Did
a
3-night
staycation
for
the
first
time
here.
Overall
alright,
but
in
some
areas
they
might
still
be
trying
to
recover
from
the
pandemic,
and
are
not
totally
ready
yet.
The
positives:
-
Excellent
service
levels
all
around.
This
applies
to
pretty
much
almost
every
one
of
their
service
staff
we
encountered
during
the
visit,
including
the
security
personnel
on
the
ground
floor,
and
the
housekeeping
staff.
The
people
at
Seasonal
Tastes
were
exceptional.
-
Room
was
spacious,
comfortable,
and
generally
well-maintained.
Wish
we
got
a
room
with
a
better
view
though.
-
Relatively
uncrowded
over
the
long
weekend,
which
is
great
for
a
peaceful
break
with
the
family.
The
not-so-positives:
-
Only
one
parking
pass
per
stay,
regardless
of
number
of
nights.
We
had
to
leave
the
car
behind
and
take
public
transport
each
time
when
we
wanted
to
venture
out.
-
The
parking
pass
also
does
not
cover
weekdays.
-
No
members'
promos
like
Elite-tier
discounts
and
kids
dine
free
during
public
holidays.
-
No
evening
turndown.
-
No
buffet
breakfast.
We
were
looking
forward
to
self-serve
breakfasts
again
following
the
change
in
government
regulations,
but
were
disappointed
when
we
found
out
they
only
serve
set
breakfasts,
with
only
5
options
to
choose
from.
Family
of
4
ordering
one
different
item
each,
3
nights
-
we
ended
up
literally
eating
the
same
things
each
morning.
-
The
steam
room
and
whirlpool
in
the
spa
were
not
working.
To
make
things
worse,
when
I
asked
to
be
let
into
the
spa,
stating
my
intention
to
use
these
facilities,
the
staff
member
simply
let
me
in
without
bothering
to
offer
any
heads-up.
I
discovered
these
were
not
working
only
after
I
changed
my
attire
and
tried
to
operate
them.
A
heads-up
would
have
been
nice
to
spare
me
the
trouble
of
having
to
change
twice
just
for
the
enjoyment
of
pushing
a
couple
of
buttons
which
did
nothing.
