recommend the teppanyaki although I can't say the same for the ramen. Our waiter was especially friendly and helpful in helping us order. Overall a great experience. The service was great and went the extra mile with the small details being taken care of.

Nicely grilled and savoury. Especially love the beef cube at medium, juicy and nicely presented. The skewer set of 5 is delicious. However would advice to order ala carte so as to have more options.

Decided to give this place a try and did not regret. Service is excellent and the food exceeded my expectations! The teppanyaki chef did not perform juggling stunts but the quality of his dishes surpassed many others. They were also generous with their complimentaries, for example complimentary fruit juices and also shishamo! We were blown away! So full after having the Premium Teppanyaki Course A. Seriously must try.

Waited very long for all our meals, the set meals came out 1 by 1 every 10 mins or so with the exception of mine that was the last to be served, everyone on my table had already finished their food. Food was simply bad. Tempura had uncooked bits, Tonkatsu was dry and hard, the crab fried rice was simply soft shell crab with very bland fried rice.

First time in this restaurant, had the Premium Teppanyaki set for two. Tuna is hard, overdone. Beef average. Food not worth the value. Service is average.

Fantastic service, generous serving. There were a couple of items from the set that we don't eat and the gentleman who took our order was also very flexible in offering alternatives. We were even served a complimentary dish of grilled shishamo which was delicious!

This was a total waste of time, calories, and money. We dined there tonight and left really disappointed and angry. We were led to a dimly lit room with two other tables. The decor was plain and old. Basically, it looked depressing, and we'd already lost our appetite. We then tried to order, waitresses were very friendly, but they were running around, so it took us a few attempts to finally place our orders. When the food came, they were exactly that, just cooked food. The Ebi tempura was oily and had a stench of old, tired oil. The grilled sirloin beef was over cooked, and they didn't even have proper sea salt to go with the beef. The nabe udon was pretty much tasteless, it was just ingredients in hot water. The tonkatsu was oily and so hard to chew, because the pork was almost "elastic." Unagi don was average, nothing to complain nor shout about. Before I forget, the appetizers we ordered were horrible. The chopped scallop in sauce was in a lump and when I took a bite, I actually ate it with the ice, because it was not even properly defrosted. The four of us spent $208 Singapore Dollars, and we felt so disappointed. We could have eaten much better food elsewhere, but instead, we wasted our calories and hard-earned cash on this restaurant. For the love of god, please get your act together! We will never be back, that's for sure.

The food is delicious, especially their kushiyaki, their kushiyaki moriawase is cooked by charcoal, when they grill, you can see the pork belly, wah, juicy, men, never try never know, after try everybody know, when I see they grill their food every moment ,my mouth want to try hot, juicy and little bit crunchy food, soooooo good 😍
