Let's be clear here: this is a basic hotel. Beds are vinyl and hard, there's no room fridge, the bathroom is a wet room, and the rooms are small. But if you want a low price hotel, which is fabulously located, where the air con works well, where the staff are lovely, and where you can wash and dry your clothes on site, this is a fabulous hotel. I'd just recommend you get the Deluxe room as these have windows, where the standard rooms do not. I'd be happy to come back here.

Stay was not at all comfortable the rooms are smallest bathroom, The breakfasts was a night mere, they don't give even glasses in the room. However the staff at front desk was very very good and supportive. Don't go by the room pictures you see in the Internet, you will be disappointed on landing there.

Located in the alley way behind Marrison Hotel, is a 24 hours self service laundry. There are two washers and two dryers available. Operation: The washers and dryers are coin operated. They accept $1 coins only. The Marrison Hotel front desk can exchange notes for coins. Costs: $6 for wash cycle (approx. 45 mins) $6 for dry cycle (approx. 45 mins) Detergent: Detergent is automatically added when the washer starts. You do not need to add any detergent yourself.

3rd grade hotel in the area. Rooms are no more than very small cabins. Bathrooms are 4x4 size. Even public toilets are bigger than the bathroom. No water facility in room. No breakfast of its own. Have arrangement with a bad restaurant which serves same items all days. Complaints at the reception are not entertained. Not worthy for having even 1star hotel. Request people to stay at some good hostel instead of this hotel.

Small hotel with an absolutely top location in the centre of Singapore, you can reach all destinations easily. Small standard rooms without window. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Nice, communicative and friendly personnel, I found the help of Ms. Trisha Then at the Concierge especially competent.

Horrible ‘hotel’. Despite booking for 2 whole weeks I was given a windowless room. I was told to pay $20 extra per night for the window. It’s a brothel not a hotel. Room smells of chlorine with some air freshener mixed into it. The ventilation switches off when you remove the card key so the mould would grow while you are out. Ironing facilities is beyond belief. Don’t stay here. Only good thing is the central location.

It is a no-frill hotel, with all the essential facilities for travelers. It is not the right place for guest who wants luxury or fancy things. Excellent location with quick access to everywhere by Metro or bus. There are many eateries nearby. It's better to stay at deluxe room with window. Room size is bigger than those in Japan or Korean hotel of similar class. Nice staff. Clean room.

I’m glad that I booked this hotel. A budget get a decent view of the sunrise. I was being categorized in room 315. Apparently the room doesn't come with mineral water. my mum has to buy it in 7-11 nearby the hotel. The staff is very polite, especially thanks to William for making our stay a memorable one.

Stay in marrison hotel for 4 days 3 night. The room is clean. The water pump little bit noisy when you have take a bath. The air conditioner in my room extremely cold but you can just change the temperature. The bed little bit hard, but it still okay. The staff very welcome. They give me complimentary breakfast for one morning! Thanks guys! They provide free refill water in second floor. Its good to stay marrison! Looking forward to have stay in this hotel again when i travel to singapore! ☺️

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small, consider it if you will stay with your family. Location is gold, next to MRT and picking taxi or Grab is easy, you can save lot of traveling money and time. Good stay.

Budget friendly, quaint hotel. Location is near Downtown so you won't run out of places to explore.

This is quite a good hotel to stay for a short while albeit all the complaints that I have. The room was pretty small. The location of the TV was too high that it somehow caused headache because of the angle between pillow and the TV. The hot water controller was pretty weird as well. I turned the tap to the blue colour, which supposed to be cool water, however hot water came out. Can't really give higher rating for this hotel. It is fine for a short getaway, just to sleep and go out the next morning. Can't recommend for longer stays. Me myself stayed for 3 days 2 nights.
