Doctor refused to listen to my patient history (and was extremely rude about it) and gave a diagnosis that was refuted by a second opinion on the same day and contrary to other diagnosis I had obtained previously. Nurse was rude as well. Resulted in me wasting time and money. Would not recommend at all.

Dr Christine shows a lot of care, a good listener and explains in details. One of the most amazing customer service ever received from a doctor. You can see she is super knowledgeable and really enjoys her job/practice with her cheerful demeanour.

Clinic stated closes at 530pm however I reached at 4:55pm and they rejected me saying that doctor is leaving at 5pm - reason due to covid period so doctor is leaving early. If that's the reason please jolly well update your opening houses. I'm a patient feeling unwell and they just rejected me. So unreasonable. Totally not recommended

Irresponsible. Please have the courtesy to inform your patients if the doctor will not be in. I did not make an appointment at the clinic, show up for the appointment only for me to get turned away. Patients/ incoming SIT and SMU freshmen, to avoid getting turned away, I recommend that you call your respective clinics to make sure your appointment is still on.

Edit: The previous review was written some time ago. The clinic has actually significantly improved in its service, thanks to Dr Christine Yong, the main doctor there. She's very knowledgable, meticulous and approachable. Hopefully she'll continue being the doctor in charge here! What is the point of having a clinic when the doctor is not going to be in all day? This clinic is meant to serve the people working in 1 George and nearby. Walked over at 8.30am sharp today only to be informed that the doctor has to cover another clinic. Is there only one doctor? Gosh.

I made an appointment for flu jab and had it confirmed last week but because of a bad earlier experience with the appointment system I called to double confirm and then the receptionist said that there is no doctor in all day, even though the clinic is supposedly “open” and that they were not aware of any appointment. Terrible service. Please also note that Doctor Christine left (the one doctor with good reviews).

The doctor and receptionist lady are very friendly and helpful. Accept AIA insurance. Will recommend.

Doctor leaves at 4:30 and the clinic is open for an extra hour for the staff to kill time. This should be noted on their operating time.

I visited the clinic thinking I would be seeing doctor Christine which is amazing . Instead Dr Nieh was there , I told him how I felt and he didn’t even check on my breathing , lungs or take my temperature even and said there’s not much medicine a pregnant women can take . I should see my gynae and straight away mention ‘ I’ll give you 3 days mc ‘ And I said ! No need .. and he said ‘ oh then why are you here for?’ I’m self employed , I just want some medication and clarification on how to get better being pregnant’ He had no level of care at all and also rushed through it just because I was pregnant and he didn’t want to deal with me , the least he could do is be a doctor for a minute instead of thinking all I want is MC . one of the worst doctor ever .

poor service, poor management

The doctor we saw is fantastic. She gave us time and explained a lot, as we recently arrived in Singapore. The premises are in desperate need of a revamp and more space. I would go back for the doctor but a bit put off by the office space and drab environment.

Easy clinic to find thanks to the signage, good view and can wait outside while waiting for turn. Doctor gives good advice and great referral.

Horrible experience, was there because it’s the only clinic near office. Went for registration, desk nurses was so soft and can barely hear what she says, asked if she can repeat as I can’t hear her, her colleague repeated in an extremely rude manner. Waited for an hour and they skipped my number even without informing me while I’m sitting there only. When I went to check on my turn, was told that I missed my turn.. at the first place I was not even informed of my number when they rudely dismissed me to wait for my turn only and having told I missed my turn when all I did was sat waiting, worse experience ever!

Super helpful nurses at the registration counter. Doc on duty explains the diagnosis clearly.

Very sucks clinic, came twice, always been told service not available even one hour before closing.

Waiting time for registration and to see the doctor is ridiculous even though the number of patients is low and there are two staff members out front. Can wait up to an hour in a small waiting area. Have been here twice and have been very unimpressed. Don't understand why it takes so long. On the bright side, the doctor, Dr Ee, was very good. Very well informed and bothered to explain well.

went there because it was near my office - i was clearly anxious & feeling vulnerable due to the nature of my visit & the doctor just looks so bored, unbothered, cold & detached (which surprised me as many reviews here were complimenting her work ethic). anyway, she didnt make me feel comfortable, talks in a dismissive tone & i’m not impressed. it wasn’t a good experience. perhaps everyone has down days, if you’re feeling disenchanted with your job - thats fine. but don’t let it affect your patient’s experience. i probably have to go for a follow-up, but i sure as hell am going to a different GP.

Great experience. Dr Tan was very patient and empathetic. He took the time to explain and was caring about it.

Google show 1pm closed and reach around 12:43pm , the staff mention was closed , ask me go back on 2pm , i asking the time show 1pm rest til 2pm , but now the time still before 1pm , and she say got few patients waiting but the clinic was empty !!! Good job !
