INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE - Thank you to Siva and Keith! My family and I stayed at Village Residence Robertson Quay, and it was simply fantastic! The service was amazing, the area was perfect, and there were no issues. Special thanks to Siva (one of the housekeepers) who always helped us with a smile on her face! All of the staff (especially Keith at the front desk) were courteous and extremely helpful. Once again, thank you to Village Residence Robertson Quay.

My family of 6 stayed here during our renovation from Feb - May 2022. We thank the staff for their warmth and professionalism in making our stay comfortable and hassle free. The place is clean, convenient and has beautiful views of the river. However, the friendliness and warmth of the staff is the real deal here. We miss the place and would definitely come back for another stay when we can.

Our family stayed this SA for one month. The staffs are very kind and helpful and the room was so clean and comfortable. The location is also great, nearby to mrt station. I really recommend to everyone to stay here!

The gent's toilet at the ground floor is disgusting, always choke and filled up to the rim with urine. Bad image for Singapore.

The apartments may not be luxurious but the place is just brilliant. In the heart of Clark Quay. Just leave your room and you are at the center of everything. I lived here for 6 months and I can confidently recommend this place.

Serviced accommodations at one of the most reasonably priced in the city center especially in this hot rental climate. Facilitates are a little dated, but still usable.

Stayed here for a week summer 2022 while on work trip in Singapore with family. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, check in was seamless and we were shown and walked through the apartment. The location is superb - lots of restaurants within the same complex, supermarket within 2 min walk (Cold Storage in UE Square), MRT station 5 min away (Fort Canning) and located right along the Singapore River where one can walk to Clark, Boat Quays and even MBS. Only downside is size of apartment and the age is showing in some places Otherwise really nice stay

I stayed there for 2 months from early may to July this year. Location is great with just few mins walk from MRT. The staff is very helpful especially the front desk, reservations and technician. They deserved 5 stars but I only put an overall 4 stars because the cleanliness of the room was not quite up to standard. My husband reported once to the front desk but not much improvement afterwards. We didn’t keep the photos as it was not pleasant with all the black molds around the bathroom sink, bathtub and the shower basin. The washing machine door plastic gasket was moldy also and I ended up cleaning it myself. I think the housekeeper of my apartment will thank me of doing a major clean up for her.

Everyone we encountered during our stay was wonderful. We had an apartment for 6 which everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a welcome pack in the room and were advised if we needed replenishment (tea &coffee) to just ask. We received some lovely Indian sweets for Diwali including a drink from flowers grown in the garden near the pool. Breakfast available weekdays was well looked after, fresh food being brought out regularly. Couldn't wish for a better place to stay. Thanks everyone

a real handy place to stay, the staff are so obliging and the rooms are very comfortable. A large number of restaurants are along the river and supermarkets, more restaurants, bottle shops, beauty salons are within a block away and the train is only a ten minute walk. We really enjoyed staying here and will certainly stay there again when in Singapore.

Service was outstanding. Staff replied to emails efficiently, greeting with a smile every encounter, nothing was too much bother. We had a problem with our ac in our 3 bedroom and were immediately relocated to another room, then given gifts and a transfer to our departing flight. Special mention to Ricole and team for fantastic, caring, outstanding customer service👌

Staff are very accommodating and friendly, pool and gym are quiet and the apartments are very clean. Slightly aged bathroom/kitchen could do with updating, and a few maintenance issues popped up during our stay (attended to straight away) Will definitely stay again.

Incredible residence! The pool was amazing! The staff super friendly and always ready to help. The room was very good, awesome bed, floor, decoration, everything was perfect! I can't say enough good things about this place. Come and see for yourself, you won't regret it one bit. Only thing you might complain is that they don't serve breakfast on the weekends, which doesn't make much sense since to stay here, you need to book a minimum of 7 days. But other than this, unbelievable. The gym works 24/7 and isn't very big but has the perfect machines to work all your muscles. The pool stays open until later than what I'm used to.

Very convenient location, nicely sized appartment and very friendly and attentive staff!! Special thanks to our housekeeper Siva!!!! She worked very thoroughly and brought always a cheerful atmosphere to the unit which enticed my toddler to help out too!

Excellent place for short and long term stay. The staff team is.very attentive to the guests and keep their comfort always as first priority. Special thanks to front desk, house keeping and f&b staff. I highly recommend this place for service and it's location.

We stayed at Village residences at Robertson quay from Nov to Dec 2021. It was just a great experience for us. The reception staff were warm, friendly and always tried to make our stay better. Thank you to Dion, Keith, Ricole abs all the other people that are the face of the great service delivered. The housekeeping staff Parthipan was always a joy to see, very conscientious and warm , never knew he was there if we were in , so quiet and discreet. Thank you for a great stay, hope you have a super 2022.

After a shaky start, our stay at Village Residence progressed from strength to strength. The service we received from Kevin and the rest of the Village Residence staff was exceptional.
