*updated I had a delightful experience returning to this beautiful play area. The facility remains maintained, and the staff, particularly Lina, provided excellent assistance. I was grateful for Lina's help when I needed to briefly step away to use the restroom, as they don't offer a drop-off service. I will certainly be returning in the near future because my son absolutely adores this place! One of the standout features, in addition to the high-quality toys, is the provision of comfortable sofas for parents or guardians. It was a true pleasure to be able to sit back and relax while keeping an eye on the children's playtime. This play area is perfect for encouraging little ones to explore their independence and tap into their boundless imagination. —— What a great indoor playground at Clarke Quay Central. It serves both fun for kiddos and relaxing time for parents as they have a good sofa to sit on while watching your little ones playing. And unlike other indoor playgrounds, this place doesn’t have any slides or any activity that requires bigger muscles (gross motor skills). Instead, the area is more on small wooden toys which encourages structured play like manipulative and construction for fine motor skills. Also serves an open-ended play for the great imagination of our little tots. And lovely staff. :)

Nice place for families with young children. Let's start with the pros: 1) Cleanliness and Comfort Place is well-maintained and comfortable. Very bright, clean and spacious. Many sofas for parents to sit down and chill or watch their kids. Staff will put toys back to where they are supposed to be. 2) Variety and Quality Large variety of quality wooden toys from Europe. The toys are in good condition and not those cheap plastic China toys. There's everything from cars and railway trains to puzzles, doll houses and toy kitchens. 3) Location. Conveniently situated in Central Mall. 4) Safety All the toys are within the children's height, with carpets on parts of the floor. Sofas are plush and don't have any hard parts. Tables have rounded edges. The area is big enough and yet contained. Parents can monitor their kids without much worry unlike other indoor playgrounds where there are older kids and small kids can get injured by others. Cons 1) Price Quite pricey for weekends/peak periods since it is $26 per child for 2hours of play. 2) Waiting time We didn't have to wait since we went during the lunch hour. But if you are planning to go on weekends during other timings, then you will probably have to queue as they do not accept reservations and the capacity is limited. 3) No battery operated toys My elder son (4yrs old) was a tad disappointed when he realised the crane wasn't remote controlled. He got bored after a while, and needed us to engage him with the toys as they were all manual. Overall, I would say it is a good place for toddlers. They can play in a safe environment and we parents no need to stress about keeping the toys. Most importantly, remember to bring socks! 😊

Great place for young kids. Keeps them occupied for 2 hours

Overall: we will come back. My daughter loved it. I believe some days it might be too busy Pro: big spaces, tons of toys, descent price compared to others Con: maybe a bit too cold in the main area.

It's not bad but I think my baby is too young for it. The bigger room for toddlers are much more spacious and more things to do. I think I might come back again when he is older. The staff is okay. The place is somewhat clean. The toys are well wooden and some are really old but still in use. We went on a weekday afternoon and it was only me and another family. No wait time

My favourite to come with my baby girl. There are so many toys to play with. She just goes and plays independently which is great if I come with a friend and can properly talk to each other. Its very well priced too compared to other places. Very safe place for them to discover the whole place and the best thing is I don’t have to tidy up! Haha

What I like best is there are couches for parents to sit around and chill while the kids play in line of sight. There are three play areas, all filled with toys and look pretty clean. More suitable for toddlers 2 to 4, not so much for slightly bigger kids like 5 and above. Weekend is at $29 for 2 hours, which i feel is pretty pricey given there isn’t slides and stuff.

Visited this place several times- my experience have been positive so far. The staff are helpful with providing assistance. There are good variety of toys- my kid enjoys playing and exploring. It's conveniently located in Central, above Clarke Quay mrt. I also like the fact DDDK and Craftsmen Coffee is nearby too.

Amazing place for kids. I went with my 1yr old and the I can’t area is fu of wooden toys. I loved that. She had so much fun exploring, walking, falling. They have a very well maintained diaper changing room and few high chairs to feed the babies. Highly recommend. Though I only went on a weekday not sure what the weekend vibes are. I wish adults were allowed to take a coffee inside that would make this a perfect play date place for parents.

Great place to take your kids of different ages to play. They have two play areas - a smaller one for toddlers, and another bigger one for older children (above 3). The toys in the different rooms are age-appropriate. The toys are mostly wooden, Montessori-like, no battery toys. There is an elaborate train-set, big doll houses, pretend-play areas, puzzles - something for everyone. The main room is 27$ for 2 hours for 1 child and 2 adults. No reservation required, just walk-in, first-come-first-serve basis.

It was my second time returning to this place as my first encounter was pleasant. However, upon my second visit, I highly do NOT recommend due to the staff friendliness and professionalism. There is a sign at the reception to ensure that the entire play area is a safe zone such that kids with cough, flu symptoms (since that is the most obvious and is great) is not allowed to enter. However, when informed to the staff of the kid who was repeatedly coughing every 2 minutes, they told me they can’t do anything about it. (??) so what is the false promise of a safe zone for all kids for? Also, each ticket per kid allows two accompanying adults which is great. I had a third adult whom of course, did NOT use any facilities, and only waited at the reception area (standing, not even utilising the chairs) because he came for a while (10-15 mins) to pick us up. And we are told off that this adult can’t even step foot into the store? Does that mean I have to pay for an adult if I even step foot into the store itself? Edit following the outlet’s reply - it seems that the accounts are not matching from both parties and I guess this review can just be taken as simply a review of the place for all!

A very lovely play area. We visited only the main play area, and have came back 3 times already. The long train set on a short table is then highlight for sure. Well maintained train sets, at a low height means the younger ones can play together. If the train area is busy, they have several 'corners' for pretend play, puzzles, ball runs and ample seating area for the parents. they also provide a water dispenser which is extremely helpful. The only downside is the plave is really cold. Recommend to bring a jacker if you're planning a play session here!

Located conveniently in the Clarke quay central mall, this play centre offers a sizable choice of toys and activities for children of varied age, taste and likeness. We tried, on differenr occasions both the infant and toddler play zones. Abundantly stocked with toys that enable motor skills and mental development. For toddlers, there are puzzles, board games, doll houses and much more. Minimum play time of 2 hours, but enough stuff to keep them occupied. Definitely recommended.

Brought my 14 month old to visit, it was nice to try out the toddler room and the main space. Variety of toys is good, my girl didn’t seem super interested but I reckon it’s just a phase she’s going through where she prefers climbing and musical toys which here doesn’t have much. They have a lot of ball runs and wooden toys though. Good puzzles too. I think my older son would be interested so I may bring him another day! I’m not sure about the hygiene level here, as to how often they clean the toys or how strict they are. Because of that I’m only giving 3 stars because I’m particular about hygiene with so many bugs going around. There was health check but when we went to the main space, there was clearly a girl coughing with phlegm and her father. Some of the moms were rather annoyed and told him she shouldn’t be in a social space if she was sick, and had to grab their kids away when she was coughing without a mask. Her dad then wore a mask for her Later on I highlighted it to the staff, and was told they usually let coughing children in if they aren’t running a temperature and tell them to wear mask. I don’t understand the need for a health check then if you get what I mean…the sign at the cashier says “coughing?” “Children with symptoms may be asked to leave”. Will I return? Yes but I hope the management can improve the standards of hygiene. Sick kids = germs on toys = other kids falling sick …… I am responding to the reply given.. while I appreciate your reply, I think you may have gotten me mistaken for someone else. Firstly I wasn’t the one who approached both your staff to let them know about the girl coughing in the main space. So to be accurate, I didn’t not receive info from your staff explaining regarding the Aircon etc.. To clarify, I was merely an onlooker in the playspace where there were other moms who was clearly concerned. Perhaps you are referring to one of the moms there whom your staff spoke to, because it was definitely not me. As to your question on how I picked out the child was coughing when there were so many children in the space, i was near enough to her to hear the phlegm and repeated coughing from 5 meters away, so that’s rather easy to ascertain. And she continued coughing while she went to play with the toys. She did not have her mask on when a mom in the main space told her father that she shouldn’t be in a social space if she wasn’t well. That was when he put the mask on for her. Did she have it on before that from registration all the way in? I wouldn’t know, I only saw her father put it on in response to the mom who spoke to him. It also remains true from my account if you check your cctv, that I only told the lady at the cashier at the baby area when I was checking out of the place, that she may want to look into the incident of the coughing child in the toddler play space. And her reply was “we usually let coughing children in if they aren’t running a temperature and tell them to wear mask”. Hence I do feel abit misunderstood for over exaggerating and misconstruing as I never did raise any concern to any staff in the main play space. That being said I do acknowledge what you said about having a declaration form and checking with the parent without accusation whether the child is truly unwell. And I appreciate your explanation. The only reason why I wrote the review is because I didn’t receive ample explanation from the cashier with regard to the care about hygiene standards.

I like that the place is really family friendly and safe. Only one thing sad is that there is no space for parents to just sit and have a quick bite. Staff will quickly come and tell u off, even u sit at the eating corner in the main play space area. According to the staff, she said it is only for childen to eat. Adults not allow. So if you are taking care of your kid alone, u better plan properly and eat sth before u come in. Understand its all about hygiene. But at least a corner for parents to just have a quick bite will be great so that we can fuel up our energy abit as taking care of a kid is really no joke especially a toddler boy, really need lotsa energy.

Disappointed after supporting joy of toys for so many years through COVID, staffs failed to inform there was a 2 hours block and we had planned 4 kids for early dinner after only 1 hour. Even after that, we requested just a 10mins just to appease the kids but the staff (in the play area) rigidly stare at us and 4 kids and kept insisting that she did inform us of the 2 hours. Definitely not worth the price for this rude attitude. Post response; Further clarification, I am sure I heard the 2 hours mentioned to the lady before me, and am sure it was not mentioned to me, as such, I was not sure if it was a different ticket that was purchased. Furthermore, would a 5-10 mins really hurt your business, it would help a long way with the kids.

Playground is good with various toys, but service is bad, lady at the reception is always with a bad face and sitting in her phone. Place is overcrowded on a weekend, first time we decided to come waiting time was around two hours, so we didn’t go. Second time lady at the reception decided to headcount the kids in the main area right when we came in and spent about 20 min to make sure limit is not exceeded.

Favourite place for my grandkids (5 & 3 yrs old). On weekdays it is S$25 each for full day play. You have bring your own socks or buy them there. Have to wear socks inside. They all kinds of toys and you can relax on the sofas there whole the kids play.

I loved this place for my 14 months girl! My husband did some research for good indoor playgrounds to bring kids and he mentioned this place, so we went to have a look. I love how the toys are Montessori style (no passive toys), at eye level of kids so that it keeps them engaged, and different activity themed at different parts of the play area. We were at the toddler side (there's a separate play area for bigger kids) which I loved the separation as well so we didn't have to worry about our LO getting 'run over' by rowdy bigger kids. It was $19 for 2 hours which included 2 adults too so that made it really easy for my husband and myself to take turns to look after our kid, unlike most play areas which only allowed one adult. Definitely coming back here again

Came here today with my 7 month old and stayed in the toddler room. Everything was very clean and welcoming. A quick visual health check and temperature reading was done first to keep all visitors safe. The padded flooring was lovely and soft and the toys were varied, educational and of excellent quality. Very safe, friendly, clean and educational. We will definitely go back.

Preschooler totally enjoyed it! Great concept. Love the unlimited re-entry since children loves playing and can let them play as much as they want instead of limiting their time there. It is conveniently located within the mall, hence easy to grab food. Also facilities are 💯- baby rooms, snack area, feeding areas...good variety of toys. However there were parent seen to be lying down for a nap on the sofa, or playing hide and seek with their kids around which affected the experience a little. It was a wonderful experience nevertheless & will return! :)

Fun for kids. Comfortable seats for the parents. Reasonable pricing. They rotate the toys. Clean. Staff could be friendlier though but I guess everyone is tired - cleaning up after the kids haha.

Great interactive play. Do bring a jacket. It's cold Think my daughter caught HFMD from this place as she was only here over the last 3 days other than home. Do watch your children and not let them put the items or hands in their mouth.

Visiting several times. This is our favorite kids cafe in Singapore. Clean and reasonable price with lots of high quality toys. There are couches for caregivers to rest while kids playing around. Recommend weekdays as Sat and Sun are very crowded.

Nice internal playground with amazing wooden toys that will keep your kids busy and entertained while you can have a cup of coffee. However you can’t bring drinks inside, so you have to have your drinks around the fence and also the staff were somehow unwelcoming.
