One
of
the
worst
medical
clinic
I’ve
been.
No
follow
up
call(s)
and
waste
of
time.
Came
here
for
employment
medical
check
up.
Instructions
were
unclear
on
where
to
go
for
each
tests
/
after
tests.
Front
desk
staff
basically
just
direct
me
to
go
to
the
back,
and
I
have
to
figure
out
by
myself
on
which
room/place
to
go.
Nurse
who
took
my
blood
for
blood
test
was
friendly,
however
unfortunately
she’s
quite
inexperienced
as
my
arm
bruised
pretty
badly
after
(i
go
for
blood
donation
and
medical
check
up
regularly,
and
none
of
them
make
my
arm
bruised
after
my
blood
was
taken).
After
everything
was
done,
was
informed
that
report
will
be
ready
in
3
days,
and
that
they
will
call
me.
One
week
went
by,
nobody
calls.
Went
to
the
clinic
and
was
informed
that
doctor
is
on
leave
and
will
be
back
following
week,
and
they
will
call
me.
Following
week,
still
no
calls.
Went
to
the
clinic
in
the
afternoon,
and
was
told
that
the
doctor
have
left
for
the
day,
and
will
call
me
on
the
next
day.
When
i
returned
to
the
clinic
the
next
day
(by
myself,
as
I
don’t
want
to
waste
more
time
waiting
for
the
non
existent
call)
the
report
was
passed
to
me
without
the
need
of
seeing
the
doctor.
Upon
returning
to
the
office,
only
notice
that
the
stamped
date
was
incorrect.
Stamped
as
year
2024.
(Partially
my
fault,
should
have
checked
on
the
spot)
Went
back
AGAIN,
only
for
them
to
just
cross
it
out
with
a
pen,
and
rewrite
the
year
with
no
counter
signature.
(Didn’t
know
it’s
that
easy
to
just
forge
a
document
here)
Throughout
the
whole
incident,
no
apologies
were
given.
I’ve
wasted
so
much
time
just
to
follow
up
with
what
your
front
desk
staffs
should
have
been
doing.
More
than
a
week
of
time
was
wasted,
when
the
report
could
have
been
passed
to
me
a
week
ago.
Suggest
to
have
your
front
desk
staffs
to
actually
follow
up
with
the
patients,
instead
of
just
sitting
there
playing
with
their
phones.
As
for
me,
i
will
never
step
into
this
clinic
ever
again,
and
will
not
recommend
anyone
to
go
to
this
clinic.
-Update:
their
client
servicing
manager
called
me
to
apologize
and
to
understand
the
whole
situation.
Did
not
expect
this.
But
I
do
appreciate
the
call
(instead
of
ignoring
the
comment
like
most
people
do).
