Hotel

😠 Worst Hotel ever. Rooms are made NOT for ppl to stay. Whole room is the size of a bathroom. No space at all. Stayed here for 3 days. And worst thing about my trip in Singapore is the hotel room. If you open your travel bag you cant stand in side the room. Hav to stay on the bed. Room facilities are... People often mention room, good, hotel, small, space, staff, rooms, stay, Breakfast,

Absolutely shocking. Rooms are too small. The receptionist’s behaviour is non cooperative and Unfriendly. Couldn’t even think of facing such rude behaviour. Please don’t be miss guided by their illusion pictures of the room while you do online booking!!!

Stayed in the moonlight suite of the hotel. While the room is not too bad (because i got scared after reading the trip advisor reviews) still, do not expect too much. The hotel is somewhat similar to hostel in term of service quality. Just the room is not too bad if you don't cherry pick on how the pool has a bit of algae and also the room has ants around as it is an outdoor concept with plants. Overall (and thankfully) it's a not a bad stay for my husband's birthday surprise.

I was at this hotel with my family from 15/04/2017 to 18/04/2017. Checked in around 4.00 p.m. The staff at the reception was very professional , informed me about what is chargeable and what is not. We had booked two rooms and they gave us adjacent ones. Located in little India had lot many food joints within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff did not speak much but were prompt in service. There was a hair dryer and safe in our room . The rooms are not very spacious but good. The fridge had two bottles of water(complimentary) and some cold beverages (complimentary). The room also had a electric kettle and tea coffee sachets . The breakfast started by 6.30 am and believe me was very good. Breakfast included bread , butter , cheese, jam, egg, cornflakes, milk , juice , yogurt , non veg dishes, etc.Never fell short of any of the items , everything was constantly replenished. After such a breakfast i skipped lunch all days. Only missed a live counter. Room service was also very good as I never had to tell them what to do. If I visit Singapore again will definitely prefer Moon23 for my stay and also recommend the same to others. Very good experience and thanks to all the staff and management of the Hotel.

One of the worst Property. I stayed with my family And Friends for 2 nights during my package tour , rooms are very small felt like we were in a cage ,everything in this hotel is cramped for space. I have ever stayed in my life. Room size is just 8x10 ft. basically the room is just a bed, that's it. A mini washroom and a hand wash area. No space to unpack or get ready. Breakfast is also have only junk no good quality of food is provided.

Hotel is good... But rooms are congested, no ventilation, no window. Also remember that checking time is 2 pm so arrive here accordingly otherwise you have to wait.

Really convenient in terms of getting around. It is in Little India. The rooms seemed clean but they are really small. We went into the room and pulled open the curtains and it was a wall, no window at all. There is also a window in the bathroom, so essentially, there is no privacy if you're there with friends. Mini bar and free wifi is a bonus!

Worst hotel, very small rooms no space for relaxing other than bed. Breakfast is also have only junk no good quality of food is provided. Wifi speed is very poor. I recommend think twice to book room here. The only advantage is Metro is very nearby, little India is nearby, Mustafa Mall is nearby, good food is available outskirts at reasonable prices. If one can adjust in small room and take breakfast somewhere else then it is okay. It is to further state that the hot water is also not available whenever needed.

Be aware. Do not book through agoda or any other websites if it gives you really cheap rates. The catch is once you made the booking its non refundable. You will regret it. What you see in the photos and reviews all lies. Its THE MOST AND ONLY dirty, smelly, small and un hygienic hotel I have ever experienced. Very bad and rough neighborhood, definitely not suited for family. Customer service and staff are very rude. I booked for 4 nights and checked out the next morning without getting reimbursed for the rest of the nights. Even though I explained to them that I am not happy with overall booking. They seem to not care because I made non refundable booking.

Breakfast was great, room is ok... Perhaps need to add more plates, cups and bowls for breakfasts as we had to wait for quite sometime for them to actually wash it and bring it out.. Other than that, everything was fine..

Stayed at the moonlight suite. One of the best value for money. Where else can you get a swimmable tub, huge room space, breakfast, fruit basket and cupcakes at $200 in Singapore? Water tank can only accommodate about half an hour worth of hot water. So forget the idea of a hot tub. Takes about 2-3 hours to fill up the tub as it's pretty huge. Staff was nice enough to keep the tap running prior to our arrival so it'll be filled up by the time we check in. Booking came with two nice cupcakes and a fruit basket. There is a separate 'living room', bedroom and balcony space. So room space wise, very spacious. Design is very old school so don't expect a modern chic boutique hotel. Showerhead holder is around waist height for some reason. However, it does have a rainfall shower. Only conditioning shampoo and body wash is available. So if you don't like conditioning shampoo, bring your own hair conditioner. It'd be great if the toilet had a bidet. Location wise, it's near Rocher MRT and there's plenty of good Indian cuisine food around. In fact, Al bismi is right beside it and the chicken tikka was good.

The room may be small but it is stylish, clean and the bed is comfortable. It also comes with complimentary beverages in the fridge and WiFi. Breakfast was good and I find the staff were friendly. I had a pleasant stay.
