I waited 1h20m for a 2m consult this morning. Counter staff didn't tell me about the online queue when I registered, or any info on the wait time till I asked about it after someone who arrived after me got seen first. They could have pre-empted me the long wait since the digital queue screen was down so I didn't know what's going on. Once inside, the young female doc was quick and dismissive, very curt and didn't even take my temperature. Just an overall bad experience, which you can see in the many negative Facebook and Google reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND, visit at your own peril.

This clinic inside the Capital Green, using the Lift goes to the level 2 and the clinic will be on your right hand side. The medical clinic and dental centre is together within the same place. So no worry just get in. Staff is very kind and good service. Recommend for see doctor here.

Went the clinic and was waiting for a long time but there didn't seem to be anyone at the reception area. I knocked on the door of the consultation room as I wasn't sure if they had left for lunch but there was no response. Another customer came in to collect her medicine, and after about 3 min, the nurse Laila then appeared to pass the customer her medicine before attending to me. While waiting to be registered, the doctor (Dr Rachel Chin) came out to tell me off in a rather rude tone that she would appreciate if I didn't knock on her door "so loudly", and asked me to just wait in future if there was no one at the reception area. That was at least 10 minutes after I knocked. Poor service, or at least the first impression they gave. I decided to head to another clinic in the end instead of consulting this doctor. Update: in response to their reply below - I have no issues with waiting for my turn but I can't possibly be sitting there for an hour without first verifying if they'd already left for lunch since it was close to lunch time. Plus my main issue was with the really rude doctor. I don't understand why there is a need for her to tell customers off for knocking on her door because it's "so scary" - it's not as if I kicked the door down. I now wonder if she was taking a nap inside since she didn't come out immediately but only after 10 minutes or so to scold me. Rather ridiculous and I was taken aback at her sudden appearance and scolding. Literally left speechless by this doctor called Rachel Chin. Very unprofessional and rude.

Unprofessional handling of covid-positive patients and incompetent doctor (Dr Sonal). Visited on 13th July, after I self tested positive for covid at home, for a supervised ART at the clinic so that they could update the MOH system. However, the doctor on duty (Dr Sonal) did not insert the swab deep enough (I am very sure it’s not because of difference in sensitivity of test kits) and the result came out negative. The very same night, I had high fever around 38C. Self tested again on the 14th July, very thick line shown on the test kit. I came to the clinic again but Dr Sonal refused to even accept my request for consultation (the younger receptionist tried to convince the doctor by telling her that I did have high fever the night before but she declined to see me according to the receptionist). I had to drag my ill body to another clinic for another test (which is also government funded) which gave a positive ART result in less than 5 min. Although my experience with the doctor was unpleasant, the young receptionist was kind enough to help me communicate with the doctor. The very first time that I visited, the doctor only duty back then was very kind and professional. I will try to avoid Dr Sonal next time.

Very bad experience today (repeat customer , but not sure if come again). This clinic is only useful for its location if you work in CBD, but no real professional medical advise there, it’s not your typical family doctor. Only go there for a referral. Staff at the reception is always unwelcoming every time I come , although it’s passable. But today the doctor wrote absolutely inappropriate details at my referral letter. I asked why she put it there as the two were absolutely unrelated. She admitted they were unrelated , but claimed it was a standard practice- but for sure it was not as it’s not the first time a get a referral letter and those details were never there. She admitted it was her own “professional opinion” later. And then said “I have no time to argue with you” , gave me judging look and left. This all in the room full of people , she didn’t even bother to have a professional conversation. No consideration to persons privacy and sensitive details of one’s history in a medical profession where privacy and compassion is expected qualities.

Dear Eric, I have been a clinic group registered client since 2017, primarily visiting the Mapletree branch, where the customer experience has consistently been very good/excellent. However, I feel compelled to share a recent experience with the health screening process at another branch. My wife underwent a health screening on November 23, including providing a stool sample on the morning of the 24th. Unfortunately, we faced delays in receiving the results, as we only received them on December 4. This was after multiple unanswered calls during office hours, which became a source of frustration. In contrast to my positive experiences at the Mapletree branch, the communication and follow-up at this particular branch were lacking. I appreciate the proactive updates and efficient service I've received at Mapletree, where the staff consistently keep clients informed about the status of reports. While I don't intend to cast a negative shadow on the clinic group, I believe it's crucial to share this customer experience for the betterment of services. I hope that by providing this feedback, the respective parties can address these issues and ensure a more seamless experience for clients in the future. I remain optimistic about the clinic group's commitment to quality service and hope for an improved experience in subsequent visits.

The Clinic at CapitaGreen is my go-to clinic. I have to say Dr Rachel is amazing! A number of times I went to a few GPs for my condition of repeat consultations. Somehow the meds prescribed by Dr Rachel has always been very effective for me, very different from typical or other clinic standard meds!!! Thanks Dr Rachel. The registration process has been very efficient too and the staffs are kind. Thank you!

Completely unacceptable services - this happened back in mid Sep 22, I did a pcr test on fri for my next day flight and they got the passport no wrong on my test result even they have got a copy of my passport. The next day was a Sat and no one work or answer any phone, so I have to pay again for an express test in another clinic to board the flight. On the following Mon which I have already landed, I received another result from this clinic with the right passport no, even so, the whole point to take the test was to board the flight which I won’t been able to if using their result, so I complained but no one from this clinic seems to care, even an email or call to apologise, and all these experience costed me SGD147 (excl the additional express test)!

Walked all the way over to the clinic just to be told that there is no doctor available for medical consultation as the doctor is on leave. Can't understand how such a big group couldn't assign doctors over to fill up the position?

Very terrible the service at capital green. Made appointment at 2.30 but only manage to see the doctor at 3.30. According to the receptionist “appointment” is just to see if there is doctor available. What excuse is this

Dr Marissa Chua is a professional, thoughtful, compassionate and attentive doctor. She is patient during consultation and clear in her explanation of diagnosis and treatment. Dr Chua always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards her patient’s healthy outcome. To put icing on the cake, The Clinic Group @ CapitaGreen also has Nana who is most friendly, polite and helpful!

I needed a health screening done on short notice and this clinic was able to help (at half the price of quotes from other places!), so I'm really grateful. Just note they're closed at lunchtime (1-2pm I think). Walk-ins possible though you might have to wait a while. I turned up right after 2pm and right after opening, both times were quiet.

Visited in early June, was attended to by Dr Sonal. Negative experience, felt vexed talking to her. Bill came up to sgd352 because of tests. Will not come to this clinic again.

Great visit, however could have been more efficient with telling us that the One George Street clinic was closed instead of making me do a detour.

Took x-ray one day ago and wanted to follow up on x-ray results. 1) Counter staff "unable" to tell if doctor said x-ray was clear or not. Insisted I book an appointment just to get the results. (Would it be better if the results were told as good or bad so that the patient would not need to book an appointment if x-ray was normal?) 2) Booking system slow. (Was told to book online for tele-consultation for said result but the website was having issue. Had to miss the slots for the day(today) due to that issue as cut-off point was hit and unable to get the calendar to load. Was spinning for 30 or so minutes before the system fixed itself). Clinic itself unable to book when I called this outlet in question.) 3) Overall bad experience. Some tips for improvement - If the x-ray result is clear and normal, get the staff/nurse to follow up with patient so that patient is also at ease of mind. Current situation is that patient is unsure if good or bad due to the nature of this system where a follow-up has to be done regardless of severity.) - Phone bookings should be normal even if its tech heavy. Some older people might struggle with the online system. - Appointment system needs to be fixed.

Had very unpleasant experience with this particular branch. - After having to wait for quite some time after I did my health screening, I had to write in to enquire if my screening report was ready for review. Only after which I received an email to inform me that the report is ready and that I can make an appointment for the visit. -Tried to do online request for the review appointment as suggested by staff, but there was an error with the webpage so I called them up to ask if I can just book with them direct. After which Nana passed me a contact number and told me to whatsapp the number and book with them. Realised the number given was actually a general enquiry hotline but nonetheless, Farah was very helpful and assisted to arrange a date for my screening review. (Nana was made aware of the arrangement) -23rd May 2022 came. I took leave from work to make it there on time for the day of the review and registered myself at the counter, staff informed me to take a seat. After 30min of waiting I approached the counter to let them know that I actually have a time slot booked for my appointment but they told me that nothing was registered in the system. Nana came and asked what was going on, and told the other staff to just put my folder on the doctor's desk so she will attend to me when she is back to the room. She was clearly annoyed. - Doctor called me to the room and I thought she was going to attend to me finally, but no. She called me in just to tell me that they are over booked, and it is eating into their lunchtime and that there is no way she can slot me in as there were still a number of patients before me. I explained that I have already made a prior appointment for a specific timeslot but she just claimed that there was no appointment made in the system and that I should just return later or make another appointment. I was extremely upset at this point, after I specially took the time off from work and have other arrangements already made. And this appointment was booked 2 weeks in advanced. - I was very upset at this point, so I went out to call Farah (From the general enquiry hotline, who also helped me make the appointment with Capitagreen) to let her know of the incident that just unfolded. Farah checked and informed that the appointment was clearly made and on the record, and was surprised that the staff and doctor refused to see me. She immediately went on to expedite and assist on getting an immediate slot with the doctor at their One George branch. (luckily was within walking range) - Dr. Christine at One George was extremely helpful and patient and took her time to run through my report with me, despite the fact that it was already their lunch break. I cannot thank her, her staff and Farah enough for all the help and assistance rendered. I definitely will return to the One George branch in the future but otherwise, it was a very unpleasant experience with the Capitagreen branch.

The receptionist was more interested in chit chatting on her mobile than attending to anyone. Was there 25min before closing and she nonchalantly just said they no longer accept any patients. Actually in her words, the doctor said that they were no longer accepting patients. Just change your opening hours to 30min earlier than what it is. Save your patients the unnecessary hassle, they are already unwell.

We have been consulting with DR. Marissa Chua at the Clinic@Capitagreen for more than a year now and have had great experience. DR. Marissa Chua is very informative and is very thorough in conducting her medical examintation. We can ask questions comfortably and get detailed answers too. We also go there for our thorough medical check-ups. The whole team has also been very helpful, warm and has always put extra attention to us as their patients. The Clinic@Capitagreen will definitely be always our family clinic. Great team, great service, great facility. Highly recommended.

i came here for the smu checkup, place was a little difficult to find - when you take exit F from raffles place, walk till you see the capitagreen building. don’t enter from the main lobby but from the carpark lift (the last glass door closest to the carpark) then take the lift up to level 2. the clinic is in the same space as the dental clinic. the receptionists and doctor were really friendly & the service was fast, in and out really quickly! 👍🏻

Came for SIT health check up recommended by the school and regretted it. Choose other branch or anything because Dr Sonal Mehra is rude and had an awful attitude. I was seen by her twice, first for the health check and second for the needed vaccination. I held it in for the first appointment, but for the second time I couldn’t take it anymore. Kindly told the doctor to speak nicely and she replied saying she’s stating the facts, curtly. I just hope that we can get a respectful service even if we are just students. Receptionist and nurses were helpful and nice
