Their burger is nice especially teriyaki chicken as shown in photos. I ALWAYS ‼️ remove chicken skin, it does comes with onion, lettuce and mayo. The teriyaki sauce in the burger makes the burger not too dry unlike Mac’s burger which is pretty dry. The fries is better than Mac too in terms of the freshness. Mos fries taste like fresh cut potatoes yet Mac fries taste frozen directly from freezer and fried. You can choose 🌱salad over fries, they have healthy match. Not expensive 👍🏻 ⭕️.... do you know if young children eat any type of burgers usually they feel super full that’s because the air in the buns. Look at the photos, I pressed hard and make the burger looks like pancake. This way burger is easier to eat for lady 🌹 especially and kids won’t feel bloat. My kids pancake it too :) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️ice lemon tea!!!! 🚫not sweet at all! You need to try because by far Mos ice lemon 🍋 is the best and cheap and super huge with fresh lemon slices. Their corn soup is nice too. You can try their fried prawn too, not too oily yet taste ok. Not bad though 👍🏻.

My review here focuses on the service. The service staff are great, but this location is way short staffed. When I came here with my boyfriend for dinner on Saturday at 6pm, there was only one cashier. One! The queue got very long because the cashier couldn't find the person to deliver the order to. The kitchen staff was prompt, but you could tell they were overworked, because they got our order wrong. I don't blame them - I could tell they were trying their best, but I could also tell things were not very organized at this location. There was a very frazzled feel. Tables and chairs were wobbly. Food - I got the new salmon burger and the salmon was tough. Like you literally had to tear the salmon off, it was so hard. I did enjoy the egg omelette, though it should be stated in the store (not just on the website) that it is an egg omelette. Probably won't come back here again. I hope they will improve their store management and food quality.

Honest review here. As with most MOS Burgers in Singapore, I feel the place is understaffed. I have noticed the closure of a few MOS Burgers through the years and they don't seem to be doing very well. The food portions are small but the food quality is usually really good and enjoyable. Many people I ask say that it is expensive for fast food and the portions are small. Personally, I am okay with the portion, the price and the food. I like MOS Burger. But why 2 stars? The cashier is an old lady who seems to feel she is too good for the job. She commented to a customer that started a chat with her that at the end of the day, she goes home and enjoys a glass of red wine. She speaks down to people a little and her tone is quite stern. She reminds me of a discipline mistress or a manager in a company most people dislike working under, strict, efficient and get things done. But in this case, not suited as customer service. Next, and MORE IMPORTANTLY. The food quality is really poor for a MOS Burger. The chicken of the Teriyaki Chicken Burger is dry and hard. I'm not sure how anybody messes up a chicken thigh meat to that extent. My brother mentioned to me that the Cineleisure outlet is one he avoids, because he tried the food there once and it was poor as well. He thinks it's because there isn't much customers there, so the food gets refried or left out for awhile, that's why they are dry and hard. This is just conjecture though. But what isn't conjecture is that the food is poor and the cashier's service leaves a lot to be desired.

Tried the Marinade Fish Burger. Hmm .. it's quite unusual taste. I think their MOS Fish Burger is still better.

Food is decent and place is quite clean. Can be quite noisy due to large groups of youth.

Should put more staff here. All the empty tables are dirty and no one clearing. We have to clear ourselves and the food take more than 10 mins to come 😞

Horrible service, outlet is completely shorthanded during lunch hour and there are no staff at the counter. Staff occasionally comes out to the counter but doesnt address the long queue of people or even ask us to wait, just busy keying in a receipt into the POS system. Understand it isnt the staff’s fault that the outlet is shorthanded but the bare minimum standard of service is to apologise to the growing queue of people and explain how long we might need to wait etc? Not leaving us hanging here? Horrible outlet only sustained by the fact that the food court below is closed, would never patronise again
