Pretty nice building with greenery. However the hotel definitely fall short in terms of standards. 1. Emails for special request prior to stay left unanswered. 2. Their in house app is beyond horrible. The guest experience was very much affected by that. 3. Their food is ordinary for a hotel who market themselves as a posh hotel. 4. Request over phone are left ALL unattended to, to the extent we just gave up trying. In short, pros: beautiful pool, comfy bed. Cons: bad customer experience So if you are looking for a 5 star treatment experience, this is not a hotel to go to. It is a pity that other hotels which charge a much more affordable fee provide a much better experience to their guests. Hope they can take this feedback and improve on their customer experience.

Very nice hotel and staff are attentive as well. Located in a quieter area but close to boat quay and gardens by the Bay and marina sands. Highly recommended if you want to have a different view rather than the famous Orchard Road area.

The unique architecture of this hotel is already impressive, full of greenery and with an infinity pool overlooking Singapore’s skyline. The breakfast buffet is one of a kind: a great variety of international foods.

I absolutely loved the hotel. From what I understand, it's the most sustainable hotel in Singapore. I appreciated the filtered water in the bathroom instead of the plastic bottles, and the wood interior. Sustainability-wise there are still improvements that can be made but it's because I work in the field and know many details. This hotel has the best breakfast that I have ever had. It embodies the values of Singapore- the mixture of different cuisines (European, Chinese, Indian, Japanese) all organically blended together. Food was delicious, and the options were endless.

We had a lovely stay here, loved that it's so lush and forward thinking. The room is a good size and I would definitely recommend staying here. Pool area is lovely, the breakfast buffet has loads of choices ans service top notch! Great location.

Perfect location, next to metro, Chinatown and malls. The room is nice, new and clean. All facilities are great. Big varieties breakfast. Friendly and helpful staffs. The only thing that was bit bothered me was they do not have a drinking water within the room except the tap drinking water. Truly understand that water in Singapore is clean but still for the price of the room it was a bit tricky. The concept of the hotel is to avoid any plastic products but there’s also a glass bottle out there in the market which you can provide. Anyway it was a great experience after all and will be staying here again next time when we visit Singapore.

My first visit to Singapore was not enjoyable due to a poor hotel experience at Park Royal at Kitchener Road The level of customer service provided by the company is below average. During my stay I encountered an attitude of "don't approach" me both at the front desk , restaurant and at the concierge. The bell desk person broke my luggage with no apology walked away with a don't give a damn attitude. It was a four-night stay. I had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned and the towels to be replaced. The wet towels are rolled up and placed back instead of being replaced. The bed sheets did not get cleaned and the bins did not get emptied. Despite sending an email to the General Manager and Duty Manager indicating that this was my first visit and that we are celebrating my wedding anniversary all was ruined. Very disappointed! I will never return to this establishment and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is much better to stay at Holiday Inn ( great feedback from my mate)

The hotel is beautiful and has great facilities. Our room was very comfortable! The filtered water tap in replacement of plastic bottles of water was a nice added touch. From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and helpful. We dined at the restaurant and ordered room service, all dining experiences were great. The cocktails were some of the best we've had! Especially the espresso martini! The pool has a nice view and the gym has everything you need.

Booked the urban room (lead-in category) for a weekday stay for one night. Room is nice and qiote spacious because of the amount of daylight coming in to the room. Nice calming interior design. Service was pretty okay overall. Location is really convenient. Plenty of food options around as well if you do not want to dine in at the hotel.

Definitely one of my top 5 staycation venues. Location was good. Despite COVID-19, we still could access good and affordable food in the vicinity - Hong lim park food centre and Chinatown point. If you'd wish to go for a morning run, hong lim park provides the premise for a good workout. I would suggest going to the infinity pool at level 5 after the workout because its a really good chillout spot. Customer service was definitely another notable aspect of this hotel. All staff were very courteous, very friendly, very attentive to all our needs. Housekeeping was extremely fast and kempt. 🤗 Highly recommended to everyone, including families because its very kid-friendly.

The check in was fuss free. There was a complementary daycare pack which was useful. The toiletries smells nice too. Hotel is beautiful with lots of greenies. Very windy and lush around the corridors and exterior of building. The pool was clean and sufficient for us to share. Location wise, it is right beside Chinatown Mrt. Many eateries and it was very convenient to pack in to eat during the heighten alert. There was a cool gardener spot in our room and the notice informed us to use the day/night blinds if we wanted privacy. While using, the gardener really did walk by. The front counter staff and James was helpful and friendly. My mum enjoyed the day. Hope to bring her to ur hotel again during her 72 nd birthday in Sept.

Celebrated our 2020 wedding anniversary at Lime restaurant. My wife enjoyed the greenery view/deco and food of this hotel. Planned for a staycation and lunch buffet this time. Poor internal communication: •Few Front desk staff wrongly addressed my gender via email (informed them few time is Mr instead of Ms) •Didn’t acknowledge my lunch reservation(ended up we just walk-in, luckily still have seat on the actual day). •Went over to front desk to check in @2:30pm but was informed the room wasn’t ready. Offered to keep our luggage and will contact us once the room is ready latest by 3:30pm.. visit the hotel’s facility and waited at the pool around 3:30pm, didn’t receive any update or call from front desk… decided to go down and check with front desk @3:33pm, front desk busy checking their system, no interaction/explanation to us, took another 3-5minutes, they then passed us the room card and said they upgraded our room without any further explanation or apology.. •luggage is offered to keep at lobby but the staff didn’t pass us any card for collection (luckily my wife spot our luggage at the back of their counter) During the booking of this staycation, i informed the purpose is for our wedding anniversary celebration. Front desk approached me for all the details that needed to arrange for some special arrangement. However, stepped in to the upgraded room, but there was nothing arranged… my wife is very disappointed with my arrangement this time… • received a in house call from front desk claiming there is some amenities prepared and going to send to our room. Informed them we are fine and thank you for the arrangement but the staff strongly insist to send it over and claimed is already prepared. However, we had been waiting for approx 2HOUR for this arrangement to arrive our room….. Hotel deco is very harmonious and food prepared by Lime is still very good 👍🏻

Dirty pools and not well maintained, its “for the gram” kind of pool. There were pieces of unidentified clumps in the pool. The room’s sliding door had a piece of false ceiling that fell off and hit the top of my head before it landed on the ground. Called maintenance to fix the issue but it took them about 30mins to attend to fault and just when I was about to take an afternoon nap the engineer arrived to check on the fault. There was no service recovery initiative by the staff. Called the concierge to request a late check-out as my time while waiting for the engineer to fix the issue was wasted, was brushed off by staff with standard answer “as the room is fully booked…” There was zero effort in service recovery by the staff or duty manager. The breakfast spread is good but again service is an issue. Our table was cleared when we went to queue for food and was told by the waitress to find any other random seat. We had to request for new utensils and drinks. Please take your money elsewhere, its a hotel with good location and architecture. But that’s about it. There are better hotels with good/excellent service with a lower price as well. Of course, we will expect a standard template for reply of google reviews. Please reflect on your management and services. A disgrace to a 5-star hotel standard.

The Park Royal Pickering is a gorgeous hotel, like in a vertical garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean modern, quiet and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants, even close to China town. The pool was nice, However a little cooler for us being in the shade of the building. We stayed for 3 nights

This stunning "green" hotel will leave you in awe from the moment you arrive. The attention to detail and impeccable service provided by the staff is simply unmatched. The infinity pool is truly wonderful, and the comfortable bed will ensure a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offers a great selection of delicious and locally-sourced options. The hotel is designed with eco-friendly materials and features, making it a truly green oasis in the heart of the city. Its location is also ideal for exploring all that Singapore has to offer.

We only stayed for a night. It was just OK. The pool area is beautiful. But on a a rainy day, the pool water was just too cold. It seems that many hotel pools are not heated, such as Marina Bay Sands, Marriott South Beach. As for the food, we weren’t too impressed. We had a lounge access room, which purportedly allowed for late checkout until 2pm. We were told that the latest checkout was 1pm because our room was needed for another guest. After checking their website for that evening, five rooms under the same category as our room was still available for booking. I don’t know what to think. I guess we won’t be coming. We had a much better stay at Marina Bay Sands.

Amazing hotel, 5 star decor and beautifully appointment room. Staff were friendly but not quite as attentive to international visitors as could have been. I can't really put my finger on it but it felt a little forced.

You can't help but love this hotel. Its a proper excursion into architecture within a hotel, which is then covered in a rain forest. Water, plants and crazy walkways at high level with plants and creepers all around makes it very pleasant. Things I love as well are the little touches, for example, each room has a filtered drinking water tap, saves on bottled water and saves on plastic and waste, I wish more hotels would offer this it's exactly what you want. The breakfast and food is wide ranging and comprehensive. The staff are the last thing that makes this hotel. They really can't do enough to help, very pleasant, always helpful and always ask what more that they can do. I have stayed in a few hotels in Singapore and this will always be top for me.

Had a 2-night staycation at Parkroyal Pickering which was thoroughly enjoyed. Check-in was smooth even though there was a bit of a queue. Perhaps could be made even smoother if the hotel could consider getting staycayers to check in at staggered times. Small matter though, because staff were all pleasant, professional and accommodating. Received keys to an Urban Junior Suite a little before the official check-in time and everything was as it should be. Was a little concerned about the air-conditioning as it was still rather warm in the suite even after 45 minutes. Called One Connect and they promptly sent someone to have a look and gave some advice with regard to lowering the blackout blinds in the day. Most amazing thing is that they called back in the evening to check if the air-conditioning issue had been resolved. Was impressed by this seemingly trivial act of service. 👍🏻 Stay was suitably restful and we were wowed by the views accorded by the suite. Checkout was also done swiftly by a gentleman who seeing the check-in crowd, assured us that we could just pass him the keys and the bill would be settled accordingly. Received an email for the bill in about an hour’s time with correct final bill and refunded initial deposit. Really awesome. If there’s anything to be improved, it would be to consider staggered check-in as well as to adjust the temperature of the fridge in the room, as only the middle shelf of the fridge was cool enough to chill drinks (considering that we were there during Phase 2HA with no dine-in and it was more convenient to buy and store our own drinks.) But a really good experience nevertheless. 👍🏻👍🏻

The lounge had free flow alcohol. But it took close to half an hour to top up my alcohol if staff not prompted. And just to clarify. It wasn’t even packed. There were more staff than there were guest(s). Not for alcoholics who like their drinks to keep coming. But it’s good for the liver :) More than once we got stained cutlery. The lifts stopped working (but got repaired within 2 hrs). The afternoon tea or evening cocktail must go on time… cuz selection will get more dismay before the 2 hrs are up.

Fantastic hotel & facilities. We had breakfast included which was fantastic. If you want lunch or dinner in the hotel you have to book. Very close to China Town, Raffles Hotel & all the attractions. Staff are brilliant & can't do enough for you. They also lend you umbrellas when it rains.

We had a tremendous experience during our 3 days stay. The service was great, delicious and lots of variety foods, the urban green concept design of the building was excellent, place was quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Cleaner ensure that our room are clean and topping up tissues, towel every day. A complimentary carpark coupon is added to points. We had a relaxing and enjoyed our short stay here. We definitely come back.

Gorgeous hotel with impeccably serviced rooms and a well-above-average bar/restaurant. The gardens are extensive, well taken care of, and a delight to walk through. The biggest draw for us was the hotel's proximity to Chinatown and the MRT. Its location made the majority of our points of interest walkable/accessible.

The room was okay, it was quite nice. Everything except the breakfast was nice. This is if you’re going during the pandemic then the breakfast buffet is not nice and not worth it. Don’t bother getting the breakfast. The options are limited to ~6 choices and the first 4 choices are the same thing (western breakfast) just with different style of cooking eggs e.g. scrambled eggs, sunny side up etc. The rest is just pancakes or cha kuay teow etc. Fruit and yoghurt as well as some mini Danish pastries will be given without having to order. The coffee and tea is terrible. They are sour, like those cheap instant coffee that’s kept for too long in the cabinet. I went in Dec 2020 for reference. Not sure if they’ve updated the menu.

Friend had a wedding here. The rooms and areas were pretty decent! However, the bridal rooms + wedding venue ballroom bookings were always double booked, which created huge inconvenience for us! The banners for the wedding were hanged on slanted bars which did not feel very safe to use. However, staff here were extremely helpful and really did their best in ensuring that the wedding was well done!

The hotel architecture is simply wonderful with the gardens woven into the building, the rooms are modern and immaculately clean, the service is professional and helpful, the location is perfect, close to China town and plenty of restaurants. The only issue we had was that we arrived very early in the morning though the staff were able to allocate one of the rooms around midday which was very much appreciated, though the 2nd room wasn’t available until 3pm which from my perspective is a bit late but coming the normal these days in Singapore.

Stayed there for four nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The green concept of the hotel is exercised very thoroughly and we loved all the amenities, such as the great pool and also their restaurant. Our kids loved the Halloween dinner...so many lovely details and it really showed the staff's creativity. Everyone was really nice and the rooms were spacious, very silent and clean.

A very nice hotel, with a green design and excellent service. The exterior design of the building is well covered by plants, creating a green and cool ambiance. The interior is dominated by wood. The room is spacious, with big glass windows to enjoy Singapore's urban landscape from above. For environmental purposes, plastic water bottles are not provided. Instead, there's a filtered water faucet. The pool is about 25 meters in length with an infinity design and the water feels refreshing. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of offerings. Recommended.

The building’s design is gorgeous with urban green spaces concept. The room is spacious, very clean and organized. Overall I had a nice sleep and this came from someone who is a light sleeper. The location is perfect with a large park in front, you’ll get the city vibe, very close to MRT and close to Chinatown and Clarke Quay area.

Extraordinary building! Enjoyed it so much staying there! Would definitely come back! Wonderful infinity pool, delicious breakfast, super comfy and spacious room, overly friendly staff and pioneer on environmental friendly facilities and services (like an extra tap for drinking water next to the common tap in the room instead of plastic bottles, even in the gym you get no plastic bottles but carton tetrapacks!)

We stayed here 2 days. This hotel is just as good or even better than Marine Bay. It’s like living in a beautiful garden. And the rooms are spacious, elegant, beautiful. The in-room dining is the best we have had in Singapore and prices are affordable. Staff friendly. I can’t fault this hotel. Location is also walking distance from China Town, marine Bay, little India, restaurants and the Sultan Mosque.

The hotel itself is beautiful!! Love the busting green and new/ modern facility. Hotel room (we stayed at Urban room) are quite small but very well design so it's still functional. Staffs are kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet are full of varieties from West to East. We tried out the spa and they did an amazing job. The infinity pool and the gym was a great bonus as well! The location is the best since it's close to subway, Chinatown but still in a very quite part of town. The only issue I have was the hallway with low railing which I think it might be dangerous for kids or people who afraid of height.

My 3D2N staycation ended yesterday. Although I stayed in the basic Urban Room, I found it spacious enough for 1 pax. The room was very clean but the bed & pillow were a tad soft for me. Complimentary parking was an additional perk.

Great experience in Collection Room. A very well designed hotel with beautiful architecture and garden. Food served in club lounge was delicious with prompt service. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktail very much. Breakfast at Lime Restaurant was pretty good with wide varieties and plenty of hot items and cold cuts to choose from.

Great aesthetic and modern rooms, not the most spacious, but very efficient use of space. The rooms are nice and woody, the bathroom seems a bit dark, but it's good.

Had a very pleasant staycation at the hotel. All staff, from the reception to the restaurant, were extremely friendly, thoughtful and professional. The room (Signature room with kind bed) was clean and spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the city. Food and beverages were of high quality (except for the truffle fries), and were especially value for money using “Stayed and Feast with 100% Dining Credits”. The pool has many “pods” and other sitting areas to chill while maintaining privacy and safe distancing (against COVID-19).

I have booked a stay at the Parkroyal Collection Pickering over the National Day Parade Show weekend and I was hesitant at first given that it could be a busy weekend. The pre-check in inquiries are not handled proactively. I had to call and ask about the pool and breakfast booking about 2 days before the checking in. However the experience improved on the day itself. During check in the staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave an upgrade of the room to a Signature Suite, which came with views of the Floating platform towards New Bridge Road as requested. Our requests for ice and extra cutlery were fulfilled promptly as well. The room and the hotel seemed to have aged pretty well, it is still comfortable and the high ceilings with the views of the city surrounded by lush greenery remains a sight to behold. The bathroom is also one of the best with views of the vertical greenery and natural light (although there might be privacy concerns). My only issue is that the Signature Suite is a little dark at night for the living room. I had both breakfast and afternoon tea at the lounge on the 16th floor. The afternoon tea could be better with the scones behind heated up while the breakfast was okay. I like the omelette and cold cuts plus cheese the most. Generally I find the food at the hotel to be okay, the cake I took away from Lime was average as well. However, there are plenty of food options around the hotel anyway. The friendly staff and excellent service at the lounge is the most memorable. Checking out was smooth, the hotel also help to keep some items in the chiller for me. All in all, it was a nice and relaxing stay at the Parkroyal Pickering with great service and a nice room to relax in.

The architecture - absolutely stunning. Landscaping - breathtaking. The layers of curves emulating rice paddy fields is consistently applied throughout the building and is beautiful in every way. This is definitely one of the best designed buildings in the world, living up to its name of forest in the city. The interior of the rooms however were a bit of a letdown. They were spacious but the lighting was too dim and the design wasn’t as nice. Service was impeccable though. Overall still an amazing, amazing property.

Magical stay, all too short due to it only being for one night. The hotel’s design and garden walk is a destination unto itself. At checkin, we were taken care of by Samuel, who noted our honeymoon and made an exception to allow for a late checkout and some other goodies. Our room had an amazing view of Singapore’s skyline toward the east and packed with little features like a double access bathroom and automatic blinds. Breakfast was solid but a bit hectic. Location is unbeatable with easy access to a number of bus lines.

This was, absolutely honestly, the best hotel I have ever been a guest at! Architecturally one of a kind, it is a pleasure to swim in the pool that blends pefectly into the green framework of the building. Inside, the design is modest yet elegant. Staff is very attentive and naturally friendly (on day 3 they knew exactly how we liked our breakfast coffee). Food is fabulous. Conveniently located next to hop on/hop off bus, Central Business District and Chinatown with its vast culinary and cultural options.

Stayed in the urban junior suite in June 2021. Room wasn't speckless. Could find stains on the table, hair on the sofa and food crumbs on the rug. Room was big, beautiful and comfy. Had a great time sitting on the sofa, reading a book, enjoying my zen time. Location was splendid as well. Really appreciate the Hong Lim food centre right beside the hotel - can get local breakfast without ordering room service. Bathroom was extremely spacious. Liked that the toilet and bath area was separated. The service wasn't that impressive considering it's a 5-star hotel. Not bad, but not great. As with the pandemic, have been having more staycations. Can say that Singapore hotels' service standards are really lacklustre. Aircon was really weird as well. The room was extremely hot when i first went in. Subsequently, the aircon had a mind of its own. Cold at times, but mostly hot. The room was also kinda dim for me. Toilet lights went off by itself which i believe is due to the eco-friendliness of the hotel. Some of the buttons/switches too high tech for me. Or maybe it's just that my intellect too low. Didn't really know if something was on or off. Like the do not disturb and housekeeping buttons. I know some of the above can be resolved by calling the front desk but sometimes, it can help if things are intuitive or stated in the hotel guidebook. I might have many gripes but overall, i felt really relaxed and decompressed a lot during this staycation. And that outweighs all the minor irritants i experienced. Would go back for the beautiful room and location though. Cleanliness really needs to be improved though.

A new hotel in the center of Singapore with lots of attention dor sustainability. Walls full of plants to moderate temperature, responsible sourced wood, massive use of recycled materials and smart use of space; while not given up on comfort and design.

I can’t believe I have not given Pickering a review yet. It’s been my favourite hotel to staycay in Singapore, especially with Beach Road closing to support SHN. I’ve stayed here a number of times over the last few years, in a variety of rooms from the urban to the junior suite (and am looking forward to the signature one this week~). First up, service is always excellent - friendly, patient and attentive. They know their stuff, what they can and can’t offer you, and are professional and efficient about it. A pleasant, seamless experience which is what I’m looking for. The decor is beautiful - pictures speak a thousand words. The rooms are all nicely furnished in a calming modern style. They are not massive like older developments but are Very Efficiently designed which more than makes up for it! The urban rooms feel spacious and the suites feel voluminous - despite the fact they arent actually all that huge objectively. The views from every room I’ve gotten are stellar. You will have no complaints. You’d be wishing you could keep the blinds up all day and all night. Its mad. The food is consistent across parkroyal - ie they are good. The club/collection benefits are great and generous, with delicious breakfast and an absolutely stellar cocktail menu (with properly crafted cocktails - not the sort of airplane “slosh it together yourself nonsense). However, with the second Phase 2, they seem to have simplified their menu to a rather limited selection of simple cocktails, which was disappointing to be honest. The breakfast options also deteriorated somewhat, being served in a bento box etc. However, it may be because I was in the collection lifestyle room rather than suite this time around. Even if it was differentiated for the suites, I would also be disappointed. I fee It cheapens the brand. Parking is easy and unlike some (older) hotels, does not make you feel like a fool for driving (ie the carpark is actually decent and not some basement dungeon). However you only get 2 coupons a day so plan your use! Not that it would be hard. You’re right in the middle of town, AND why would you even want to leave their beautiful rooms?

Here's Clint Eastwood style review of a pretty unique accommodation in Singapore. Good stuff: ✅ Awesome service from arrival time to ordering taxi for us on departure. ✅ Room was very clean and everything looks great and works well. ✅ Excellent gym and pool with beautiful view! ✅ Green building from the pool deck and exterior of the building was refreshing to look at. ✅ They have environmentally friendly initiatives in place. Bad stuff: ❌ Breakfast buffet wasn't that good. Comparable to 3-4 ⭐ hotel buffet really. Disappointed in a luxury place with mediocre food. They really need to improve on this... Nothing really ugly to note. In summary, would I be back? Yes I might but I wouldn't spend money on the buffet.

Pleasant stay..the king bed is huge..the 4 of us slept peacefully. The centralized aircon is too cold..and we have no option to keep it warmth..maybe it due to the carpentry inside the room they want to preserve. Overall 5star

A hotel to visit even you aren't staying here, the building and the architecture is good enough reason for you to pay a visit.

Great hotel in a good location. A modern fusion of urban and green. Accessible to city centre attractions such as Clarke Quay, Chinatown. It is also in walking distance to Chinatown MRT.

The experience of this hotel is alright with a nice location which is next to Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar area. The building itself is famous with the sky garden. The pool is quite cold in the afternoon as there is no sunshine reaching the pool. Although it’s by reserve to use the swimming pool, but a lot of random people walk into the pool area while we were there, the security isn’t that good. The room itself is small and most of the rooms are far away from the lift.

Stayed for 2 nights in an urban junior suite with club privileges (1st day) and with kids (2nd day). Service was excellent throughout, from the reception (no dedicated check-in/out at the club lounge) to the restaurant and lounge. High tea, evening cocktails and champagne breakfast at the club, and buffet dinner and breakfast at Lime were all splendid! They're doing a buffet now, you go to the line and tell the serving staff what you want and they will pick it up for you. Did a 1-hr Balinese massage at the spa - very highly recommended! My masseuse (a lady originally from Bintan) helped to work out my almost frozen left shoulder! The room was great! Nice view of the Singapore River with a nice bathtub and rain shower area. Everything was designed with a lot of thought and attention to detail. Kids loved the blinds and the ceiling to floor bay windows with both day blinds and blackout blinds which can be separately controlled. It was our anniversary and they gave us a nice dessert and a bottle of champagne which was a great gesture! Finally, the swimming pool was also nice, if a bit cold. Overall, we thoroughly loved our stay!

There is a thousand great reasons to stay at Park royal on Pickering. Earning 5 stars. It is quite simply the hospitality that has been on showcase from the hotels conception through to everyday operation that makes genuine escapism in the city of Singapore possible.

Check in was hassle free. Due to COVID, only 2 person was allowed to stay in the hotel. I did the whole planning for my bestie and was grateful to Ms.Nana for helping with the tons of things and balloons for the surprise party. The one star was the old mirror that was rather tainted and old if not it will be great!

Dear Jean-Philippe Jacopin, Just wanted to congratulate your team at Lime Restaurant for their outstanding service rendered to us yesterday during our dinner. They truly made the difference in terms of service standards and going an extra mile. A special 'Thank you' to Chef Sashi(apologies but not very sure if I spelled his name correctly) for his recommendations and service. However, did feedback to him that the buffet spread was great however, the Laksa was quite salty. Will definitely dine again at your restaurant ! Keep up the good work and admire the team spirit from top down.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Serviced daily. We were fortunate to have a club floor access room which proved to be a great experience. The staff were exceptional and catered for our every need. Our sincere thanks go to Anna, Shirley, Dong and the Chefs behind the counter. Nothing was too much trouble! We hope to return soon!

had a disappointing staycation at their Collection room. We had paid premium so as to enjoy premium service, but what we encountered was nothing premium. The service in the club room was slow and the food and drinks were average. We had to queue v long to check in, and also not granted late checkout, not even an hour or so. Bed sheet was hot and uncomfortable. The only good thing was that the view in the room, club house and swimming pool were fantastic. And the superb nice hong lim market food just beside the hotel. Definitely not worth to go for their collection room.

Waited 50min for room after check-in process was done, beginning was told by reception will take about 15min as house keeping are checking on Room if it’s ready when back to reception and was told to give them another 2-5min ended up total waited for 50min. Afterward approaching the reception she finally gave us the room card and within fews Second she asked to return the room card and our room was changes to another room number. Check-in was totally very unpleasant and room should be ready before we arrival at 4pm. Hotel receptionist service is very poor the amount we paid is not justify as we paid $331.39 for 1night (without Breakfast or Dinner) really regret booking this hotel Looking at the review Hotel GM just reply on default template it really disappointing they should take action to solve check-in process and room should be ready before guest check-in before 3pm and not only when guest arrival than the receptionist check if room is ready and make guest seat at lobby and wait as during this covid period should let us have less contact with other guest passing by in and out of the lobby Totally disappointed with this hotel would not recommend if the service Standards still repeating its mistake

Spacious, well appointed and maintained guestrooms. Bedding is very comfortable and quality in room toiletries provided. Coffee served at Lime needs to be improved, the flat white is way too weak and too diluted.

stayed in their urban room and glad to say that I would totally return again. The view is really great and the room is really clean and tidy. Lime restaurant does not disappoint as well. Food there is towards the pricey side and waiting time is kind of long as well but since it tasted really good, I guess it was worth the wait. Staff at the checkout area was also kind enough to help me pickup my airpods that I left in my room as I was about to depart. Overall stay was really pleasant and enjoyable.

Definitely the most and the best environmental friendly hotel that I have ever been to. It’s beautiful, eco friendly, very green, stunning architecture and clean! Beautiful view and very relaxing area while using the pool with so many amazing trees! I love how they pay attention to details to look after the environment, shampoos are all in bottle so no plastic waste and single use plastic! Water bottle are made of glass, they are cleaned and refilled with filtered water in-house so no emission is generated for transport. There are two bins in each room one for recycling and another for non-recycling. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go back for sure!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends if staying in Singapore. Would definitely go back to this hotel myself too! The place was unbelievable! Modern, yet has this Japanese Ryokan vibe to it. It's in the middle of the city but you feel like you're in a secluded resort. Because it's in the middle of the city, makes traveling easy as well. Good location and my best stay so far!

The receptionist was courteous and able to answer my queries on Covid-19 restrictions before I check-in. It was a Sunday but the check-in process was hassle-free. When we entered the Urban King room, it was clean and tidy. There were plenty of space around the king size bed. The pool and garden terrace were great places for Instagram photos. I would like to comment one of the cleaners, Gilbert, for being diligent and meticulous. He found my shoebag and deposited it as lost & found with the receptionist. The shoebag was nicely wrapped with a note detailing the contents. The retrieval process was seamless and swift. Happy to experience such great service and I would book another staycation with them.

Fantastic staycation experience! All the staff were lovely, the room was modern and clean, and the location is great for a staycation, with so much in walking distance. One area for improvement would be the food at breakfast. It's OK, but for the price (if it's not included in your room) you could go to a cafe or hawker nearby for something better and cheaper.

Stepping in the hotel we were greeted by the attentive staffs at the entrance and check-in staff was friendly and the process was smooth. Room is quite spacious with separate section between shower and sink and also have a bathtub in the room which you are able to enjoy the outside view. The bed was super comfy. We never feel back pain or awake until the sun comes up. Overall this hotel offers a great service!!
