Can’t believe that I come twice today and the cashier was/is always on break… came first time 2:10pm, saw the break is until 2:15, I waited until 2:30pm and there was still no one. I am outside the door again just now at 8:00pm, and the cashier is taking a break until 8:30pm according to the tag outside…

I popped by during peak hour at 100am outlet at 1.10pm and chance onto this 1.5 hour long break. Could you indicate the official break time as part of the opening hours so people can plan around it, instead of taking arbitrary break hours. Google listed your store as being opened and this can be misconstrued.

I like to come here during my lunch time and visit these small pets especially their house pet. The staffs here are polite and very friendly. I get my first pearl winter white from here before, and always get some new information everytime I come down, it's quite interesting!

Decent PLC outlet that was cramped at the counter as the staff members were busy packing online orders. Minus a star as I purchased a probiotics product and the powder was sticky like it was exposed to moisture.

No staff ever seems to be around at this outlet. Either always on lunch break or the outlet is still closed at 10:10am.

The actual opening hours of this store are irritating. It's stated that the store has continuous hours from 10 AM to 10 PM. Half the times I needed to buy something, I found the store closed. It has happened more often in the evenings, when arriving here after 8 PM, I've repeatedly found the store closed. Today, I arrived at 2:10 PM, and once again, I had to go back home empty-handed. Truly annoying.

This is probably the first time I give only 1 star to a place. I called this shop and the staff told me they had a winter white hamster for sale. I went there and the staff told me she couldn't find the key to open the glass door that contained the hamsters' cage. I waited for around 30 minutes while she called her colleagues and finally could locate the key. I told her i wanted this hamster but it seemed like she kept finding excuses not to sell to me like telling me to think carefully before buying and asking me whether can I take good care of the hamster. I assured her that I would do so. Finally after 1 hour of persuading her, she seemed more convinced but she told me the hamster was feeling too tired and she needed to return hamster back to the cage. She then told me she would reserve the hamster for me to collect another day. I told her i could only come 1 week later and she said OK. One week later, I called but her colleague was the one answering the phone. I asked her could i come to get the hamster but she told me the hamster was already sold. Then why the staff was cheating to tell me she could reserve for me if the shop actually don't allow this???

Easy to locate . Staff is very nice and helpful with what I need. Come here alot . Staff even helped me pick what was best for my kitten (even double checked for me)😊 super nice

Bought 2 packs of wellness core kibbles on separate days and found worms in both bags. Online service rep told me it’s an isolated incident but it happened to me twice. Really troublesome to try and get a refund/ exchange for it - they expect you to hold on to the contaminated bag with worms til they take a few days to sort it out via email. Brought the product down to their branch when I first found it contaminated but was told to bring the bag with worms back home and hold on to it til their online service rep has sorted it out with me. It’s so horrible that we have to bring a bag of kibbles we KNOW has worms in home to keep until their service rep takes a few days to sort it out via back and forth emails.. Only bothered getting a refund for one bag because it’s so troublesome..

REALLY??? Arrived at 2:45pm. Stuff decided they won’t be back until 3:40pm. I walked all the way here???? 5 mins later I decided to post this review

Looking for a dog tag with engraving service. I can understand that this branch does not offer this service. What I find unacceptable is that the service staff was ignorant of the information and couldn't advise which other branch offer such a service. "Just google" she said.

While the Petshop has all the stuff and accessories for the Pets, don't recommend to get it here. Getting online or elsewhere will save you more than $7-$10 an item.

Rather limited choice of rabbit food and have to contend with daily lunch and dinner breaks when shop is closed bec there is one staff manning.

The 100AM branch of Pet Lovers Center is CLOSED daily, at arbitrary times, during its advertised “opening hours” of 10am-10pm. Every time I visit this store, I’m greeted by a locked door with a note saying staff are on break, returning at a random time. Which...you guessed it, they don’t return by. A queue of frustrated customers forms, waits and eventually leaves with no service. Complete waste of time for you and your furkids.

Passing the shop when traveling. It's just a staff in the shop and I was so surprise when she sudden give me a basket to put all my dog toys and treats even though there were still have other customers to seek for her help or need to do the payment. She had done her best to help every customer. Haven't see hamster before, they are so cute.

Bought a fruit tree stick 20mins ago… when reached home and took it out, I surprisingly realized it went moldy!!! Can’t imagine if I just give it to my chinchilla right away without checking…. Seriously, this kind of SA food is still being sold… To other pet owners, do check your items!!!
