We just come here and stay for 3hrs. We visit many hotels and it is full loaded, must have to wait 2-4 hrs to go inside, that's why some people come very early to book face to face for the reservation. When we inquire here they just say that must need to wait for 1 hour 🤗 its OK because while waiting we just eat nearby while waiting the time. The room is great , shower , toothbrush and toothpastes provided. I just didn't take the photo because I enjoy the place 😂🤣 hope I can visit again and rewrite a nicer review..

For the price you couldn’t ask for much more. Clean and doesn’t smell, and comes with all the basic amenities. Great place for a shower and quiet place to rest before going on a long flight! Taking a Grab to the airport costs about $20

I was in a small room, the price was really low too so there weren't expectations. I enjoyed the bath tub but it was slightly small even for me who is 5ft tall. The portrait in the room and the view of the back of the hotel especially cause it was on level 5, it was aesthetically appealing. A lower level might not be as appealing as the buildings would be blocking the view and the rooms to the right have a better view. The safe and mini fridge were really useful. The lighting in the room is also good.

For the price you couldn’t ask for much more. Clean and doesn’t smell, and comes with all the basic amenities. Great place for a shower and quiet place to rest. 5 mins to Kembangan MRT, 1 mins to Masjid bus station. Room is okay with bath tub, hot water, and hair dryer. Fair to the price

Good location, short walk from metro and convenience stores. Room is small and bathroom was smelly. Had a flight at 8am and metro was close by 6am, Citycab to the airport cost 20 Singapore dollars

Horrible experience staying at this hotel and luckily it was just for one night. The rooms and facilities are poorly maintained and worst of all the smell in the room is a mixed of mouldy, toilet cleaner and sewage smell. It’s the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and has no idea how they got listed as 3-star on Google. Although check out time was 12pm, we checked out quickly at 8am after the night sleep and went straight to Changi Airport to hang around until our flight at 3pm.

Stayed here for two nights. It's not perfect, but then you are not paying for a 4 or 5 star hotel. You have to remember that when booking Hotel 81 Changi. There were damp marks in the bathroom and you need to keep the bathroom door closed after a shower because the bathroom fan is not very good and the steam will condense on the bedroom walls and floors otherwise. There was only one pillow per person, but the bed was comfortable. A good point was that the walls were quite solid. I did not hear anything from the adjoining rooms and nothing from the corridor either. It's been noted by others that the reception staff are a bit rude. I found their mannerisms to be a bit stand offish, but they were keen to help, so you have persevere and push through the facade. Location - excellent! Close to the MRT and not fair from the airport. Will I book this hotel again? If the price is right then yes.

Very rude staff, dirty with fungus on the ceiling. Very small rooms and damp smell. Poorly maintained. I booked for 3 days but left the next morning despite not getting a refund.

Small room, smells fungus, and the floor wet when we turn on the aircon. All the night aircon on, in the morning the floor wet and sticky. Fortunetaly we just stay 1 night, from 4-5 March.

No hospitality in this hotel. I asked even got angry. The hotel given on Traveloka should still have 4 mentioned by the receptionist as empty & given a room that didn't match the order. Disappointing.

Receptionists both refused to check us in and instead decided to let 2 people cut in line as well as waste time talking to someone who looked like a friend of the receptionist. The bathroom also especially stinks.

5 mins to Kembangan MRT, 1 mins to Masjid bus station. Room is okay with bathub, hot water, and hair dryer, but the room is dusty (maybe because the interior is in black so dust is very visible) and smells like old fabric. Fair to the price

Decent hotel. No frills. Does what it says on the package. Was clean and tidy. Rooms were basic but you get what you pay for.

Was here to wait for on arrival PCR test result. Good enough for shor term stay. Quick email responses. Cleanliness could be better. Few ants crawling around the desk.

Location near airport and cheap. I booked only for waiting my transit. The receptionist not friendly, booked 2 rooms and both have wet floor (from air conditioning), stingy pillow, there is blood stain in bed (😰). Super not recommended.

The room temperature could not be controlled. The reception told us the control is fake lol it was freezing so we got a room change but the second room, toilet was leaking water badly. We just closed our eyes as we didnt think a third room will be any better... this hotel needs a renovation.

Very basic hotel in Changi,. We got a very simple room in the name of super queen deluxe rooms, Though they have displayed a rosy picture of the room, but the actual room comes with a lot of stains in the bathroom, doors are jammed hard to open and close, things are either broken or hardly working ..like tea kettle, hair dryer..etc. Should think twice before booking this hotel.. we paid a lot more price than the service and room we got. Not advisable at all..

A 6 storeys budget hotel. The location is about 500m from Kembangan MRT and only one short bus trip to Geylang Serai Market. The room and the bathroom is not big but they have bathtub. It is clean and quiet in the 5th floor room. Wifi is a bit slow but you can still browse the internet. Have a lot of halal food stalls nearby and a mosque is also nearby.

The receptionist guy quite cocky. I thought if a room have 2 occupants, they should provide 2 bottle of mineral water instead of 1 bottle. Any hotel that i have stayed will issue itinery items for the number of ppl staying in the room. I find these not following standards.🤔🤔

Scary. Very dirty. I booked it as it is close to the airport and all the other hotels are full. The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. I found an open condom on the floor. Dirty long hair everywhere in bathtub and near sth r bed. I was too scared to use their blanket it was filthy I covered myself with a shirt at night. Very very bad service when I complained they asked me why I didn’t leave

One of the budget hotels in Singapore that enables you to pay by Singapore Rediscovery Voucher. For jus $89/night, you can get Superior Queen Room that comes with a bathtub. Only local TV Channels provided for the 2nd floor.

Room is much better in terms of cleanliness compared with other hotel 81 branches. Surprisingly quiet environment despite it actually an hourly-base hotel. Crews are friendly and helpful too.

This hotel has strategic locations near the MRT Station. You can go anywhere in Singapore

The room is very small. But its quite clean. The AC is leaking to the floor and wet the floor. The lobby staff is indifferent to guest. No smile at all. But the location is very good. Near the mrt station and near halal food stall that open until late at night.

Last minute booking due to flight delay room was clean and tidy. A bit older. Good location

The hotel itself is a very cheap one, and as they say “you get what you pay for”. I imagine it’s meant for a 1 night stay before a flight situation. Regardless, we checked in and got a room where the bathroom smelled of wet mildew, and upon further looking, there were A LOT of baby spiders crawling all over the bedside table. We immediately requested a new room and they accommodated no questions asked. The next room didn’t have any odour but you couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming “icky” feeling the entire time. I wouldn’t stay here if you don’t have to.

Affordable price, very simple room. We booked here because of bathtub but it was too small and we didn't feel we wanna take a shower here. But clean. It is suitable for solo travelers.

Perfect place for a lay over. Close to Changi international Airport, 10 min in a grab or a taxi. Easy check in and check out. Was clean, quiet and comfortable. Basic but good.

🫤 We did not expect a hotel room above a restaurant, and the noise of people dining until late and the packing glass crates at 3 in the morning was disturbing. Its on a main road so noisy, but very handy for the bus. The room was clean, comfy bed and the staff were very pleasant. However, VERY expens...
