Wonderful facility! Located right in the middle of all the action. Lot of amazing dining options right at the courtyard and on the waterfront. MRT station is like a 5 min walk away. Cold Storage Supermarket right across the street as well which is perfect for expats! Also the housekeeping service is one of the best! Staff are extremely kind and considerate of your time and belongings. Truly a lovely stay! We will definitely utilize again for short term serviced housing, when needed!

Amazing experience! Because of the epidemic, I need to go to another country for two weeks, then to the United States！We chose Singapore! Fraser place has all facilities, We can cook and wash clothes! So We lived here very comfortable! There are many choices for breakfast, all delicious! There is a swimming pool and a gym, My son loves it! The staff such as Bobby,Michael,Angel…are very friendly, especially John is very nice who introduced the culture of Singapore! Thanks! They are very excellent teams! The transportation is very convenient. The bus and subway are very close. What's more convenient is that they have their own shuttle . It's very easy to go to WuJie road and other shopping centers! Next time if I come back to Singapore, I will choose here!

We came from Saudi Arabia. We had great stay in the hotel. Very clean rooms & good cleaning room service. The staff in the reception throughout all the shifts are welcoming & helpful, as well as the staff in the breakfast buffet. All are very professional & welcoming. The only downside (and I think this is unfortunately in all Singapore not related to the hotel), is the lack of halal food in the nearby restaurants, and when we could find, they are mostly in Malay or Turkish style, or fast food type.

There was a very bad smell in kitchen and main room, we wanted to change rooms because of this problem, we were given another room option but it was not as big and repacking all our clothes would be hard so we decided to stay in same smelly room. We found a big cockroach in the main bathroom, there were also tiny bugs and spiderwebs everywhere. Just look under and back of furniture, bathroom sinks.. the bathroom wall corners were covered with mold.. there were strains on the curtains or beds... too much noise and food smell coming from outside especially on Friday and Saturday nights.. No Netflix or YouTube on TV... Lockers were not working probably because of low battery.. This hotel was probably best 20 years ago but now it's begging for renovation.. Our neighbor was not happy too, he has to call repairman each day.. Breakfast is same everyday and it's average.. They didn't fill up empty dishes especially fruits so most of the days some plates were empty.. The pool was clean but towels were smelly.. If cleanness is a top priority for you then find a new hotel, you'll definitely regret staying here. The hotel stuff was very friendly though.

Din (front desk) was so helpful! All the staff were. Good size rooms. Pool and gym. Location helpful to restaurants, shops and walk down the river.

Stayed here in 2013 & 2022. I would stay here all the time if I could whenever I visit Singapore. It's a special place with many good memories. The staff is friendly, always tending to my needs. Rooms are so great. It's a hotel apartment setup. Having laundry in the room is a huge plus. Living room space makes it a great place to relax. The swimming pool and gym are a must use. Hope to return to this place and stay again.

Stayed here for a month in March 2022 and highly recommend. Fantastic location near the river with loads of restaurants within a stone's throw, and a cold storage supermarket access the road. The only downside are the rooms getting a bit dated, for example no dishwasher or proper oven in the kitchen. Staff were amazing though, being super helpful throughout our entire stay. Location is good Building is dated but rooms quite nice inside One of our party fell through a rotted deck at the pool causing a significant injury. The staff arranged a doctors visit but then very little else ,we were unable to enjoy our holiday properly . Also this put the kids pool out of service so our kids could not enjoy the facilities. No compensation was offered and after repeated pleas for a copy of the incident report for our doctors at home we have received no help Be careful of aging facilities and poor management

This was our third time in Singapore and third time at this hotel. Very comfortable accommodation with everything in family apartment, washer, dryer, kitchen equipment; extremely comfortable beds. Very convenient location. Such great and professional staff! If felt like coming home again. We miss you already!

We absolutely loved Fraser Place, highly recommend it to families. Strategically ideal location, 5 min walk to Blue line Fort Cannon MRT, UE square bus station, 8 min to Violet line Clarke Quay MRT, 15 min walk to Chinatown. Beautiful, charming interior The promenade on the 3rd floor and the abundance of the restaurants around charming courtyard with a fountain Great breakfast Spacious rooms, with two toilet/shower units, 4 A/C systems, fully equipped spacious kitchen, laundry machine etc... The beds are comfortable, and there is a selection of pillows. Courteous and friendly staff, promptly responding to requests. Excellent room service

This Fraser’s Robertson walk you feel like you are at your home. I lived with my family for 1 year and it was amazing! Ms. Lydia housekeeping took care of our house with a lot of love and attention. We have been living at Fraser Place Roberson Walk for over 8 months now. It has been a wonderful experience, a very memorable one. The staff are super helpful, friendly, professional and considerate. Be it the staff at reception, front desk, housekeeping or restuarant, everyone is well trained, kind and are always willing to go extra mile to create an everlasting experience to their guests. Staff at restaurant are extremely friendly. The way they cater to guests (even when the place is crowded), is highly admirable. House keeping staff do their best to keep the apartments neat. Hygeine and cleanliness is given utmost importance. Their maintenance team is super fast, they fix almost anything and everything in no time. They surprised us on our birthdays, celebrated every special occasion with lot of enthusiasm and special food. It's very conveniently located to many tourists locations and MRT.

The rooms are getting a little tired, but are well maintained. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely. Great location for eating options along Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay. With the Singapore MRT nothing is really far away. Our three boys loved the pool and the room. The place made our family holiday in Singapore a wonderful experience.

The place is decently towards premium living by Singapore standards. Not cheap either but service, quality of room and property is pretty good

Really poor service on their online portals. Enquired a few things and the staff decided to just ignore the enquiries. Staff were also rude when I turned up on location. They were the type that seemed to have an attitude problem and were less than bothered to treat customers. My question to your management is 1. Why do you pay staff to manage online platforms like Instagram direct message, email and Facebook messenger when all the staff do is sit around and ignore the messages even after reading? 2. What sort of hotel service is this? Is this how you treat prospective customers? Service overall is worse than a budget hotel. Never coming back again!

We stayed there this past March and had a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped and for our large family (6 people) it was a perfect accommodation and offered a very “real world” pricing option (I.e. compared to the typical Singapore rate you find at Marina Bay, Sentosa or elsewhere). The pool, breakfast and location are all great features that make it very practical for a family vacation. The building itself isn’t new and could use some paint, but that is in no way a detractor from all the upside. Overall, a great place, great location, great staff and great value.

Great apartment hotel - two bedroom apartment with full kitchen gave real space while still at a great location. Found being at Robertson Quay a great vantage to go to the Bay, or wander through Clarke Quay. MRT and supermarket nearby made things easy. Recommend for family stays.

It was a good stay, although quite pricey for the actual value.

I wish I had known that, when I booked an apartment here, I'd have to put up with the noise from the pubs below. The building is dated, and so is the decor.

Nice service apartment, feel homey and close to very where only 10 minutes walk to mrt fort canning. And they provide shuttle bus to orchards areas or closed mrt.

Very good family friendly service apartment setting; good sized rooms; very friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room; gym + pool; right next to a food district by the river; close to metro railway station. Great location, great staff. Everything clean and works well. Some of the decor is dated, but totally clean and functional. Have stayed in more snazzy (decor) places in Singapore, but I'd pick this anytime for the location and staff!

By far the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. The smell emanating from the bathrooms is intolerable. This 3 bedroom “de luxe” apartment costs SGD 9,500 / month, but is more than decades overdue for renovation and a thorough clean. Website fails to show real pictures of filthy stained carpets, dirty wallpaper, stained lounge upholstery and broken kitchen drawers and bedroom closets. Mattresses need replacing and one cannot be without shoes for fear of infection. Just dreadful. (Lovely staff do their best to compensate).
