Cleanliness -3/5 (noticed many Google review also mentioned musky smell and dusty room) Location 4/5 Staff 3/5 Overall 0/5 Cleanliness is seriously questionable. Sheets are stained, pillows giving off funky stale smell, and the whole room is just very DUSTY! Multiple ants and spider crawling on the bed too 🤮 Also, why is the toilet paper holder placed right next to the SHOWER?!! Had to stop my shower half way to save the toilet roll from being a wet chunk of mess. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from Clarke quay mrt. Quite sheltered throughout the walk from the train station. Rarely interact with the staff but their service is just average. No noticeable extraordinary service. The only saving grace of my stay is the roof top jacuzzi, but still it's not gonna save this review as the water is dirty. Do note that no hair conditioner is provided. The shampoo and body soap are the same soap in different bottle too. Will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN and will not suggest to book a night in this dirty hotel. Ibis hotel 100m away may offer better cleanliness at a cheaper rate per night.

Stayed here for 3 nights and quite satisfied with the overall service and facilities. Pros include: 1) Central location to malls-Central mall has Daiso, Don Donki, tourist areas and access to Purple line MRT-connected to Orange&Blue line, 2) Free upgrade to King Deluxe Room, 3) Free refills minibar, 4) Near to MRT Clarke Quay and bus stops, 5) New room with smart TV, heated showers, fresh towels, kettle, fridge, safety deposit, window, aircond, phone, WiFi, space enough to open one large luggage, big enough for 3 small sized people, 6) Halal eateries (Soup Spoon, Shah Alam Indian Food etc), 7) Nice receptionists 8) Fast check in and check out. 9) Free luggage storage after check out 10) Cute garden at the reception area Cons include: 1) Unclear instructions to reach the hotel. When I arrived at Clarke Quay station, I was advised by the MRT staff to take Exit C (Central Mall) to cross the covered bridge and go to Hong Kong Street. For those with big luggage, note that there's high stairs and faulty, narrow elevator when using the bridge. It is a hassle to have luggages and use this option. Instead, I discovered that it is better to use exit A (Merchant) and then cross the traffic light to head towards Hong Kong Street. This is a flatter option and there's a lift (wheelchair accessible) from the platform to go outside. You may need to note that rain is a challenge too since there's no covered pathway when walking to the hotel in both options. 2) No direct access to/from airport unless you take taxi or Grab. You can take MRT Blue Line from Airport, to Expo to Chinatown, then change 1 station to Clarke Quay. No direct bus too, need to go to Bras Basah. 3) I asked for an iron via Agoda and then they replied they will provide. When I arrived there's none. 4) Breakfast not provided at the hotel and there's no cafe in the hotel. You need to buy $9 breakfast package at a cafe across the building. Better to go somewhere else.

Even the room is tight spaced, i still enjoyed staying here. Location is accessable to mrt, clark quay and wine bar just beside it!

Booked as a Staycation for 4days 3nights. Had a free room upgrade to superior king. Heard that it was a cozy room, clean, etc. Was disappointed when i step in. 1. The room was like to a "capsule room" small or slightly worst. 2. Dust was everywhere, basin, washroom, minibar, bed(slightly). 3. The bed and pillow is very hard. I had backaches, necksore, and couldn't sleep properly. 4. On the 2nd day, Early Morning, estimated 5am~8am, there was a man who was screaming at the top of his voice, banging of doors, having fights with a woman. I took a look while they were leaving. It wasn't customers. It was people who was working there. And initially i thought it was only 2 people, but it was 3. 2man 1woman. 5. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. Hence, you can hear people talking, cleaners walking by with the trolley(its loud fyi). 6. Was told by the cleaner that on the first day they do not change bedsheets, only the second day. I was okay with it. But on the very next day, i went out for the entire day, came back at 9pm+ to find that no one came to replenish the room at all. I didn't put any "stay away" signs as well. Had to call the concierge to replenish our items, she was nice and apologetic. The person who was incharge of our replenishment.. i would say, she is slacking off. I've seen other cleaners, they are hardworking. (Side review) Would recommend not to choose this hotel if you are sensitive to noises and hard sleeping area. Location was actually good, Boat quay, Clarke Quay, Chinatown is very close by. And has some looking good restaurant around. (E.g Mizume, which was directly downstairs)

Worst hotel nd worst service ever !! I hv been to 27 counties around the world over the past 25 years but have never ever seen such a cramped up room nd such pathetic service. This mistake of mine totally ruined my short Singapore trip.

What can I say for the hotel? It was nice hotel with good location. You can walk to almost everywhere around the city with nearby MRT and bus station. I booked with an over price but it was ok. I think I would recommend to take care further in cleanliness because it was bit of dust and hairs on the floor in my bedroom.

Had a short 2D1N staycay here recently. We got the Superior Queen Room, which is small size wise, but the hotel did a good job in maximising the space while keeping the place comfortable at the same time. Not much amenities within the room except for the basic essentials. The mini bar is not a mini fridge as some may think. So there is minimal place to keep your drinks cold and limited to small cans and bottles. Place was situated quite centrally to many places of interest. Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown are all within walking distance. Orchard Road is about a 7 minute bus ride away (depending on traffic). Staffs are all very polite and well versed in answering enquiries. This place is best recommended for those who don't mind less perks in a hotel but more to easy access to nearby places of interest.

Great location but not clean. Walkable to circular road and all the quays. Design is modern. Though, must improve big time on the cleanliness. The dust at the wood panel on side of the bed is a millimeter thick. I was itching all over sleeping in the bed. The room is very dusty and moldy. Even though there are windows that let light and air in. Shower curtain is molded. Water drip from bathroom ceiling.

There were some roaches in the room. Rooms were small and cramp. The ceiling were unfinished with paint and unslightly cement concrete, as though it wad still under construction. Tv channel wasnt working. It was noisy and you can hear noises from the main road. No parking within the hotel and difficult to find parking lots. Even made a mistake of booking a wrong date, it wasnt refundable. Highly not recommended. Dont waste your money booking this hotel. I will never come back again.

Booked a staycation for a recharge. Was totally sold when they mentioned free one hour jacuzzi. The room is small but cozy and good enough for me. I will say that the stay here is suitable for solo/couple. Other than the construction in the morning, and basin placed outside of showering area (which is weird to me) everything seems perfect to me!

Take note that the jacuzzi is under maintenance. The staff working there are impolite (they asked why our room needed so many extra towels when they only gave ONE) and the room is so small we struggled to even move a few inches without bumping into something. The $180 room doesn’t come with any toothpaste/toothbrushes. Note that the ‘Smart’ TV doesn’t work either. Don’t expect much from this MOTEL. You’ll be better off staying in a capsule hotel. The only saving grace is its location (5min from Clarke Quay MRT), but there are way better hotels in the area.

Pros: 1. Location 2. Friendly staff Cons: 1. Worst soundproofing (Earplugs required if there are psychopathic guests in your neighborhood, reception doesn't take any action. Even if there was a fight between guests in front of CCTV, from midnight to morning 2. Messy room (A lot of long, tangled hairs on the floor under the bed and on the bedsheets upon check-in. The coffee pot had more than half of the water used by the previous guests.)

Walking distance to Chinatown and Clarke Key. Capsule style rooms. We had problems with drain becoming blocked and street noise (including garbage truck at 02:00). Staff were responsive to and promptly fixed drain problem.

POOR HYGIENE / CLEANLINESS Poor Standard of Hygiene/Cleanliness/Pest Control/Maintenance Bugs crawling around the bed sheets, caused my skin to itch. There was an opened bottle of water half drunk by the previous guest (Hygiene/Housekeeping 0/5)There was water dripping from above the toilet bowl (Facility/Maintenance 0/5) Was not greeted with a smile during check in nor any smile throughout the check in process at the reception area. Receptionist was cold and unfriendly. (Service 0/5) Thin walls and noise can be heard from the hallways. Overall a bad experience, would not recommend. Also, quite dodgy that the hotel censored my review on another website where they only have positive reviews.

Modern design, cosy room and convenient location. Great place if you are comfortable with a small room. The location is near many great food establishments and is easily accessible.

Although room is only 7m2 but it's nearby Clarkequay and Chinatown. You can walk by foot or take MRT conveniently. I think it's quite budgeted for solo travelers.

Room was small, modern and cosy, room rate was a bit pricy, Good location though, walking distance to Clark Quay, Funan, City Hall and Chinatown.

The room is comfortable although a little small. However, I enjoy the jacuzzi at the rooftop as it's very relaxing.

Stay was good. Counter staff was very informative and apologetic about the construction nearby and gave late checkout to compensate for the noise. Don't really like the cement floor in the room. Bed was quite high but comfortable. Mini bar was free like all nuve hotels. Stay was quite pleasant for a short night.

Stayed a couple of nights here. Hotel is situated close to MRT, Malls, 7-11. The room is functional but abit small for a 6-ft adult, specifically the bed. (Pillows were hard) Our room was on the streets side. There wasn't a night where I didn't wake up because of too much noise down the streets. (ex. Garbage collections, trucks/cars zooming in the wee hours, drunk people shouting). Sound proofing the room on the streets side could be a good idea. There was a free mini bar, nespresso coffee, water bottles and teabag. They replenish it daily. Clean towels are given everyday. I accidentally broke their soap dispenser (smells really good btw) because it wasnt mounted, and abit slippery where they put. They didnt charge me for that accident. Thanks and I apologize for that. The access keycard could be faulty, so try not to keep it close to a phone, to not mess up any setup with it. You'll be asked for a SG100 deposit. I did mine using a credit card, and It got reversed after a week or so.

Too expensive. And not what you see on the picture. Two good things: location and clean bed linnen. The rest causing questions: pillows with mold, finger marks all over around including doors from outside, the glass☝️floor after rain was wet and nobody cleaned it, was easy to slip and fall. I found somebodys false nail in the room. And finally they took deposit which is still not given back even one mounth already past. The only one reason to stay there in my opinion if you desperetly need to be in town. Otherwise really dissappointing.

personally, i enjoy the room vibes. while it is small, it is pretty cosy and comfy ((: room is clean and there's a nice rain shower heh. love the mini snack bar in my room to get a bite when hungry the rooftop jacuzzi is great place to hang out and chill with fairy lights and the jacuzzi itself is ✨👍 for the hotel design itself, really love the open concept and plant stuff! makes me feel like i stepped into a haven to chill and relax :D overall, had an amazing stay and would recommend this place + there are a lot of bars around and it's near the mrt station :-)

If youre youngish 25-40this is probably a good spot for you. Lots of bars nearby. Two really close quality hawker spots to eat at. A seven eleven 2 minutes away. A ton of people congregating at just the right distance. 3 minutes walk. Nestled in a quiet place and on the seventh floor there is a rooftop jacuzzi you can request for an hour out of the day per room. Staff is chill. Staff keeps the rooms clean . Perfect price point per room . Prrtty much everything you need in a hotel at a good location. One con is the room is small and tight

The place is near mrt station and cafe. You can found plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. It provide complimentary one hour Jacuzzi but the water is a bit dirty, need to improve. The room is ok but a bit dusty.Free instant coffee, tea and minibar will provide inside room. It is very convenient for me .Staff is polite and smile. Room was not sound proof, still can hear talking from the nearby occupants. Overall it was a cozy room at a good price.

Possibly the smallest room I have ever rented but it was clean comfortable modern. If I had have hold luggage I don't think it would have fitted in 🤣. No option for the hotel to leave the towel unwashed.
