👍👍 I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade, and the staff and doctors have always been very friendly and caring. Dr Wu recognises me each time, and takes the time to get to know where I am in my progress with asthma control (can’t say it’s good, but I try my best). Anywho, am writing my revie... People often mention clinic, time, doctor, doctors, test, service, rude, good, daughter, registration,

Doctor Wu is really nice and detailed. But the clinic assistant Amy is very rude and disrespectful. She talks to you like you owe her money and this was not the first time, but by far the worst encounter ever with her. She couldn’t verify my name in the system with my corporate medical card. I do not blame her that she insisted I need to self-pay if not she wouldn’t let me go in. But overall, she could have handle the situation more professionally than putting me in the spot that I “refuse” to pay and read out my full IC to the whole clinic.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade, and the staff and doctors have always been very friendly and caring. Dr Wu recognises me each time, and takes the time to get to know where I am in my progress with asthma control (can’t say it’s good, but I try my best). Anywho, am writing my review with the slew of negative responses about not being able to see the doctor. Please note that you are not entitled to the service nor to the staffs/doctors’ time, more so if you came in late. It is common etiquette to come in at least an hour before their closing time, because their closing time pertains to their SERVICE (servicing the patients that have already registered), not registering new clients. You don’t know how long each session would take, and the time spent servicing those who comes in past their registration time may mean that the doctor/staff have to go back home past their stipulated working hours. And even if you did come in 1 hour before, should they refuse to give their service, it is within their right. You are not entitled to their time nor service. You’re more than welcome to find another clinic / institution to have your needs meet. Just bounce bro, it ain’t that hard. Please exercise compassion and humility, especially when facing medical staff, who are already freaking exhausted during this period of time.

Visited this clinic 2 days ago and I was attended by Dr Lee Ruo Yu. She was robotic, curt & unsympathetic and her answers were short, sounds like she quickly wants to be done with you. I was taken aback by this doctor's replies and decided not pursue further face to face coz she doesn't sound interested in a patient's care. Didn't even check my throat or sinuses which usually the former doctors, Dr Wu/ Dr Wong would do even when they know their patient is well versed with their condition. Dr Wu/ Dr Wong never failed to do basic checks and advise on what needs to be done or will refer to next course of action if it is something they can't do further/ need further checks. Too bad they are no longer in this clinic. My family loved this 2 doctors so much, 2 of the best doctors we ever been to. Anyway, I suffered an eye infection due to sinusitis, had to see an eye specialist and now an ENT specialist, all coz Dr Lee failed to do basic checks. See Dr Lee at your own risk! I am never going back to her for sure!

Visited this clinic today and I was attended by Dr Lee Ruo Yu, who just joined the clinic not long ago. I can say that she is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She was robotic, unsympathetic, rude and not passionate towards to my daughter. I told her that my daughter had a cough and running nose with no fever. I also performed ART on her and the result was negative. She wanted to perform ART test on my 2 year old daughter and I asked Dr Lee on how to ensure that my daughter will not move around since she was young and scared. Dr Lee said that I have to hold her hands while she will try to do ART but she can't promise that my daughter won't be injured while performing the ART!! How can I allow her to do so when she can't assure herself to do properly!! I told her that I will do ART on my own. She replied in a rude manner. At first, she didn't want to prescribe any medicine to my daughter because she told me to go to KK Hospital to do PCR test and get the medicine there. I was very furious and demanded for the medicine. Cmon, I came all the way to the clinic and she told me to go to KK Hospital????? Previously Dr Wu and Dr Wong knew how to console my daughter and gently performed basic check on her but Dr Lee Ruo Yu didn't do that at all. See Dr Lee at your own risk and I will not go to see her anymore

Very bad experience and super expensive to see this doctor. It costs $75 just for normal flu. My husband accompanied my son to see doctor but the lady dr asked my husband to leave the consultation room since my teenage son is able to communicate. This is weird! My son is a minor. Although he is to communicate, he didn't know what medicines he had taken at home when the doctor asked. Hence, parent should be allowed to be in the consultation room. We will avoid this clinic totally.

Went for a consultation, but was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional doctor, LEE RUO YU - She is unsympathetic, unfeeling and very unlikeable. During the consultation, I had explained my condition but Dr Lee interjected with curt replies, clearly more interested in ending the consultation earlier with no proper diagnosis. You can definitely find better doctors around the area. Such a pity that Dr Wu left.

Wow! didnt know that 2 caring doctors Dr Wu & Dr Wong have left the clinic. Just found out from clinic too this afternoon. Read of the many bad reviews of this new doctor - Dr Lee. Googled and found out that she was has a keen interest in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She has plans to obtain further qualifications in these. NO WONDER SHE IS NOT INTERESTED IN PATIENTS! Only keen in aesthetic medicine!

Been to many GPs, but I must say Dr Lee ruo yu is one of the best and very good at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She is very efficient and processed my referral to the hospital very quickly. Will come back to her again next time!

Daphne the receptionist is rude and unreasonable. She tells people that registration closes at 1145, and when people reach there at 1139, she says it’s closed. Why promise people over the phone when she can’t deliver? Pathetic and Poor service. Doctor is good. But he should really consider replacing the imbecile he planted at the registration counter.

Female doc asked questions but was quick to judge and form her own conclusion before I finish speaking. Not recommended.

My aunt went to the clinic for her blood test and shingles vaccine. Dr Lee Ruoyu was detailed with her explanation and very patient in answering all my aunty’s enquires! My aunt says she didn’t feel any pain when the blood was drawn and she is usually very needle phobic. Very professional doctor and a good experience in your clinic.

I'm an old patient of this clinic for many years. Have seen the new lady doctor, Dr Lee last month. She performed the usual checks just like the previous doctors and prescribed antibiotics which helped me recover quickly. Thanks Dr Lee for your effective treatment!

Went in at 7pm. Counter lady absolutely rude. Her response to us was "we do not see sore throat case at night". Wow didn't even know this was an option for clinics to choose. Lol

Super overpriced fees after the good doctors left. Dr Li‘s prescription for a mild cold was simply too much medication and very costly, charging over $80+. Will likely not visit again.

The doctors and clinic assistants are professional and polite. Good all round with comfortable waiting area and opening hours. Just have to note that last registration time can be earlier than closing hours depending on crowd number. As with any clinic, please proceed there up to an hour before closing time to facilitate the clinic to be able to accomodate and accept you in queue.

I'm 48 yrs old this year.. this the worst experience I had.. Draw blood is the most easy task for a doctor.. But the new lady doc took my arm as a testing platform..poke in then left right up down... Now I can't even move my arm. And was told this is not the 1st cases..

Great clinic staff and also reasonably priced. Management options and rationale for treatment will always be discussed in detail, which is highly informative. However, the clinic can get quite crowded from time to time. As patients, we need to understand from the clinic’s perspective that the last patient registration timing has to be enforced, to ensure that there’s sufficient time for their own staff to rest/recharge, and ample time for administrative work. Probably also important for everyone to know that there’s a difference between “operating” hours and “functioning” hours. It’s a simple concept. Very logical as well. Unless it’s a medical emergency, we should not forcefully expect ourselves to be registered and seen if the clinic is already overcrowded. All the information on last patient registration cutoff, daily operating hours etc had already been clearly stated at the clinic itself, and also readily made accessible on their official webpage, facebook and other social media

I called Today regarding my wife's x-ray results as the clinic promised to explain by calling my wife but we have received zero call for weeks. The parttime receptionist was very impatient, kept on saying she was a parttime so can not explain y never call us, and then asked me whether i have any other thing as she still has other patients waiting. I totally understand she may be caught by paients in the clinic while answering my phone. but her impatient attitude was wrong, especially she still stands for the clinic by answering the call and the clinic had not done its job in the first place. A simple apology was enough but there was none.

Doctor Wu is good but I really don't like the clinic assistant Amy. I brought my 5y/o to see doctor. Dr Wu checked and told me probably just common flu and not necessary go for PCR test for now since no fever or other symptoms n just mild running nose. When I was waiting for medicine, Amy didn't allow us to wait inside and kept asking why we don't go for PCR test in super loud way, the whole clinic can hear her. She is making us feel like we are inconsiderate covid carriers try to spread virus to them. My child was frightened and upset by her actions. She hurt a little boy!!

I visited for the first time & was greeted with terrible manners and service from the counterlady. it was a rude lady in her 40s. wrote my name wrongly on my bill so i had to make another trip down and when i got home, i realised she wrote my address wrongly too. when i headed down for the third time, despite a tight schedule, the same lady asked 'address very important meh?'. It really didn't seem like it was in her position to say that when ive made three trips down, which for your information, isn't exactly near my house. I visited that place only because it was a sunday and they had no queue. I clearly see why now. First and last visit to this terrible place, please do yourself a favour and do not visit this clinic. I'm still horrified by the service I've received.

100% agree with all the negative reviews. Had i read the review earlier, I will NEVER stepped into this clinic. I don't need MC, only good medication. This used to be my favorite clinic when Dr. Wu was around.

Unprofessional service from the doctor lee and nurse. I received the letter and arrange for the Human Papillomavirus Test on 19 Aug 2023. When i arrived on the clinic, the nurse did not explain clearly on how the test conducted and requirements required. But the doctor did not ask whether i have any sexual course before and insist to do this test and result to my vaginal bleed. This review is to be written to complain and advice not to go this clinic due to this unprofessional service.

😠 Everyone here doesn’t really care about service. There’s no pleasantries exchanged, no smiles - from the counter to the consult.
