    My order was not delivered. One of the customer service providers offered me to refund my money first but I declined so she suggested me if I can wait another 30 minutes and they will arrange another delivery for me. I accepted the offer but after waiting, I received a call again and told me that they have refunded my money!! And worst they transferred it on my panda pocket without asking me first. I transferred it into my account after. I thought everything was fine until I found out the refund was deducted again by food panda. I have been chasing them for a month but all they reply me is "apology". They even told me they refunded my money back even if I keep telling them I did not receive it. Until I checked my statement of account coz I needed to verify and give them the benefit of the doubt. I've found out the refund was not sent back into my account and was indeed deducted. I made this review not just because of a refund but because of my bad experience with this app. I was sick at that time and they never provided me at least a good experience at all.

    I guess nothing will help but I still wish to comment on my recent panda mart delivery order and also let other users wary about my experience. First and foremost I’m a frequent foodpanda user (mostly on food, occasional on panda mart for groceries). Most of the time panda mart has inconsistent delivery quality but I have always try to accept it without making any comments (e.g dented milk powder, dusty products, etc) So, I made an order from panda mart on the 10th Feb, and today I realized before consuming one of the frozen food that it has already expired on 5th Feb. what happens if I consume without knowing and got food poisoning? No effort has been made to admit the mistake from pandamart team that they did not check on the expiry of products throughly. I’m utterly disappointed and probably the last time to use pandamart, however I may still order foodpanda occasionally until my panda PRO expires.

    What kind of service keeps on insisting that the time of delivery is 10 minutes for 30 minutes? What kind of service doesn't allow refund when I want to cancel my order after waiting more than an hour? And twice in a single day! I made the first order at almost 1pm. Had to cancel the first order because it was going to arrive at 2.30pm. Made another order by 2.07pm. Had to wait until 3pm, and I'm not allowed to cancel the order with refund. Ridiculous. I had to wait 2 hours to get my lunch, and by the time the food arrived, I was in no mood to eat anymore. Maybe it's time to boycott Foodpanda as well. You're just as bad as Grab now. You don't prioritise customer service and satisfaction.

    The customer service agent (her name is Alice) cut me off before resolving my issue. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions and before she cut me off she blamed me for the two items missing from my order. Last night I ordered 2x burgers and 2x fries through foodpanda (order zq8a-u1v2). When my order was delivered there was only 1x burger and 1x fries. I immediately requested a refund (or voucher) and reordered the missing items. I then saw a message saying the items I was missing were out of stock (funny, I just reordered them without a problem). The second lot of food arrived without any issues. I contacted foodpanda via the chat and wanted to complain about the inconvenience of this and the fact that I had to pay 2x delivery fees (about $13 worth) but it was their mistake. Alice told me she couldn’t see that those items were out of stock on my order and that I only ordered 1x burger and 1x fries originally (even though I sent her screenshots of the original order, payment, cancelled items and voucher issued) and she continued on to say it was cancelled on my end. How can I cancel items on my end? When I asked her if she had seen my screenshots as proof she abruptly ended the chat. Do better foodpanda, refund customers instead of giving vouchers and get better customer service agents.

    I ordered from pandamart and there is a missing item. I requested a refund and I chose the option to be credited to my foodpanda account. They issued me a refund as a voucher which is valid only for 1 month. I asked why is there an expiry date for my refund voucher and they said that is the only option. It's not a promotional voucher it was a refund for a missing order so I can't understand why they need to put an expiry date of 1 month from the date it was issued.

    It’s the worse delivery platform in Singapore after trying out a few so far. It was my first try-out order from Panda Mart. I ordered fruits and the item was delivered to the wrong address and I didn’t receive it at all. Contacted the customer service and was shown the screenshot taken by the rider. It was not at my location at all. Was told to wait for the representative to contact me via email for investigation. A few days later I received an email telling me they couldn’t do any refund and closed the case. That was it. No service recovery at all. Should have checked on the reviews here before using this company. No wonder there are so many 1 star review if possible I would give just 0 star as my case seems like daylight robbery. They did not deliver but still took my money and simply closed the case. What a shame way of doing business!

    Imagine that, it’s lunchtime and you ordered food via food panda for the family. The order arrived but it’s the wrong order (with a shortfall) so someone in the family has to miss lunch. Not to mentioned that I have overpaid for that lunch. You then contact the customer service and they lace you up with so much sweet appreciation for your patronage but when it comes to the crunch, sorry no redelivery and no refund. In the end you have to deal with it yourself, go out and get more food. Times a wasting and people are hungry and not to mention Food Panda earns a little bit extra for that food undelivered. I believe this company has forgotten what is their true mission and purpose for its existence which is to deliver food to customers at the right time and in the accurate amount. If they can’t do this then why continue to operate? Then I came to Google review and noted with glee at all the 1 star reviews for Food Panda. I spent some time liking almost all of them. I felt immediately relieved, I’m not alone in getting shortchanged by this obsolete company. I’ll share my review with people I know so less people are affected by their malpractice. Hope the reader can do the same and avoid them.

    I am a Foodpanda merchant. After exchanging the faulty tablet, our menu became the very outdated version and totally cant go live. No call centre to help, only can email daily to feedback with preset reply asking to upload menu for review. Totally gave up hope on their customer service. And they still charging monthly subscription when we cant be online for more than 1 week.

    Delivery time says 40 min. When I do not get my delivery 40 min later and check the app only to see the timer has gone up to 90-120min and keeps climbing as time goes on. Once waited 4 hours for my dinner which arrived at my place at 11pm. It is one thing if my food is going to take a long time to be delivered but for app to show me one time but later gets shifted later and later without notification, or confirmation is just a disrespect to my time, tolerance and money. This has happened all the time as of late. Not toention my order is almost never correct.

    Horrible customer service… do not help customers but instead make customers give in to demands of restaurants. Restaurant refused to give me my order unless I register on an app targeting riders… When it’s not written on foodpanda, the restaurant’s website or even the notice. The resolution from foodpanda… follow what the restaurant wants. Frankly speaking shouldn’t foodpanda work with the restaurants if weird additional registration requests are made? Hope whoever buys foodpanda can improve this customer service.

    Food panda is probably the best place to work in for customer service jobs because it is non existent. The agents just cant wait to end the chat and claim its resolved. They are uncontactable, upper management team also hide behind a facade and remain annoymous to feedback. They support errant vendors like alcohol stop at 1 sims lane to scam consumer money and they shrink responsibility claiming oh its on the vendor and the vendor claim food panda cant do anything. I cant wait for food panda to close down like a Uber. And all these unhelpful people working there will wake up.

    I used to be a loyal Foodpanda customer over the years, but recently the customer service has taken a nosedive. A rep refused to admit that the food had been delivered to the wrong block and refused to refund my order. Well, good riddance, deleted my account immediately

    Bad!, what i know I will not be using foodpanda any longer, customer services are not truthful. Getting from bad to worst. Re-delivery confirmation for wrong order (not true) do not rate their "customer survey" right after any conversation. Unless what they have arranged is fulfilled/true. On another previous incident when requested the order has not arrived they simply mention the vendor is no longer willing to work with foodpanda...(not true) Too bad, keep up the good work with your so called "help centre". 👍🏽

    Terrible Experience with Food Panda: Missing Orders and Awful Customer Service I have been a regular customer of Food Panda for quite some time now, and I've usually been willing to overlook their occasional mistakes. However, the recent experience I had with their service has pushed me to share my frustration in this review. It's disheartening to see a service that I once relied on fail so miserably. This time, my patience has reached its limit. My order was placed during lunchtime, likely due to the fact that many of us are juggling busy schedules. However, when the order arrived, the main dish was mysteriously absent. How can a food delivery service mess up something as fundamental as the main course? It's baffling and infuriating. Upon reaching out to their customer service to address this glaring error, I was met with disappointment yet again. Their proposed solution was to refund a measly $5 for a missing Caesar salad with smoked salmon. Let's not forget that the entire order amounted to $26.99. The lack of accountability here is astounding. And what's worse, these refunds often end up as credits that we're essentially coerced into using on their platform again. It's a nonsensical cycle that makes no sense from a customer's point of view. As if that wasn't enough, when I attempted to reason with their customer service representative, I was met with nothing but sheer rudeness. They didn't bother to hear me out, let alone provide any meaningful assistance. The conversation was abruptly cut short, leaving me frustrated and unheard. It's astonishing how a business that relies on customers can so callously dismiss their concerns. I used to be a loyal, long-term customer of Food Panda, but this experience has shattered that loyalty completely. It's disappointing to see a service that once seemed convenient and reliable fall so spectacularly. Their lack of professionalism, the blatant errors in fulfilling orders, and the dismissive attitude of their customer service have not only lost them a customer but also gained them some well-deserved negative publicity. I urge anyone considering using Food Panda to think twice before placing an order. It's an unfortunate reality when a service you once trusted turns into a source of frustration and disappointment.

    Grace from customer support just terminated my complaint regarding wrong item delivery. Cannot even communicate fluently in English. Foodpanda expects people to accept wrong food delivery as long as Foodpanda refunds the difference between item ordered and received. Rubbish or what?

    The system of the app keep having problem . As a delivery partner for them they will throw all the system error that affect your batch and score on to you . And cut you off even you try to explain to them. The people working behind the deck for foodpand their attitude have problem ! They can assist you and they choose not to ! They use all the automated email to cut you off. The best is don't order from them !

    This platform is getting from bad to worse. My wife and I are 2 working adults who simply have no time to cook. We live on delivery platforms and spend thousands of dollars per annum on delivered food. Well to cut a long story short, we put in an order for a Macdonald delivery at around 12:30 am, after picking up my wife from the airport. The order containing multiple sets of burgers costing a total of $34.95 was delayed multiple times and when it was finally delivered at 2am. To our shock and horror….. it only contain a happy meal. How is it even humanly possible to mistaken a $35 delivery order with a happy meal ?? It gets even better when I get in touch with their help center. Instead of making 2 famished person feel better after a tired flight and incomplete order. I got insulted with a quote “We've gone through your case history. Under such circumstances, we won't be proceeding with a refund” unquote. Way to go food panda help center. It’s time to move on from this platform.

    My issue with foodpanda is their customer service. Today I placed an order from Cold Storage and received the wrong product. I recieved a partial refund. I had to re-order (and pay again for the delivery) and again I received the wrong product! Twice the same day! I did not accept the delivery and again, fp refunded the value of the product but delivery, taxes, etc, they keep. I end up paying for their mistakes. But the frustrating part is that they have this template responses that I feel that I am talking to a chatbot (and I'm pretty sure I am) instead of a human being. The choices they give you to choose from are limited and vague, no where can I write or explain what happened. I would stick with Grab but they are as bad or worse. I'll just go with Deliveroo or just get up and go for my food myself. The alternatives are useless...

    My order was canceled and the reason was not reachable. However, there is no proof of contacting me. Haven’t received any call or messages. Told my brother not to have any food so that I can get him a nice lunch before his classes starts but because of this situation he had to go to class hungry. As a sister I’m very disappointed. Tried contacting but no one to call so had to explain through chat. The customer service agent rejected my request without seeing the resin. He didn’t even bother to ask the reason. While asking for proof he said refund is not possible and ended the chat. Please be aware. This app will cancel and you won’t get any refund even though it’s their fault.

    Edit** Update - follow up customer service refunded me for missing item back my card. Thank you Ordered 14 set of Jollibee for a party of 14 and only 12 sets of chicken came. Asked for a RE-delivery for the balance 2 and customer service said cannot. End up only offer to refund me $7.99 in credit. That’s not even enough for me to reorder, moreover, my party of 14 had to wait for the reorder. Better off buying from grab.

    A “tech” company that can’t do tech properly. Your algorithm all messed up and as a result you cancelled the order after taking my parcel. This is understandable cos your tech is not up to par and is acceptable. What is totally unacceptable is you slammed on my phone before the parcel is promised to be returned to me. What a cowardly and dishonest behaviour. So technically my parcel is considered taken away without authorisation. Is this defined as stolen? Cos my parcel is taken away from me without me able to track it and my phone is slammed down by you. You slam down on client phone - this is a fact. Well done.

    Foodpanda customer service has just commited a FRAUD!! I tried to cancel an order within 1 min but got rejected saying the money won't be refunded. I responded that this is disappointing and closed the chat. After 5 mins later my order were cancelled suddenly and no refunds were given. I contacted the support and requested for evidence that if I have ever confirm any cancellation, and they just "cover" each other saying I authorized it without giving evidence. Such dishonesty, much wow from Foodpanda.

    Should hv read more review here before I decided to use their service. I hv been using for a while without any issue until recently. I ordered something but forgot to select timing. Almost immediately I contacted restaurant to ask if the order can delay a bit. They were ok but afraid rider already on the way so asked me to cancel then re-order since they cannot do anything there. I also contacted rider so he wont waste his trip there. The rider seems very understandable and even helped to connect to foodpanda as from the platform i cannot cancel or change. He even said that the food was so quite a big order so wanna help me with it. When i finally able to talk to the CS in food panda I explained to CS that i wanna change timing for my order, the CS went ahead to help to cancel the original one, without telling me it was not refundable. I re-order again with exactly same thing. Now when i realised that how come the refund never happened then only they told me it iis non refundable. I contacted the restaurant again and they were also very helpful wanna help me get refund by contacting foodpanda on behalf. Just tat the refund still need to go through them so restaurant asked me to contacted foodpanda to get the refund. Chatting with the CS in food panda is a horrible experience, they can only repeat that it is non refundable, without any other action then just end the chat abruptly. So now i paid double for 1 set of food. It supposed to be a birthday treat for entire family which cost me $78, not just $7.80. Such an unpleasant experience!

    Please note that your customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. Ordered an item and expect it to be as per photo shown. And food came only part of the photo? After we have told the customer service and they told us it’s an advertisement and we got to top up for item which we totally won’t mind if we knew it in the first place. Previously we have gotten the item from the same shop and highlighted this to them. Their customer service wanted to give us a compensation but we declined it and told them to at least change to photo if not it is definitely misleading. Now it happened again. First and foremost, we are not expecting a compensation for it. Since we have highlighted to you on this previously but there was no action taken? This order we are definitely expecting the food as per photo, since compensation was initiated last round. I mean why order extra when item was already included. But no we got slammed with a it’s an advertisement you need to add on if you want after it’s being delivered. And your customer service just shut down the chat immediately? What professionalism. Then the least don’t even put the misleading photo expecting us to know it’s only half of the photo which is going to be delivered? Sorry but no more panda.

    **Edited** from 1 star to 3 star After the issue was resolved after several complaints. Now its very common these days you will receive partial order or sometimes even only 25% of the order and still you will be charged full. Even sending the proofs the customer care will not help. This time I had the proof from delivery person. The customer support is really pathetic and no way to call or contact them only chat and thats too only after the item is delivered. Even if the order will be delivered after 2 hours from order still they will not cancel or allow you to chat and raise issue. So basically once you order you have to pay the money even if you don’t receive the items. If you complaint and fight with all proofs then may be you are lucky to get a refund.

    Subscription auto renew and auto charge without informing, day light robbery, even my life insurance will send me a remainder when it's due for renewal. Unethical Sales tactics in the terms and conditions. Ignore my request for a refund even though I immediately cancelled the subscription the next day without enjoying any benefits. People be aware, it's not the few couple of dollars but its the principle I am upset about.

    App has a serious bug. During payment screen if transaction still processing and then timeout. It will prompt payment again which result in duplicate order. Feedback twice to panda they claim is not their issue. End up charged twice on 2 different occasion. Happened to my friend also. Food panda should be more responsible for their system... kinda disappointed. Public should be more aware of such problems

    Placed an order at 1.30pm and expected delivery within 40 mins. Instead I received a notification 45 mins after placing my order to say that my order was delayed by another 30-40mins. I purposefully avoided lunch peak hour times. Also I had a dinner engagement that evening and now lunch would be way too close to dinner. I tried to cancel the order - figured it'd be faster and easier to just cook some instant noodles! But the app didn't permit me to cancel since the restaurant had technically begun processing the order. I wasn't able to reach out to a chat representative either as that function was greyed out. Upon emailing Food Panda Support later, they advised "Please note that you can cancel your order yourself when it is not yet accepted by the restaurant or shop.” Fair enough. But what about when the restaurant crosses the line of what's reasonable timing and only notifies the customer 45 mins later - to say that the customer has to wait another 45 mins for the food to arrive. "We apologize for the experience you had with us this time. Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention as it will help us learn from our mistakes and give you a much-improved service in the future" and offered a $2 voucher. Looking at the many negative reviews, it sure doesn't feel like Food Panda is learning and applying that towards better service. And a $2 voucher doesn't sooth ruffled feathers. I have to say though - it sure is efficient at giving out standard, scripted responses.

    For grocery purchases, this is basically a thieving extortionist company that alleges they can fulfill your order, but 9 out of 10 times there are items missing. Customer service completely unhelpful and might as well be fully removed, as they're so incompetent that you leave more angry compared to before you started speaking to them

    If I could give zero star will be given! Really ridiculous this company, delivery mistake again and again! First order pizza it given wrong food but the Pizza Hut delivered the right 1 back to me ok I good with it! Second time purchase from 4 finger this time is terrible, order 2 rice with drumsticks but come only 1 rice, asked foodpanda for resend me the meal they reply they don do resend only can refund, ok fine , wait for issues to solve waited for 6 days , in the end what I get u guys guess, really ridiculous food panda only can refund me partial of the amount with is $3plus and the meal I paid for is $11.40!! And this issues who should blame? 4 finger ? Pack without checking or foodpanda collect without checking!!! Damn KNN this company cheat money !!

    I placed my ordered at 705pm and the apps shows that I will receive my food between 740pm - 750pm. But when I text the rider 3 times regards to my food but he did not reply me at all! And I received my order at 804pm which is 1 hour later. When the rider arrived he shouted at me saying why I keep chasing him and told me that if I cannot wait then just buy myself!!! This kind of service is extremely horrible!!!!! It’s a nightmare!!! And when I text the customer service, they just told me that they will look into the matter that’s all!!!! Which is totally unacceptable!!!! Yet their delivery fees are not cheap which is extremely not value for money from their rider attitude towards a customer!!!! 😡😡 horrible experience!!!! Worst delivery platform!!!! Highly recommended for grab!!

    Customers used to matter to Food Panda but not anymore. I placed an order for 7 packets of noodles but only 3 packets arrived. After contacting the customer service, Jane told me that she can refund me for the 4 packets that did not arrive. I asked if I am suppose to place another order and pay for the delivery fee again. She just kept repeating there is nothing more she can do and pressing me to accept the refund and close the case. I ended up ordering my balance 4 packets from Grab instead and uninstalled my food panda app. Thank you for your bad service.

    I would give a rating of NEGATIVE 5 stars if it ever possible. You outsource service center is a TERRIBLE MOVE. They are not local people who understand the difference in the food or ENGLISH. This is not the first time that I deal with your customer service, which ends up in frustrations. And there is lapse in the response during the live chat. If you want to retain your loyal customers, please consider setting a call center in SG. Submitted the photo through the app and did not save it in my phone, but end up your customer service still email me to request for a photo. Really a waste of time and money. I rather pay more for grabfood.

    The one star rating is for the poor handling of what should be a very clear cut issue at hand. Possibly one of the most galling and horrendous customer service experiences. Order was placed and marked as delivered. Photo proof by the driver evidently reflected that the delivery location was incorrect as it was not my home. Upon chatting with customer service, I provided image proof of my home and indicated the contrasting difference, that the order never arrived. Was instead brought along a 1/2 hr merry go round of being asked to check my surroundings, my door, my neighbours to look for my undelivered food. I proposed the simple solution of refunding me, as it was clear the order was most likely delivered to the wrong block, but the customer service agent, SITI Z. insisted on asking me to check my door, and with my neighbours. I had to provide photo proof showing that my neighbours homes weren't even the same as the one the driver provided. In spite of all that, there was no resolution provided. Was told I would be contacted 3-4 days later via email instead. Horrendous handling of what is and could have been a quick resolution.

    Been a long-time user. Multiple misses with cancelled orders, missing items, but tonight takes the cake. Order was delivered to a completely different address. Driver was uncontactable. We had to wait over 2.5 hours for our food Help centre was barely of any help because they kept pressing us to accept a full refund and a coupon of $4. Please update your GPS system and make sure your deliverymen know the routes well. Disappointing.

    An email was sent to me that my order was canceled after waiting for a long time. I have ordered something elsewhere. While having my dinner, the order was delivered to my doorstep. I didn’t want to waste the effort made by the delivery rider. I paid out of goodwill. No explanation nor refund was given. I didn’t ask at all because that wasn’t the first time. Unfortunately I have deleted the email, otherwise I would’ve post it here.

    Foodpanda has the worst customer service across all food delivery companies in Singapore, and that is a fact that is backed up by many other 1 star reviews of late. If you have any issues with your order, be prepared to talk to a bot or human customer service agents with the worst and most nonchalant attitude known to man. For majority of cases, even if the fault lies with foodpanda, you will be refused a refund. You will be on the losing end if you use this app. My voucher that was successfully applied to my cart, mysteriously got removed upon placing my order, and I ended up paying the full charge without the discount that was initially promised and applied. I am running on the latest app version and phone operating system. I triple checked to make sure the voucher was applied, and was shocked to see that it got revoked after clicking on ‘place order’. It is definitely a software bug on foodpanda’s end which they have refused to acknowledge. My support request agent was also just as hopeless, with no proper resolution given. 1 star is being generous, I would have rated the app zero stars if I could. 1/5 stars is an accurate reflection of the current state of the company - downright atrocious and awful. The competitors do a slightly better job at customer service recovery.

    System glitches and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Grabfood way better in quality of service and the attention they pay to customer needs. Today is the last day I use this app after yet another VERY rude encounter with their customer support. The restaurant added eggs to my food even after I clearly mentioned not to do so because I'm very allergic to eggs. After messing me about for 3 days, saying the food has not been delivered on their system so they can't address it, Foodpanda claim it is not their responsibility so I should go speak to the restaurant instead and then left the chat. They obviously don't care about their service, seeing how low their ratings are here.

    Please DO NOT use their Pandago service. Ordered Pandago to deliver food parcel (indicated in the order) for a bday surprise and this was what happened. The delivery man actually left the FOOD parcel on SHOES (as per screenshot) and did not even bother to notify the recipient when the door is WIDE OPEN. End up the food was left on shoes for 1.5 hours. But this was not the worst, I feedback to FoodPanda and all they did was to send me their STANDARD TEMPLATE REPLIES. I have been waiting for someone to reply me since 24th Dec 2023 and I am still waiting.

    Would give a 0 of it were possible. First time that a customer service agent hang up the chat first 🤣 quite a unique experience. Wasnt angry about the missing order but got really angry at the customer service. To new users, there will always be mistakes no biggie but just be aware that if there are missing items, Food Panda will only refund them to you as a voucher with an expiration date of 30days. Basically they will just take your money if u forget about the voucher.

    If I could give it a zero or negative, I would. I think the staff hides behind policies. And the chat agent didn't seem very helpful. Had made an honest error, wrongly ordered a spicy version. Contacted their help within minutes of payment. Chat agent said will help, then said cannot contact the restaurant. Asked if can cancel, they said can (but won't allow cash on delivery for future) then say cannot due to policy. Got fed up and called the restaurant directly. Got through immediately and the restaurant made the change for me. Delivery came as promised. But totally regret ordering with foodpanda.

    Always check after making ur order if duplicated or not. Today they duplicated my order and I learned only when the 2nd order(which I didnt make) has came to me with suddenly pouring new notifications from food panda app. So contacted them immediately for asking refund of the duplicated order(record obviously shows the order and payment is made at exactly the same time for the same items from a same place), they refuse to refund and offered their voucher which is lesser than the actual double charging amount. I told them to take back the wrong order and full refund for it. But they refused though they understand???? the situation. It is not about money, it is only like 15 dollars. But every time any problems caused by restaurants , or their system, all the damage goes to the customer. That is unfair!!!

    I asked the customer service how to send the panda pay money back into my credit card, they tell me just click refund back to my credit card. But now it's been almost one month I haven't receive it. Follow up with the customer service staff but they seems not really understand my case. Going to give up the 10 dollars because I couldn't spend much more time on this thing. I still hope food panda can improve and strive.

    Poor service. Already cancelled pandapro after one month and yet they continue to charge the subscription every month for the renewal for some reason. I have to go in and cancel one more time. I feedback to their customer service and they do not care and they do not do refunds for the months that are charged. Take care everyone. It is not worth the time to use such a platform where help is not easily accessible , is rigid with rules to result in almost zero customer care and which appears to be "money hungry". Perhaps any customers with similar experience can feedback too.

    Cheater! Cancelled my order. Then I reordered exactly the same items. Credit card bill came, charged twice! Spoke to customer service? As if talking to chatbot, no clear explanation due to policy, privacy or whatever, and worse, human cs ended the chat on their end and still dare to ask me rate the chat. I raised dispute letter to the bank on the double charge, foodpanda simply replied on the order that has been delivered successfully. I asked on the order that you cancelled and didn't refund, you st***d. Anyway, buyer beware. I should have read others post before ordering from this company. Lousy.

    Terrible service! I ordered 5 dishes from Mellben signature, came 1 only. I told them immediately and got no redelivery! So my dinner with guest do not get enough food, very embarrassing! Then I submitted request to get refund of my 4 dishes, they responded after 48 hours instead of 24 hours promised service time. And they would just give me a voucher of my refund amount, which I refused to accept as I don’t trust their services anymore. I requested refund to my credit card but no response after 2 days!!

    Received a call from foodpanda said that my order is taken wrongly from other rider,and would make or arrange new order for me. In the end the driver itself cancel and the app shows its cancelled and no refund being made. Make us wait and give false hope.

    Free Delivery but Got Charged for Delivery fee. When wrote to Foodpanda, was told there is a min order. However no where it was stated in the store or menu, min order required for free delivery. Foodpanda insisted its indicated, even though sent screenshots to prove. And each time receive email reply, its a different person from foodpanda. Need to explain all over again! Worst customer service ever. Their email replies seem like a joke too. Don't think Foodpanda ever take complaints/feedback seriously. Will give 0 star. 1 star is too much

    Terrible experiences from FoodPanda 90% of the time. Either they don’t refund when there are missing items(marked as delivered but it is not) or multiple Mart/grocery items are always are out of stock and expect consumer to pay delivery when 6 out of 10 ordered items are out of stock. Else the service officer takes long while and repeat their statements like a parrot. I have lost so much monies because of repeatedly missing items and their refusal to refund. I used their portal only because some of the vendors are not available in Grab. I really think the company should be properly scrutinised on their policy which is unfair to consumers

    Scammers, “sign up with referral link and get 25$”. I signed up, got 0, no vouchers. Then upon signing up I get “$15 dollar off for new users”. I’ve tried adding food to cart for 5 different restaurants, all state “sorry but coupon cant be used here”, and no information where I can use it! Lastly, there is a section with “free delivery for new users”, well guess what, all of the restaurants in that section still charge for delivery fees. Three scams after signing up, the worst food application in the world in my humble opinion.

    This food delivery service is the absolute worst of the worst. I vowed to NEVER use FoodPanda again after they wouldn't refund me for a dish I ordered from Merci Marcel that has unpasteurised cheese in it which is dangerous for pregnancy which I am. I requested a refund which they refused and blamed me for the order. Even then, I thought after a 6 month break from them I'd give them another chance, they proved how terrible they are after Today's order took 2 hours and 9 mins to reach me and again the customer service representatives absolutely suck; they are rude, obtuse and refuse to help you. I wrote to a C-level in Singapore over Linkedin of which he read my messages but never reverted which tells me how abysmal their business model, customer service and people are.

    Horrible experience. Waited for an hour for my food but the store didnt didnt even accept it. Then asked customer service and all they did was give a $2 voucher. Then i had to cancel my order and they refunded to my pandapay account when i didnt turn on the settings to use pandapay. Dont use this app. I dont ever want to use this app ever again but im forced to spend money on the app lol ridiculous. Yall dont think about customer experience at all when developing this app. Talking to the customer service makes me more angry than before i talked to them.

    Placed order at 2.40pm, the initial waiting time 25-35 mins.. after 1 hour, the waiting time was 15-25 mins, after the 2nd hour, 5 mins.. but the food only arrived at 5.37pm after chatting with a customer service officer to ask the whereabout of the order. Asked the customer service officer how come the wait was so long despite the time reflected. Was given a $4 voucher to close the case… to make things worse, wrong items (main + drink was wrong, only side was correct) was delivered. Ice cream was melted... I demanded a full refund when the customer service officer wanted to refund me 50% of my order price… this is kind of ridiculous. FOODPANDA, please reflect the waiting time accurately to be fair to the customer.

    Very bad experience! I made an order, send the payment through paylah but the order was not processed by foodpanda app. App doesn't provide any support to this case. App doesn't allow you to contact live support. Now I'm blind without knowing if the order will come or not. And we are ordering food for lunch... Reply is 24hs... Facebook page responds after 10 mins on every comment... Very bad after sales! Pray for everything to go well, otherwise is "talk to the machine(=hand)"

    We ordered 3 sets of meal from Popeye. There should be 3 drinks and only received 1 drink only. There is no contact point to call and ask about the drinks. Delivery man just leave the food outside the door! Don't even know that he delivered! So angry with the lousy service. I paid for the drinks and I want the money back.

    Agreed with many reviews below that Food Panda has the worst customer support ever in Singapore. We are helping a client to update the menu in their portal, the price value that you keyed in for the newly added item into the choice group will keep on resetting to zero. What comes the nightmare is that they approve the newly added item into the front end and customer pay zero dollar for the add on. And when we feedback this is an error to Food Panda, they just ignore and ask you to view their youtube without checking their system. We have recorded how the error happened but found there is no way to send to Food panda. This is not the worst yet, customer ordered the zero value add on ingredient, and complain to Panda that why we dont give the ingredient. And guess what, Food panda just deduct 56% from the total amount of that order from us! What the ?? This is really a big bully and yes, we are switching and closing our account with Panda. Good luck and all the best to Food Panda.

    Terrible service. Almost every order is late and when I ordered grocery delivery I had to wait for 1.5 hour. Rider replied he has 3 orders to deliver before mine. They definitely have no idea how to provide estimates on delivery time, falsely claiming that it will be delivered in 30 minutes but in fact end up waiting 1 + hour. Customer service also pretty useless, the only answer they have is”apologies for the delay” If you value your time strongly recommend to skip this company

    Lack of security measures One of Foodpanda account users hacked my credit card and made fraudulent transactions to Foodpanda totaling up to SGD 2,514.85. What I don't understand is, are there no safety precautions to register for a payment method to a Foodpanda account? How did this user manage to register my card without any verification from my end? I did not receive any SMS/emails to approve my card being added to this user's account. The Foodpanda platform does not seem safe for users at all- my card was hacked since the platform did not require any verification from the cardholder. Foodpanda knows who this user who has committed credit card fraud. I have lodged a police report and hope that Foodpanda will cooperaate and provide the police with the information they require to report this Foodpanda user!

I spoke with the customer service they also doesn't have any update when will I receive my order. What a bad service as a customer.     If I could give a rotten egg rating I would have done so! I bought a $20 foodpanda voucher with 6 months validity and minimum spend of $5 but I couldn't redeem... Error message 'voucher not valid' Contacted foodpanda and they are rigid in giving me a $20 replacement voucher with minimum spend of $30 and 1 month validity. They refused to replace my voucher with one of similar terms as my purchased voucher! SCAMMERS!!! Sell an invalid voucher and then force customers to spend more earlier.

    Absolutely horrible platform to order from. Ordered something and the app lagged for a moment when i tapped to place an order. Did not realize this lag resulted in a double order till both duplicate orders arrived. Foodpanda could not offer me a refund since both orders were delivered - fair enough. However, i did expect an acknowledgement & apology for the technical glitch & assurance that they will look into the matter to avoid another incident of this happening to future customers - but none of that! simply “sorry, we cannot refund you” and then my account was blocked after that from making new orders - which makes no sense when this situation is entirely their fault. when i confronted them via email & demanded that they acknowledge that they’ll look into the issue & to unban my account, i simply got ignored. Im not looking for my money back, but God, have some freaking ethics & improve your customer service, that arrogance does your image no good whatsoever.

    As a supposedly customer-first organization, their templated responses in addressing issues and managing customer expectations are highly infuriating given how they try to be witty but with no substantial solution. Their vendor / merchant vetting process is very questionable given the inconsistencies in food portions, quality and packaging -- and how Foodpanda responds to customers. Simply put, I suggest that you stop being 'lamely funny' in your email communications and actually be more helpful with your proposed solutions when trying to help your customers.

    There seems to be no other means to reach out to Foodpanda SG so I am trying this way. I have used the Foodpanda app to contact the help agents but all of them (at least 8 to date) terminated my chat unilaterally without asking if they have helped me to resolve my problem. The issue is this. I ordered soup for my meal on the 1 Jun 23 (#x3tu-ornz) and the soup was spilled during transit by FoodPanda delivery service so I contacted Foodpanda and they agreed to refund my money but it seems that Foodpanda does not refund actual money so they refunded me vouchers instead. At that point of time, I was busy setting the table for my lunch while trying to resolve the spilled soup issue with Foodpanda on the chatline that when the agent proposed a refund, I just accepted it and moved on thinking I have gotten my money back. Yesterday (4th Jul 23), when I tried to apply the voucher, I found it missing. So, when I contacted Foodpanda via the Help Centre, some of the agents just informed me the voucher has expired on 1 Jul 23 and there is nothing they can do. Then they just unilaterally terminated the chat. In-Between the numerous chats, some of the agents did inform me though that I should have been aware of the voucher's due date (within a month) when I agreed for the voucher to be processed. However, this being a refund of money for food paid but not properly delivered by FoodPanda - and as I was busy trying to have lunch then, it didn't cross my mind that there would be terms and conditions for my refunds to be used by a certain date. What I couldn't process is how can a refund expire? The refund is money due to me because I paid for soup but I didn't get to consume it. I didn't get anything that I paid for. There was no transaction involved right? Also, it should not behave like a discount or promotional voucher because it is a refund. Let's say this voucher expires and the agent cannot re-activate it, then refund my money in another way (e.g. credit card, panda wallet) and not just keep my money. Foodpanda should have a policy to refund money by reversing back to my credit card or transfer to my Panda Wallet but it was refunded as a voucher with a short expiry date instead. I was not informed of any other alternatives then so I accepted the voucher to avoid losing even that. So, now that the voucher has expired - technically my refund has just been taken back from me and no soup has been consumed so far in this whole entire situation. I had wanted to ask the agents if they could kindly extend the expiry date for one more day since it expired on 1 Jul 23 and it was only 4 Jul 23 yesterday and I will use up the voucher but unfortunately I couldn't ask because my chat got terminated abruptly. It is very frustrating to have the customer service agent end their call when you are still on the line with them. This is just TERRIBLE "Customer" service. Is this how you treat your Panda "Pro" customer? And there is literally no contact information to be found on Foodpanda website to reach out to anyone who can assist with my refund. If any of Foodpanda's management is online, I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me. Thank you.

    It is laughable that the rating is only 2.8 stars and yet, there has been no effort to improve their customer service 🤦🏻‍♀️ I ordered fresh fruits from sayfresh- KOUFU HQ at 2pm today. They were picked up at 3pm. And delivered at 6:30pm. Did I get any explanation for the 4-hour wait? NO. I ordered 2 packs of 500g cherries. And only received one. Did I get any support to refund the cost of the missing one pack? NO. Am I surprised that the foodpanda reviews are scathing? NO. 😡😡😡😡😡

    Just renewed my Sep pandapro ahead of time for another 12 months with a slight discount, seems like new algorithm on my app removed discounts from all my frequently visited food vendors. [17 Jul update - discounts seemed to be reinstated] Think thrice before renewing your pandapro next!

    Horrible experience with foodpanda, if riders are insufficient why need to accept the order? Expect people to wait almost 2 hours to get the food delivered? Expect us to eat cold food and you charging us ridiculous platform fee and delivery fee? The help center is the most terrible service too. Couldn't solve the real problem offering SGD 2 voucher? and half way runaway indicating case solved?

    Always give false hope. Will show 20 to 30 minutes for order, but actual delivery time more than 1 hr. Never let customers cancel order even though the food hasn't prepared yet. Contactless delivery but delivery man will always ring the bell until you come and open the door. What's the point of contactless delivery of option. Will always your rider is near by, anytime from now. But that will take nearly 20 minutes.

    JWS Grille Factory (46 Holland Drive) - Ordered double chicken set and was missing 1 set of the chicken via delivery. Foodpanda CSR insists no refund claiming that is the best solution after they review my case. I paid for the food and the missing item was not even my fault. How is this fair to me as a consumer. Few times i wrote in to appeal, and they end my chat on their end with the same answer, preventing me from even replying more. Wrote a review in the app and my review was deleted either by the restaurant or the system!

    Foodpanda, as a consumer platform, proves to be extremely unresponsive and unhelpful, showing little concern for the issues faced by users. When confronted with problems, their response is simply that there's not much they can do. After placing an order last night, the driver attempted to call the condo's intercom, but there was no ringing. The food order was canceled at 8:02 pm, and a single call was made at 8:05 pm, which we unfortunately missed. Despite mentioning that the food was placed in the lobby, it was nowhere to be found when we went down at 8:16 pm. When we contacted the driver, he stated he left because we didn't answer. Where is the food now? There's a possibility the driver took it for personal consumption. Foodpanda maintains that there's nothing they can do, citing difficulties in locating us and waiting for our response, without providing proof that the food was discarded or that the driver made multiple contact attempts. The decision to place the food at the lobby and leave instead of going to the guard house raises questions. Foodpanda's response seems dismissive, expecting us to accept the situation without resolution. Personally, I don't recommend this platform due to its unreliability and unhelpful customer service, including an automated office line that offers no assistance.

    Do not order from foodpanda! Whenever there is an issue with your order, they will ask you to contact the company that you ordered from. They call themselves partners but are not liable for any missing or wrong orders. Alot of fraud partners in this app. Be careful and i highly suggest to never use this platform

    I wish I could give FoodPanda negative stars! Ordered food from Tim Ho Wan Tai Seng for pickup as it was stated that the shop is open. But when I went to the outlet, the outlet was boarded up and is closed for renovation. Contacted FoodPanda customer service on the app, they say they can't do anything and abruptly ended the chat on me! Asked me to contact merchant - contacted Tim Ho Wan, they said they'll liaise with Foodpanda, but guess what, 2 weeks later they told me to contact Foodpanda again. Worse still, FoodPanda marked my order as 'order collected' although the outlet was not even open, we never got our food, never got a refund, and not even any follow up or help from Foodpanda customer service at all! Their support email is not even in use any longer. Terrible platform and don't expect any customer service from them at all!

    Poor experience with missing food item. Engaged help service for support and the staff informed that no refund is possible and I have to accept this resolution. Extremely disgusted with how the business is conducted. Please don't use FoodPanda to avoid disappointment.

👍 Followed the GPS and it directed me to resident tower instead, no wonder the gate wasn't auto opened. There is starbuck in the first floor. Very tall building till 40 floors. Good view of Singapore from here. There are public toilets at level 2 but must get the key from the security counter to us...

👍👍 Was here for a company event. Settings, deco, food, service and staffs were superb, especially to Hasim and Adrian for their great hospitality. Nice view of Southern Singapore.
