The rooms are a bit dated but the whole look simulates something in the middle of the rain forest and works brilliantly. I couldn't fault it. The natural spring pool and jacuzzi are brilliant to unwind in and the lush greenery around makes it ever more enjoyable. Breakfast is decent & filling to easily last you through to lunch. There is a choice of 3 to 4 dishes to choose from and a selection of fruit juices, filter coffee & tea. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Good wifi allows you to stay connected if you so choose.

We stayed 6 nights in the family room which was good - in Singapore shared rooms with kids are very hard to come by so this was one of the main reasons we chose this resort together with the pool. Kids were 6 and 4 yrs old. Pros: - amazing pool, slides and waterfall. - location, close to everything. - friendly staff. - small gym. Cons: - dated room fixtures and fittings. Some mould on curtains. - noisy AC. - bar across road plays loud music till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

It is cleaner now after reading the reviews which complained about the cleanliness of the rooms. However I agree with the resort being old and run down in certain areas. The room window cracked so the cheaper way was to mount a wooden plank to secure the glass. Maybe they can think of replacing the glass as it allows the guests to look at the scenery. It also darkens the room too. We were told that they would upgrade us to a superior room as they do not have king sized beds available. Why is that? I also overheard the same explanation to other guests who were at the counter as well. Why? I see the sign outside the resort stating that the superior rooms cost $120+ but when my wife booked the deluxe room, it was $219+ I think. So is it really an upgrade or downgrade I wonder? The staff suggested that we could join the beds together. If that is the case, why don’t they join the beds for these superior rooms and tell the guests who opted for the king sized beds that they are similar. But joining the beds together creates a line in between which is quite uncomfortable. Have they tried it themselves?

Bedsheet had holes in them and stains. Windows view was completely blocked by trees. And the windows themselves were covered with algae and moss on the outside thankfully. The windows advertised had a ledge you could sit down on. But our room did not and only had one chair. To be shared between two people. Overall, the hotel also looked really dirty and run down. For the price would recommend staying somewhere on the main island instead.

It's a hidden gem. The rooms are ok with nice green view and the beach. I love the whole natural setting of this resort. The pool is natural spring water, the surrounding is so beautiful, the sound of waterfall, such a good break. While relaxing in the pool, I saw squirrels, hornbills, exotic birds. So glad to have stayed here. I have already booked my return stay!

Great location with tram right outside, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities were extremely dated though, and the smell of mould and musk is strong in the lifts...... highly recommend if you just want a place to bunk, but not if you want to chill in the room.

Must have been a great place to stay when it was opened but now it has not been maintained nicely and neither was the staff very helpful. I had to carry my own luggage when checking out. The rooms were clean but the property in general is not very well maintained. Also just Don't stay on Sentosa, It offers no night life as such, better to stay on mainland and just visit Sentosa.

Environment is generally okay. Went on a PH and didn’t get what I paid for. Queen size bed became 2 single and no bath tub even though the room that I booked was supposed to have. I would say that place is like paying for the environment and facilities (?). Convenient to the beach. Other than that I would say there’s nothing much.

my things were stolen. I get that it wasn't the hotel's responsibility that my stuff got stolen. I had hung 3 pants outside my room-2 of my baby boy's pants and 1 of my teenager kid's pants. I checked whether it had dropped downstairs once I found out it was missing but there was nothing. Clearly, all were taken. we had asked the reception staff for help and they said they would call once they find out anything. After 4 hours, no news. we went to the reception again and they said nothing was suspicious or anything. I asked to make sure "so the CCTV has nothing suspicious?" they said they DID NOT CHECK THE CCTV. u use Ur brain also know should check the CCTV one right. we then asked them to check the CCTV footage. few hours later, we went back to the reception. they said they couldn't find anything suspicious or if there were really something suspicious, there would be no way they could identify the person. clearly, the person who helped us check the CCTV (BOSS) is not really helpful in this situation. if u just tried a little, u could have checked the different CCTVs you have around the different places (lifts, corridors). it would then be able to identify the person's room number or maybe just a little bit of their facial details. I just wanted a closure to this.. now the only thing I know is that some freaking ghost probably took my kids' pants and floated away.. the pants were my kids favourite...

Plenty of reviews here already about the sad state of the rooms. We just amplify that experience: the rooms are old and tired. What makes that an issue is the resultant poor value for money since this is not a cheap place to spend the nigh. The rooms are frankly not worth the money. Breakfast is basic but pretty decent. Service staff at breakfast is helpful and friendly as well. That cannot be said for the front desk folks: not friendly at all and less than helpful. The gym is non-existent since it is in such a rundown state that the hotel had to close it. The pool is really the only nice feature of this hotel. Unless you can grab some nice discounted deal for this place: find somewhere else to stay.

This resort feels truly old and run down. The superior bedrooms were no where superior. It looked really sad..there is no proper table, just 1 chair. To add..the hangers were super old and dirty. Our room did not have a beach view and we had separated beds even though we have requested for queen size. AC has a continous loud motor sound and no matter how we adjust the AC, it is too cold. It feels as if I'm living inside a freezer. The bed sheets aren't very clean. The check in area, walkways, dining area, shed and lifts were dirty and has a smell. This is by far the worst staycation place I have been. I recommend you take your money elsewhere unless u need the beach right in front of your doorstep.

Had a great experience staying at the resort over the weekend, room was simple but clean. The spring water pool surrounded by greenery was delightful. Kudos to the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The design of the resort and it’s eco-conscious initiatives were appreciated by my partner and I. It’s truly refreshing to reconnect with nature and we will definitely be back again.

For $500 a night I was expecting a much nicer hotel. Instead I got a poorly maintained hotel with staffs that seem like they don’t even want to be there. My room was infested with little ants with painful bites so i definitely don’t recommend this place if you are bringing young children. My room didn’t have any towels. When I called housekeeping for some, they told me to go get it at the reception… I did not care for nor use any of the facilities so I can’t comment on those. My intention was just to have a comfortable stay which I did not get.

Awesome spot just infront of the beach. Great pool with waterfall and slides, Perfect for kids. Rooms are a little dated while service could be better. My only problem is when it's a stay over the weekend from Friday till Sunday where the club opposite plays loud music till late like 12 midnite which makes it tough to sleep.

Fantastic Property ! The rooms, the view, access to the beach, the pool and the in-house resort waterfall were its Best front. The staffs could demonstrate basic courtesy which lacked totally through out the resort. Infact the bell boy who assisted us for check-in and Check-out stood out from the rest.

A hidden gem for those who love to spend 3 or more days in Sentosa Island without breaking the bank. Good value for the money spent, we would definitely book here again and again. Embraced in the beauty of nature, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, there is a pool with a massive waterfall, a covered trail to walk around the beautiful premises, and if you love to see the beach, you just walk across the road! Food is very nice too, the buffet breakfast will keep you full for a whole day of sightseeing!

Typically, I prefer going to the beach over using a swimming pool. However, I must admit that the swimming pool on this hotel is rather adorable and even has a slide, which I find quite appealing. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, but it lacks proper maintenance. Unfortunately, there is no rooftop bar or restaurant, and the amenities like TV, shampoo and toothbrushes are quite ordinary. Hopefully, the hotel owner will invest more in upgrading the facilities to give the hotel a fresher and more luxurious feel, akin to a 4-star establishment. Despite these shortcomings, I am generally content with my short staycation. 💕

Really great experience. Great swimming pool and rooms. Lobby was a bit packed and could be better organized. That small problem doesn't overshadow my experience there though. Wonderful location for short vacation and traveling through Singapore.

Love this place! I seldom opt for resorts but decided to try one this time, and I think the place is rather pleasant. The location is great (the shuttle bus stops right in front of the resort; so if you're carrying a lot of things then it's more convenient for you to travel via shuttle). In front there's a beach (obviously) whereby you can stroll along. There's cafes nearby (and one at the resort as well - but a little pricey). There's a jacuzzi and swimming pool at the resort. Check-ins are at level 7 or 8 (if I'm not mistaken). The facilities (like lifts) are very old though ... But not an issue. I'd definitely go back!

Stayed there for a family vacation during school holiday. Overall it was okay….But I found the swimming pool is full of people who are not resort guests. Note that there is no security check in when taking the lift to the guest room as well as to the swimming pool. The outsiders can go in without any checks.

Room are big. Location is good. The big pool are inviting. Staff are friendlier than when you reach them on the phone. There is a 7-11 just outside the resort, not big, but enough for an after dinner snack (close at 11pm)

The room was absolutely filthy, a common theme throughout the rest of the hotel. The location isn't great and the food experience was 'interesting' to say the least, especially supplemented with the strange bugs. Also the rooms were uncomfortable and very hot. Pool looks better in photos than reality. The staff need some big improvement too.

Nice view and good location, but night can be loud since it's located right in front of the beach. The best part here is swimming pool in the forest.(not sure about the hygiene but it was big and deep enough to enjoy actual swimming) Overall, it was nice

Best location if u want to go to the beach. Its right outside the hotel. Their bfast is cheap and very good. Super nice tasting croissants!!!very well made!they have fruits. Yogurt, coffee, juice, croissants and bread, spreads like butter and jam, eggs, sausage, fried rice. I love how you are so close to nature in this hotel LOTS of trees all around the place. Very very relaxing. Not so many staff to ask for help. Like if u need towel for the pool. The room we were in was newly renovated so it looks great. Aircon is good. Space is big. With fridge and waterboiler.

Would like to give a thumbs up to management to hire staff with special needs. The staff are excellent in their services and always brings a smile with them. My family enjoyed our stay in the family room. Room is well kept and clean. Will return to visit again.

Im a nature lover! so I like most of the way they present this resort, i love their pool as it has waterfall vibes my kids love it! as well as it's natural spring water. Beach is just opposite of the hotel so this is the best spot for a family with kids staycations. Only thing is can really see that the room is old and molds from the outside is visible from the glass window. As they have special needs staff this hotel is still close to my heart. ♡

I had my valentine's day celebrations there with my partner and we loved it! The location was fantastic and staff were really nice. The last time I visited was more than 10 years ago, the service has improved. Yes some of the structures of the villas were not in use and old, but it was a nice walk for my partner and I to explore. The pool was long and fun. We booked a suite room on the top floor and it was divine. The stairs leading up to the private hydrobubbles tub were nice but once outside, due to wear and tear, the planks were not as smooth but it was OK for us. Gave us a vintage, homely, woody vibe. The view was the best. We love waking up to the beaches, ships, looking at the horizons and lights at night. It is a pity the weather wasnt that great on day 2- drizzles and wanted to run around the beach but it was wet. We got the semi-buffet selection. The food portion wasn't that great, it was small but the pastries were divine. We had croissants, min apple strudels and pain au chocolat. Other than that, it was way easier to dine in the hotel than find food choices else were in Sentosa. Location is superb of course. Tram going back to beach station is less than 10 meters away but of course you can walk to the station itself. I know reviews aren't that amazing but if you are a no-frills traveler, enjoys mild surprises and being in touch with nature, you will love this place. My partner and I enjoyed it so much and do not mind coming back here for the ambience and vibes. Love!

Booked this hotel because of zoukout. Next to siloso beach. Didnt use any of hotel facilities. But the check in and out was easy. Nice pool just looking from far. The room i booked was small, but it is singapore well understood. Room is clean, water pressure good (im at L2).

Room was nice and cosy with beach view. Swimmimg pool is huge and the waterfall could give you some massage. Room service was meh - Female staff said able to bring the payment machine to my room for me to do paywave payment, but when a male staff came up with my food, said cashless payment need to be done at the cafe as they can't bring the machine up. Resort doesn't do billing during check out. Fish and chips from the cafe was great.

It was an amazing stay at this resort, it’s built in a middle of a “tropical forrest” in the big city of Singapore, where you can see the foresty birds and hear the crickets chirping. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and there are many trees around the pool, with the shades making it even better relaxing in the pool after the whole day out in the heat.

We have stayed here in 2019 and I feel like the pandemic must have hit the resort pretty hard. The place could do with a refresher and some maintenance. Some of the areas like the rooftop garden, are totally under-utilised. The towels are very worn. The key card operates all electricity to the room, so you can only charge your phone if you’re in the room. The breakfast is underwhelming. The cafe employs staff with special needs, which is great, but creates a bit of chaos. The swimming pool is fantastic and along with the location is the main draw card of the resort.

Nice location next to Silso beach. Like the spring water swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. The hotel has just open for business again since Covid 19 situation. Let down by poor maintenance of the room and building. Staffs are wonderful.

The property is very beautiful with nature surrounding. I love the swimming pool, my children also love it. The staff easy to contact via WhatsApp and very responsive, they are very nice and helpful. The area iust a beach front and also there is 711 store just next to it. The free bus just like seconds walk and brings you less than 5 mins to the tram BEACH STATION where you can take the monorails to all over Sentosa, or you can walk to beach station it's like 5 mins from the hotel. The bed is verv comfortable. Overall I really really like it. I would like to get back and stay here. Maybe the toilet and the interior a little bit old for such a fancy prices. But it doesn't chnges the function really. Still comfortable.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the pool was awesome, the landscaping is beautiful, and the location is central to sentosa which is convenient. The roof garden suite was huge and way better than what we would have gotten for the price elsewhere with a second story outdoor deck, tub and outdoor shower. Pros: -Huge spring water pool (cleaned without chlorine) -The greenery throughout makes it beautiful/feel like you’re in nature -Right by the beach -Family friendly -Roof garden suite was huge -Suite came with outdoor tub and shower -Breakfast was convenient and yummy -Beach views -Not crowded -Central location close to monorail Cons: -Water pressure was irregular -No pool bar -Wi-Fi worked but tv couldn’t connect to internet tv like Netflix (channels available still) This was honestly my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The eco friendly message was really cool. Every part of the hotel took into account ways to preserve the landscape and it was beautiful. They also hired special need staff which I thought was an awesome touch. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Singapore.

Was fortunate to be quarantined in this resort, it was relaxed and comfortable. And the warmth from the people working here really made my day. They are a bunch of friendly and hardworking group. They made me feel at home thought I was at quarantined. They tried to provide me with comfort as much as possible. The food is not bad, my favourite were Malay and Western. Although I prefer spicier food. The room is not luxurious but it is decent for any traveller. The one thing I felt could be better was to have a bigger TV. There again, at times like this, it does not make sense to spend whereby there are hardly any tourist around. Overall I had a wonderful and fantastic stay at the resort. On a side note, my wifi connection was pretty decent although telco signal was rather weak. The overall rating deserves 5 stars from me!

Staff were nice and friendly throughout our 5D4N stay. We spotted some ants in the room and the staff immediately came to cleanup and that solved the issues. As long as you don't leave any food lying around it will be fine! Pool access was great even till late-night. Overall a great stay.

Sure hotel breakfast and room was not the best but the spring water swimming pool, children slides, water fall and hot tub make up for it. They have a beautiful garden on the roof on sustainable greens. Inclusive hotel which shows the beauty of humans.

We stayed in July 2022 and we found this resort the most peaceful and relaxing on the island, it’s more of an adult vibe. it’s away from the scores of families and kids of resorts world. Beach front location, beautiful large pool and spa surrounded by the jungle. Room wise, I would say it’s the average quality of most hotels I’ve stayed in around the world. Beach front views, cold aircon, fridge, and ice trays are a plus. Staff are friendly and they are eco friendly focused.

Booked a level 2 family room. Power outlets situated at awkward places and none at bedside table. And not enough. Great tall glass windows but was not clean on the outside. Algae covered. If clean, it will be have an excellent view. No face towels. There is a glass door stopper on the floor at the only basin around. We accidentally kicked them a few times. Extremely weird position. Design issue. Badly need a facelift on the interior. Will explore more today. Very green hotel... cooling... trees around us.... Will update.

Had an amazing experience at the resort over the long Labor day weekend. Fortunate to have the opportunity to meet the resort GM (Mr Kelvin), amazing gentlemen, and was always there throughout the day to assist guests. I can't speak highly enough of the efforts he has taken to run a resort that is Inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Every staff that we met gave us a pleasant experience from dining to room service. Their effort in incorporating green living within the resort is second to none. Don't be mistaken by some of false negative reviews. The experience that I had is an absolute 5 Star. Hope that Mr Kelvin will see this review. Thank you for that chat we had at the breakfast table. Will definitely return.

Poor value for money. If your expectations are for a 2 to maybe 3 star hotel then you won’t be disappointed too much. However, the price for a room is not in aligned with the experience and service delivered. The family room we stayed in is completely outdated and in dire need of renovation. The restaurant is okay, service is friendly. The gym is derelict and closed. The reception is not very welcoming nor helpful at all; a simple greeting when passing is too much for the receptionist. The pool is in a nice setting but starting to show its age as well. My suggestion is to look for hotels that provide better value for money and leave this place until it is properly renovated.

Great place to choose if you’re going with family, especially if you have young kids. The swimming pool here is really nice, my 4 years old daughter loved it and was in the pool the whole day. Staff is very good and helpful. The resort itself it immersed with nature and gives a very calm and relaxing feeling. We will most definitely visit this place again when we are in Singapore again.

Make you feel that you are out of Singapore for a bit. Location is perfect! Swimming pool was huge and nice. This is my 2nd stay. I will definitely come back. The room I get has no view but still nice for relaxing.

The location is great, the beach is just few steps and opposite of the resort, and you can easily take the free beach shuttle coz the stops are just in front of the hotel, hence, making it very accessible to go around within the island, otherwise, all places are also walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the nature spring water swimming pool with falls, we also enjoyed the slides. However, just like the other reviews, it would be best if the management could renovate/improve the facility. The vibe of the resort is very rustic and out in the nature since they promote eco environment, but a little improvement will make it the best resort on the island. Overall, our stay is relaxing, loved the location, beach, the nature spring pool, personnel are also very accommodating. Will definitely come back in the future.

A value for money beach resort. Please manage your own expectations. This is a casual resort with lovely staff. The hotel has great CSR and does employ employees with special needs. They are fun, sweet, and focused. But before any customer starts the whole self-entitlement behaviour, please take a breath, think, and then react. There will always be other 5 star hotels for your perusal if you require that kind of customer relationship attention. All you have to do is pay extra for it :)

It was really comfortable and in a great location. The pool was so beautiful and the beach was in walking distance. The monorail is not too far, and there are eateries a short walk away. There’s also a 7-11 right outside.

Hotel is a little run down but clean and comes with some toiletries. Can request for room with bathtub. Long swimming pool with slides with floaties. Great thing is that they employ students with disabilities, and still provide good customer service. Right by the Siloso beach with Tram Station right outside it's door. Breakfast is taste ok, with free flow of drinks and bread.

Booked Deluxe twin floor level at 7. Sea view. Basic needs from the resort. Two towels and basic hotel amenities. Good location. Near Siloso Beach point station and siloso Beach.

Unsatisfactory Condition I like to raise my disappointment in the room 8xx provided by Siloso Beach Resort. I have booked for a Roof Garden Room with hot/spa tub from 19/2 to 21/2/2024 BedRoom was neat but with the following big problems: (1) 8xx face directly the storeroom of the resort at level 8. It was very noisy as you can hear clearly your staff talking and/or opening/closing the store door as well as pushing of items throughout the day. (2) Hot/Spa tub - this was the nightmare. Once I turned on the bubble switch, the whole place especially inside the tub vibrate very very badly and making it impossible to rest / sit inside. It even caused me to have very bad headaches. Worst the bubble switch cannot be turned off at all. It will keep running and running. The vibration did not stop there, in the room below, I can heard the motor loud sound and felt the vibration very very badly. Not sure why no one check before assigning this room to me and waste my $798 as I have booked for 3 days -2 nights I should have just booked the normal room and save up my money. (3) The toilet seat cover was totally dislodged but I can live with it. Again why no one double check.
