Came here as I was feeling really sick due to suspected stomach flu. I arrived at 12.08pm. The operating time states they are closed at 1pm. However, clinic staff said they have closed the counter and to come back at 2pm. Waste of time and terribly unprofessional. We are here to see a doctor, not to get our nails done. If we could wait, we wouldn't even be seeing a doctor to begin with. Replying to the owner: Please take a look at the other 1 star reviews before selectively replying. It mirrors my review. Firstly, no communication were made to say that the clinic was overbooked by any of the clinic staff. Your staffs were not friendly either. If they even bothered to explain. 'A 1 star review over this'. No, it's not just over this. Clear communications should be made. If I was aware a queue number can be taken online or through WhatsApp, would this have happened? No. But then again, when you''re that sick, what makes you think every sick person would research thoroughly before heading down? Please research the symptoms of stomach flu. Your response is amusing. Perhaps you can start by training yourself and your staffs to better handle a client like how restaurants would.

Dr Tan E C is extremely professional and patient. Explained the different medicines and their effects at the end of the consultation. Nurses were prompt in registration and prescription of medication. First time here and had a very good experience, highly recommended. The wait wasn't long, within expectations.

Saw the good reviews and decided to visit this clinic when I was sick as it was one of my company's panel doctors. The receptionists were kind but the wait time was extremely long. They only informed me that the doctor was doing a procedure when I asked why it was taking so long. They should've informed patients beforehand, especially since I could've gone to another place as I was extremely sick (shivering because of cold + headache and body ache). When I went in, the doctor was young and soft-spoken. It was hard to hear her and she looked like she was nervous in her diagnosis. The way she checked me felt like a ghost just grazing over my body. Mind you, I was a med student so I know how these things work and the way she used the apparatus was bad, she did not even place the stethoscope correctly on my chest + back. She only gave me Panadol, painkillers, and lozenges which I can easily purchase over the counter in pharmacies for my sore throat which did not help at all. I continued to be sick for 3 days before visiting another doctor who cured me within a day. The doctor who cured me said that my sore throat was so bad that he had to prescribe 2 antibiotics AND steroids to treat it and this doctor only gave me OTC medication lol. I get that young doctors need to experience working once out of residency but giving OTC medication when I myself know that my sore throat is bad is just...bad. She needs more in-depth training and better diagnoses if she wants to treat and help more patients in the future.

I went to the clinic earlier at around 2pm and was seen by Dr Tan Eek Chaw. Unlike some other general practitioners, he is patient, humble and bothers to hear my concerns out instead of rushing through the consultation for the sake of a quick buck. He also ask several relevant and pertinent questions to try to understand my medical situation. He carries himself professionally and it is indeed my good fortune to meet a medical professional such as himself with good EQ. Many thanks!

This clinic does not answer phone calls on Saturday morning. I have made multiple calls and rang till the call gets disconnected. This is intentional by their receptionist staff, as I have encountered this on several separate occasions.

Did my pre enrolment check up here and I finished it quite quickly! It’s good to turn up at your appointment timing or earlier so that you don’t have to get a later queue number. That’ll cause longer waiting time. Receptionists and Dr Tan was really friendly. Definitely an outlet of the Clinic Group that will recommend :) Thank you

Worst clinic ever don’t go here. I messaged asking if I can come today and they said yes, I can walk in anytime. I took 20 mins to walk to the clinic with a cold and fever at 12 PM (1 hour before their closing) and the receptionist said they’re no longer taking appointments. Since I messaged them half an hour before I arrived they could’ve informed me that I should come in the evening instead of misinforming me. Poor service from staff too Also the number they provided on google is out of service so you can’t even call them to ask if you can come Response: Hi Eric, I live alone and I messaged the clinic on google before coming. If you weren’t taking any more appointments from 15 mins after I messaged, it would make sense to advise me to come in the evening instead of just saying no appointment is required. I noticed another review that had the same complaint. When you’re down with a fever it’s very exhausting to make your way to a doctor and then make the same trip back without being treated - I wouldn’t rate a medical centre like a restaurant because they’re not the same bc visiting a doctor is more serious and time sensitive than eating at a restaurant. Since others face the same issue maybe it would be helpful to mention somewhere that no appointments are taken after 12 PM. Hope you understand where I’m coming from. Also the number provided on this app is out of service as provided in the screenshot so the only way could get an indication of available slots is via this chat which indicated I can walk in during operating hours. Naturally I made my way an hour before closing and sadly was turned away. Hope you can either reactive the number or provide updated info on walk in times

Disappointing experience and most possibly the last time ill be going to this clinic. I booked an 11am appointment a week prior to taking my 3rd Hepatitis B dose. On the day of my appointment itself, I did not receive any call or messages before I left my place of residence. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was told that not only had there been a shortage of supply of vaccine and also that the person who came before me had already used up the vaccine. Ultimately, i had wasted my trip of 45 minutes. How the staff handled the situation was merely asking to reschedule and casually apologising that they ran out of the vaccine. My only questions were. 1) Was there even a point in making an appointment if the clinic does not leave a supply of vaccine for you? 2) Why couldn't the clinic have given me a call prior to my appointment to inform me about the shortage? 3) How does the clinic manage their supplies of vaccines? I am beyond disappointed and upset that despite booking an appointment a week prior, i was just disregarded like that.

Very positive experience. I am generally not a fond of going to Clinic unless really necessary as time to time there's always a thing (administrative, long Q, etc). But my experience with The Clinic was awesome. Staffs are kind and efficient. Consulted with Doctor Tan, which is very attentive and give a thorough explanation. Overall positive experience and would recommend!

Very bad service, before 4.50pm said closed already. Door sign have not put closed.Very disappointed said for ppl very urgent doctor need time to look for him. need long time to see him. Is means I didn't urgent and serious about my case. If not serious I won't be rush after work to come down see doctor.I rush for them before close that the answer I can't help you. I think group is very professional but not think so.The last I saw the customer go out from clinic after 10mins only. Very funny for this clinic .Won't come again.

Wait Time: Agree with the rest that the clinic could be better to let Patient know about it (e.g. changing the open sign to a closed when it is closed for the day) Doctor: Rather inexperienced, i ran a fever w yellow mucus (all signs that there is probably an infection) and i stressed that i've gt dry cough alrdy. Yet the young doctor only issued me panadol, flu med, throat lozenges and cough suppression pill. 2days later, my cough went full blown and yellow mucus remained. Went to another doc and diagnosed as throat infection and the doc shared that the cough suppression pill is very mild only. Finally gt my throat infection med as well (in addition to lozenges). P.S. the young doc is also very soft spoken and instructions were either unclear/could nt really be heard even after i beg her pardon. In e end, some body languages used to know what she's getting me to do for the checks.

The services that I receive from the clinic is excellent. Dr. on duty and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends. and also the chargers is cheaper than others clinics. tqsm🤍

Nurses were very rude. For those coming here for Uni check ups please avoid it. The front desk of a clinic usually makes or breaks the experience and this is a string break.

Unhelpful and absolutely expensive. My daughter was given antibiotics which was in hard tablet too big and difficult for her to consume at her young age. Asked for smaller form and was told cannot be done. And purely due to admin reasons. No alternative given. Worst service ever.

Today, was my first visit to this clinic, for a blood test. This is a clinic close to my house and I thought of trying them out and not go the previous clinic, merely because of distance. However, I had a very bad experience and I'm wondering if I should stick to the older clinic. If I could, I would not give any stars to them, and the issue is with the receptionist - Rude for no reason! Listed below are the few instances that happened today: 1. My husband and I went there today, and we were given separate queue numbers. I asked if I could go in with my husband (since I was keen to hear the doctor's advice for my husband) and I was the next patient in queue after my husband anyway. However, the receptionist told me to go in when my queue number is called out. Found it funny but I listened to her and sat down in the waiting area. Later, my husband called me in because the doctor was ok to have me there and I was the next patient too. The reception lady didn't like this and taunted me later during the payment process. Uncalled for but I ignored it giving her benefit of the doubt of not knowing that the doctor called me in. 2. During the registration at the reception, I was asked to email my specialist prescription to the clinic's email address so that the receptionist could load it in their system for the doctor's viewing. I had emailed the front and back of the prescription and apparently the receptionist only uploaded the back of the prescription and didn't even bother checking for the front page. When the doctor pulled out the prescription to review in the system, he got only the back page of what I had sent. Then, I mentioned to the doctor that this is only 1 side, the front side is missing. The doctor asked the receptionist to upload the front side as well, to which she responded, " the patient only sent one side"! Mere lies or indifference, I don't know what to call this! The patient, which is me was sitting right there and I had attached both sides in the email I sent to the clinic. Eventually, I ignored her remarks and re-sent the same email again. While I did that, the doctor opened up my first email and he could see both the side in there. Is this lack of attention to detail or just ignorance, from the receptionist, I don't understand or is it "just blame it on the patient", really!! 3. After the consultation, when we went to settle the payment, my husband had to go out and he had told me that it'll be cashless for him since his insurance covered the visit, however, he asked me to check once and clear out the payment, so that we could save some time on just waiting there. On the other hand, for me I had to pay because my insurance didn't list this clinic as a panel clinic. So the receptionist made out my bill and I made the payments, when I asked for my husband, she rudely says she'll settle with the patient. I said I'm his wife and I'm aware of his insurance, so if there is any payment to be made, I can settle for him. She was again rude and told me "No, she will only settle with the patient". 4. Also, when I asked the receptionist about my blood test reports, as to when can I expect them, she tells me off by saying wait for our sms. I asked her politely again of a tentative timeline and wanted to tell her that I have to plan and book appointment for my specialist, but she just cut me off and said, "can you wait for the sms!" Wow!! that is some attitude man! What this lady doesn't realize is that I have to schedule another appointment with the specialist for which I need the blood test reports. Even an approximate idea on when the reports can come in would have helped me to schedule my further appointments. Again, I feel she was very indifferent/ignorant here apart from being rude unnecessarily. I kind of understand that everyone has their own issues, stresses, workloads, good & bad days, etc. at work to deal with, but that certainly doesn't give anyone to be rude, pass remarks or be indifferent to others!

I have been a regular to this Clinic for years and so far to my experiences, the Staffs and Doctors are top notch in their services and they are very friendly & helpful. For my case it will be long term dependence medications which I can feel there is changes to my emotion and I feel frustrated from time to time, however the doctor here which I have encounter are very patient and concern on my condition and willingly to listen to me to understand my frustrations and trying to cope my symptoms which I never felt before in other Clinics which some Clinic just listen to you a bit then want to cast you out of their room just a few mins without truly understand the depth of your health issues. I would also like to give my thanks to DR ARJUNAN GRAETZ whom he is a very kind, helpful, caring doctor and most of all very Professional. Thanks again Clinics@Aperia for the good experience for letting me feel that the Clinic's Staffs and Doctors really cares for their patients.

Within a mall and office tower Easy access for those who are working there. However, being the only clinic there, they seems to have forgotten their purpose and only there for the cash. Tried to call them asking for certain information on availability of doctor for blood test. Their attitude was bad and unfriendly. Subsequently, went to see the doctor for blood test and also normal GP consultation. Drawing of blood was normal and smooth. GP consultation was done very badly and wishing i was out of there as soon as possible. I had sore throat, all i was told to do was to open my mouth, no usual ice cream stick. Then temperature was taken quickly. I was told to name the symptoms. All these was done withou the doctor feeling my throat etc. Then the reply was, “i will give you medications for all your stmptoms”. I was in too much pain from the sore throat to think properly at the moment. Doctor even said, if i didnt get well soon, it mguht be tonsillitis. So, docotr didnt even feel for swelling?? The damage, (blood test was covered separately), for four types of medication (cough, flu, lozenges and anti-inflammation) $80! I hope never to return there. I asked around for the feedback from my colleagues, all of them felt they were not professional and were treated badly as patients.

The worst customer/patient service ever! This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting the clinic because it is the closest to my place but never I had a pleasant experience visiting this clinic. I visit the clinic so I can feel better but everytime I leave the clinic I am more stressed because of the receptionist. She (the one with glasses) always makes me feel that I am disturbing her. As if she is suggesting that I should not disturb her and better yet I visit another clinic. I hope the management should address this! I guess I have to find another clinic.

Visited Dr Graetz regarding my ankle injury. He took significant amount of time to explain to me the nature of the injury and the possible treatment methods. Additionally, he helped with arrangements of MRI scans and specialist consultation. Once the MRI scans arrived, the doctor showed in-depth concern about the implication of the injury and went an extra mile by orginising a wheelchair to help me to get to the taxi together with his friendly and helpful staff. In summary, a clinic with knowledgeable/competent doctor and friendly/helpful staff. Thank you once again for the great experience despite the seriousness of the injury.

  • 1/5 KEVIN S. 4 years ago on Google
Doctor is quite knowledgeable but the receptionists are rude and unprofessional, and unable to carry out her duty as properly as how the receptionist in other clinics could perform. Dear Eric, I am afraid that you didn’t tell the whole story as what I have shared in my feedback. The facts are: 1. The Receptionists didn’t record my queue no. 36 in the system in the morning or with timestamp marked for the suggested 2nd visit in the afternoon. 2. The Receptionist requested me to revisit the clinic in the afternoon although there were only 10 patients in queue while I registered over the count at 11:20am, while the clinic will only be closed for lunch break in 1-hour and 40mins. 3. The receptionist didn’t not have record of my registered queue number that they gave me in the morning, so my queue no. is completed unrecorded in your queuing system!! 4. When I arrived at the clinic at 2:35, the queue starts from no. 40 and there is no queue no. 38 or 39 in the next 15 counts. However, while I was waiting there for more than 10mins without seeing my queue no. 36 being shown in the system, the patient no. 38 who reported in the clinic 5mins later than me has his no. prioritised and placed as the 2nd place on the queue list suddenly. Are you implying this is fair to all patients then? 5. Around the same time, another lady who has queue no. 37 has also been waiting there for more than 15mins at least without seeing her no. displayed in the queue list. How can the guy with queue no. 38 who came later than us be placed on top of the queue list? These are all the facts I’m raising for your attention and you could check your CCTV or internal system for verification as necessary. I don’t think this is the first complaint against the receptionist in your medical centre and I don’t think it’s right to blame the patients without disclosing the complete background on what has happened in such case.

horrible experience. I have a tiny metal splinter. I removed a larger shard by myself but couldnt get the remaining part removed as the remnants are smaller. I can actually see some black discoloration in the area. I informed the gp that the area is painful. the gp went ahead and rubbed the area without disinfecting her bare hands (right after touching her keyboard). she told me there is nothing and quickly dismissed my case despite my complaints about pain and the fact that I could actually see discoloration and feel the same pain as if the larger splinter, which I have removed by myself, is still there. I asked her if she could get a magnifying glass or some other equipment that could serve the same purpose. the gp told me they have no such equipment. moreover, she told me I could come back and have it removed if the x-ray results indicate there is indeed a splinter. not really sure what sense that made. is the gp going to suddenly have x-ray vision after I get my x-ray results? pretty sure you'd still need to magnify the area to do the surgery. felt like the gp only wanted my money. not coming back here again.

Dr Tan is friendly and listens to my problem attentively. I have asked to do a more thorough check because I was worried and he willingly obliged. My second time visiting this clinic. Counter staff were friendly and professional. Medicine provided were surprisingly top grade. The only thing to improve on is to change the sofas. They looked old and because of the cloth material, I'm not sure if it is clean to sit on it.

The doctor was very nice and friendly! Appreciated his advice. There were two receptionists that day and one was very helpful and didn't make the experience of my urine test uncomfortable at all, good service. The other one was rather impatient and slightly rude towards me when the card reader didn't pick up my debit card, soured the experience a little.
