Today,
was
my
first
visit
to
this
clinic,
for
a
blood
test.
This
is
a
clinic
close
to
my
house
and
I
thought
of
trying
them
out
and
not
go
the
previous
clinic,
merely
because
of
distance.
However,
I
had
a
very
bad
experience
and
I'm
wondering
if
I
should
stick
to
the
older
clinic.
If
I
could,
I
would
not
give
any
stars
to
them,
and
the
issue
is
with
the
receptionist
-
Rude
for
no
reason!
Listed
below
are
the
few
instances
that
happened
today:
1.
My
husband
and
I
went
there
today,
and
we
were
given
separate
queue
numbers.
I
asked
if
I
could
go
in
with
my
husband
(since
I
was
keen
to
hear
the
doctor's
advice
for
my
husband)
and
I
was
the
next
patient
in
queue
after
my
husband
anyway.
However,
the
receptionist
told
me
to
go
in
when
my
queue
number
is
called
out.
Found
it
funny
but
I
listened
to
her
and
sat
down
in
the
waiting
area.
Later,
my
husband
called
me
in
because
the
doctor
was
ok
to
have
me
there
and
I
was
the
next
patient
too.
The
reception
lady
didn't
like
this
and
taunted
me
later
during
the
payment
process.
Uncalled
for
but
I
ignored
it
giving
her
benefit
of
the
doubt
of
not
knowing
that
the
doctor
called
me
in.
2.
During
the
registration
at
the
reception,
I
was
asked
to
email
my
specialist
prescription
to
the
clinic's
email
address
so
that
the
receptionist
could
load
it
in
their
system
for
the
doctor's
viewing.
I
had
emailed
the
front
and
back
of
the
prescription
and
apparently
the
receptionist
only
uploaded
the
back
of
the
prescription
and
didn't
even
bother
checking
for
the
front
page.
When
the
doctor
pulled
out
the
prescription
to
review
in
the
system,
he
got
only
the
back
page
of
what
I
had
sent.
Then,
I
mentioned
to
the
doctor
that
this
is
only
1
side,
the
front
side
is
missing.
The
doctor
asked
the
receptionist
to
upload
the
front
side
as
well,
to
which
she
responded,
"
the
patient
only
sent
one
side"!
Mere
lies
or
indifference,
I
don't
know
what
to
call
this!
The
patient,
which
is
me
was
sitting
right
there
and
I
had
attached
both
sides
in
the
email
I
sent
to
the
clinic.
Eventually,
I
ignored
her
remarks
and
re-sent
the
same
email
again.
While
I
did
that,
the
doctor
opened
up
my
first
email
and
he
could
see
both
the
side
in
there.
Is
this
lack
of
attention
to
detail
or
just
ignorance,
from
the
receptionist,
I
don't
understand
or
is
it
"just
blame
it
on
the
patient",
really!!
3.
After
the
consultation,
when
we
went
to
settle
the
payment,
my
husband
had
to
go
out
and
he
had
told
me
that
it'll
be
cashless
for
him
since
his
insurance
covered
the
visit,
however,
he
asked
me
to
check
once
and
clear
out
the
payment,
so
that
we
could
save
some
time
on
just
waiting
there.
On
the
other
hand,
for
me
I
had
to
pay
because
my
insurance
didn't
list
this
clinic
as
a
panel
clinic.
So
the
receptionist
made
out
my
bill
and
I
made
the
payments,
when
I
asked
for
my
husband,
she
rudely
says
she'll
settle
with
the
patient.
I
said
I'm
his
wife
and
I'm
aware
of
his
insurance,
so
if
there
is
any
payment
to
be
made,
I
can
settle
for
him.
She
was
again
rude
and
told
me
"No,
she
will
only
settle
with
the
patient".
4.
Also,
when
I
asked
the
receptionist
about
my
blood
test
reports,
as
to
when
can
I
expect
them,
she
tells
me
off
by
saying
wait
for
our
sms.
I
asked
her
politely
again
of
a
tentative
timeline
and
wanted
to
tell
her
that
I
have
to
plan
and
book
appointment
for
my
specialist,
but
she
just
cut
me
off
and
said,
"can
you
wait
for
the
sms!"
Wow!!
that
is
some
attitude
man!
What
this
lady
doesn't
realize
is
that
I
have
to
schedule
another
appointment
with
the
specialist
for
which
I
need
the
blood
test
reports.
Even
an
approximate
idea
on
when
the
reports
can
come
in
would
have
helped
me
to
schedule
my
further
appointments.
Again,
I
feel
she
was
very
indifferent/ignorant
here
apart
from
being
rude
unnecessarily.
I
kind
of
understand
that
everyone
has
their
own
issues,
stresses,
workloads,
good
&
bad
days,
etc.
at
work
to
deal
with,
but
that
certainly
doesn't
give
anyone
to
be
rude,
pass
remarks
or
be
indifferent
to
others!
