Quite
an
unhappy
experience.
Stayed
at
the
chalet
from
3-4
June
for
my
grandma’s
birthday
celebration.
Had
requested
for
a
ground
floor
level
room
due
to
my
grandma
being
in
a
wheelchair
and
was
told
that
they
review
our
requests
but
room
availability
is
only
subjected
to
first-come-first-serve
basis.
Even
if
that
were
the
policy,
shouldn’t
the
chalet
accommodate
and
reserve
the
rooms
for
those
with
disability
first?
Additionally,
there
is
ONLY
1
handicap
room
available.
Hotel
is
not
very
inclusive
for
the
disabled
and
not
very
helpful.
We
had
mentioned
to
front
office
that
we
were
willing
to
wait
for
an
available
room
at
a
later
time
to
accommodate
for
our
requests
and
was
told
it
was
not
possible.
My
family
felt
very
discriminated
and
excluded.
What
is
the
point
of
us
having
put
in
our
requests
if
you’re
not
going
to
accommodate?
Moreover,
we
ended
up
being
placed
in
the
far
corner
of
the
resort
-
not
at
all
the
experience
we
were
hoping
for.
