One of the worst health screening facilities. They will book your appointment and keep you waiting for hours. They will let you choose tredmill test and send you over to the other building, the heart center. At that place you will be treated as an alien and make you wait for 3 hours or more. They will say that they have own patients and keep delaying. This inter departmental problems will make you a victim. No respect for patients time. They will never improve

One of the worse health screening in Singapore and I regret giving them a try. Firstly the coordination between the staff on site is terrible. The front desk will always ask you wait for your name to be called, but there's no proper sequence and you may waited a long time. There's time where you need to collect your stool sample and your name is called, but you can't go out. When you head out, you missed that queue, you have to wait a good 30 mins for your name to be called for next station. Breakfast provided, this means its just some biscuits and machine pressed drinks like some awful milo, coffee. Health results need 2 weeks to be out. Did before Christmas and called on early January, only to be found out need wait for so long. All other health screening big corporate are next working day, what a lousy turnaround and service. Overall, very bad experience with this Raffles screening and this will be my first and last time. I regret giving them a chance as usually I visited the other big brands health screening all have decent experience except for this Raffles. For outpatient I will also avoid due to the influx of all foreign doctors which are not so caring for local Singaporeans.

Efficient in terms of making an appointment, payment and follow-ups. All enquiries all well taken care of by the staff and nurses. Doctors are really patient and takes extra time to provide tailored advice, at least from the past few which I have been visiting the last couple of years. A standard health check up will take about 2-3 hours for completion end to end. No fuss at all on the process and service. Very decent snacks and food provided too. All well prepared and warm. Self-service now after covid.

The whole experience is lousy. If you have extra time like 5-6 hrs times to waste here for normal health screening please go ahead. The package included light meal before the treadmill test due to the fasting blood test prior that but the staff didn’t even offer the light meal and eventually I have to go out to take my own breakfast to wait for the treadmill.

The worst experience ever. Wait to register from 9.30am then waited for 2 hours just to do blood test and 30mins to do height/weight and vision test and another 30mins to do fasting scans which were only done at 12.30pm at another floor and told to return at 2pm for another scan! End up only had refreshments which already turned cold at 1pm! And guess what, doctor was fully booked so had to go back again for another review and complete remaining tests. This is really ridiculous and inefficient! Not flexible and definitely NOT worth paying so much just to waste your time waiting. Staff not friendly and sarcastic too. The least they could do was to warn the long wait upon registration so we can at least choose to go back at another time to get some tests done but they just couldn't be bothered. Would go back to Fullerton next time. So disappointing!!

Worst experience ever. If I could give no stars, I would. Took a total of 5 hours over two visits in one day to complete my health screening. The place was extremely crowded with no real social distancing. No food offered by lunchtime but made to do a morning fast. Was told to come back next year (2022) for my ultrasound then later advised there was a slot in the afternoon. Still waiting to receive my report when the screening was done more than a month ago (15 Dec 2021). No one picks up the phone - phantom number?

Expensive and provide poor customer service and are not flexible to customer needs. Health screening packages do not include option of skin cancer tests even those these should be done annually for certain skin types. Shows a lack of understanding of health needs.

It would be much better if anyone can contact and tell my health screening appointment is only PARTIAL Health-screening. I wonder if it is already PARTIAL at the time of appointment booked for me or if I lost my slot, and become PARTIAL only when I being there half of my day when I ask. I understand that RMG is very busy, however, I did not expect to have multiple health-screening sessions due to RMG being busy. That’s why I am fine to visit a Centre that is far not the one just next to my place. I was really want to shout when I was there but I know it won’t help me in any situation but panic, at least RMG can tell me on my arrival that today I can only do Partial health screening as the Ultrasound is fully booked. Then I know what I am going to have today to decide to continue or cancel. I think they purposely cover it up to make sure patients are using their half way services so patients cant run away to other hospitals. You can’t treat your patients/customers that way, especially in Healthcare, even though you are very busy, but you can’t just provide anyhow services of very poor quality. It will be much more better or easier if there is any communication, or at least you can update your customers. There was no communication at all, not even when I arrived, you only tell me that today I can’t do an Ultrasound due to the fully booked when I did everything else. And end up visiting on another date for that. I see a lot other comments about waiting time, I am kind and cooperate person, I am also experiencing the same but I am fine with that, as long as my turn is called following sequence to be called. But at least there is refreshment for patients who are fasting for others, but not for me as well. There is nothing. Come and go back and come another day with no ending.

This is a very true & unbiased review based on my experience, and I am not a fussy person: I just had my first health screening with them, it was not a ideal experience as it took me close to 4hours. Waiting at the registration, I already saw 2 patients losing their temper over "messed up" scheduling it seems. I have to wait like 2 hours just for my first test to start (that is after i reminded the nurse not to forget me). But the worse part was that they told me the doctor was not available and I have to come back again another day -__-". By right everything should be settled with just 1 visit. It seems they are squeezing as many patients in as possible, without a regard to the customer experience. Just a sense of the situation, I overheard a nurse informing a patient that the treadmill test has around 17 patients in the Q. I think next screening i will just pay alittle more for Parkway packages. PS. I was at no time offered a bottle of water.

Very crowded at times like a public hospital. Can't even hear your name called cos sometimes they don't use your q number. Used to be so good and professional. Made an appointment but didn't realised that I still have to wait and wait. Starved since last night and it's already 10am

Regret very much that I didn't check reviews before I decided to try out Raffles Health Screener this year. I can only second what others said about overcrowdedness so much so that it gives you no feeling of a pleasant personalised experience. Process operations was a nightmare to me. I started off my checking at 8AM but didn't finish until almost 2PM when I only saw myself in the already empty waiting room. Six whole hours! The highlight was that I waited 2.5 hours for treadmill alone, during which time no one came to update me on the schedule or whatsoever. I was just left there, like being forgotten. You can get the obvious feeling of frequent queue jumping constantly. Having various medical experiences before, I was truly impressed this time, in an absolutely negative way.

I would like to rate zero but this is not possible. This place is overcrowded and overbooked. There is a real issue with management. I was kept waiting for two hours before I could see a doctor for my review. After the review, I was told to head to radiology department for my ultrasound and x-ray. However, not a single soul was at the radiology section. Waited for 15-20 mins before I met a radiology in between her imaging schedule. I was told my information was not there. I had to go to the main reception to ask again, the staff messed up the schedule. I was asked to go to another level for my ultrasound and x-ray. I had to move around in gown, not a very pleasant experience. This is not what I expected from raffles medical group. Poor management and out dated scheduling system (still using manual paper!). Staffs were not trained to handle customer feedback. The real issue is not due to lack of manpower as the staffs were seen clustering and chitchatting. If you have a choice, please use other health screening providers. RMG management is even worse than structured hospitals in Singapore.

This is the WORST private medical Center I ever been to, for an executive health screening. 1. Unorganised and long waiting time from registration (1hr), payment (1hr+), tests, etc.. because business too good, they will tell u peak period so just wait. 2. No slots of radiology which is part of the package on the appointment day, because booking staff don’t know patient option of test(never bother to ask? or not a procedure to book together) so customer have to come another day. 3. Tests are conducted at various department located at different building, long walk and no clear instruction 4. patient test form not delivered to radiology department so another round of waiting time for delayed, further delays! 5. After long waiting time for registration & tests, 5. “Breakfast” provided but closed for late comers. Pantry staff said “ sorry we (pantry) closed at 12:30pm”. Despite telling the staff customer only release to eat after long waiting, late comers is due to long waiting, the pantry staff replied with attitude tone: we have been telling this is peak period and hence long waiting time,” after all customer paid as part of package but still told off by pantry staff can not eat anymore as they are closing Anyway, pantry food is not good neither, can not even find a clean cup to get coffee.

This is my first and last visit with the provider. The place is overbooked ! Nurse seems to be rushing for everything. If you are doing ultrasound, do note that there is a slight chance you can't do on the same day. Stars rating is low because of overbooking , rushing services and slow in service. For example, I was being reminded (twice) by the nurse (or rather complained) to drink water before coming for blood test in the future as my blood drawing was SLOW. After which, she apologised and said she has to be fast cause there is alot of people needed to be look at. Is that my fault that there is many people you need to look at ? So why am i becoming the one at fault where you are complaining my blood flow is slow then. Another slow in service is ultrasound. If you opt for pelvis / prostate ultrasound , you are required to drink close to 1L of water and to hold your bladder till appointment is finished. I was scheduled at noon for ultrasound and even at the appointment timing, I am not being called upon. In fact, during my waiting time, there was 2 people asked the urgency for ultrasound as they could not hold the bladder any much longer. I waited for 30 mins after scheduled time and i almost want to rush to the toilet without even doing the test. At the end of the day, it comes back to the MANAGEMENT. If they schedule many appointment in a day, doctors and nurses have to rush through all tests and some needed long waiting hours to do the test. This end up having bad experience for people who attend health screening (like me) and seeking other health screening provided instead in the future. So i guess it depends what the management wants to do. Take many people and lose future recurring people OR take in significant amount of people and enhance the user experience so people will choose back the same health provider ?

After reading some of the comments, I was mentally prepared to spend 4-5 hrs here. In the end, it took me 3hrs (including breakfast time), which was acceptable and similar to other health screeners. Just wish the registration waiting time could be further shortened. All the staff and doctor I met today were really nice and patient. Breakfast was nice and breakfast timing was arranged perfectly in between the tests. All the tests were done on the same floor. The test result will be out in 2-3 weeks. Update: Results were out after 4 weeks. It is longer than other health screeners.

Very bad experience, waiting time for registration can take ages. This is a technological era, registration should be seamless and effortless with automation, yet they rely solely on paperwork. Whole process took the entire morning and even past lunch time with 80% of the time being used to wait.

Evon managed the checkin process and few clarifications extremely well. Inspite of many customers; her personalised engagement to queries and ensuring that one is settled in the process was brilliant and very thoughtful. Took epress covid test with bad experience (9am tested 5.30pm receive result). Result shown as equivocal (not positive nor negative) without showing CT value. No further instruction nor guidance thereafter. Was made to reschedule flight and self quarantine for two more weeks, spending more money to do pre-flight pcr again all at my own cost. For china travellers I recommend 1st day parkway and minmed (express: less than 6 hrs for result) and both at least show you the CT value and allow u to fly.

Not the beet experience overall. Arrived right on time for registration but just registration alone took 30-45 mins of wait. Despite sending in all the relevant docs on insurance info, they still require to process all these information on-site, delaying the entire process. As compared to some other providers that have a private pod and all the screening facilities around you, this health screening requires you to go to different floors n other wing for some services (e.g. radiology department for my x-ray and ultra-sound). In between the examinations, the coordination is poor. They can speed up the process by not having patients to go back to the central station each time. And each time we are escorted back there, it requires additional time for the staff to place you on the next queue. Some other health screeners follows a flow where patients move from one to next station seamlessly. The entire health screening takes 5hrs+ and even so I did not managed to have the doctor’s consult as I have to rush off for another appointment. Staff and nurses are helpful and doing all they can, but the processes are hindering the overall progress. would not recommend this at all unless you do not have a choice.

Registration ladies were accomodating and professional. My minder was super organised (minding many other people too). 1st nurse who took blood / height/ weight etc was worried she would bruise me, but no bruise and no mis-pokes (which has happened to me many times). There are lots of seats to wait in, I just chose an area far from people and the aircon (super cold when only wearing xray gown and haven't eaten). Yes there was a long wait for the ultrasound. Dr Emily Pwee is super detailed and explains everything and is very gentle and expert too in the procedures. Too bad they are often fully booked and it is a long wait, so call way ahead of when you plan to be screened. I like that if you see other doctors in Raffles, all their systems are integrated, so Dr X can see your test results done with Dr Y, history of procedures etc. The blood work has almost immediate results, so when I went to see another Dr at 12.30pm, he could see the results done in health screening that was drawn at 8.30am.

The only problem is I have to wait for 1.5 hours for my turn for treadmill even after finishing all my tests. Waste of time. May need better planning in this or invest in more treadmill. Longest time spent screening ever.
