The
most
terrible
experience
I
ever
had
with
a
hotel.
If
thereโs
a
staff
could
not
properly
communicate
and
understand
the
guestโs
request
in
English
in
Singapore,
the
hotel
should
NOT
allow
her
to
serve
the
guests
alone
at
the
reception.
Day
1:
-
I
asked
if
I
can
pay
by
credit
card
directly
at
laundry,
the
staff
said
yes.
Ended
up
the
machines
accepted
tokens
only.
-
I
went
to
reception
again
and
made
a
request
that
I
need
to
do
3
rounds
of
washing
machines
+
dryers,
clearly
told
itโs
washing
machines
x3
and
dryers
x3,
the
staff
told
me
3
tokens
are
enough.
Ended
up
I
should
have
6
tokens
in
order
to
get
my
request
done.
I
need
to
go
to
the
reception
again
for
extra
tokens.
Day
2:
-
the
night
before,
I
asked
the
hotel
to
arrange
lalamove
for
me
at
8:30am,
I
made
it
very
clearly
that
there
are
3
Carton
boxes,
the
driver
needs
to
help
me
move
the
cartons
to
the
apartment
at
the
destination
and
that
I
will
go
with
the
car.
The
quotation
they
gave
me
is
SGD26,
I
confirmed
ok.
But
in
the
morning,
not
only
the
driver
arrived
40
min
later,
the
driver
charged
me
SGD130
in
total
with
my
request
which
is
ridiculous.
All
in
all,
I
finally
got
everything
I
need
settled,
but
every
experience
with
the
hotel
staff
these
2
days
are
horrible.
You
could
choose
this
hotel
if
itโs
a
short
stay,
but
if
you
are
considering
an
extended
stay
with
service
needed
to
assist
you
from
this
hotel,
I
would
highly
recommend
you
to
think
twice.
