Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Very defensive. Once meds are given, you are on your own. My messages to the Dr were just forwarded to this other person at their clinic and she called up and asked me to explain everything again even though she had already read my messages. Did not care for her impolite tone. No permission was asked by the Dr if my messages could be given to someone else (she was acting as a mediator) to be addressed. Therefore, no ethics and no Dr-patient confidentiality. I can go on and on about how much I regret having chosen them when there are much better Doctors out there. Wouldn't recommend at all. Would give zero stars if given the option.
