    I was there for health screening recently. The nurse that took my blood I must give her a thumbs up. It only took her 1 try to collect my blood and she is by far the 1st person that managed to. Actually the waiting time is not really that long I don’t understand why these people kept complaining about it. Hello, u are not the only patient in the clinic it is not as if they purposely let you wait. Just give and take everything will be fine. Great work to the 3 staffs I will certainly recommend Bethesda to anyone planning to do health screening.

    Was there for a health screening last month and the whole process was seamless. There was abit of a waiting time but given the number of staff working, I can understand completely. Can tell that Cindy and her colleagues are very efficient and knowledgeable. Bright clinic too. Keep up the good work.

    I would suggest for those doing medical checkup if you have other option, please visit other place rather that spoil your mood. Receptionist attitude very bad, yelling and shouting walking patient. and nurse that assigned to me always busy with phone when perform my checkup and very annoying. While performing my chest xray, they didn't provide cloth to wear, ask me to remove my top and stick my body direct to xray machine, not hygienic. I also experience with two different doctor in there also rushing and unfriendly. Staff in there unfriendly and bad services, and I'm there in morning 9.30am, not much ppl, but keep rushing not sure why. It seem to me, the staff not happy working in there, that why not able to provide excellence services.

    I did a health screening at the clinic about two weeks back. I doubt I will visit this clinic again. It is very telling when you see reviews of either 1 or 5 stars. I should have read google reviews before visiting. 1. Health screening packages were not explained. When I asked if I could get some guidance on which package would be more appropriate for me, I was directed to the brochure stand and asked to have a read on them. 2. A couple of days later, I received a SMS indicating that my lab result was ready for collection. I tried calling the clinic multiple times to understand if I need to arrange a doctor consultation but calls weren't picked up. 3. I visited the clinic few days later and one of the receptionist provided me with my lab result. I asked for the doctor consultation as it was stated in the package but the receptionist merely stated that my package doesn’t include that and they had given me another similar package where there was no doctor consultation (nothing was explained on the actual day, in particular any deviation from the package). They subsequently agreed to give me a consultation after I showed them the details of the package and also emphasised that I paid for the most comprehensive package. I hope management can consider improving the customer service of doctors/nurses/receptionists to provide more guidance and information to the patients for the services offered.

    This clinic has everything in one place! It's super convenient! You just choose your package and they give you your report after 2 - 3weeks! I hope next time they will just email the reports to me so I can keep it in my hard disk-save paper and trees! Go green! Highly recommend Dr T TAN! She is amazing and fast!

    This place is so terrible managed and has no respect to patients’ time. I booked an appointment online at 12:45pm. Arrived at 12:48pm and was told there were five people ahead of me and their clinic would be closed at 1pm. The front desk staff booked another appointment at 4pm. When I arrived again at 3:55pm, the other staff told me the wait time would be minimum 2 hours without even asking for an appointment. Then another staff realized I got an appointment booked and told me to take a seat. I waited for 1 hour 5mins, and no one update me on the wait time or how many people were ahead of me. When I finally walked to the front to tell them I would have to leave if the wait time is too long as I have other commitments, I was told there was only one patient ahead. The staff got no sense how long each patient would take and estimated another 10mins of wait. Then I waited for another 25mins, and two other patients went ahead of me. I had to leave because the waiting system just got no sense. People came in half an hour after my appointment got called in early. By the time I left, still not being called. Be prepared to get your time wasted.

    Both receptionist have an attitude which is unbelievable, they make you feel like you are a burden to them. Everything is extremely rushed and they quite frankly are just not polite. I do not recommend this clinic, they don't give you a feeling that you are in good hands!

    Terrible and unprofessional service, strongly recommend to avoid - there are other clinics in the area which will serve you better. I didn't see any sense of patient care from Bethesda. I would definitely echo Mr Jack Tan's review from below on the staff being preoccupied with their own activities and having a cavalier attitude rather than focusing on serving their patients. Also charges were not explained clearly and were very misleading.

    Thumbs up to this efficient clinic with attentive staff. Went to this clinic for my annual health screening recently due to its convenient location in Suntec City. It is located at level 3 and very easy to find in the retail tower 1. I saw another clinic at level 2 that seems to look bigger and wanted to head there initially but changed my mind due to the snaky queue there. Very glad with my decision as the whole process of health screening was seamless. Staff at the counter guided me throughout the process. The nurse that draw my blood was very friendly and patient knowing that I am so scare of blood draw. Even the radiologist (I think) were very helpful in explaining to me the X-ray processes. I have been to other clinics for screening before which requires me to make another trip to a separate clinic for radiology services. I like that everything can be done at Bethesda clinic in one go. So convenient! Saw some not so good reviews of this clinic previously but seems like it has changed from the past? Maybe change of management or staff. But all in all really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely recommend my friends to come here for the convenience and also affordable health screening and clinic services.

    Good service and doctor was very patient and helpful. I work in the office towers in Suntec so this clinic was very convenient to get to. Had a fever and was feeling weak and very glad to be able to see the doctor quickly. Waiting time was reasonable and clinic was big and comfortable to rest while waiting for my turn. You can tell that the doctor care about her patient (not the kind that quickly brushes you off). Overall very happy with the service here.

    First time doing comprehensive medical screening. Didn't expect that we can do testing for so much things. From ultra sound to scan my liver, kidney, gall bladder to ECG and running on a treadmill to stress test my heart. The doctor and staffs are super patience. Kudos to the team

    Doctor is good, caring and patience. Clinic is quite big with xrays, mammogram, ultrasound and other screening machines. Staffs and nurses, especially Samantha and Shahzana, are all courteous, professional, efficient and very helpful.

    Bad experience with the female doctor. First visit, I accidentally went into room 2 instead of room 3 and saw the female doctor eating and watching video. Is she paid to watch video and eat during clinic operating hours? I understand that the clinic is closed for lunch and that wasn’t even lunch time yet. The second visit as she was the only doctor on duty, I had no choice but to see her. She was so disorganized and messy. She also brushed off my symptoms lightly and can’t wait to end the consult. Right after I stepped out of the room, she soon left. Am wondering if she is in a hurry to go off that’s why did not probe further about my illness. Front staff was not too bad though.

    Unfriendly cold front desk, with minimal care & no basic knowledge. One of them doesn’t even know what BP measurement is, & told me that my BP can be seen from my blood test results. 🤦🏻‍♀️If you are paying on your own, pls avoid. They entertain mostly patients with company insurance. 👎🏻 edited: There were so many negative reviews after I read through, the management should seriously look into retraining of their front desk staff, or a total revamp.

    I did my health screen here a year ago and when my report came out, I was overseas. I checked with the nurse a few times if there’s anything abnormal about my results, they said everything was fine. So I forgot about it for a while. When I finally got a chance to visit and take my report, I realised that there were so many items that doesn’t look good on my report. They could have emailed me the soft copy of my report but they didn’t. Because of their slacking in work, now I have to get a surgery done, which could have been avoided if I found out earlier. I resent this clinic forever.

    Have been visiting Bethesda medical for 10 years for my medical needs. Doctors are knowledgeable and treat you after looking at one’s medical history. The clinic has good diagnostic facilities. The support staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

    Was at Pedalfest last Saturday at Sports Hub. Invited by Bethesda staff for a complimentary health screening. The staff were very helpful and professional. Guided me through the whole process step by step with big smiles. I am usually quite nervous when it comes to drawing blood due to previous bad experiences at different clinic and hospital. Very pleasantly surprised when the staff examined my veins and recommended to use a thinner needle due to my finer veins. I think it was Daniel who helped to draw blood. Must say his skill is superb.. dont feel any discomfort during the whole process. Thumbs up.

    Bad experience with Suntec branch, it has been a month and they did not email my health screening report to me. Replied to my email but never follow up until I have to chase again. Visit the clinic at your own risk.

    I have been emailing the clinic for 2 weeks and nobody bother to respond to my email. Send a chaser and still gotten ignored. When I went there and questioned them why there’s quite a few good review despite the lousy service, the staff said the company asked them and their relatives to write those reviews. Can tell how fake it is. Dr Tina is good though. Very professional and knowledgeable and it’s cause of her, I didn’t give a one star review.

    Very rude front desk Careless nurse! a lady nurse took my blood with no gloves and no proper hygiene precautions I was asked to start antibiotics with the suspicion of infection, then done urine and blood tests. After waiting 3 days for the test results, results were all negative! When I asked the staff then why I was prescribed antibiotics, she basically tried to ignore me but after I insisted, she asked me to pay consultation and see the doctor again

    Despite having an appointment for health screening, I have to wait nearly an hour for my blood test and I was starving from fasting for 12 hours!The staff at the counter was not helpful, not interested in providing good service. Totally inefficient clinic! Will not come here again and will not recommend to others as well.

    If I could I will give zero star. Very insufficient, nobody knows where to queue and it seems no staff cares. And staff forgot to call my number also. I believe no one wants to be forgotten and let people come after you be served first. So don’t come here. 😅

    Inefficient and a huge mess. Waited 60mins just to do a blood test and altho given Q numbers, they will randomly push someone else in before you. And when they call for u, it's like playing hide and seek u have to search for them. Lastly it's like a auction house. So much shouting for each other. Would not recommend unless you don't have a choice 🤦‍♀️

    The 2 Chinese counter staff are very efficient and polite. Was there for a flu vaccine and the registration process was fast and short waiting time. However the bad experience was with the Indian nurse. First time experiencing sore arm and bruises after the jab and she did not give me any heads up before jabbing the vaccine into me. Seemed inexperience. Else would have given 5 star.

    You'd only go there for medical service, and you will get the medical service. It good? is it bad? you decide. Just make sure that when you head out to Bethesda that you leave your feelings at home to avoid them getting hurt as the staff at Bethesda make you feel irrelevant.

    finished blood test did not tell patient to go off. Waited there quite sometime then decided approach to counter ask the receptionist. Add on review: tried to call the phone number serveral time no pickup. reached the clinic around 5.28pm and it was closed. i don’t recommend anyone to come to this clinic. service is bad!

    I have visited the medical centre twice and I must say that their service level is consistent - consistently bad. The female staffs (especially the Chinese one), always seemed pre-occupied with their own stuffs and conversations, and they are completely oblivious to any person standing in front of the counter until you need to beg for their attention. When you tried asking questions, they will reply you with annoyed tones like you are asking stupid questions. Like many of the poor reviews, you will feel extremely unwelcome the moment you step into the clinic, and you will be completely ignored. I'm actually surprised to see some 4-5 stars reviews on this clinic which i find hard to fathom as I have seen the same treatments to other visitors. There are many good clinics in around the area and more professional ones. I would kindly advise to avoid them at all costs.

    All good. The annual checkups are somewhat of a conveyer belt operation no matter where you go. Check-in and examination was friendly and efficient. Bonus points for the nurse taking blood virtually painlessly. Not hard to find: Tower 2 retail area, escalator to 3rd floor, you'll be in front of it.

    went for health screening. 1) first blood draw, unsuccessful after 4 tries but gave up because i was going to faint after that. the phlebotomist was an angel, she made sure that i was fine before leaving the blood draw room. however, after i walked out of the blood draw room, i started feeling faint again and sat down with my head towards the ground (universal sign for someone feeling unwell). yet all none of the staff noticed, or even if they did, probably ignored me. it was a morning and the clinic wasn’t particularly busy, there were barely any patients or movements or sounds. 2) visited 2 weeks later to repeat the blood draw. waited for 30 mins past my appointment time but it still wasn’t my turn. checked with the staff and they said there are 2 more patients before me, which would work out to probably be another 30 mins wait. in the end i have to reschedule a third time as i needed to get back to work. super unpleasant experience. totally regret coming here for medical screening with them, the worst part is, i already did the first half of the screening with them. what a waste of time and transport.

    Happy and satisfied customer here. Went for my screening today at Bethesda @ Suntec. Liked the place being spacious, well lit, and clean. Dr Tina who attended to me was passionate and patient in providing related medical information, the nurse who drew my blood (forgot to asked her name 😞), she was fabulous! She was very skilful that only a tiny bit needle pain exerted on my arm… She was probably the best I experienced for my annual checkup so far! Other medical crews and front desk staffs, they were fast and efficient. Will support them and visit again next year.

    Very helpful staff. I had some queries with regards to health screening and vaccination and had called the clinic in advance to find out more information as I wasn’t sure which packages is most suitable for me. Staff was friendly to explain to me on the options available and what vaccines is recommended for my age. Even pointed me to health resources such as ministry of health and hpb health hub sites to find out more information to make a informed decision. On the day of the checkup, process was seamless. The usual blood test, X-rays etc process was done efficiently. Keep up the good work.

    Amazing experience for company health screening, fast, efficient and a warm and lovely environment! The nurse who draws blood was professional and cheerful, the doctor was really patient and kind to explain the whole prostate process to me despite his busy schedule, and overall did not need to wait at all. 10/10!

    Professional, friendly, reliable. Always a positive experience when i visit the clinic for my medication.     Made an appointment for mammography and pick up call lady is friendly and helpful. Reached clinic late and counter lady is polite & effective. Go to spacious, neat and clean waiting area for it, another young short hair lady who is cheerful, friendly, fast, patience and detailed. Whole process is smoothly and pleasant.     Referral letter costs 25. but don't provide clinic and doctor name. Have told pay first then claim insurance later. The nurse said will send invoice later but nvr send. Blood drawing is painful.

    This is the second time I visited this clinic medical center here, the team are always very helpful. 23 Nov 2023 about 2:00pm The Chinese attendance staffs helped me for my appointment..and also the Chinese staff nurse who helped me to take my blood test was efficient, No Pain and very friendly. My skin looks as if as usual. Wow... Great service. My Salute and Thanks ✨🙏👍

    The doctors are good been going here for a few years but after waiting for 2hrs and pregnant with a bleeding knee I found their service horrible when busy but Syzanna did her best to help and on a subsequent visit a couple days later it was a lot more efficient and organised.

    Service overall is really good and professional. Just that I feel sometimes they are a bit disorganized. They quickly corrected it once I raised it to them that I have only done blood draw since I came in 2 hours ago. Quickly they completed the rest of my tests and I was out under the hour. Recommend you arrive very early while there are still no patients.

    Just visited the clinic this AM and seen by Dr Tong who was very attentive to explore the symptom and treatment. Receptionist Samantha and the team (didnt get the another rep lady and radiologist name) are also super kind and tried to arrange xray quickly within a few min since I cant come in weekdays. My entire visit just took less than 1hr. (Yes they have radiology dept got impressed) Glad that I decided to come here than the hospital nearby. Otherwise I had to wait for long time. Recommend early am on sat.

    was there for health checkup. counter staff was rude, unclear instructions on where to go next & did not explain procedures. rushed me around between the stations even when clinic was empty, remarked "then you faster la" even when there was no proper instructions on what to do. Dr was okay. would expect better service for a private clinic in CBD. any neighbourhood GP would beat this. 0 stars if possible

    The 2 counter ladies are very fast in terms of registration and dispensing medication. They are also very friendly. However gave 4 stars only as the doctor made me waited 20 minutes before calling my turn despite no patient in the clinic except me. His service was so so only. Waited 20 minutes just for a less than 5 minutes consult.

    The front counter nurse is always efficient and nice. I was very late in coming to the clinic to collect my much needed medication due to the screening and q at Suntec entrance. I called up to inform and register so that I won’t make a wasted trip all the way by MRT from Woodlands. I finally arrived just before closing time 12pm and she already had my medicine prepared and even helped me fill up my insurance entry ! I just needed to sign my name and collected my medicine in 30Sec! Thank you very much and I do appreciate you going the extra mile and I will have to find out your name in my next visit to the clinic!

    Would have given 5 star if not for the long wait to see the doctor. Despite being the only patient in the clinic, I waited almost 30 minutes before the doctor called me in. The front desk staff had to call in to the doctor before he’s willing to call me.

    The clinic should really consider hiring more staff. Such a big clinic but only 1 staff at the counter. I noticed that some feedback of the poor service, however what i exp was just the opp. Staff was efficient but as she was wearing a mask couldn't tell if she was smiling. Dr was alright though but take his own time to call the next patient even when the previous patient has finished his consult.

    Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Drs are also professional however Long waiting time to see the doctor even when there’s not many patients waiting. It didn’t take long for medication to be dispensed to me which shows how efficient the staff is. Overall a pleasant experience.

    Clinic is very big and spacious. Has many facilities. Can tell that the clinic is lack of staff as I only see two staff at the clinic today. Despite the shortage of manpower, staff (Cindy) is still very efficient. Waiting time for medication is very short unlike other clinics I went to. Great job and keep up the good service.

    Lousy doctor and front staff, nothing to ask when I finishing describing my symptoms, directly ask me to do a blood test (cost $228/-); and front staff ask me to pay for report explaining when collecting my test report a few of days later. I felt angry and went to find a reliable doctor who I consulted ever with my this test report, the doctor explained to me the blood test conducted at Bethesda was totally unnecessary and explained patiently for the reasons.

    Great service by the front staff, however long waiting time even when there is no patients. The doctor waits for about 15 minutes to call the next patient even when he is not seeing anyone inside his consultation room. I cant imagine the waiting time if there is many patients waiting.

    One of the worst medical center in Singapore. Unfriendly staff, lack of processes and courtesy. I got my FDW's medical done at the clinic (paid $50 premium vs other clinics, expecting faster turnaround since they have got x-ray machines etc.). However, it was a nightmare experience - followed-up with the clinic 6-7 times and finally able to get the report in 2 weeks (date of examination Jan 31st, report on Feb 13). Had to pay $100 overstay fine to MoM due to delay. Worst part is that when they handed over the report, it had date printed Jan 31st which was the date of examination and not date of report issuance. When I asked the staff about it - they say we always use the date of examination for printing report and cant give you in writing that the report was issued today i.e. Feb 13th... Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Furthermore, I work at Suntec and hence a few such instance with the clinic while going for my self consultation - long waiting time and unfriendly staff. Doctors not very experienced in common illness - it;s an Asthetic clinic- BEWARE..

    Its my first time getting check up at bathesda medical centre with a pleasant experienced, i want to leave a review myself The nurses is very helpful and provide extra information about my checkup, they were so friendly towards me that they even tell their own experience in that medical centre. Though all these may differ in individual, I truly appreciate their professional experience and warm approach

    Went to the clinic for a complimentary health screening last Friday. Registration was fast. The staff was efficient in taking my height and weight however waited quite a while to have my blood taken after which I realise there’s only one nurse hence the long wait. I approached the Indian staff at the counter whom was playing with her phone, to ask her how long is the wait since the other 2 Chinese staff are busy, she just say wait la and continued playing her phone. She didn’t even bother helping me to check how many more patients are before me or ask me what I’m here for. Wanted to give one star for her bad attitude but on the account of the nurse and the other staff, decided to give a 3 star.

    Visited last week. Fast and efficient front counter staff despite the lack of manpower. Very knowledgeable too. Know her stuff well. Only con is waiting time to see the doctor is very long. Completed all the tests in less than an hour but took quite a while for the doctor to buzz my number. Other than that, great job to the Chinese staff.

    Clearly understaffed front desk where the ladies seem under pressure and doing 100 things at the same time and of course resulting in errors. Insufficient knowledge about the requirements and guidelines on pre departure /PCR tests which resulted in initially being rejected on a flight. Technical issues in sending emails, required documents were not provided and other papers there was incorrect data (wrong date of birth). Eventually managed to get a refund, after they admitted their fault, but this incident caused a lot of unnecessary stress and could have had very serious consequences. Also this Clinic is very difficult, or at times even impossible to reach by phone. Emails to the general email address remain unanswered as well. Some work to do for the management.

    I was here to do a medical screening. It was a lot of waiting without clear instructions on the next step. It was only when they preparing to close for lunch that they started to rush me to complete my tests. Very unprofessional and uncoordinated.

    am a regular patient of the clinic the 2 Chinese staff are always very friendly and efficient. Doctors are good too. h=However my recent visit was dampened by the new Indian staff. I was asked by dr tina to have my blood drawn and the experience I had with the Indian staff was unpleasant. When i asked her if the blood test consist of checking my cholesterol, she said she is not sure and I should have asked dr tina about it when I was in the consultation room with her. She then gave me a look as if I am asking her stupid question. After the blood taking, I asked if i could have another plaster and she said one is enough. She was just plain rude and unfriendly!!!

    Came down at 130pm (on a Saturday) to get a swab test done at their testing centre located outside the convention centre. Opening hours stated online is from 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm. Was there at 130pm to check if I could get the test done, but the employee there said that it has to be done at least 24h before the event and that I should come back later at around 3pm to get the test done. I decided to head home first and come back at 3pm. Once I arrived, I saw that there was no one present at the testing area and assumed that the employee could have accidentally gave me the wrong timing as it differed from the online information. I scanned a QR code which brought me to a page to book an appointment for a swab test. I booked an appointment for 4pm and decided to wait until someone was back. At 355pm, someone from the clinic messaged me saying “Just in case you are heading to Suntec we are closed already”. Firstly, if anyone’s appointment is at 4pm, texting them 5 minutes before is useless as those who need a swab test will definitely be on the way there or would have arrived there already. I was then told that the clinic forgot to update their timing online due to the shortage of manpower. I can understand where they are coming from as it is not easy to find part timers these days. However, this could have been completely avoided if someone had texted me earlier to inform me about their new opening hours instead of 5 minutes before my pre-booked appointment. On top of that, there were families with children who wanted to take a swab test that were queuing up behind me as I was waiting for someone to come back to the testing centre. I believe they did not book an appointment as there was a walk-in option available for the swab test. I then informed then about the new opening hours and they definitely looked disappointed. Taking this swab test is not just for myself but is also my social responsibility to ensure that people around me will not get infected if I have COVID. Because of what happened, I can’t attend the event that I was supposed to attend anymore and I wasted $30 on my cab ride to and from Suntec City. To prevent this from happening again, I urge your clinic to update their opening hours online as there will be other people who will be angry if this were to happen to them. If you (Bethesda clinic) require the contact number of the staff who texted me literally 5 minutes before my appointment, I will be more than happy to provide the number as well as screenshots of the unprofessional messages sent out by your staff. Once again, for the sake of everyone else who are willing to pay for a swab test to keep people around them safe, please update your opening hours online. Thank you.

    Best clinic ever with efficient, friendly staff. Clinic seem short handed as it seemed there’s only 1-2 capable counter staff who is handling everything and multi-tasking. Was waiting to see the doctor and observed how the staff was very quick in attending to patients. Despite them being short handed and so busy, the waiting time for registration and waiting of medication is very short. However, I do noticed that there are some patients who love to rush them knowing that the staff are short handed and trying their best to expedite on dispensing. Sometimes I wonder the negative comment is it due to people who have no patience or just expect too much. Kudos to the staff.

    Went there on Thursday. Friendly and pleasant staff. Short waiting time from registration to dispensing of medicine to making payment. Only con is having to wait quite a while for the doctor even when there’s no patient other than myself. Will highly recommend.

    I want to give the clinic a zero rate as the service is very very bad. It is the worst case I met in Singapore in past 20 years. Bad service, bad nurse. They know they are wrong, but they do not want to change even they just need to do a little favor, but they do not. It is not a clinic for clients, it’s a beast for money only.

    Nurses were very experience, patient and caring. During the blood pressure reading, my reading was abit high so she took the second time and told me to relax. She was very patient too unlike if I usually do it outside, they will just check once. But this nurse checked three times - 2 on the left & 1 on the right. During the second tube collection, my blood flow suddenly started dripping very slowly but she was very patient in making sure I’m okay while the blood continued to flow very slowly. She was also very concern because immediately I had a visible blue black just few seconds after the needle was injected.

    I am impressed by all BM team. I needed an urgent wound dressing after a bad fall near suntec. Chance upon the clinic via Google search. They were all very professional, no long waiting time and the nurses assisting the doctor with my wound dressing practised good sterility. I am very particular as I work in the healthcare industry too. Thank you for being such a great help!

    One of the worst medical clinic I’ve been. No follow up call(s) and waste of time. Came here for employment medical check up. Instructions were unclear on where to go for each tests / after tests. Front desk staff basically just direct me to go to the back, and I have to figure out by myself on which room/place to go. Nurse who took my blood for blood test was friendly, however unfortunately she’s quite inexperienced as my arm bruised pretty badly after (i go for blood donation and medical check up regularly, and none of them make my arm bruised after my blood was taken). After everything was done, was informed that report will be ready in 3 days, and that they will call me. One week went by, nobody calls. Went to the clinic and was informed that doctor is on leave and will be back following week, and they will call me. Following week, still no calls. Went to the clinic in the afternoon, and was told that the doctor have left for the day, and will call me on the next day. When i returned to the clinic the next day (by myself, as I don’t want to waste more time waiting for the non existent call) the report was passed to me without the need of seeing the doctor. Upon returning to the office, only notice that the stamped date was incorrect. Stamped as year 2024. (Partially my fault, should have checked on the spot) Went back AGAIN, only for them to just cross it out with a pen, and rewrite the year with no counter signature. (Didn’t know it’s that easy to just forge a document here) Throughout the whole incident, no apologies were given. I’ve wasted so much time just to follow up with what your front desk staffs should have been doing. More than a week of time was wasted, when the report could have been passed to me a week ago. Suggest to have your front desk staffs to actually follow up with the patients, instead of just sitting there playing with their phones. As for me, i will never step into this clinic ever again, and will not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. -Update: their client servicing manager called me to apologize and to understand the whole situation. Did not expect this. But I do appreciate the call (instead of ignoring the comment like most people do).
