AVOID AT ALL COST. ITS NOT JUST OLD, MOULDY AND DIRTY, THE ROOM GIVES OFF A HAUNTED HOUSE VIBE. AIR CON IS ALWAYS UNACCEPTABLY COLD, AND THE TEMPERATURE CANT BE ADJUSTED WHICH MAKES THE ROOM EVEN CREEPIER. STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY, DID NOT PROVIDE ANY AMENITIES (not even shower gel/bar; toothbrush). WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked the room for 4 nights, which cost around $400 in total, but after checking in for the first hour, we decided to just burn off the money that we paid and look for another hotel.

A very nice budget hotel. I did not realize Singapore is very expensive now until my last trip. With its price, this hotel offers a very reasonable service compared to hotels 3x its price. We braced our heart from the other reviews. But our experience luckily was not bad. Its a surviving business. The uncles and aunties at the receptionist was very kind. Hotel room is vintage, but not scary/horror and quite clean. Nope, no insects, no watermarks on walls. Yes, no amenities provided. But good functioning aircon, hot water, hair dryer and water heater to make drinks. They provide a weight measurement for our baggage at the first floor. Yes elevator was very small, for 3 people max. But maintained nicely. Basically a good deal. Located very near to Somerset/ 313 Orchard. No breakfast at the hotel. But food options nearby is great. Cai fan and mamak store nearby for breakfast. 10 mins walk to Killiney Kopitiam. Sevel is also 5 mins walk distance. For people who likes clubbing, this hotel is surrounded by many social clubs. The so called rumours of girls dressing provocatively is also true. But they all gotta eat no? The room felt homey to me for my 5 day stay. :) thank you Hotel Supreme.

Great location. Very courteous staff. Large rooms. My room faces the back and it is very quiet. Air conditioning is nice and cool. Good water pressure. Safe for valuables. Hot water maker.

Just don't understand how the Singapore Tourism Board or the Singapore Government gives a 3 ⭐ rating for this hote. Very old hotel, everything inside the room is way too old.Never would recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to take the risk of falling sick.Too dirty

It cannot be called a hotel or hostel; it is a completely unsanitary place, and the photos are completely false compared to what it actually is. There is mold everywhere, on the walls, the shower curtain, and the beds have fleas. The windows and walls are in terrible condition, and the ceilings are covered in cobwebs. When we went down to the lobby, the manager was almost smiling and seemed to enjoy our discomfort. In an ironic tone, he said, "Are you staying or leaving?" I absolutely recommend paying for something better; you will lose money because it is a scam, and they will not refund anything after you make a reservation.

It doesn't deserve even one star. This hotel is really bad. I booked for one night and after I saw the room I checked out immediately. The room was horrible. The bed and the bedsheets were and durty, damaged and there were lot of hair on the bed..just DISGUSTING! The Badroom..no comment, old und dirty. In my opinion this hotel should be closed due to bad Hygienic!!!!

avoid at all cost. place was infested with cockroaches and they had the nerve to demand u to don a mask at the lobby when its no longer compulsory. we expected the place to be old and without facilities but did not expect it to be infested. only saving grace is the location but do avoid at all cost!

Possibly the World's worst hotel! Absolutely filthy, mould, Dirty broken shower, stained bed and bed sheets.. We spent the night in fear and left 9 hours after we checked in, when we saw the person at reception in the morning, they just smiled and said "No refunds" check YouTube and watch a video about this place.. I wish we had watched this before we booked... This place is an embarrassment... BEWARE!!!!!!

Pros: Cheaper than others around the area. Very near to bus stops, MRT and malls. Has a nearby Indian/Indo eatery running 24/7. Great staff. Cons: Rooms look old and need an update. AC is working great but you can smell the smoke coming either from the outside or from nearby rooms. I dunno if there is an option to stay on a non-smoking room so you won't have to experience the smoky smell.

0 star. VERY dirty. Heavy smoking smell / bad air causing nose allergy running nose Only good point is 5min walk to Orchard road. But I think not worth it. SGD 80/night (saw other reviews it could be as low as SGD 59) Cleaniless: -5 extremely dirty Given such bad quality, price should be below SGD 50 I regret it the moment I came out from elevator, heavy cigarette smoking smell from hall way to room. I rarely have nose problem but after staying in the room for an hour I started having allergy, running nose. The staff said they cannot control people who are smoking illegally in the room. Aircon is central, that means air in all the rooms flow to every room. This hotel doesnt respect itself as a hotel, I have never seen any hotel/inn leaving huge garbage bags right next to elevator, on the hall ways, and the garbage smells like rotten food! I still cant forget the disgusting smells when I am at the airport departure! Its traumatizing! Shouldve trusted other reviews, there are really ants in the room! I couldnt sleep well afraid that ants may come near me while sleeping. No toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo all that, have to bring your own. Only provides toilet paper rolls. These are fine, but please, no ants and rotten food! Please treat your hotel with repspect! Beware, elevator is small and elevator door cant open up completely. It feels like the elevator will be broken any second. If possible, add a little budget and stay somewhere else, eg. of the others I stayed before, all around SGD 150 (in Bugis: Hotel Grand Pacific, Hotel G, Village Hotel Bugis)

Booked a total of 4 rooms from Jan. 28 to Jan. 30. Location is really good and the price is pocket friendly. What wasn't nice was that the hotel was not clean. We had cockroaches on the rooms that we stayed. Bathroom ventilations were all covered with thick layers of dirt and dusts. There seems to be a lot of women dressed provocatively walking around specially during the evenings. Not sure if they were hotel guests or not.

What did I like? The location and the price. The hotel was located close to Dhoby Ghaut metro station, one of the most strategic. The price was quite good. What didn't I like? This is NOT a 3-stars hotel. It doesn't offer basic stuff like soap or room cleaning. The room was really dirty, the toilet seat was horrible, and there was a lot of dust on the air conditioner. Some rooms are placed in front of a highway so during the night there is a lot of noise, not to mention the noise from our room neighbors until 3/4 AM.

I have stayed for five days in this hotel. For the price paid, it's not worth it. Even basic things like water and toiletries are not kept. Room size is okay with good air conditioning. Walkable distance to nearest MRT.

2 stars, why? There's a vent that made me super uncomfortable, it made me feel like there's someone watching me from inside. You'd think the closet is the safest place to put suitcases and clothes, but coming back to a cockroach infestation that is now all over my clothes and bags after a tiring day out is not very pleasing. The room is old, smelly and unclean. There are holes in the blankets. Stains on pillows. Can never turn off the lights in the bathroom otherwise more cockroaches appear. Rude staff members no matter how friendly we talk to them. Would not recommend using their mugs because they might have not been washed (like ours). Dirty and smelly mini fridge. Very small elevator so would not recommend briging multiple huge suitcases. Not the best WiFi connection. Didn't bother trying their breakfast so I cannot judge on that but their tables are quite dirty.. Toilet seat is yellow stained and dirty. The hallways smell of smoke although smoking is not allowed. Overall I don't fully recommend but it is an average budget hotel for tourists who don't have much with them. It's an alright hotel to sleep in after being out all day. Although the beds are dirty, they are also quite comfortable, but do bring a bedsheet and a pillow case.

Even the hotel is located near Orchard Road and with lower price, the hotel has a very very bad customer service. Very bad way of speaking with the guests or enquiries. I think staff at the budget hotel can speak better and more friendly. Will definitely not recommend this hotel. The 1 star is giver for location.

Only plus point is this is situated in Orchard. Paint is falling. Not renovated at all. Bathroom is clean but very old. Stayed only for one day as my flight got postponed for one day and the place I stayed (Hotel Grand Central) didn’t have any rooms to be booked. Booked this place as it was close to Hotel Grand Central for the ease of carrying luggage.

It was absolutely unacceptable. Given that Singapore is a small country, I have no issue with the room being small. However, there was NO HYGIENE for this place. The room was smelly and dimly lit, what was more preposterous was the room being infested with COCKROACHES. It was traumatising to come back to the hotel and seeing your suitcases, clothes and bed having cockroaches creeping inside. Do not recommend.

Old hotel, but it still good for resting our body after exploring Singapore, Air Cond is good and hot water is good. Just a few walk from the famous orchard road.

Location is excellent! Near Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset MRT. Travelling to anywhere is very convenient. Spent most time along Orchard Road enjoying the bustling night life. Need to buy own toiletries e.g. shower/hand soap. Bed is spring mattress with normal support. Do not throw rubbish outside the window as they will fine you. Room is spacious with a separate bath. Stopper for the bathtub is upon request. Lost of TV remote will be a $20.00 penalty. Remember to return remote to reception upon check-out. Overall a pleasant stay, polite and helpful staff. Many beautiful memories were made in a short 3 days 2 night stay.

Difficult to find on foot. I had a train pass and it's around 5 block walk. In the Singapore heat that's a hike. It's a good location close to everything but it's just a flashback to the 90s. Service on check in was satisfactory. But on check out I was apparently annoying the man when I asked him to call me a taxi. Spend a lil more and skip this place.

When you stay in Hotel Supreme, then you are very close to the centre and the subway so it's very easy to travel. Even when the location was ok. The hotel was very old and after all β€˜not clean’ at all. Interior is damaged and filthy. The bathtub is also filthy, and the paint is falling off. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there is no ventilation at all. If you are looking for a good place to stay in Singapore, choose then another hotel not this one

The supreme hotel itself is near orchard road, you can walk approximately 2 km max to nearby shopping mall such as Plaza Singapore, Orchard Gateway and etc. Thai food stalls behind the hotel and also bar and club at night is also open everyday. The disadvantage is the hotel doesn't give you any complimentary such as drinkable bottled water, soap, shampoo and etc. They only provide a room and WiFi that is not quite fast at night. The room service staff is great and kind, unfortunately they only clean trash, fixing the bed, and changing the towel, they don't clean the carpet with vacuum cleaner that's why the carpet is dirty. The room itself is quite big but feels antique because it is an old hotel. The price itself is quite reasonable determining the balance of benefit and disadvantage. Hopefully the owner could renovate the hotel even though it could increase the booking price to elevate it's comfy and enjoyable hotel experience.

It was perfect (for budget hotel). Location’s great. Just 5-10 mins walk to orchard mall and many nearby bus stands. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, with aircond & hot shower. Comfy bed pillow and blanket. No shower gel but it’s no problem, it’s budget hotel anyway. Really satisfied, will come again! (I was travelling with husband & a 7yo kid)

We stayed here during the first week of July 2023. While the location was convenient, being near Orchard Rd, we found it challenging to categorize the place as a hotel. Although the room was spacious, it was far from clean. Insufficient lighting made the ambiance less than desirable. Regrettably, we encountered four cockroaches during our two-night stay. Furthermore, the ceiling and windows appeared dusty, and we noticed the presence of mold near the air conditioning vent. The bedding didn't have a fresh scent, indicating it may not have been recently replaced. It's a good thing we brought our own disposable bedsheets and pillows plus the toilet seat. To our disappointment, no toiletries were provided, only towels that we were hesitant to use. Based on our experience, we will not return here. Not recommended to any type of tourists
