Stayed
here
for
3
nights
and
quite
satisfied
with
the
overall
service
and
facilities.
Pros
include:
1)
Central
location
to
malls-Central
mall
has
Daiso,
Don
Donki,
tourist
areas
and
access
to
Purple
line
MRT-connected
to
Orange&Blue
line,
2)
Free
upgrade
to
King
Deluxe
Room,
3)
Free
refills
minibar,
4)
Near
to
MRT
Clarke
Quay
and
bus
stops,
5)
New
room
with
smart
TV,
heated
showers,
fresh
towels,
kettle,
fridge,
safety
deposit,
window,
aircond,
phone,
WiFi,
space
enough
to
open
one
large
luggage,
big
enough
for
3
small
sized
people,
6)
Halal
eateries
(Soup
Spoon,
Shah
Alam
Indian
Food
etc),
7)
Nice
receptionists
8)
Fast
check
in
and
check
out.
9)
Free
luggage
storage
after
check
out
10)
Cute
garden
at
the
reception
area
Cons
include:
1)
Unclear
instructions
to
reach
the
hotel.
When
I
arrived
at
Clarke
Quay
station,
I
was
advised
by
the
MRT
staff
to
take
Exit
C
(Central
Mall)
to
cross
the
covered
bridge
and
go
to
Hong
Kong
Street.
For
those
with
big
luggage,
note
that
there's
high
stairs
and
faulty,
narrow
elevator
when
using
the
bridge.
It
is
a
hassle
to
have
luggages
and
use
this
option.
Instead,
I
discovered
that
it
is
better
to
use
exit
A
(Merchant)
and
then
cross
the
traffic
light
to
head
towards
Hong
Kong
Street.
This
is
a
flatter
option
and
there's
a
lift
(wheelchair
accessible)
from
the
platform
to
go
outside.
You
may
need
to
note
that
rain
is
a
challenge
too
since
there's
no
covered
pathway
when
walking
to
the
hotel
in
both
options.
2)
No
direct
access
to/from
airport
unless
you
take
taxi
or
Grab.
You
can
take
MRT
Blue
Line
from
Airport,
to
Expo
to
Chinatown,
then
change
1
station
to
Clarke
Quay.
No
direct
bus
too,
need
to
go
to
Bras
Basah.
3)
I
asked
for
an
iron
via
Agoda
and
then
they
replied
they
will
provide.
When
I
arrived
there's
none.
4)
Breakfast
not
provided
at
the
hotel
and
there's
no
cafe
in
the
hotel.You
need
to
buy
$9
breakfast
package
at
a
cafe
across
the
building.
Better
to
go
somewhere
else.
