i've
been
to!
Staff
were
outright
rude
and
have
zero
customer
service
etiquette.
Was
told
off
by
Amirah
in
the
most
obnoxious
way
that
i
couldn't
use
my
laptop
and
to
keep
it.
To
the
point
that
she
said
"is
not
my
fault
if
you
don't
read
the
notice
on
the
table
or
around
the
store.
Do
you
want
me
to
bring
all
the
notices
around
to
you
so
you
can
read?!"
i
totally
understand
that
if
the
outlet
is
packed,
using
a
laptop
to
do
some
work
would
have
posed
some
displeasure
to
other
customers
who
might
be
looking
to
have
a
cuppa.
But
the
outlet
was
not
even
packed,
it
was
empty!
Seriously
when
your
outlet
have
people
who
didn't
even
buy
a
drink
and
sit
down
there
and
hoard
a
table
watching
drama
on
the
phone
you
guys
are
fine
while
people
who
bought
drinks
and
work
are
not?
I
seriously
and
honestly
think
you
guys
need
to
1)
reworks
your
"no
laptop/tablet
allowed"
rules
and
work
on
having
some
flexibility.
Seriouly,
rather
than
having
no
laptop
policy,
you
guys
should
could,
i
don't
know,
try
to
have
an
1
hour
dining
in
policy
like
other
brands
or
cafe
have
done
it?
That
way
you
might
then
drive
your
business
revenue
up
rather
than
people
hoarding
tables
with
a
cup
of
tea
that
are
already
done.
2)
Give
your
staff
training
on
customers
service
etiquette
to
retent
existing
customers
who
still
patronize
you!

lousy
coffee
vs
lousy
attitude,
no
one
likes
a
lousy
attitude
for
the
price
we
pay
for
for
your
drinks
and
food!
